"A fun evening out is on the cards at this lively spot inspired by the night canteens of Bangkok. An open kitchen and vintage vibe contribute to the party atmosphere, which is helped along by a range of Thai-inspired cocktails. The authentic menu covers all four regions of Thailand, with vibrant dishes delivering the hallmark blend of sweet, sour, spicy and salty. Sharing is encouraged and the dishes are well-priced, so don’t hold back when ordering." - Michelin Inspector

World Flavours in Polish Gastronomy

"Opened in Kraków in April 2019, this canteen and bar pays tribute to authentic, regional Thai recipes while embracing locally sourced ingredients such as broad beans, plums, young kohlrabi, wild mushrooms, and fresh herbs. Freshness is key in Thai cuisine here, and sourcing locally provides that essential freshness while reducing the carbon footprint, making the operation more sustainable and eco‑friendly without losing the soul of Thai cooking." - Le Guide MICHELIN

A Thai restaurant very close to Krakow’s city center. I can confidently say it’s one of the best Thai places I’ve ever tried. I was sitting alone but never felt lonely—the place is full of life, laughter, and people. The food is incredibly delicious, just a bit on the spicy side. Highly recommended!

When I travel to Poland, I don’t usually seek out traditional Polish food—unless it’s truly exceptional. That’s what led me to Molam, a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and what a fantastic choice it turned out to be! We enjoyed six different dishes, each one more impressive than the last. The standout for me was the trout—delicate, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious. I was initially skeptical about a sweet fish dish, but this one completely won me over. We also had the beef salad, which was fresh, full of bold flavors, with just the right balance of spice and sourness. If you enjoy dishes with a spicy kick, this one’s a must-try. The chicken dish was another highlight—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. We also tried the kale dish and the turnip salad, both of which were creative, well-executed, and satisfying. To top it off, the service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Overall, Molam delivered an exceptional dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food in Poland—whether you’re after a special flavors or just outstanding cuisine in general.

We tried to go to this restaurant once before some time ago but couldn’t get a table. 2nd time we reserved a table, and we had a great experience. The waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive, he explained the concept of ordering 2-3 different dishes for each person to share, he also explained what flavours to expect from each dish. We ordered a wide variety of different dishes and none of them disappointed us, they were all very delicious and full of flavour. Overall the restaurant really delivered a top dining experience that I enjoyed and I highly recommend it to anyone in Krakow and that is looking for great Thai cuisine. Oh, and they are dog friendly:)

We had tonight: KUA KLING GAI - divine stuff! a finely chopped chicken thigh with a 5-level red curry paste. Kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and fresh chilli. PLA YANG - wow! grilled flounder, exactly as I like it: juicy, soaky wet inside, with a smoky, well-charred fins and a bit of skin that crackled under the fork. OSTRYGA KYS - omg! 4 oysters with kaffir and bathed in Nahm Jim Talay. KALAREPA, MIĘTA, BETEL - jaw-dropping NAHM TOK RED - mind blowing stuff! Pannacotta z Kaffirem - life time experience (transcendental grade) The kaffir-infused cream was magical — silky, citrusy, and hauntingly aromatic. A dessert that doesn’t whisper, it sings. Molam Staff, Thank you for the ride.

Despite the generous reviews & the fact it’s been on the guide for a few years, I was sorely disappointed by the food. - fried Shiitake 7/10. Nothing more than thick batter in sweet sauce? Super average& not sure why this was so highly rated. - grilled chicken 6/10. Chicken was tender but there was hardly any flavour to it. - eggplant curry noodles 5/10. Tasted like diluted curry mee with bits of eggplant - Seafood pad sew 3/10. It had too much going on. Was very hard to eat & very unpleasant. There were random shells & peppercorn everywhere. Really had to work to get some bits of it to eat & often we’d bite into something either inedible or not meant to be eaten. - Grilled sole 5/10. Flavourless grilled fish on the bone. Overall I would absolutely not recommend. Plenty of better meals in Poland.

Was craving some thai food so decided to come here for dinner w my partner. We ordered khao soi, pad see ew and some sticky rice as well as a mocktail and a tea. The dishes here are p small so normally you're expected to order 3-4 dishes and rice for two but we were both not v hungry actually. Total was around 160zl which is a bit pricey for the relatively small amount of food. Service was fine until the end when our waiter directly asked for a tip. The food itself was a bit disappointing sadly. Especially the khao soi severely lacked some spice and overall depth. Love the dish normally so this was a letdown even though it didn't taste bad per se. The pad see ew was actually quite nice with a strong wok hai. The chilies on top were a lil weird though as they kinda tasted like bell peppers. I don't mind fusion but it's weird to see a Thai restaurant that's afraid of spiciness. Overall the food isn't bad at all but considering the quality it's definitely overpriced.

This place is a must when you are in Poland Best food. Loved it. We had no reservation but still managed to get in. Very friendly staff. There was three of us and we shared the food. That’s the best way to do it so you can experience different flavours 10 out of 10👍🙂

Some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a very long time. The waiters are very knowledgeable and passionate, and adhered to my requests of a very spicy Isaan papaya salad. Incredible drinks too!

Yelp
Craving some spice in krakow ! This is a fun and tasty place . I did make reservations from reviews I saw but I think weekdays you be fine walking in. Great atmosphere and fun vibe. Full bar with some great sounding cocktails. We had a few which were all great but i can't rember the names ! Lots of fruity ones on the list. Foodwise it's not a huge menu but a good choice of select faves . We tried the Khao soi which was good but could have been a bit soupier . Really good flavor though. The pad see ew was really good and came out piping hot! Love the noodles. Lots of veggies . We also tried the Gai yang, grilled chicken thighs with a nice charred flavor and good spices but not spicy. The Nahm prik pao also a solid choice, soupy with lots of flavor , basil, veggies, chilli jam and crispy garlic. Delicious! The sticky rice and roti were also great with everything we had. We definitely had some delicious food here with good speedy service and nice drinks. Great Thai food not your traditional kinda place but very cool at that. Great satisfying dinner .

Yelp
Food was so good here I went back for a second dinner. They hold plenty of tables for walk-ins, but both nights were almost full house so I recommend booking. Really nice Thai food. Small plates sharing concept. Dishes varied wildly in pricing. Steak seems expensive, so maybe skip that. What was really good were: chicken thighs, whole trout, and one of the noodles (dry with beef, can't remember the name). Shiitake tempura was OK, can be skipped. Lots of interesting non-alcoholic beers too. Definitely deserves it's Bib Gourmand rating by Michelin. Not cheap, but also pretty reasonable. Quality is as good or higher than the best Thai in London - would actually rate this better than Plaza Kao Gaeng and Speedboat Bar. The menu does change daily!

Yelp
I'm trying to write a review for Molam, but where to start? What can I share about this place while not being unfair to anyone, including myself. I'm definitely coming back. I'm sure it's a five-star restaurant, but I'm having a problem pulling all the stars together. One short visit isn't enough. I want and need more. It was my third attempt to get into Molam. This time I was by myself. That's probably why I was immediately offered a seat at the bar by the open kitchen. It seems like it is impossible to get a table without a reservation. This place has an interesting vibe. It's lively, energetic, and exciting. The light and the colors reminded me of vintage photography, really neat. Anyway, from the beginning, I decided to have one of their very creative, Thai-inspired cocktails. Fun! The female server, super friendly by the way, immediately asked whether I needed any recommendations. Well, I didn't, but why not? I asked for something tasty, strong and pretty. 'Hanuman' was oh! so delicious, and good looking. It was sweet and sour with different textures, which is probably unusual for alcoholic beverages. I couldn't tell whether it was strong. Because it was my first time at Molam, I decided to have the only noodle dish on the menu. My goal was to see and taste the difference between the Pad See Ew from my local Thai restaurants and this restaurant that has been in the Michelin Guide since 2023. It was a perfectly prepared dish. If I could change anything, it would be the portion size. It was the smallest Thai dish I've ever had:). Sitting in front of the kitchen was truly entertaining. I felt harmony and sanity, even when the restaurant was full. The three chefs shared and filled the space, creating a perfect team. There are no chopsticks at Molam, and you can't order a dish with varying degrees of spiciness. Everything is prepared in its own way. You have to ask which dishes are really spicy. These will definitely not be my choice. My server asked if I wanted another drink and I said no, because the bar stool wasn't very comfortable. She didn't offer any dessert ;). ...to be continued.

Yelp
Nice staff, beautiful place, and excellent food. Everything we tried was out of this world. Gizzards, steak salad, noodles, sticky, rice, and the pork belly were fantastic. Desserts were delicious.

Yelp
After I booked my trip, the first thing I did was build out my "gotta try" list for food. Molám was one of my "damn I gotta make sure I hit this place" options. Michelin rated and constructed with a Bangkok cantina vibe. This was a no brainer for our spot for our first team dinner/night out. Make reservations before you go, especially if you have a group of more than 4. We were greeted upon arrival and guided to our table for the evening. Everything and everyone were amazing all night! One of my most favorite experiences!! The dishes are designed to be shared. We legit ordered 1 to 3 plates of everything on the menu. Everything I had was outstanding! Some of the favs from the group were the pork belly, chicken gizzards, curry, grilled chicken and Pad See Ew noodles. I know I'm missing a few. Long story short, you can't go wrong with anything you select! Loved this place! Loved the company I was surrounded by. On a scale of 1 to 10, there isn't a scale that can grade this one!

Yelp
Huge Disappointment - Don't Waste Your Time or Money! This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Kraków. We were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait, but we ended up waiting well over an hour -- and to make matters worse, smaller parties who arrived after us were seated before us. There was no actual waiting list, just confusion and poor organization. Once we were finally seated, our waitress explained how to order and said she'd be back soon -- but instead, she went straight to the next table (a couple who had just sat down) and took their order immediately. We were left sitting there again, even though we'd already had plenty of time to look at the menu during our long wait. When the food eventually arrived, it appeared smaller than it's been said, I wouldn't say it was a sharing size and we got small cheap plastic bowls, which is just unacceptable in 2025. No one should be eating hot food out of low-quality plastic -- it's unsanitary and unsafe. The food itself was mediocre at best, nothing close to what you'd expect from a place that apparently has Michelin recognition. Honestly, if this is the standard, they must be handing out those awards to anyone now. The hostess was kind but completely clueless about how to manage seating. The waitress, on the other hand, was unprofessional and indifferent. Overall, this restaurant was a huge disappointment. With so many amazing Thai and Asian restaurants in Kraków, do yourself a favor -- go anywhere else.

Yelp
I'm fully obsessed with this restaurant. They leave half the tables open for walk-ins, but you can reserve the other half on their website. The drunken noodles dish, fried cod, and pumpkin curry have been the standouts for me over the past couple of visits. Excellent ambiance as well. Worth a visit solo or in a group.

Yelp
Omg I am so so sorry that I forgot to take pictures. The food and service (luzu) and atmosphere were amazing. By far even though it wasn't Polish Food the best meal I had there. If there ask your server what she recommends they won't steer you wrong. This is a must eat at place. Highly recommend it.

Yelp
Food and service here is terrible. Looks really pretty inside and has a good story but really fails to deliver where it counts. They have a great location as in it's centralized around other restaurants. I really hope they train there staff better to be more professional. Food really lacked good flavor and for the price if they are going to lack in quality they should at least make up in quantity but they found a way to fail at both.

Yelp
First off I love Thai food and have eaten it in the UK. Canada USA. But Whoa. What a huge surprise when I Ate here Never tasted Anything so delicious anywhere else 4 of us ate 4 different dishes and each dish was 5 star blue ribbon My personal fave the chicken wings. Honestly to Die for If you don't eat here you are missing one of the 7 wonders of the world

Yelp
This place was a gem to find upon all the Polish cuisine in Krakow. Don't get me wrong, the polish food is great, but if you're looking for a little break and for something with some asian flavors, this is the place to be! The Thai food here was so good and hit the spot perfectly. All the flavors were so good (but they could up the spicy level a bit :)). The restaurant was an awesome canteen vibe, and honestly if you didn't tell me we were in Poland, I would think we were in Thailand. Such an awesome chill back vibe! And the service was top notch! We went there for dinner, and my husband wanted to go back for lunch the next day. Definitely stop in!

Yelp
The restaurant serves authentic and high-quality Thai food that is just as good at any Thai restaurant that I have visited in Asia and North America. We ordered Slowly Grilled Boneless Chicken, Fried Cod Fillet, Dry Aged Limousine Steak and Kohlrabi Salad. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and the tastes of the dishes were wonderful. The restaurant's Michelin Bib Gourmand rating is well deserved.

Yelp
Amazing food, new, adventurous take on Thai cuisine. Super fun drinks with edible flowers. And the stuff is super friendly and helpful. Hidden gem far from tourists traps. We will be back.
