Mold gone was great to work with. Kevin inspected, determined the scope of work and was accessible from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with a multitude of questions and great with communication . When it came to the remediation, Jason and team did a great job answering questions, being extremely professional,extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our requests and home. I was so relieved Jason was the lead onsite. It was so refreshing to have a company with great custom service.

I couldn't be anymore thrilled with the end result. We had a leak in our basement. Wasn't sure where, we also had some mold growing and we reached out to MoldGone. Jon came and inspected the area and told me it would be wise to invest in a dehumidifier, which I did. Jon got back to me 2 days later with an estimate and we went on to have the work done. The gentlemen did a great job, unfortunately it unearthed another problem we are going to need fixed sooner rather than later, but isn't that how most projects work? I think the price we paid for the work that was done SAFELY was more than fair. Nothing else was added to our invoice and everything is cleaned up for us to proceed with what needs to be done next. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I'm an extremely mold sensitive person with autoimmune issues. To say I needed a company that understood my concerns is an understatement. I had interviewed 4 other companies before I found these guys. None of the other companies put my fears to rest. I asked a thousand questions which did not deter Jon Gordon in the least. He could not have been nicer or more professional. The customer service was incredible! In addition, John Thomas, the lead foreman on my project, was FANTASTIC!! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. His skill and attention to detail was impeccable. I even had a certified industrial hygienist check John and his team's work and the hygienist was impressed. He said it was the best "containment" he had seen in his entire career. This company deserves 10 stars...not five. Love them!

I reached out to Mike about a water incident at my house that included a rather foul odor. We needed this addressed quickly. The next day (Jay?) came out, did a full inspection and found no evidence of any mold. What a difference from “the other company” that came out and used the strong arm to attempt to scare me into a major insurance claim. I REALLY appreciate honest, ethical people. Honest and professional. Jay came the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate later in the day. John did the work two days later. No surprises. No fear mongering like other restoration firms. Would recommend them without hesitation.

MoldGone was recommended to us by a mold scientist. Curtis and his team meticulously remediated our house. I don't think you will be able to find someone as thorough as Curtis.
