Moleskine - Cambridge

Absolutely love the wonderful woman who works there, she was helpful but not imposing. Gave us time just to look around silently, when I asked super specific questions about how to use one if the planners — she was able to answer them. She definitely uses the products herself and loves them.

Avid lover of Moleskine notebooks for a few years now and just found their store in Cambridge. Came in to get a finished moleskine notebook custom stamped in person!! Love that you can personalize your notebooks and is very quick to do and great price (especially if you join Moleskine rewards program).

Stopped in late on a Sunday evening after trying to get to the shop all month for my yearly purchases. Hannah provided wonderful customer service, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. It’s one thing to have all the items you need in stock it’s another to made to feel at home. Will be going back.

I didn’t end up purchasing anything, but I enjoyed my visit as I’m a big fan of Moleskin notebooks. I overheard one of the older gentleman workers helping someone, and he was super cordial and knowledgeable.

This is a small shop but you can find just about anything Moleskin you could think of. Great place for gifts. Hope this was helpful 👍🏾

Came here September 2021 and got a planner embossed for free and had a conversation with the employee about the fact that they'd emboss any of their notebooks for free. Come back November 21 and bought 6 notebooks to get embossed for holiday presents and was charged $30 for embossing. Not sure if the policy changed or what but one employee said "whoops I charged her $30 for embossing" and the other employee said "that's right". I didn't question it because I don't like to cause trouble for low wage workers but I wouldn't recommend the service. Embossing looked messy/smudged around many of the vowels. Which I wouldn't mind if it were free... but I'd expect better for the expense of the service

Closed 5 mins early out of laziness when I needed to grab something. I see the woman in there. Note to corporate to ensure better quality control and customer service with your retail employees.
