Had purchased a notebook sometime back as a gift, was told could exchange it but not return it. Went back to exchange, English guy at the store was rude, entitled and unwelcoming, as opposed to the nice lady I had met last time. Not a good experience.

I bought a fountain pen 2 days ago from here. Was choosing between two, and wanted a thicker nib so was recommended the last piece of a slightly more expensive pen as having a beautiful, thick, smoother nib and also most popular buy. The other, with a thinner nib , came with a box of ink refills too. Was not able to see the quality of the pen as it was boxed with no tester available ,but was assured that it has a thick nib, and was given an apparently similar thick smooth Nib ballpoint to try. When I opened the box to try the pen today, I realised that it is a thin nib. On top is rough and scratchy to use. Plus the one cartridge they have given is stuck in the lower half of pen body and cannot be retrieved. Bad design. Bad quality. And untrue/untrustworthy selling of products just to make a sale. Didn't expect this from Moleskine

Closes at 9pm but 8:30 already shut. Seems like it's the same for all customers, so don't bother trying - they're a big joke 🤣

Check before you go. The shop often closes for an hr or two in the afternoon!
