Molino’s is hands-down the best Mexican food in Wichita — and arguably among the best I’ve had anywhere. This isn’t your typical taco joint. From the moment you take your first bite, it feels like dining at a high-end bistro — without the high-end price tag. The food has more than just soul; it delivers flavors you simply can’t find anywhere else in Wichita. Who needs fancy décor when the food is this good? Every dish is crafted with care and creativity. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are bold yet balanced, and the presentation rivals that of fine Mexican dining. From the house-made salsas to the perfectly crispy and tender pork belly, it’s clear the chefs here truly love what they do. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the staff actually knows the menu — you can tell they’re genuinely proud of what they serve. Whether you're ordering appetizers or main dishes, it feels like a curated experience from a chef who honors tradition but isn’t afraid to elevate it. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with a modern, upscale twist, Molino’s is your place. Wichita is lucky to have you.

We met friends we hadn’t seen in a while at this quaint little place for dinner. What a pleasant surprise! Fabulous food, unbelievable service and $1.99 margaritas! One of the best parts of our 4 night stay in Wichita. Good prices and exceptional food! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to hire Molino's Cuisine to do our catering for our wedding! We love their food and were excited to hear that they cater large events. They did an amazing job and is one of the most talked about parts of our wedding even months after our wedding! Thank you for doing an amazing job, We hope to be in to eat again soon! If your looking for catering or a new favorite restaurant go see them!

When you walk in to Molino’s Mexican Restaurant , you choose where you’d like to sit. You get complementary chips and salsa. The ladies up front are very kind and will explain the menu if you have any questions! Overall, it’s a solid Mexican restaurant and very reasonable prices. The dishes are set up beautifully as well.

There are much better options in town for Mexican. They did put a lot of effort into making the plates look pretty. The jalapenos wrapped in bacon. We're not cooked so the jalapenos are raw which was kind of jarring and not very good. The chicken they used for the enchiladas taste like microwave, frozen chicken and had no seasoning on it at all. The red sauce for the enchiladas also had no flavor. The steak chimichanga, however, was probably one of the best ones I've had in town. The salsa was absolutely horrible. It was just very chunky and had no flavor to it. Kind of just tasted like crushed tomatoes.

The food was good, but not the best in town. That being said, this is an excellent mexican restaurant for a cheaper dinner option. The atmosphere was a little lackluster, but was redeemed by the presentation of local artists works. Overal, I'd give this place 4 stars, because I had a great time, but in comparison to 5 star places, it's not fully up to par. Don't take that the wrong way, I will definitely consider coming here again.

First time here. The elote is rich and creamy. Great service! I had the Yucatan style pork with charro beans and Mexican rice. This place is so delicious! I will be going back for sure!

Service was horrible. Our server never offered or refilled drinks. My boyfriend had to go grab his 2nd beer out of the cooler. Food took forever and other tables who ordered after us got there's before us. I asked for no cheese on my salad. We saw the kitchen deliberating and they still sent it out with cheese knowing it had cheese on it when it wasnt supposed to. I am lactose intolerant and cheese causes me to vomit. I sent it back and they put corn elote on it which isn't on the menu and generally has cheese. So, I waited for 45 minutes for a salad I couldn't even eat. Then to cap off the crappy night the booth we were sitting at is a fall risk. Terrible food and terrible service.
