Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream

We always go to molly moons to try out the seasonal. We went there last week and tried out the Caramel Cone Crunch. It was delicious , even my daughter who just always gets one particular flavor loved this one. So we went again and all of us got the caramel cone crunch ice-cream. And this time the ice-cream was totally different and it tasted like salted caramel which we did not like. The ice-cream looked and tasted so different from last time, And when we check about it with the server they really did not bother to hear and just told us that it is the same ice-cream with same ingredients. But really how can it taste so different. We were disappointed since we just drove to enjoy the particular flavor since the seasonal flavors is going to change in few days. The first time when we got the caramel cone crunch flavor ice-cream it looked as shown in their website(First pic). But the second time the color was so different(Second pic).Not sure how inconsistent the taste can be for a premium cream. Just recommend everyone to taste a sample before getting since there is inconsistency amongst batches for the same flavor.

I’ve been going to Molly moons since a long time for their homemade strawberry ice cream which used to have a very natural strawberry flavor of real strawberries. But this year they’ve switched things up by adding artificial ingredients such as jam preservatives. I thought this was a one off occurrence but today I drove 15 miles for the strawberry ice cream but was extremely disappointed when I found that half of my ice cream was a huge lump of frozen strawberry jam. I will not recommend specially going there again since the quality has extremely degraded as per the other reviews as well.

my friend and I go every month to try the seasonal vegan flavor. so good, and so worth it. if you’re having trouble finding parking, try parking in the big lot right next to the half price books. it’s a very short walk and more reliable than the parking behind the building, especially in busy summer months. and yes, be prepared for a line. but once you taste the ice cream you will understand why people queue up like they do!

As always, Molly Moon’s Ice Cream delivers. I got the berry sundae and it was amazing plus the marshmallows were Vegan! My husband got the salted caramel and unfortunately it was just tooooooo salty. I even tasted it and it was like eating cold salt. But! I’m keeping the 4 star review because I know majority of their flavors slap and I am sure they can make the salted caramel a little less salty.

Best tasting ice cream!! Some of there seasonal flavors are yum! Recently i tried Black forest flavor and it was delicious! Although my go to flavor is Yeti!!

We loved the flavors—we tried four, and each one was fantastic! The best part is the nuts you can add to the ice cream; they're perfectly fried and add a great crunch. Even though it was quite busy, we still found a table to sit and enjoy our treat. I’m definitely coming back for more ice cream!

Visited the place based on Google ratings. Ice cream selection is somewhat limited and has off beat flavors. Tried Salted Caramel, Melted Chocolate and Sweet Cream. All are decent. Caramel is a tad saltier. Staff is friendly and lets you try different flavors. Ambience is OK. Space is a constraint here including parking. Can try, at least, for those who may like unique flavors.
