New Vietnamese Coffee Shop Sip House Opens in the U District | Eater Seattle

"Molly Moon’s opened a new 2,600-square-foot Bellevue flagship with a large, viewable kitchen where passersby can watch staff make batches of flavors such as salted caramel, Cherry Chunk, and Scout Mint Brownie; seasonal scoops are available to-go. The sizable production area suggests Molly Moon’s is ramping up retail and distribution during the pandemic, including supplying pints to local grocery outlets like PCC Community Markets." - Gabe Guarente

Kirkland Will Get a New Hearth Oven-Fueled Restaurant Focused on Local Fare In June | Eater Seattle

"This summer I'll see a new Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream location in downtown Bellevue: a small 200-square-foot shop that will nevertheless carry the full menu, from popular flavors like Earl Grey and honey lavender to seasonal offerings such as orange habanero cookie dough, marking the chain's eighth Seattle location." - Gabe Guarente

Google
I had high hopes after hearing so many good things about Molly Moon’s, but the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me.I found their flavors overly sweet. I tried the “Yeti” (one of their signature flavors) and the seasonal “Peaches & Cream.” Unfortunately, the peach flavor didn’t really come through for me, and the Yeti was way too sweet... On the positive side, I did enjoy their toppings and their cones were really good—probably my favorite part of the visit. Overall though, if you like lighter, less-sweet gelato-style ice creams, this may not be the best match.

I had Molly Moon's a long time ago in Seattle and have always wanted to go back to try it again as I truly think this is one of Washington's best ice cream spots. I love that they have monthly seasonal flavors and the fact you can get half a scoop of a flavor and another half of another flavor. It's so convenient for indecisive or adventurous taste buds to try out their flavors or to enjoy one that you just can't say no to. My boyfriend and I just happened to be passing by as we just finished dinner and I saw that there was a Molly Moon's, and I told him that we had to go as he also never has tried them. The line was out the door but the employees were working efficient to ensure that the line kept moving. My boyfriend got us a waffle bowl which I never had and I got their strawberry shortcake and cookies and cream while he got the German chocolate cake and cookie dough. The ice cream was decadent and delightful. Each bite had little fillings of their respective names and it was just as amazing as when I first had them. They had seats and tables inside as well as outside which was nice as we had our dogs with us. I would love to see more Molly Moon's in Tacoma, Kent, Renton or even Tukwila as it is just so far to get any. Until then, I suppose the best way is to get in Bellevue as my boyfriend abhors driving in Seattle.

Google
One of the only ice cream places I would stand in line 30 minutes for :D It reminds me of my favorite ice cream spot, Ginger’s Divine in LA, because both use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and have delicious flavor combinations. The seasonal cherry flavors here for July are perfect!

Casey Barnes

Google
Good homemade ice cream huge line around the block even on a Monday night. Ice cream was a little soft for my taste but very good flavors.

Lilypad

Google
Delicious ice cream, been living here for a decade and have never tried this place. Would highly recommend.

Google
Always so nice and welcoming inside! Seasonal flavors are ALWAYS GOOD. There really is something for everyone! Ryann was so sweet and made my sundae beautiful! I will always come back!💛🍦

Google
The ice cream here is very good. The flavours are nice and simple. The location itself was in a nice place and the interior was really nice as well. The staff is also super sweet. My sister got the salted caramel, which was way too salty. However the staff was super sweet about it and let her get a new flavor for free. Besides the salted caramel, we really enjoyed the flavours. I personally loved the honey lavender and cookies and cream ice cream.

Google
LOVE Molly Moon’s!! Tried their July cherry seasonal flavors and all were 10/10 (especially the Cherry Chunk) The service there is top of the line, as always, with the sweetest people ever! 🍒

Yelp
I like that the menu is marked showing what is gluten free and what is dairy free. The gluten-free dairy-free flavors were delicious. Sadly there are no gluten-free cone options, so ice cream could only be had in a cup. I had a very nice helper getting my order, but when there was a moment of confusion about which iPad to use to pay the other staff person butt in and was rude and huffy that I dare look at the wrong payment screen when no one had pointed out which of the two available was correct yet, which is the one less star. Other than that, the sunny counters with barstools facing out onto the street, the easily accessible water station and napkins made for a nice place to enjoy the ice cream before walking to the park.

Yelp
My favorite is their Yeti ice cream with a hot fudge topping! The hot dark chocolate fudge is a must try. It's soo good I ended up buying a jar of it good to use if you're hosting. Other flavors I tried: melted chocolate - good, but not as rich as I'd like it to be. vegan coconut chip - took a pint, very icy, not fond of it. I appreciate brands that do their bit to be sustainable and Molly Moons is big on that. They also do no tips! - which is rare. They have the cutest store, love the branding. You can taste flavors and decide, great service. I usually go their Bellevue store. I missed their Black Sesame fudge swirl, waiting for it to come back!!!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
We went here MULTIPLE times on our trip to Seattle/Bellevue. I had the vegan coconut ice cream. I know, I know...but it was GOOD! Parking can be a challenge around the store, especially late at night.

Yelp
I've been going to the Bellevue location of Molly moons for a while now and every time is great because the workers are so kind and helpful :) I made sure to come at least once this April to try this seasonal earl grey flavor! There's not much seating inside, but whenever I do grab a seat, it's comfortable and also nice to sit outside as well when it's sunny

Yelp
Popped into Molly Moon's on a Friday mid-afternoon for some sweets. The line was to the door and took about 10-15 minutes to get to the front. There were "always flavors" as well as "seasonal flavors" available to select from. After debating which flavors to select, we opted for one triple scoop (~$13) and one single scoop (~$7) to try different flavors. On the always flavor menu, we tried the cookies & cream + honey lavender. On the "seasonal flavors" menu, we tried the churro + strawberry shortcake. Out of the bunch, I enjoyed the strawberry shortcake the most - the strawberry flavor wasn't too strong but it was just enough to get the flavors blended in with the creamy ice cream. I wasn't so much a fan of the other flavors we selected - the cookies & cream were not oreo's as normal and I found that it lacked flavor. Parking is a bit tough in the area - the street parking was completely filled up. There were some parking structures / lots in the surrounding area for $7-$15.

Yelp
Love this local ice cream shop. They treat their employees like no one I know, no tipping because Molly moon take cares of their happiest employees, that's their policy. Love this! I feel like now everywhere you go you are expected to tip.., but not this place! All of their ingredients are sourced locally, hence why they won't franchise outside of Washington, too bad because o really would love to see this place in L.A. The best vegan ice cream hands down, thank you! For people like me who can still enjoy ice due to dietary restrictions. Flavors: *Strawberry and cookies and cream (2 kiddy scoop, probably the best strawberry ice cream you will ever have) *Vegan brownie batter - so yummy, you won't even know it's vegan! That's an ice cream! We spot here at least once when we come to visit Bellevue/Seattle area. We will see you again next yr.

Yelp
Some family in Seattle dubbed this their favorite ice cream place, so of course my parents and I couldn't say no to trying it out. We're always looking for the best ice cream in the area. There was a huge line out the door, but we were able to get inside reasonably quickly. I ended up getting one scoop, two flavors: the seasonal cherry chunk and the cookie dough. The cookie dough is made of cinnamon ice cream, which I've never seen before, and the cookie dough pieces are oatmeal, which I've also never seen before. All of that combined made this amazing. I'm usually not a cookie dough person, and this was such a hit for me. The cherry chunk was also delicious. I'm a big cherry garcia fan, and this was reminiscent of that. This scoop was also insanely generous. SO much ice cream in this one scoop, it's absolutely unseen and unheard of by me. The waffle cone is on the thicker side, which was a little much for me, but still enjoyable. I love that they pay their employees a livable wage, as well. And though I understand taking away tip because employees "don't need it" since Molly's is paying them fairly (which, again, absolutely love), I feel like additional tip can only help and is just a show of appreciation for the employee helping us.

Yelp
What a come back! I loved Molly moon when I first tried so long ago. Then flavors went downhill in my opinion. I had stayed away from the store for quite some time. But my daughter wanted to go after dinner at Lincoln square. Why not? Will see how they are nowadays. We almost didn't go because Yelp had the store hours a bit wrong, found out they were open at 10:30pm on Thursday. I don't see the line in Seattle anymore but it's fairly new in Bellevue. I'd say about 20-30 people waiting to get their ice cream. We waited about 20 minutes or so. I tried honey lavender and it is not bland anymore. Yesss!! I tried some more flavors and decided on mocha chip and cherry chunk this time half and half in single portion. I thought they had earl gray in the past? That would have been fabulous. There's salt and straw, Frankie and joe's as their counterparts in the area. Of all I still like Molly Moon. I would like them to make good ice cream with consistency. Keep up your good work!

Yelp
There always seems to be a long line whenever I walk by, though the lines move at a reasonable pace. The service inside was efficient and the staff were very nice. Samples of flavors are allowed. Strawberry: A really nice subtle flavor of strawberry, which was not too sweet at all. The texture of the ice cream was very soft, pretty much melted in your mouth. Corn Cheese (March 2023 Seasonal Flavor): Loved the corn pieces and the sweet corn flavor. The cheese bits were also interesting, though I wished they were cut a bit smaller in this ice cream. It was surprisingly quite salty and hearty, but still tasted nice. The corn and cheese combo definitely works.

Yelp
A bit too sweet for me. They are local and they open late night. This store is at the corner of the street, and it is very popular. They know their salted caramel is too salty but they still make it too salty as a feature, that's a little weird. But overall, this is a great place for ice cream and family gatherings!

Yelp
We were visiting Bellevue for the week and stopped by one day before heading to the nearby park! We were a bit obsessed so pretty much came here every day for our week long stay! It seems like a neighborhood staple and served us very well on vacation!!!
google avatar

Yelp
I honestly loved the flavor of these ice creams. Very unique and you can split one scoop into two half scoops if you're indecisive like me. The smore's was awesome with massive chunks of chocolate and the Yeti is an unexpected classic which I adored and will absolutely get every time i go. Line is long but deservingly so and moves very fast. It's not the most spectacular ice cream I've ever had but worth a visit when in Seattle area!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm so happy I decided to visit a Molly Moon location during my recent visit to Seattle. I had the double scoop in a cup with Salted Caramel and Honey Lavender. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but I later learned that Molly Moon is just an all around amazing business! This is a woman owned business that works to support social and racial equity, donates to non-profits, and supports local businesses. Quality-wise, the ice cream is great! You can actually see the tiny purple and green pieces from the lavender plant in the Honey Lavender flavor. There's none of that artificial coloring. On top of having the best missions/values, Molly Moon is one of the top places I've ever been to for ice cream. Stop by or you're missing out!

Yelp
Line in the summer can be brutal, but it's worth the wait! Love the variety of toppings, and you can get a warm brownie sundae? Today we tried the ginger snap, apple pie; and berry cobbler and all of them were delicious. The only downside is if you don't live within walking distance, you have to find parking. Which is rough in this spot of downtown Bellevue. We often get cones and walk the park before hiking back home.
google avatar

Amanda S.

Yelp
Great quality ice cream! The girl who helped us was friendly and let us try a bunch of flavors before we decided on the right ones. I always go for the lavender ice cream, which is pronounced enough to actually taste like lavender but doesn't taste like soap. Other opinions: Strawberry Matcha - only tasted strawberry, couldn't taste the matcha. Salted Caramel - unless you like your ice cream very salty, then maybe pass on this one. Cookie Dough - this is not your traditional cookie dough. There was a decent amount of cinnamon in it, which I liked, but my husband did not. Mocha - nothing unique but great quality coffee ice cream
google avatar

Brenna Y.

Yelp
A great stop on a warm summer evening! They were totally packed and the line went down the street but it was absolutely worth it. I got the huckleberry and am so happy I got to try their July flavor before it went away! I was impressed with the service; the line moved quickly considering how long it was and the staff were all busy but SO nice!! I forget his name but the guy who helped us didn't rush us, answered our questions, and made us laugh too. Can't wait to come back for another seasonal scoop :)
google avatar

Flora L.

Yelp
Always a good time at Molly Moons! Hands down the best ice cream in the area!! I took my family and they all loved it, even my elderly parents. MUST get the waffle cone! Waffle cone is not too buttery and very crispy. You can try samples if you are unsure of the flavors. Pros: -Free samples -Delicious ice cream -AMAZING waffle cone Cons: -Expensive (~$9 for 2 scoops) I will coming back for more deliciousness.
google avatar

Yelp
This place smells amazing as soon as you walk in. I was hooked immediately because they have a sign on the wall declaring their commitment to paying folks a living wage - can't get better than a company acting like decent humans. You can either get a cone of a single flavor or a sundae (they have several varieties including a make your own). I recommend the brownie sundae with cookie and cream ice cream. They heat up the brownies which really makes a difference. The best part for me however; was the cherry on top! It tasted like cherry pie topping. :) I highly recommend checking this place out. The folks behind the counter are great too! Delicious!

Yelp
We love Molly Moons ice cream in our household. But did you know that they also offer ice cream cakes? When our 8-year old request a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for her birthday, we of course, ordered it from Molly Moons. Placed the order online and pick-up was smooth. Even though, there was a line of customer for scoops, someone was able to grab my order quickly for me. A tip is that this does need to thaw for about 15 mins so it can be cut. We forgot to read the instructions, so we had to stall for time while the birthday girl patiently waited. They loved it and the three scout mint cookies that adorned the top.

Yelp
Really rich and creamy, fun location but difficult to park. Always enjoy my Molly moon

Yelp
This is one of those places where weather can be freezing AF, but there will still be a long line wrapped outside the building of patrons waiting to get their hands on this Seattle staple ice cream. They sell their ice cream at almost every higher end grocery store in the Seattle area so if it's ice cream you're just looking for, there's easier way to have access to it. But it's an experience to stop by here while you're out with friends. Apparently dogs don't count as friends so you can to tie their lease to a pole outside while you're ordering, but there is also a walk up location closer to the park that's open during summer. Some of the popular signature flavors would be Earl Grey Lavender, Salted Caramel, and Yeti. You can get split scoops if you ask. They close later than some people's bed time. Apparently this is Molly Moon's new flagship location. It's a lot safer than the Seattle locations where you have to constantly worry if anybody is going to break into your car while you're standing in line for ice cream, might be worth it sometimes. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)
google avatar

Jane R.

Yelp
Love the yeti ice cream with granola chocolate from theos and delicious carmel. The cones are made fresh in the waffle machine and are delicious too.
google avatar

Jjay S.

Yelp
Molly Moons is a Seattle staple! Located right next to Bellevue park, it's a great place to grab a treat and hang out with friends or family! Most of their other locations are closer to Seattle, so I'm glad they were able to open up a shop on the east side where parking is a lot less threatening. They have great options for flavors (personal favorites are yeti/honey lavender), but they always have monthly seasonals! Last time I went, I got the strawberry shortcake and it was so good! I would say it's on the pricier side for ice cream, but it's definitely great quality and a good way to kill time with some people!
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
Good American style ice cream with fun flavors, some seasonal. I still think Salt & Straw is personally better but Molly Moon's is a good option as well. Follow my Instagram @nikon.foodie for more food recommendations and detailed reviews!
google avatar

Smrithi S.

Yelp
This location has always had a long queue every time we walked past it, this time there wasn't anyone waiting and I had to get ice cream. I got a kid scoop of Melted Chocolate, decided to skip the toppings that looked interesting (might try it next time). I loved the Melted Chocolate, she told me they make it with melted down local Theo chocolate. Yum!
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Good lord. Really some of the best ice cream I've had. You can smell the waffle cones from a block away. I had the cookie dough and it was unlike any cookie dough I've ever had. It was cinnamon ice cream with all sorts of other goodies. Super yummy. Service was great. Pricing is a little steep but you get what you pay for,and in this instance, you get some delicious ice cream.
google avatar

Aditi D.

Yelp
I love the cleanliness, politeness and ambiance of this cafe. What I would love are more vegan flavors. They pay their staff a fair wage which is amazing!
google avatar

Staci G.

Yelp
Perfectly creamy ice cream - had the mocha chocolate chip and loved it! Great place to grab a cone and walk around the area on a warm summer night.
google avatar

Jennie K.

Yelp
Located near Bellevue Park, my friend and I came here to cool down from the heat with some ice cream. I was about to go for my usual, but decided to try out something new from the seasonal list. So I got the Capital Hill Crunch, which is like vanilla ice cream with (I'm assuming) toffee chocolate chunks and the Pride Parade Vanilla, which is a pink vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. I thought the Pride Parade Vanilla was going to be like a napoleon with strips of color, but it was just pink. Other than that little disappointment, the flavor itself of both single scoop ice creams were great! I thought they paired well together and I will get it again. In terms of the shop, they only accept cards at the moment and have social distancing markers and signs to inform all patrons must wear masks to enter. They also provide hand sanitizer and all employees are wearing face masks as well. Great shop with friendly employees!
google avatar

Dayna L.

Yelp
Been here a bunch and love their flavors! Im lactose intolerant but risk it for the biscuit when it comes to the raspberry crumble I like how conveniently located they are near the park and even though it's a tiny shop it gets the job done! I do wish they filled the cone because yes these scoops are lovely for photos but it's boring when I finish the ice cream and have an empty cone left
google avatar

Daphne B.

Yelp
Molly Moon's use to be my go-to spot for ice cream when I lived in Seattle, but now that I'm on the eastside this is the only location I can reasonably go-to to get my fix. The flavors are consistent, and always delicious. But my issue with this location is that it very small and you have to shuffle through people just to get inside. Parking is also not very convenient, they have all but 5 spaces behind the shop but they were all full when we got there and had to get creative to find a spot. My other issue is that I asked for a strawberry rhubarb sauce as a topping (which costs $1.50) and there was barely any added to it. There was a little bit poured on the top of my ice cream cone but I thought there'd be more poured perhaps in the middle. It was honestly pretty disappointing to get a few licks of it at first but then no sauce at all throughout the rest of the cone. Hardly seems worth the money, even though it was delicious. The staff were friendly but they too looked cramped trying to work around each other. It's just too small of a space that's so busy.
google avatar

Emily J.

Yelp
This shop is different than the walkup stall right around the corner. It is much more similar to the other locations with a merch section, freezer with to go pints, long serving counter, bathroom, standing area etc. There are several social distancing stickers on the flow to direct customers to safely social distance from each other. The staff is friendly and quick. The ice cream is always delicious and never disappoints. I am quite surprised with the low reviews and average rating. I wouldn't let them be the reason you do not give the place a try. At least in my two experiences this quarantine, they have been quite the opposite.
google avatar

Debra W.

Yelp
Yes please. That's really all my review needs to say. But fine, I'll write more. It's freaking fantastic and delicious. Creamy and flavorful. Sinful and heavenly. The make their homemade ice cream with local milk and cream. The ice cream is made in house and churned by daily. I mean that's really all you need to know. Other than what flavors are on deck. A must do is the salted caramel. The complexity of flavors is mind blowing. The have their "always" flavors and seasonal flavors. You can also take molly moons home too bc they pack in quarts. Talk about winning at life.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
All I can say is I normally will only eat chocolate and peanut butter ice cream until a friend introduced me to Yeti. Maybe it used to be called Sasquatch but now it's called Yeti. All I can say is when I took a bite of the sweet cream, granola, caramel, chocolate chunks my brain saw golden fireworks and then red rockets and blue stars!! Magical Yeti!! What a fun, exciting, ice cream!! Dangerously you can door dash this as well!! Be afraid be very afraid of the Yeti!!!! It's going to devour your soul!!!

Yelp
Bellevue- Flagship just opened July 2020. Different then the walk up location in Bellevue (that still exist on NE 2nd st, around the corner). Food- Molly moon has reliable yummy ice cream. Creamy goodness with varying seasonal flavors. Flavors deliver. For me, it's on the sweet side, but half way through the scoop , my tongue gets over the sugar assault, then it tastes good. Service- standard, time of covid does not allow for sampling. The line was long, but moves. Only 2 groups in the store at a store, mandatory mask. Ambiance- open and airy. Music was loud, hard to give order through mask. Plenty of Molly moon paraphernalia available and Zerolle ice scoops to purchase. Location- under the Park 88 Residences. Street parking. Suspect Parking garage available on NE 1st place through the building. great corner location near Downtown Bellevue park.
google avatar

Jamie J.

Yelp
The girl working there was so kind and offered samples. She was patient and kindly explained the flavors. There was a big rush after but somehow she managed to keep smiling. Overall good experience !!

Yelp
It has been awhile since I had Molly Moon's. This was my first time visiting the store since it had opened in part because the days are cold and/or the lines from the store were too long. As someone who visited the Molly Moon's stall 1-2 blocks away near the park, I was kind of excited to see this. Of course, you can't fully utilize the place due to current regulations. The space is pretty big and I could imagine it either having indoor seating or a place where you can see ice cream being made. Like the stall, there is a line along the street and at the front there is a sign that broadcasts the flavors, toppings and combos available so you know what to order before you head inside. Of course, with the current situation and regulations, you can't have tastings of the flavors but that is for the best. You can have your ice cream in a cone but if you take it to go, you can have it with a cup with a cover on it. If you can't wait to get home, there is the park. There is a bench nearby. I noticed there some chairs near the store but they belong to the café so I wouldn't bet using them to finish your treat.
google avatar

Brittany W.

Yelp
This location is conveniently located off of Main Street in Bellevue. While a larger location than the walk-up across from the park, it just allows more room for people to wait inside. The line still frequently ends up outside, but moves fast. I like Molly Moon's a lot in general but have been disappointed that they don't offer samples anymore. While I understand why, it's an expensive commitment if you don't like the flavor you purchased (which happened to me recently). I tried the seasonal flavor, stracciatella, and felt like it was a waste of a scoop/money. I'll just stick to one of the tried and true standard flavors until they bring back samples.
google avatar

Lorraine I.

Yelp
I mean can you put it together? Customer service is extremely unorganized Literally these people are like untrained They don't know what to do They skip the customers and they are really slow Some of the members were kind of rude also I hate to say this One scoop took you like 20 mins not in peak hours Super super disappointed

Yelp
After an abundant lunch at Din Tai Fung today we strolled at the Bellevue downtown park under the scorching sun. Yes, it was one of those rare summer hot days that we get up here in the PNW. Anyway, while walking, despite being full, I got ice cream cravings, so we decided to try out molly moon's. The line was pretty long and under the sun, not ideal under the sun, but good sign! Got a scoop of melted chocolate in a cup with waffle cone crumble and I have to say that I really liked it. Mind you, I'm Italian and I'm used to Italian gelato in italy. This one was not as smooth and rich like the gelato I'm used to, but it was pretty darn good. The addition of the waffle cone crumble topping was perfect! Completely forgot to take pictures! Will do next time
google avatar

Nikki G.

Yelp
Unique flavors and great staff but be prepared to wait because it's popular and be careful where you park because that was some expensive ice cream lol
google avatar

Tonia C.

Yelp
We ventured to this little ice cream shop that was perfect timing on a hot humid evening. Our party was super excited to see what the hype was regarding the ice cream and we were not disappointed. The waffle cones were fresh and their aroma permeated the air. We settled on brownie sundaes, waffle cones and scoops in a cup. Everyone left satisfied and consumed their treats outside on benches in front of the store front. We love Molly Moons! They are open until 11:00 pm on Saturday nights and would be a nice treat after a visit at the park.

Yelp
Visiting in town and this was hands down the best ice cream we've had in awhile. Line moved quickly and cashier was nice.

Yelp
Move over, Seattle. Molly Moon's has planted their flagship in Bellevue. Eastside for the win! This flagship location is in downtown Bellevue, walking distance to the Bellevue Downtown Park and Main Street. It's been a nice addition for the area. For Molly Moon's around town, I usually went to their walk-up window, which is right across from the Bellevue Downtown Park, so isn't far from this flagship location. However, the walk-up window is closed for the winter. The flagship location is open year-round and you can buy accessories and other goods here, in addition to your ice cream. I haven't visited the flagship before the COVID-19 restrictions, so have no idea if they had indoor dining then. However, outdoor seats are easy to find, given the close proximity to the park. Plus, there are benches right outside the shop. Social distancing is enforced, as there are markers on the sidewalk of where to stand when in line. Also, they are not allowing samples, yet they are still doing their seasonal flavors. For November they had a butterscotch bourbon, which I ordered for a warm brownie sundae. The warm brownie sundae comes with a scoop of your choice of ice cream, choice of topping, with a warm brownie, whipped cream and a cherry. The brownie was good and was warm, so made it extra gooey. I love chocolate, so was glad to get a lot of this flavor. I also chose the chocolate hard shell topping, which was solid, but wasn't the best with a warm brownie. I most likely would get hot fudge, to keep the brownie warm. The butterscotch bourbon ice cream was good, but not my favorite butterscotch flavored dessert I've had. I also didn't get a lot of the bourbon flavor from it, which is surprising since Molly Moon's is known for their really distinct flavors within their ice cream. But it wasn't bad. I ate half of my sundae and threw in the towel. It was a lot, so would be great to share with your boo. I'm a fan of Molly Moon's ice cream (Yeti for the win!), so am glad to have this flagship location in my neighborhood. For gourmet, creamy ice cream, it's worth it to splurge and treat yo' self every once in a while.

Yelp
Great location across the street from the Bellevue park. We ordered blueberry lemon cluster and coconut chunks. Omg, the coconut was sooo creamy. The blueberry one was good but not as good as the coconut. We were going to take the cone and walk down to Meydenbaurer bay, these cones were so good, we devoured the cone in record time. It's a great place to take a break. The place has the plastic shield and face masks requirement so it felt pretty safe for us. We will be back. Hopefully there will be some outdoor seating when things get better.

Yelp
Ice cream wise, this place was great. I had driven up from Renton to try this place with a friend in town from Montana. We had to sit outside and freeze because there was no indoor seating. I know it is COVID times, but an outdoor heater or even tables near the door would have gone a long way towards making this a more enjoyable experience. I will come back in the summer.

Yelp
It was a rainy afternoon. Still a bit busy but the ice cream was yummy. I got the cone with ice cream the staff broke the cone but she still gave it to me. I was a bit shocked but I don't want to waste the ice cream so I didn't ask for a replacement. It was a nice treat.
