The food here is PHENOMENAL! I have never been disappointed in any of their food - I get the Almond Toastie every time and it's wonderful. Also, I wish the pastries with nuts should be completely separated. I am allergic to pistachio nuts so I am not able to eat any of the pastries since they're all in the same case next to each other. The drinks are not as good. To be fair, we have only ever had iced drinks but it feels like they are so watered down every time that I can't even taste the espresso in the latte. I am absolutely willing to try more drinks if some are better, but I have yet to find one that's like a latte I would make at home or get from another local coffee shop. We have tried mocha, vanilla, and honey lattes and none have been what I have expected :( will absolutely be back for more toasties I just want a good, sweet iced drink! (If anybody has drink reccs that are very tasty, I would love to hear it!)

Google
This spot offers lovely outside seating, cozy indoor seating, and a broad selection of drinks. I enjoyed the peppermint tea!

Google
I've gone to the other location plenty of times, but it took me forever to finally visit this original location. This one is a little more spacious inside, but also has plenty of outdoor seating. It has the same good vibe, same food/drink menu, fish tins, WiFi, and seems to be just as lovable as the other location. I just had a coconut cold brew here, and no surprise it was excellent.

Google
If you are in the Cincinnati area or nearby, I highly recommend this establishment for breakfast or lunch. We were searching for a suitable dining option and discovered this location via Google. The ambiance was welcoming and comfortable, and the customer service was impeccable. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Google
The atmosphere is really nice, there is indoor and outdoor seating. Really liked their coffee, I had the coconut cold brew. Their dirty Nady egg sandwich might be the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The muffin bread they use is delicious.

Google
Amazing! The baristas were super nice and welcoming, just very chill. The vibes are super great and there's a ton of outdoor seating. The toast was good; clearly good quality bread. A decent selection of seasonal drinks. I'm very excited to go back!!!

Google
Very nice atmosphere, specially the outdoor tables and the staff is friendly. The coffee was excellent, we ordered cortado, the dirty Nady egg sandwich was wooow. The Banana& almond butter toastie was soo delicious. I highly recommend it.

Devyani Sharma

Google
Great spot with decently good coffee and the best avocado toastie I have had so far. The dirty Naty sandwich is also very good. We tried the honey latte and mocha. They also have the option of some selected pastries. Overall it's a great cafe the only drawback I felt is that it's a little expensive. The avocado toast alone costs $12, without an egg. If you can afford it you should definitely try it out.

Yelp
Nice spot for coffee and a bite to eat. We stopped in at 11 on a Tuesday. We didn't get to try any pastries as they were sold out. I had the honey latte and avacado toast. The honey latte was very lightly sweet (good taste but if you prefer a sweet latte steer clear from this one). The avocado toast was fabulous and completely LOADED with avocado. I actually had to take some of the avocado off so I could enjoy the delicious toast as well. Tons of seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff were all completely delightful, kind, helpful and attentive. Would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Yelp
Will always love this place & their food. Avocado toasties a little pricey but SO worth it for the quality you can truly taste. Always the coolest employees too! It's so sweet coming in the warmer months because you can sit outside, though the inside is just as nice :)
google avatar

Yelp
Really good food and coffee. I got the breakfast sandwich...so good! The English muffin was 10/10. I also got a seasonal latte - Fall Spice. My latte was hot and not overly sweet, which surprisingly is an issue with many coffee shops, and when they get this right, it doesn't go unnoticed by me :) The staff is super nice and attentive, and the vibe inside makes it a spot that you want to hang out at. They also had pastries from the critically acclaimed Sebastian Bakehouse which I've been dying to try...score! I tried a pastry with pistachio cream and cherry filling. My only feedback is I think it's a little overpriced, however they do deliver on the quality/taste ($10 for the breakfast sandwich but again, it was fire.) I'd like to come back and try some of their tinned fish items and a glass of wine :)

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops in Cincy. Always great service, a million seating options, and incredibly cozy. Can not go wrong with a place like this.

Yelp
This place was so cute!! I got a delicious, unique drink iced drink, it was the ube latte I believe! I did homework here for a few hours. The music was relaxing and the art was so fun! Only thing was this place was FREEZING, but it kept me awake that's for sure lol

Yelp
I love finding little gems hidden in the most unsuspecting areas of town, and this coffee shop is just that. As you drive down Colerain, you might find yourself looking for a little downtown area, but you won't find one! But you will find is what you might consider more industrial buildings. And then all of a sudden boom! There's Mom 'n 'em! I always walk through the front door and weave through a bunch of seating to get to the counter because i forgot there's a side door that'll take you right there. Anyhoo, I'm a big fan of lavender lattes, and they've got 'em! And they also make their own syrup in house, so it's not too sweet. I Emily the breakfast sandwich, but be forewarned the bacon is very salty. Tasty. But salty. I usually end up picking it off the sandwich. They've also got a lovely assortment of pastries, and not the kind you get from a big box store. These are clearly made by a local baker of some sort. I'll take a picture next time. My descriptions will not do them justice. The only thing to point out is there aren't a lot of outlets available and some are only 2 pronged, so be sure to charge up your device if you plan on working from there.

Yelp
You can feel the warmth in the space. They have lots of outdoor seating and it's perfect for the summer time. I got a ube latte and it was so good. I love when It's my first time visiting a cafe and the barista tells me what their house specials are. So worth it and I can't wait to come visit again

Yelp
I love coming to Mom 'n 'em in the morning to grab coffee and a bite to eat while getting some work done. It's so cozy in there and the food and beverages are amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as well! When it's nice outside their outdoor patio is a great place to hang out too. Obsessed with the cinnamon sugar toastie and the almond butter banana toastie.
google avatar

Yelp
Very nice little coffee shop in Camp Washington. I had the salmon toastie that came topped with a delicious radish and dill oil. The ambiance was nice - community oriented gathering space where one can easily work or chat. The decor is cute.

Yelp
I drive from Harrison to come here for breakfast and/or coffee pretty regularly. Their avacado toast is the best I've ever had. The garlic aioli on it is ridiculously good. (You can actually buy a jar of it--highly recommend.) I haven't had a bad meal, and I've tried like 4-5 different things. The staff ("Mom" who owns it with her grown kids) are hardworking, accommodating, friendly, sweet, and helpful. They're always doing yummy seasonal changes, listening to customers, and clearly put so much heart into ALL their locations around the area. "Mom" is always working on something when I'm in there. I love her energy. Oh! Also, the pastries in the case are to die for. They usually sell out, but that egg nog puff pastry they have around Christmas is fire! Great place to grab coffee and work. Lots of places to lounge and the interior has a great vibe. I've been meaning to go to their other location near me because apparently they have different menu items that are equally delicious. FOREVER a customer!

Yelp
We love this coffee shop. Super unique space with lots of different seating areas, including a nice outdoor area. Most importantly, the coffee is fantastic and so is the avocado toast! Friendly service, too.

Yelp
We stopped for coffee and an early lunch which were delicious. My husband had the smoked salmon toasty and I had the breakfast sandwich. Perfect fuel to start a day of wandering through a new city. But we got way more than that. The two servers (one was a mural artist) behind the counter were chatty so I told them we were visitors and asked them for recommendations. They gave a few verbally then came to our table with a long handwritten list and lingered to chat about it. It was spot on! We visited most of their recommendations over the course of the next two days and frankly ran out of time to see them all. I wish I could have gone back to tell them thank you in person. Hope you both see this and know how much we appreciate your friendliness!!!

Yelp
I've been in a few times and always get a delicious coffee and treat. Last time I enjoyed a cardamom bun while picking up a box of coffee for a group. I wasn't sure how the coffee (in a to go box) was going to taste, but it really hit the spot. They brewed up a fresh fruity coffee and supplied me with cups, some sweeteners, and some cream. The only thing I forgot to grab for our group was some stir sticks. Luckily, the coffee was so delicious straight black that it didn't need a single add-in! I will definitely be coming back to get my group's coffee from here again!

Yelp
I may have found my new coffee shop. Super cute and spacious. Perfect space for working. Nice patio. The staff was super kind.

Yelp
Visiting from Pittsburgh for a wedding and found this through Reddit- it was superb! My flat white was amazing and the black coffee was also excellent. We loved the pastries we got, some of the best we've had in a long time and both the egg sandwich and the almond butter toast were fab. The staff were so kind and friendly and gave great recommendations. We loved looking out the window on this very snowy day and admired all the cute art as well! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Yelp
Cute coffee shop with friendly service. I think it would be a great place to work or take a meeting. Ample parking in the immediate vicinity. I didn't try the food, but the pastries looked good and I think the cinnamon sugar toastie sounds like a perfect comfort treat. Enjoyed my fall seasonal latte, perfect blend of spices. The cost was a little steep for the size ($7 for 10oz), but I did get specially milk and I like supporting local business.
google avatar

Yelp
Killer coffee and an eclectic menu. We adored their avocado toast, and the selection of tinned fish really makes you want to venture beyond your comfort zone, and try something new.

Yelp
My BFF and came here for brunch. Parking is street only. Inside looks like seating for way more than can park close then they also have outdoor seating that will be fun in warmer weather. We both got sandwiches and coffees First, let me say that I loved the fun attitude of the staff. The explained everything to us. We ordered and sat down to enjoy our coffee and food and it was freaking amazing. My BFF even said it was the best avocado toast she ever had. She did put an egg on it too though. I will say it was very tasty. I had the egg samich which was also very good but I will say her toast was better. I really enjoyed my homemade caramel in my today only caramel latte. Very good. If I had one complaint it would be parking. So come and be prepared to walk if you have to park down the street. Worth it. We plan to go to their other location for "Review/scientific research" comparison.

Yelp
A visit to Mom 'n 'em quite literally feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The interior just oozes coolness, while still conveying that all are welcome to drop by and hang for a while. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday morning around 11 a.m., and this place was packed! Thankfully, we found a table indoors - but I think we probably snagged the last one. We each ordered lattes, and decided to go halfsies on their Avocado Toast, and Almond Butter Banana Toast. $11 for toast seems a little pricey to me - but the taste and the freshness make the cost oh-so worth it. The coffee was wonderfully flavorful, and topped with some fun latte art. I'd definitely return to Mom 'n 'em again soon - and I'd love to sample some of their other artfully crafted pastries, or their famed egg sandwich.

Yelp
Food is Amazing, egg sandwich is 10/10 Drinks were great, many options for coffee and alcohol The backyard is a perfect place to relax Very friendly staff, and beautiful colors around the building

Yelp
Very impressed. Cute ambiance. Love the plants and decor. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

Yelp
So homey and so hip at the same time. Walking up, there's a mural on the wall, outdoor seating on the lawn and porch, and a front door that looks more for a home than a storefront. You enter right into a hallway with a staircase! And then peeking around the corner you find a cozy living room-esque setup with lots of varied seating, framed photos and old wine bottles as decor. A sweet place to chat with a friend, or tables to get some work and reading done. No decaf espresso beans but they do make a nice decaf au lait! Breakfast sandwiches are popular and yummy, as is the generously sliced and buttered cinnamon toast. Unfortunately there weren't any pastries available the morning I visited so the food selection wasn't very large but it made do!

Yelp
6 of us came in 20min before closing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A mix of Cincinnatians and New Yorkers, coffee snobs and coffee enthusiasts, all of us loved our coffees and we each got something different. I got an iced honey latte with oat milk - I usually ask for it half sweet but didn't and it was still perfect. I tried a coconut cold brew with oat milk and one with whole milk and both were delicious- I don't even generally like cold brew. I honestly didn't expect it to live up to the hype but it really did! The most snobby of the aficionados was the one who seemed to love it the most. In an old remodeled house, the interior was cozy and cool at the same time. Lots of random corners to enjoy some alone time, and lots of plush seating for those who prefer a small group for conversation. I also very impressed with the outdoor space. It's hard to find a coffee shop with this much outdoor seating and I think it will be every Autum lovers dream when the time comes.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee shop! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, looking for a snack. I got a perfectly-made cappuccino and daughter got a iced vanilla Chai tea, which she enjoyed. She also got granola and yogurt which hit the spot, and I got the cinnamon toast. The cinnamon toast! Oh my, that was the best! The bread was a very thick slice of sourdough bread with a generous topping of cinnamon, sugar and butter. The bread! So good - it was real San Francisco-style sourdough with that great tang and it was soft and chewy inside. The flavors all went together perfectly - it was not the ordinary cinnamon toast I was expecting. I almost wanted to sneak into the kitchen area and swipe a loaf of that bread, but I did not. I love that the shop is in an old house. Great seating inside where we were -- multiple nooks to create your space in -- and also outside in the side yard. Parking on the street was no problem on this Sunday afternoon. They also sell wine but I didn't check out their collection on this trip - but I'll be back! Side note: you'll find more info on the owners and their mom on the website. I felt an affinity since I also lived to SF Bay Area for years, and then moved back to Cincinnati. And frankly I like the name Mom and 'Em's, even though in reading the back story of this shop, my daughter Em and I interpreted the name incorrectly. No matter, for us, this will be Mom and Em's!

Yelp
What a wonderful find!!! My BFF and I wanted to try something new to us so we trekked over to Colerain Ave to try Mom 'n 'Em!!!! Sooooo delightful!!!! We were greeted immediately by the friendliest baristas!!! They gave great recommendations!!! I had the best avocado toast I've ever had. THE. BEST!!! I also split a cruffin with my BFF! It was flaky and light and wonderful!!! I drank a coconut cold brew and it was also A+!!! One of the baristas even brought us a tiny plate with a piece of chocolate cherry zucchini bread for us to try!!!! Everything was served on pottery and old pieces of China which is an extra touch to this super wonderful gem of a coffee place! Everything that can be is composted or recycled! Even the coffee grounds are put into their flower beds!!! This is definitely worth the trip and I will for sure be coming back for more!!!!

Yelp
One of the most memorable coffee shops that I've been to in a while. Service was great, atmosphere was perfect for working on my laptop, food was AMAZING. That breakfast sandwich and potatoes were way beyond anything that I expected.

Yelp
I really don't know why I've never reviewed before! Mom 'n 'em is one of my go-to spots when I'm feeling like a treat for myself. Usually I head to the Madisonville location because I'm already up that way but the OG Camp Washington location is equally as amazing! I've never had a drink I didn't like. My usual is an almond milk gilbraltar but I've tried some other espresso drinks and also the iced teas and I've never been disappointed. The food is also absolutely delicious! I have no idea how they make something as simple as avocado toast taste so complex and delicious but they do and it's incredible! It's my favorite in town! Also don't sleep on their crispy potatoes with aioli! As far as the staff goes, I've always felt extremely welcomed whenever I walk in. Someone greets you right away and they're always friendly and helpful. Plus you never wait very long for your drinks or food no matter how busy they are, which is an added bonus!
google avatar

Arthur L.

Yelp
Not your typical coffee shop but a step above the rest. This location nestled within Camp Washington looks like a home turned into a haven for coffee lovers and more. The atmosphere was nice and laidback with a nice mural and outdoor seating perfect for good weather days. The inside was set up in such a way to give privacy but not isolate ones. Service was quick despite it being busy and a Sunday morning. They were helpful and answered our questions and didn't make us feel rushed. The menu is different from the usual, my wife got the Affogato which includes a scoop of gelato in with espresso. A nice change of pace and the flavor was delightful. They also host a good variety of teas and even alcohol and cocktails. Tips to make your visit a success: 1) Not just coffee and tea. As stated before they offer cocktails and such but not to be missed is the food they serve also. Breakfast sandwich, toasties and tinned fish to name a few. Try some food when you go and see how it pairs up with your drink. 2) Don't let the long line fool you it's worth the wait. When we went there was a line almost out the door but it moved speedily and we were glad we stayed. They are used to lines there and can move through it well. Try this coffee and wine shop and enjoy yourself today!!

Yelp
Welcoming and cozy coffee shop that makes you want to stay awhile. Great coffee and so many tasty options for pastries/light breakfast and lunch options. There are also a good number of provisions wine and cheese and such. Great stop any time of day! Make sure you have time to hang because you won't want to leave!

Yelp
I have been wanting to check out this new Mom 'n 'em location since it's opened and I finally went this morning with some family that is in town. It was so cute inside and more spacious than expected. We ordered lots of stuff and then found a seat and waited for it to come out. The pastries were given to us right away, our lattes came out very quickly after, and the avocado toast and chia pudding took probably about 15mins to be served to us, which we attribute to how crowded it was on this Saturday morning. We loved our pastries so much! We got a pain aux raisins-honey custard & a chocolate croissant. The chocolate in the croissant was very minimal, so you only really got it in a couple bites. I wish there was more. It was dark chocolate. The pain aux raisins-honey custard was incredible!! I would definitely get it again. I would also like to try the other pain aux raisins flavors that they offer. Although the pastries are super fresh and delicious, they would be even better if they were heated up after ordering. I asked if this was possible but the worker said no. We ordered vanilla lattes and a honey latte and both tasted great! Not too sweet. The honey latte was super light and even less sweet than the vanilla latte. The avocado toast was delicious!! The toast was made with their homemade bread, so it was very fresh. I did not try the chia pudding by my cousin said it was pretty good. Not the best ever, but good. There was some sea salt on the nut butter, causing a sweet and salty taste that she enjoyed. Next time I would get another vanilla latte but try a different type of fresh pastry. They also have wine and alcohol and I noticed they have a patio out back with string lights. It would be cool to come back at nighttime (once the weather warms up) and enjoy a glass of wine under the lights.

Yelp
This afternoon I helped to organize a fieldtrip to the American Sign Museum followed by lunch at Mom 'n 'em right down the street. There was a group of 18 senior citizens who were in attendance. I was concerned that bringing that number in right around lunch time would be a challenge, yet the staff met our needs very well. The service and the food were excellent! Bravo to the friendly and accommodating staff! Thank you!
google avatar

Brianna K.

Yelp
This place is the perfect vibe for anyone that likes intimate cafes; it looks a bit like a house inside with cute small tables and couches! The matcha latte and vanilla latte were okay, but the baristas/service was pleasant and the drinks are decently priced! **one thing i LOVED about this place is that all packaging was compostable (straws, lids, cups, etc)! BROWNIE POINTS!!!!
google avatar

Morgan C.

Yelp
Love Mom 'n 'em! This location is so inviting with its old charm of being in a historic neighborhood and the staff are so friendly! There's outdoor space to hang out and various indoor seating areas which creates a cozy vibe. The coffee is delicious and there are pastries for sale. I had some seriously, flaky croissants!
google avatar

rylee w.

Yelp
Ordered the "Dirty Nati" Egg Samich, an Almond Crossiant, and the crispy potatoes alongside a Vanilla Latte and a honey latte. All was delicious- the potatoes were the star of the show! Perfectly salty and crunchy. Definitely a favorite breakfast spot if you can find a seat! Great ambiance and cool vibe as well. Our service was great- whoever took our order gave lots of great recommendations and helped steer us in the right direction
google avatar

Michelle J.

Yelp
What a great coffee shop!!! And guess what?!?!?! All pastries are made in house at their new location, super plus. Nothing like a fresh pastry. Staff was kind but quiet. The space is inviting and I really enjoyed my time here. My daughter was really excited about the tea and enjoyed every sip. Can't wait to meet up with a girlfriend here over and hot mug of coffee.
google avatar

Troy S.

Yelp
Dirty Nati b'fast samich was awesome and hit the spot too! ... on a Very nice Very nice English muffin with just enough runny egg and greens! Very pleasant and accommodating staff/owner!

emma d.

Yelp
Really cool, clean atmosphere. The chocolate croissant was the best I've ever had. I got a lavender matcha which was also amazing. The service was notably slow, especially for the fact it wasn't too busy. I think it was worth the wait though. Definitely come here if you're in Cincinnati!
google avatar

Chris T.

Yelp
Cozy inside and lots of tables outside. Great staff, conversations, and pastries. Get the Nasty Nati!

Yelp
Do NOT pass by Mom n' Me y'all! The interior design and ambience is so freaking cool; big coffee bar and kitchen with lovely sitting area. Got drip coffee and yah, solid drip coffee. Can't ask for more or less. BUT THIS MORTABELLA SANDWICH. YO. Fresh bread, stunning pesto, meat, and garlic aioli... gosh DAAAAANG. Don't pass this up for a lovely coffee joint or relaxed linch. Menu isn't thick but it's excellent!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is cute, fun to hang out at . I paid $6.00 for a piece of cinnamon toast , was the bread great yes , but $6.00 The coffee was " ok " Maybe I need to try something different Staff was indifferent - maybe a " hey you have never been here before, let me tell you about some of our great things we have " ( nope ) Would I go back - maybe -

Yelp
What a nice little find. My wife and I popped in here in between stops on our Christmas eve morning errand run. It was exactly what we needed. The hot chocolate with homemade marshmallow was delish. My mocha was good but a bit bitter. Neither drink was particularly hot. Both breakfasts hit the mark. The avocado toastie was loaded with fresh avo. My wife loved the seeds sprinkled on top. My egg sandwich was good but the muffin could have been toasted more. While Mom's isn't near home, we'd definitely pop by again on our way to or from downtown or northern KY.
google avatar

Mia T.

Yelp
My absolute favorite location and coffee shop Vibes, food, coffee, are all perfection. The Dirti Nati sandwich is absolutely unreal - so flavorful. There's plenty of room to spread out and hangout or work from home here. I love the different rooms because it feels more intimate. Great place for a weekend debrief. There is nothing I would change about this wonderful coffee shop.

Daniel E.

Yelp
SUCH A COOL PLACE! The egg sandwich is AMAZING! GREAT service and staff! Fresh pastries. Relaxed atmosphere. Very eclectic dining area. Coffee is OUTSTANDING! A true gem in our cities restaurant community! Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I've had this place on my list since following their construction of the place on social media. It's cool! It's basically a house that they've spruced up for hipsters and all Cincy friends. There are multiple rooms to sit in and lots of seats! I love all the plants, the natural light, and the high ceilings which made the place seem very open. The furniture is amazing! Not sure who designed their interiors but it looks very calm and inviting. Parking is easily found on the street. You can also enter through the front or the side. I ordered a honey latte with oat milk while my friends got a cappuccino, an affogato, drip coffee, and the egg sandwich. Everything was tasty! Service was fantastic and the latte art was cool! The staff was super nice and friendly! The music selection was a good selection. Pleasing to any hipster. It's got a great atmosphere. You can also order alcohol here and eat avocado toast. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
I tried this place out for the first time a little over a week ago finally. I parked my car and saw that it is in a converted house which was cool, but I wasn't sure which door to use at first, both are fine to use. It was a quaint and relaxed space with lots of seating options to talk with friends or get some work done. Their chai latte and a hazelnut croissant was okay. The chai late was missing a kick of spice that I desired, and the hazelnut croissant was missing the hint of Nutella I was expecting, but it was better when dipped in the tea. Overall a nice place to get some work done or kick back with a friend(s) and chat. The beverage and food I chose left me a little underwhelmed, but I'd give them another shot.

sukhleen k.

Yelp
The place was so cute. I went to the bigger location but it's super busy so it took a minute to find a good spot to work. The coffee and bfast sandwich was very good. I originally went there because I saw someone say they had the best bfast potatoes but they were a little (maybe a lot) too salty for me.
google avatar

Katherine D.

Yelp
Such an awesome place! I wasn't too crazy about driving down that way but I really wanted to check out this coffee place and it was for sure worth it. It was a quick stop, so we only ordered two cappuccinos with almond milk and they were mouthwatering, they're not only pretty but very flavorful. The building looks all new and is hard to miss because of the painting on the outside wall, also the decor inside is very contemporary it makes you feel like your at home, not to mention the service is great, the guy that served the coffee was very polite and friendly. They have a wide variety of wines and I'm not a wine person at all but they are enticing, will go back to check out other things on the menu.

Yelp
I really like the environment at mom n em both inside and out. There is tons of seating, naturals light and the decor is amazing. It can be very busy and sometimes be loud, which is expected. I got the mocha. It was ok not the best I've had but I drink it also obviously no complaints.

Yelp
Came for a visit in Cincinnati and decided to stop by on a friend's recommendation. Paid almost $40 for coffee, and breakfast (avo toast and banana almond butter toast). Ordered at 11:03am and our friends ordered right after us. We got out coffee and our friends got their food within 10 minutes. I wait 30 minutes with no food and ask where my food is. Cashier's response was dismissive: interrupted me and said "it's a 25 minute wait." Didn't ask how long I have been waiting or what my order is. Waited until 11:40am with still no food and walked in asking where my food was (almost 40 minutes since I ordered food). Cashier's response was "yeah sorry it's been a crazy day." Didn't think I payed to wait $1 per minute for my food. Had a great experience here last time I visited but the customer service was terrible today and I'll be sure to never come here again because I don't think there's ever a good enough excuse to have a customer waiting 40 minutes ordering TOAST that altogether makes breakfast $40. If you're going to charge a lot of money for simple food, fine...at least have good customer service and make the price worth it...they didn't offer to comp anything so I asked for a refund, they didn't seem to care or feel apologetic at all.
