We gifted our daughter one of the hands free pumps. It really worked great for her. She loved it. When she wore it, you couldn’t tell it was there, nor could you hear it. It was easy to assemble and disassemble. The only thing is that it stopped working. It somehow got clogged, not sure, but the milk would no longer dump into the storage part. Momcozy responded quickly, and gave no problems on the replacement. You were just asked to take photos of the unit and the serial number. It was still under warranty. The shipped a new one, and that was that. The only thing is that they said pick the same or one compatible in price. She wanted the newer one, but would have had to pay the extra. It would have been nice, because it definitely was an inconvenience, especially when that was the one she solely used. But all in all, it was a smooth process, maybe add expedited shipping, because Mom’s depend on these machines. Other than that, she loves it!! Especially the app that records everything.

Please, rethink your choice in using this company. I bought an item that was the wrong size and tried to exchange it. I am unable to exchange it even thought I bought the return label from them, showed the unused item in pictures that they needed. From there I have received multiple emails asking if they can close the transaction and if I wanted 20% off to keep it. I have called to tell them that the shipping label is not usable. I was then told over the phone to use the link on the email and they could do anything. I did go on the link, and guess what...they decided it was not returnable. Worst company ever!!!

I purchased the M5 pump on Amazon and it melted in my baby Brezza sterilizer a couple of times after use. Momcozy was incredible about replacing the product and getting back to me within 24 hours of me contacting them. Thank you for such incredible customer service! A special thank you to Irene.

Do not purchase from the site directly! Be warned they will con you. Go through Amazon so you don’t have to deal with the headache. On July 29th I ordered a bottle warmer and cooler for breastmilk. I read their info on their shipping policy saying that they ship it in 3 business days. There was no option to expedite to change the shipping option. I reached via email because I needed these products to reach me by no later than Aug 8th. That’s a full 10 days later. On August 5th I received half of my order. The bottle warmer had arrived only and. I was super confused as to why only half of the order was here. It also came from Amazon. I reached out again to see what was going on and they explained that the warehouse had run out of the coolers and that they were trying to locate another warehouse to ship the cooler. Since then I’ve reached out daily and no one responds. I don’t have the cooler and will not have it on time. Extremely disappointed with this company. One try’s to go direct to help the company out and instead they get the worst customer service. Buy direct from Amazon and erase Momcozy. Do not purchase anything from their site directly. You will regret it.

This company is absolute trash! I order a breast pump for my daughter on Friday and was given an estimated delivery date of 3 days later. I checked again and now the estimated date is 3weeks later! And the product is coming from china! I have reached out several times with no reply. The company won’t attempt to respond or even stop the order. I am contacting the better business bureau and my bank for a full refund! DO NOT OUR HASE FRIM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

If you read this review do not order anything from their website directly ! On September 25th I ordered the M5 breast pump along with a few other products, I normally order from Amazon, but this breast pump was out of stock on Amazon and I looked on their site and the product seemed to be in stock, I ordered the product, I tried to reach customer service many times, I sent messages and emails, they told me that the product was not available and that the product was ordered from China and that it could take 6-15 working days. In addition, in the tracking number they shared with me, there is only a warning that the delivery information has been received, that is, 10 days have passed, the delivery company has not even picked up the product, the cargo company belongs to a company called Yunexpress it’s Unbelievable, I have already been waiting for 10 days, my wife lives abroad, I will return to my country on October 10, I say I need this product, they tell me to wait patiently! They have an extremely bad customer service! They never answer the phone, but if you call and leave a voice recording, they will get back to you . In addition, there is no customer service representative in the USA, those who reach you by phone live in another country, you can easily understand this! Unfortunately, you can't become a good brand just by spending money on marketing. If you want to be a real Brand, you must learn not to victimize your customers!

I would not recommend purchasing anything through Momcozy’s website directly. We had very, very poor customer service and a bad experience. I like their breast pumps, but we will never buy from them again. I waited for over a week to receive my breast pumps after buying directly from the company’s website. I was in a pinch because my other pump motor stopped working and Amazon no longer sold the model of pump I liked. I was disappointed, disgusted, and frustrated to find that after a week of waiting, I opened the box from Momcozy and the breast pumps were USED and dirty. They were simply tossed in a box with the cords loose and the parts had milk buildup and were covered in dirt. I purchased these pumps new for over $100 and was so upset. I tried calling their customer service number, but no one ever answered and the line always said that they were working with another customer and to call back again. I was never able to TALK to someone to get my problem handled. I tried their “chat” feature on their website and no one was ever online, so I was forced to email them and wait for a response. After a day or two, a representative reached out and asked for questions/proof of the problem. I was told that they did not send used products and that I must have received it by mistake through one of their shipping partners. They asked if I wanted them to send new pumps, but I declined the offer and asked for a refund. After sending that message, radio silence for almost a week. I reached out once more to ask about the status of my refund. Again, radio silence. We decided to dispute the transaction through our credit card and that finally got their attention. They later reached out and said that their system was down, but was back up now and asked if I still needed help and wanted the issue resolved. This was so frustrating to us because they continued to draw out the situation and not just give us what we wanted: our money back as a result of our faulty order. I would not buy from them. Beware of terrible customer service.

Got a breast pump for my wife and it just quit working brand new cost like 300. The reviews say it all. Y'all got us . Pretty sad a company can just take advantage of people and do nothing.
