The 29 Best Restaurants in Busan, South Korea | Eater

"Yeongdo, once a working-class neighborhood on an island in south Busan, is now dotted with trendy coffee shops, including Momos, which gained recognition after barista Jooyeon Jeon won the World Barista Championship in 2019 with her unique blends of coffee beans and her attentive service. She continues that work at the Yeongdo location of Momos, an industrial space that also operates as a roastery, where customers can pull up a chair with a harborfront view to enjoy their espresso, along with various pastries and flavored drinks." - Summer Sun-Min Lee

Great cafe! Very stylish, but most importantly very tasty. Great variety of food for breakfast. Delicious matcha, tasty deserts. The location is very good, area around the cafe is well done, you can enjoy the view. Lovely place, can definitely recommend!

Beautiful cafe with views of the water. Very spacious with ample seating. We appreciated that they offered oat milk based Matcha and Lattes.

Opening the large window reveals a small garden with refreshing ocean breeze flowing in front of it. The drip coffee was Kenya - really good with no off-flavors, and the café latte with a subtle hint of acidity was also excellent. Recommended.

This is truly one of my favorite cafés of all time. With its open, airy atmosphere and breathtaking ocean view, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty. The location itself is ideal—peaceful yet vibrant—and the coffee and pastries are consistently excellent. It’s absolutely a must-visit spot when in Busan. Today, as I sip on my Gesha Shake-it coffee, the ocean breeze feels noticeably colder than yesterday—crisp and invigorating. There’s a certain melancholy to it, as if this might be the last cool gust before the heavy, humid embrace of summer settles over the city. Moments like this make me appreciate not only the flavors in my cup but the fleeting nature of the seasons here by the sea.

Came here with the hubby before we flew out to Fukuoka. The views are lovely as the cafe looks out onto the ocean. The coffee and pastry are good (I had a better egg tart at a different cafe the day before). This cafe gets really busy, and that took away from the calming / relaxed vibes.

Momos Coffee is just a lovely and fabulous place! I absolutely enjoyed having my coffee and pastries here. Everything was delicious and tasty. Loved the interior, design and atmosphere, the staff and service were amazing, people who work here are absolutely incredible. This is a superb hidden gem where you can spend some nice and quiet time! Considering the location, the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it!

I'm a long-time fan of momos coffee since they opened their first shop at Oncheonjang st. ☕️ Every time I visit Busan, trying specialty coffee filtered by experienced baristas is always on my to-do list. This branch is brand new this year, so it's still very crowded. 🙈 I've been here twice and was lucky enough to get a great seat with a beautiful view of the beach and garden. + View: Amazing! I saw someone trying to smoke in front of the windows, but the staff kindly asked them to move so they wouldn't block the view. 👍 All the staff are working hard to keep the place clean and create a great atmosphere. + Coffee: Momos is Momos. The best coffee for me. ☕ + Bakery: Must try their delicious bakery items. They pair perfectly with their coffee. 🥐 - Atmosphere: When the weather is nice, the place can get really crowded and noisy. 😞 It's also a bit annoying to have to fight for a seat. - Staff: The level of service can vary depending on the staff member. 😕 -parking : no parking lot led to illegal parking - The fishy smell of the cups: This needs to be improved ASAP! The water cups and coffee cups smell fishy. It's just a cup of water, but it's still off-putting to have that fishy scent when you're trying to enjoy your coffee. Pls check your dishwasher🤢

We visited Momo’s Coffee in the morning, and it was such a perfect start to the day. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful—calm, serene, and thoughtfully designed with a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor garden elements. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We ordered an iced latte with oat milk and a chocolate croissant. Both were fantastic! The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, and the croissant was buttery, flaky, and indulgent without being too sweet. If you're in Busan and love great coffee in a stunning setting, Momo’s is a must-visit.
