I ordered both the lighter and darker roasts available. Shots are pulled on a La Marzocco, very typical all around Busan.
The lighter roast Mucho Berry had nice acidity but unfortunately was a bit burnt and served too hot for an espresso. The darker Es Chocolat worked much better, as an iced latte, chocolatey, and well-balanced. I also tried a pecan eclair, which was a good sweet pairing. The atmosphere is chic and relaxed, with excellent service and comfortably seating. A great spot, hopefully they will tweak their settings for a smoother espresso.
