The price value ratio at this restaurant is inconsistent.
A 0,75 liter bottle of Bordeaux Supérieur Château Le Gardera 2020, which retails online for around €8,90, is listed at €70. This represents a markup far beyond the industry standard. At the same time, higher tier wines on the list are priced almost at cost, which makes the overall pricing strategy feel unbalanced.
Lamb chops are priced at €35 without any side, which is above the usual range for Munich and not justified by the quality delivered.
Even the Taste Twelve offer was not handled according to the rules. Instead of a second main course being complimentary, only a €9 discount per dish was applied.
The restaurant was almost empty during both of my visits. Considering the number of excellent Italian restaurants in Munich, the overall experience here is unfortunately not competitive.
