Google
I'd give it a 5 if they weren't out of the first 4 items I tried to order! Great spot located in a quiet unsuspecting area. I've lived in Yorba Linda for a while and never knew it was there. Found it by googling "pho near me". I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It was packed so I understood why they were out of things. Vibe was great - I even liked the music. Food was really good. The best pho I've found. This place is not your regular tiny walk-up restaurant. I didn't wait very long but they came up and apologized for my wait - thought that was nice. I guess I was enjoying looking around. Overall, kind and good service. I ordered to-go but after waiting inside for my food, I'm definitely going back to dine-in with my family. Recommend for sure.

Google
Very nice, cozy spot for pho and other Vietnamese/French inspired dishes. Got the pho. It was recommended by an employee because it had no msg and just purest flavor. The Spring Rolls were good, too. Got the coffee (which is half off on Thursdays 🤫 and the popcorn chicken.

Google
Great place for PHo!! I love small independent non Sysco (or mainly Sysco dominated) restaurants. Yorba Linda doesn't have great eating places but this will be one of my new go-tos! Especially since my favorite pho, tru seasons organic kitchen closed :/ The broth here is a little different with some ginger, which I love, but will also take some getting to use to it as it's not super traditional pho broth.

Hello, I'm writing to you today to share my experience at a wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious, and the drinks were great, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The indoor atmosphere was inviting, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining. You order and pay for your food at the counter, then take a seat. Free parking is available, and the owners are always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a pleasant dining experience.

Google
A clean and friendly Vietnamese restaurant. The table setting was also nicely prepared. All the food we ordered was delicious. The Pho soup was really clean and refreshing. The egg rolls were really big and special. Above all, the oxtail fried rice was really delicious. The portions were also generous, and the texture of the small pieces of oxtail was really nice to chew on. The inside of the restaurant was also very clean, and it seemed to be a popular place with many customers as soon as it opened.

Google
Our favorite go to place for dine in or take out in the area! It’s even great for our 3 year old! The staff are so friendly and the wonder comes to greet us every time we visit. The food is delicious and portions are large. I love that we usually have some left overs for the next day!

Google
Due to work meetings, I needed to order takeout soon after they opened so maybe the food wasn't as good as I was expecting. We ordered chicken vermicelli noodles and the chicken banh mi. The shredded chicken for both items were incredibly dry. I regretted not trying the pork-- maybe it wouldn't be as dry. Couldn't eat the meat. The sauce for the noodles was a little spicy and good. The veggies were great too. There wasn't as much of the pickled carrots in both items. Maybe I'll give this place another try in the future. The service and atmosphere were great!

Google
Not very impressed today, our first time dining here! 4.5 stars with 960 reviews on Yelp seemed really good, so we decided to try it out. Restaurant is nice, very cool ambiance, nice decorations, well organized. They offer inside seating as well as patio seating. Clean restaurant. The have beers to chose from, as well as some delicious dessert options (well… they looked delicious lol, did not get to try them.) The reason why I am only giving them a 3 star review, it is because of the wait time. We sat on a semi-wet table, was not fully dry when they took us there. Then we waited almost 45 minutes before the first plate was brought to our table, and about 3 minutes in between plates. It was only 5 of us. Not a huge party. Before we left, 2 different waiters came to our table to apologize for the slow service. One said it was because they were under staffed, the other one said it was because the rush caught them by surprise!! So I am assuming it was probably a combination of both! The food on the other hand was very good. I would not really consider this restaurant to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Orange County at the moment, maybe back in 2020 when It was nominated, but not now. But yes, the food was good, very good quantity for the price tag. My Oxtail Fried rice was $18.95 My wide Vermicelli Chicken Bowl was $17.95 I am not sure if I’ll come back. Who knows!

Yelp
Visited here on a rainy day after pickleball. Opening the door, the atmosphere was cozy and filled with a warm light. The place had a good amount of people despite it being rainy and the restaurant being in a more secluded area. The crew was super welcoming - they seated us asap and always made sure to check on us if we needed anything. I'm glad I tried the monarch fries because they were definitely one of the signature dishes of this place! A creamy aoili, and tender oxtail that could melt in your mouth. The pho was tender and had a flavorful, tender meat. I definitely recommend going here if you want a new spin on Vietnamese food!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place and I've been waiting to visit for quite a while. The restaurant is tucked away in the industrial area near Costco and I've seen many great reviews. I'm torn on how I feel about this place...let me explain. First, it's nice and clean and has a very friendly atmosphere. The servers were all happy, friendly, and attentive. The guy taking the orders was a little more abrupt, getting frustrated at the lady ahead of me because she couldn't figure out what she wanted. And then there's the fact that you sit down, then get up to order at the desk, then sit back down. That's a pretty strange and inefficient way to do things, but... Anyway, the menu sounded awesome, filet mignon pho, vegan pho, and grilled pork Banh mi... The small bowls of pho are tiny...like kid cereal bowl small. That was surprising. But they have a lot of stuff in the pho...just not used to that at all. It's a weird visual of a tiny bowl filled with stuff. I didn't taste either of the pho orders, but was told they were so so and a little bland. Mine was the pork sandwich. It was so disappointing. The bread was almost soaking wet from what tasted like pork juice. The bread was also more sponge than crusty like most Vietnamese sandwiches. The "grilled" pork was steamed or boiled but definitely was not from any grill. The pickle vegetables were almost nonexistent, no flavor, and mushy. Mentally, I expected a Vietnamese sandwich and instead got a weird French dip with no flavor and only a nod to anything even remotely resembling all other banh mi I've ever had. And it had no flavor at all...almost like it didn't even have salt. I would never order that again and wouldn't recommend it for anyone expecting a "Vietnamese sandwich"... I suppose it's possible that It's my fault because I do think the board said it was a "French Vietnamese" sandwich so maybe there's a difference but either way it's not what I wanted or expected. I saw plenty of people eating egg rolls and spring rolls and some kind of fried rice and it all looked pretty amazing so maybe the whole issue is that all the food looks amazing but just lacks flavor... Not too sure but sadly I probably won't spend my time going back . It seems like the local crowd loves them and that's great....just not for me.

Yelp
Cafe is located right between Costco and west coast pickleball. The cafe is modern, clean, and yet cozy. Its family run and service is super friendly! We ordered monarch fries, large bowl of filet mignon pho, chicken yellow curry with baguette to share family style. Filet mignon pho is savory, a bit saltier than other pho but also strong and flavorful. Monarch fries is thin fries with bbq meat (1/2 fat) and Italian ranch salad dressing. Chicken curry with baguette, it's more spicy and sweet and baguette is not hard. I have one monarch hot coffee, it's strong with good amount of condensed milk; Just what we like for Vietnamese coffee. Price is on more upscale side, but then the food is more 4.5 and savory. Good for coffee or just to hang out as they have tea time special for Vietnamese coffee!

Yelp
Attended a small group dinner. Parking was easy. The place was busy. Both are good signs. The photo shows what I selected. The food was good. I heard everyone was pleased with their choices! I also heard some spoke with the owner who was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was having to order at the counter. Seems impersonal to me. The gentleman at the counter seemed rushed. They were out of my 2 ,first choices. So, I settled on the spring rolls. Overall, I heard everyone this place is highly rated and has amazing food! Definitely worth a try!

Yelp
AMAZING SERVICE! It was my first time there with friends. We went around 5ish so right before it was getting packed. The food was delicious. It was a nice day outside so we sat in the patio area, but the inside looks very cozy. You pay and then sit where ever you liked. The menu was explained to us and we learned the history of the place. If you're in the area I recommend

Yelp
Located in an industrial area just east of Costco. It's a family run business. The decor is cozy with warm tones and tastefully decorated. At the restaurant we ordered online but you can still order at the table. Service was fast and friendly. We tried the Baguette and Pate. It's been decades since I've had pate and this imported Pate from France didn't disappoint. The kids loved the Garlic Fries. Our meals came quickly. The staff came by several times to see if we needed anything. The Monarch Shaken Beef, wow, the marinated cubed filet mignon was tender and slightly sweet. The accompanying vegetables were cooked just right. The Filet Mignon Pho had a rich savory broth. You can't go wrong with either dish.

Yelp
Yummy! Kids and I enjoyed the popcorn chicken that had a corn starch batter with some chicken breast pieces! The sweet dipping sauce was delicious! The chicken Buddha plate was very filling and satisfying with lots of vegetables! The veggie egg rolls were a delicious treat along side hubby's filet mignon Pho which was very filling and very satisfying! The passion fruit and the Thai ice tea were average as the passion tea had free refill while my Thai tea was mostly creamer not enough coffee. Overall the taste was great and the idea of walking up to the register to order was a good idea because I was able to sit down with a menu and look at yelp for ideas on what to choose rather than being rushed by a waiter! Once we ordered, the servers would visit frequently and ask if we needed anything! Overall service was outstanding and we will be back!

Yelp
Monarch 9 Cafe is an award winning, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant serving up some amazing dishes. This spot is located in a plaza with a decent amount of parking spots. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner at 7pm and were seated right away. Inside, they have a nice cozy setup with about 8-10 tables for seating along with more additional seating in their outdoor patio. As for their menu, they have a nice selection of different appetizers, pho, and rice dishes. We opted to try the Ginger Chicken Pho and the Filet Mignon Pho with a Lychee Lemonade to wash it all down. The pho broth was valid off the first sip and the rest of the meal was amazing from there! Overall, this spot is definitely showcasing some authentic Vietnamese cuisine for the Yorba Linda community. All of the staff here, including the owners, are very friendly and welcoming. Keep in mind that they are only open from Wednesday to Sunday. There is a reason why this spot has over 1,000+ positive reviews! Monarch 9 Cafe is Viet gang approved!

Yelp
Drove by the area and noticed this restaurant in an unassuming plaza amongst spaces one would probably associate more with offices or storage, and the first thing I thought was this place must be good if they're all they way out here and standing. It felt great to be right, this place was phenomenal in all regards. We came in on a pouring weekend, and were greeted inside with a cozy, quaint interior and a full house! They don't have a waitlist or anything, so when we came we placed our orders before sitting so when we got a table our food was ready sooner which was nice. The service was also amazing, all the staff were so kind and attentive, and definitely gave off homie vibes. For the food, I ordered a Large Filet Mignon Pho and my table shared some of the Monarch Fries. Pho: Wonderfully rich broth with incredibly tender meat. For around $16.50 for a large bowl of pho on a rainy day from a family owned business cannot be beat for this quality. Monarch Fries: Easy to see why this is their #1 appetizer. The addicting aioli layered on top of the fries with the the oxtail felt so indulgent that I'm glad I shared with others I don't think I'd have the self control to stop my hand from reaching over haha There were so many great looking and highly rated items on the menu that one visit is definitely not enough to appreciate this place!

Yelp
Parking: small business lot with good sized spaces. Free. I had high expectations and this place delivered. Was a fan of all the dishes really, and was very surprised of how good the pho tasted. Definitely taste the love and effort put into the broth, still tastes authentic but of higher quality. Service was really good, never felt like my water cup was empty which is a huge plus for me. Fried rice was a pleasant surprise, it's a lot bigger than it looks but it tasted amazing. Chowed down on it again after bringing it home. The restaurant layout was nice and accommodated a wheelchair for my mom with room to spare. Layout is very nice and both the dining area and restroom are really clean without smelling like chemicals. Would love to come back here.

Yelp
Very nice place with excellent customer service. They use seaweed as a substitute for fish sauce so it's a great place for vegetarians and vegans. They also use only free range chickens that are not full of additives, according to their menu. They say they make all their broths from scratch. I didn't see any banh mi on the menu, but the pho is excellent. It's so good. I will definitely be back. I'll have to try one of their drinks next time.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday night around 5:30 and we were seated right away. You order up at the front. Food took a little while, but maybe that's because they started to get busier. I got the small vegan pho for around $12. It's a fair price for what they give, especially because they give a lot of tofu! It was tasty, with a good mix of noodles, proteins and veggies. Nothing standout but glad I got to try!

Yelp
We got here on a Sunday evening around 5:30 and were seated almost immediately. I thought it was interesting how they seat you first and then you go up to the front to order. The staff was very friendly and checked in on us which was nice! I got the Vegan Buddha Stir Fry but went with the Pork for the protein! The mixture of all the vegetables and pork were very tasty! Also the jalapeños in the stir fry added a nice kick to it as well! I also enjoyed the seasoning that was on the salad! I thought it was perfect!

Yelp
Food was hearty, and fresh. Service was kind and quick. Ambiance was causal, cozy. It was a nice break, close to the freeway.

Yelp
Great Pho, my son and I eat here regularly. The food is terrific, service is fantastic, and the couple who own are operate the restaurant are awesome. We're greeted like old friends when we come in and are treated like royalty. They have numerous gluten free entrée and appetizer options which works well for us since my son suffers from celiac disease and is on a strict gluten free diet. Shop and eat small. I love locally owned and operated business. Monarch 9 does not disappoint.

Yelp
Delicious pho - I got the filet mignon pho It is always a nice pick me up Nice customer service. They ask how you are Cozy dim atmosphere It's by Costco in Yorba Linda, tucked away so a gem in the rocks of bustling people

Yelp
Its my birthday and the staff made me feel very special. I ordered Mama's curry while my daughter and son in law had phở. The curry was delicious and just a little spicy. The phở looked delicious but seemed a bit rich. I hope to try it next time I come and I hope to see you there.

Yelp
I'm going to say that I wasn't expecting much from this place considering the location felt like a place to visit during lunch for the local workers and on top of that, you ordered at the counter as if it was a Corner Bakery. To be honest, it felt like that in a sense which is a good thing! Menu was pretty simple and straight forward, but I think there's something to this place that almost has it's own signature and feel underrated. Price may be a bit steep for some, but I think it's well-worth trying for sure! Especially the broth. The first thing my girlfriend and I noticed is that there's less oil in the soup which is a healthier choice if you're looking out on your consumption. Heart-warming flavor in every slurp! FOOD Filet Mignon Pho (Pho Bo) Both my girlfriend and I had the same dish, I just added meatballs to mine as I wanted a bit more protein. Honestly their noodle soup hits the spot and it was a nice cloudy day for a bowl of soup. Definitely filling and flavorful! Drink: Fresh Fruit Ice Tea (chunks of seasonal fruits) This was a nice drink to top off our savory meal. Something fruitful to drink and eat at the same time! Absolutely a drink to pair with your meal, especially on a hot day! SERVICE I can't complain, it was pretty chill that day. Employees would periodically check up on us from time to time to see if we needed anything and I was content with that. They definitely have a friendly personality as it seems that there's a few regulars and know the owners so that's a huge plus and made me felt like this was a great place to visit again! OVERALL Feels like a hole in the wall with a bit of a steep price for a bowl of pho but a unique flavor that questions you about how good that last bite was! We've also spoke with the owners of the restaurant and they are super friendly! Gave us a bit of insight of their dishes, cooking/prepping process and ingredients which left us with "We're definitely coming back again!" Thank you again Monarch 9 Cafe for a delicious meal, we will visit again soon and try out the Oxtail Fried Rice!

Yelp
Service 4 stars! Ambiance 5 stars! Food 1 stars! Not good! Ordered both the chicken and beef Pho and the broth was salty, flavor was salt and nothing more! Did it smell like pho? Nope! The chicken was terribly dry!!! Stuck in your throat kinda dry! You will get about 3-4 basil leaves and half of them will be brown! Shaken beef and spring rolls were okay but $13 for 3 spring rolls is a bit ridiculous!
google avatar

Yelp
We drove by this place many times and we finally decided to give it a try. It was pretty cool, the guy asked if we've been there before and since we haven't, he took the time to explain everything. Their broths are homemade, everything is made to order so sometimes they run out of things. This place has a lot of gluten free options. You go to the counter to place your order and pay. When the food is ready, they bring the food out to your table. One thing to know tho, they serve bottle water to purchase. They don't offer you complimentary water like other places. We ordered the Monarch fries which came topped with filet mignon and their secret sauce, which is similar to thousand island dressing. It was pretty good. We all ordered the large filet mignon pho which at first is super tasty and really good! The broth isn't oily at all! But as you continue eating, about mid way through the broth starts to taste super salty. We squeezed some lime to try to counter the saltiness, but that didn't help. By the end of our meal, the broth was too salty. Later on that night it left us really thirsty. All-in-all, this was place eh. I'm not sure if we would return anytime soon.

Yelp
Delicious pho that had so much flavor, specifically the chicken! Very good spring rolls as well. Will be back often.

Yelp
Saturday, 02/01/2025 This restaurant is a local gem in Yorba Linda. We have been going to this restaurant for years. This is a family owned restaurant. The husband and wife is a great couple. The wife is super nice and friendly. We like the cleanliness of the restaurant. Great friendly service. They also have a small outdoor patio seating area. Their food is made with quality. The egg rolls are crispy and very tasty. The chicken pho is made for comfort taste of home cooked meals. I definitely recommend this local gem.

Yelp
Wow that was really something special!! The broth was very clean very flavorful not super salty but extremely aromatic. It's so hard to find good chicken with good quality chicken. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Calling all plant eaters!! This place is very vegan and vegetarian friendly! Several options that are clearly labeled vegan! So cozy and chill, order at the counter place. So thankful for the options.

Yelp
Likely one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills area. Both the oxtail fried rice and monarch shaken beef are flavorful, and the lady that took my order was super nice. However, the pricing point should warrant a slightly larger portion, so -1 star for that.
google avatar

Yelp
I love Vietnamese food and this one is the best! Nice cozy vibe, elevated and surprising flavors with a personal touch. If you like food made with love, this one is it!

Yelp
Amazing service, delicious food, cute restaurant. We got filet mignon pho which was very flavorful and delicious. My seasonal fruit tea was exceptional, not too sweet. Service was amazing and the food was out quickly. Love this place 10/10.

Yelp
A late lunch visit brought us in a little after 1pm. Plenty of parking, with spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Service is impeccable, super friendly owner and host. Very personable and very attentive. The atmosphere is a relaxed, clean design, you're seated with a menu and walk up to the counter to order, and food is then delivered to your table! Menu is predominantly Vietnamese with a bit of a fusion play with it. Definitely not your typical Vietnamese dishes. I ended up going with their Vermicelli bowl with pork ($20). Not anything to scream a re-visit again. Noodles were overdone, breaking up into small pieces as I tried to dig out a bite. The spring roll was hot but tasted more old oil than anything amazing from the filling itself. Pork was underwhelming and not as flavorful as I was anticipating it to be. Nuoc Mam also didn;t add much of a kick to it either. Overall, maybe this dish was just a miss this day but not worth the $20. My table mates ended up with their curry and buddha stir fry, both dishes I got to try, and were significantly better executed than my dish. Fresh Fruit Tea ($6) SO refreshing! It's definitely my highlight. Madeline ($3) Just 1 ran for 3 dollars, which seems steep, but it came out freshly warmed and was pretty tasty. Overall, the visit was pleasant. My plate was underwhelming, but the atmosphere and service were amazing. I'm not sure if I'd be inclined to try this spot again. That oxtail fried rice might win me over, though?

Yelp
Have been coming here for years and this place is consistently a hit. It's a bit pricey- but you get what you pay for. The service and food is great, and you can definitely taste the quality ingredients. They have patio seating, or indoor, all which is comfortable and not overly "loud". My only feedback would be the lack of water/water cups. It's kinda rare for a restaurant, especially one that serves alcohol to charge for water. Although I can appreciate the sentiment/reasons, I feel it's a bit off putting.
google avatar

Kelsey D.

Yelp
The food is delicious and the service is wonderful! I highly recommend to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian.

Yelp
Family-owned, family-friendly, delicious, clean restaurant. Their oxtail fried rice is packed with savory flavor. Every bite was delectable. It comes with a side of broth. (5/5) Their rice paper eggrolls were scrumptiously crispy and tasty. (5/5) Their Vietnamese iced coffee was everything it needed to be: strong, creamy, sweet but not too sweet, thick, and rich. Highly recommend. (5/5) Their buttery madeleines are crispy on the outside, soft, light, airy, yet buttery on the inside. Store bought madeleines will never compare after you have these. (5/5) Excellent service, kind and passionate workers, quality food. You can't go wrong with Monarch 9 Cafe.

Yelp
Ordered the Filet Mignon Pho & Fried Crispy Egg Rolls for takeout. Although the pho broth had good flavor, the excessive amount of fat on the surface of the soup was unappealing-I had to skim off all the fat prior to eating. Fried Egg Rolls were good. Service was great-very friendly staff. The restaurant itself was nice & clean.

Yelp

Yelp
The pho and fried rice here are amazing, a very clean and quiet cafe with great food. I have gotten take out from them as well and the pho came well packed and portions are very big and worth the price.
google avatar

Yelp
Came during lunch and the restaurant system was quite chaotic. Their system is you order first before getting seated, but they cannot guarantee you a seat after you order. . So you end up having people hawking over open seats making the restaurant appear quite messy. Also, water is not free (and it should be by law). I had to remind them of my tea I bought on top of that because I was getting thirsty. I mean if you're going to charge for water, I think you ought to ensure customers get their drinks right away. Food was ok, nothing amazing. We got oxtail fried rice (good) and chicken pho (ehh). As a foodie in OC Ive had better pho and vietnamese cuisine overall elsewhere.
google avatar

JiHae L.

Yelp
I would've liked to give them five stars, but I didn't like the fact that we needed to wait for the rolls to be made by the owner who was socializing outside and paying for water. Maybe train other people to make the rolls, and you can have time to do whatever your heart desires since you're the owner. Other than that, the food was pretty good. The restaurant has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. They don't use msg, which is good. This place seemed interesting because it is a fusion between French and Vietnamese. For the food, we ordered some Marquis Fresh Spring Rolls that came with a choice of protein (shrimp & beef), vermicelli noodles, Thai basil, mint leaves, cilantro, and lettuce. Wrapped in rice paper. I tried a bite of the Shaken Beef, and that tasted good, I can see why my nephew, who is picky with food, likes it. I got the pho, and they make it without any additives or MSG. I ordered the Filet Mignon Pho, which comes with sliced Filet and beef broth. It was so tasty. All in all, I was happy with the way the food tasted as it was hearty.

Yelp
The food is always high quality, fresh, flavorful, and made with love! The staff and owners are welcoming and attentive- making everyone feel right at home! Could not recommend enough! Check this place out! Favorite dishes include the duchess sandwich, chicken Pho, and shaken beef!

Yelp
*To go Review My girlfriend picked up Some Pho orders 4.23.23 I've never been to Monarch 9 yet. Been wanting to come forever just never had. The chance I've heard so much rave reviews about Monarch especially on YL Buzz along w receiving Best Pho Restaurant in Oc. I was really anticipating & hopeful to love it that it'll make me want to go back to the restaurant and dine in. But it didn't really live up to the expectation much. I'm not sure. What we ordered: My girlfriend got the Chicken Pho. Filet Mignon Pho (Large) was for myself. The noodles didn't make a large bowl, I'd say it was a regular size the least. I've eaten at a lot of pho restaurants Pho 79, Sup Noodles & other comparable Pho restaurants. And it definitely wasn't a large. If this was for a large bowl. Idk what to say. Unless if we're dining there, it's much more. But it should be about the same amount for carry out or dine in. The broth given is a larger portion indeed. The broth was clean but really on the saltier side. I let my husband try it after i dilute the broth with some hot water and it was still salty. I couldn't sip the broth. After finishing my bowl of pho. I drank so much water, Drink & coconut water, i finished the coconut water in 3 gulps. I am still feeling i want more water or something to drink. Service from what my girlfriend informed me, she saw that when she was given a white paper sachet w some sliced up red onions & green onions. She asked for more and associate informed her that they already given her in the bag. I didn't get to take a photo of the sliced up onions but it wasn't much. Also good amount for one bowl topping. She said well there's 2 order I made and I'm dropping one off to my girlfriend. It was a bit unpleasant to hear. Also for my girlfriend who picked up. I mean how about if she just like more onions on her pho. That just can't be right to hear that as a response. Located in Savi Ranch business area. Not far from Costco and before Best Buy or Buy Buy Baby store. Lots of parking in business complex. Outdoor seating patio available. Maybe I'll have the chance to visit to taste the indoor dining experience myself. Having pho at a restaurant and bringing it home does have a slight difference. Will have to wait and see. But it isn't a place where it left my tastebuds wanting more. A bit bummed.

Yelp
A French influenced and artistic version of a Pho restaurant. Compared to most Pho places, it's nicely decorated and week maintained. High quality ingredients fire the food: from the toppers of protein to the vegetables / condiments. The broth is excellent. The price is higher compared with most other pho places, not unexpected given the quality

Yelp
Food is good! Owner or front of house (not sure) is very rude. The way he speaks to guests and employees is disrespectful and saddening. I had a good experience but watched him be dismissive and condescending to many people.

Yelp
This place was recommended to us after a pickleball session and we were honestly really disappointed with how everything tasted. The oxtail fried rice and the fries tasted so burnt. We asked the server if this was the intended taste and he said yes. The filet pho was okay, but for how much we spent it was very disappointing. The staff could care less, since you have to pay for your food first before you get it kind of restaurant.

Yelp
Portion of food was very good! Also the service was very fast and the decoration of the restaurant is really aesthetic. I have to say going to go back to this place a hidden gem!

Yelp
This little family run place place is so good. It's Vietnamese with a French streak. I had the filet mignon pho and we shared garlic fries and spring rolls. Everything was really delicious. Family service team checked in on us regularly. Restaurant is small but nice.

Yelp
Great vietnamese place. Large and delicious portions. Ordered the large fillet mignon pho and the shaken beef. Both were great! Got extra beef on it but was actually not needed. Their monarch coffee was amazing as well. Clean bathrooms and nice ambience. Friendly servers. Would definitely come back again if I'm in the area.

Yelp
First Timer here and I give 5 Stars. A very friendly and welcoming ambiance right as we entered this place. The service was efficient and quick for food. We had the Garlic Fries, Popcorn Chicken and Vietnamese Chicken Wings which all was delicious. I thought the prices were decent considering eating out nowadays is and can be super expensive. I also hear that the Pho is really good here so I plan on returning to try this. Thank you Monarch 9, I enjoyed my visit today. I shall return... :)

Yelp
The staff was on top of the orders and food came out in a timely manner. It was my first time eating here, it's a small but pretty cool place to eat.

Yelp
Came for lunch - food is fantastic and service is excellent. Definitely a great reprieve in the business park
