I wanted to like Monarch/Mercury Jets. Unfortunately, I cannot say that, and I would not recommend them to you if you value good customer service and communication. The round-trip flights/pilots were great. However, the customer service I received from Frank was different. I had to call him for details regarding the trip. Details that you usually receive once payment has been paid in full. I had to call him for the final trip sheet with the tail number. The sheet did not identify who the pilot was. When I asked him, he said, "We don't disclose that information." How are we supposed to look for the pilot if we need him? I asked when the plane was in position; he was supposed to get back to me, but he did not. I called him the afternoon before to see where we were on the trip. He was rude and condescending. The way this man spoke to me, the tone he took with me, a paying client, was wild. I am a first-time client of this company. First impression is everything since you only get to make one. I became so uncomfortable. I immediately called my boss to advise him to be prepared to drive. For the return, there was a change in the aircraft. How did I find out? I traced the tail number and saw the plane was in a different location. Knowing the tail number is essential, especially when booking ground transportation. I'm all set with Monarch/Mercury Jet. Try them if you want to, but you can never say you weren't warned.
