Monarch Air Group

On January 1, 2026, my wife and I traveled from Palm Beach back to our home in Los Angeles. Since there was some urgency attached to the trip we contacted Monarch Air Group, an aircraft Charter Company, specifically Noah Phillips who in less than 48 hours provided an aircraft, a Global Express. They arranged a SUV pickup/on time delivered to the tarmac. We took off five minutes ahead of schedule, arrived on time, where another SUV took us and our bags from the plane to our front door in record time. The Global Express aircraft was not only beautiful and luxurious from the outside to the interior, but the two pilots and flight attendant were professional and friendly. My family and I were stuck in Aruba after an airspace closure. We had been flying on United, which essentially did nothing to help us get home as their best offer was a connecting flight getting us back over a week later than scheduled. We could not afford to wait that long and had to find an alternative. Fortunately, we connected with Noah Phillips at Monarch Air Group and he did an exceptional job finding a plance to get us back as quickly as possible given the situation. I spoke to numerous charter companies during the 24 hours leading up to securing a plane a none matched the professionalism of Noah and Monarch. From my initial conversation with Noah to the moment we arrived home, it was a first class experience every step of the way.

Monarch Air Group was excellent! Zak was very professional and responsive from the first online inquiry. My boss was really pleased with the service. Both flights were on time. The crew were very cordial and informative. We would definitely charter flights with them in the future. I highly recommend Monarch Air Group to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

If your experience is like mine, less than 2 weeks before your trip you'll find out the service you booked months ago isn't available. There will then be a back-and-forth in which they'll offer you several other different services on the wrong days. But it's okay, because those won't be available either. You'll then have several days of delays and have to email and call quite a few times before your payment is refunded. I understand that there are busy times of year and busy aircraft and stuff happens. But operational excellence is, or ought to be, what you're paying for. They were respectful in communicating, which is worth a second star.

Monarch Air Group with our account manager Matt Caruso provided Excellent, Professional, Exceptional customer care, the plane, date, time we needed along with the people to support our flight. Professional considerate friendly pilots, a chauffeur who was kind, and on top of every thing. When I needed this transportation day to be perfect for my family member to move to another state, they made sure it was. I was extremely happy with the entire trip and will call on their services again!

From start to finish, our experience was beyond what one may expect when charting air travel. Laura was absolutely incredible; she was available to answer any and every question we had, really just very, very pleasant. Everyone was ready and waiting upon our arrival, it was a seamless boarding experience. The Hawker was/is gorgeous, the pilots were both impeccable, and our attendant -Elisabeth- ensured out every need was met. I would HIGHLY recommend this outfit to anyone who desires a memorable travel experience. Great job y’all, keep it up!!!

Very thankful for the assistance from Noah Phillips at Monarch Air. We were in a jam and needed a last minute ride on a holiday and Noah was able to get it all worked out and kept me in the loop constantly as we navigated the situation. Very professional !

Booked a last minute trip from Telluride to Midway, Chicago to bring our dog suffering from altitude sickness back home at a lower elevation. Oleg was prompt and professional in finding us a well priced charter jet for the same day. Everything was seamless and easy. He presented the options, we signed an agreement and paid all from my phone. The plane, a Cessna CJ4 Gen2, was spotless and extremely comfortable. The crew was super helpful, professional and friendly. The flight was easy and went without any issues. Back at home we had a comfortable ride waiting to take us home. Couldn't be more grateful for Monarch's professional and quick service.

Pros: Attentive customer service, throughout the process High-quality jet (Gulfstream G-IV) Excellent on-board staff High-quality catering Spur-of-the-moment, snagged us 2 lux Escalades (at the height of holiday season no less), delivered to the private terminal *Original* pricing was very competitive Cons: Called us the day before flight saying that the original booked jet had mechanical issues. They gave us 3 choices: 1) full refund, 2) could depart the next day once the new part arrived and was installed, or 3) they offered us a more expensive (44% more!) jet for our planned itin. Given that we couldn't delay or cancel our trip, they kinda had us "over a barrel" and we had to shell out a ton more money to make this trip happen. Would I use them again? Yes. Just be read the fine print and make sure you have a back-up plan in case you find yourself in a similar situation.

An absolutely outstanding experience. We needed to get our dogs from Colorado to Boston. They were able to get me on an aircraft with no hiccups got me directly into the Massachusetts area with three big German shepherds. The flight was absolutely smooth and the pilots and crew fantastic. The catering with steakhouse quality. the rep Katrina was always available to answer my mini questions and to walk me through the process so thoroughly that the day of it was easy. This is our first chartered flight and it definitely won't be our last.

After having flown more than 100 private flights, I was referred to this group as a reputable charter company. Absolutely not true, these guys are clowns! My first flight with them, they switched FBO's without alerting me or the ground support, necessitating me finding an Uber to get to my car. My second flight with them, the plane/pilots landed almost 2 hours after we were supposed to depart. Lame excuses, and total lack of accountability. I would never fly with them again, and I would recommend others to stay far away from this group!

I wanted to like Monarch/Mercury Jets. Unfortunately, I cannot say that, and I would not recommend them to you if you value good customer service and communication. The round-trip flights/pilots were great. However, the customer service I received from Frank was different. I had to call him for details regarding the trip. Details that you usually receive once payment has been paid in full. I had to call him for the final trip sheet with the tail number. The sheet did not identify who the pilot was. When I asked him, he said, "We don't disclose that information." How are we supposed to look for the pilot if we need him? I asked when the plane was in position; he was supposed to get back to me, but he did not. I called him the afternoon before to see where we were on the trip. He was rude and condescending. The way this man spoke to me, the tone he took with me, a paying client, was wild. I am a first-time client of this company. First impression is everything since you only get to make one. I became so uncomfortable. I immediately called my boss to advise him to be prepared to drive. For the return, there was a change in the aircraft. How did I find out? I traced the tail number and saw the plane was in a different location. Knowing the tail number is essential, especially when booking ground transportation. I'm all set with Monarch/Mercury Jet. Try them if you want to, but you can never say you weren't warned.

This company should not be utilized by anyone without a flexible schedule. We used them twice (shame on us)...and in both instances, for high-profile, timed activities and they cancelled on us the night prior. The first time, at 11pm for a flight departing at 10am the next morning; and the next time the night prior for the following afternoon. There were no solutions, and the cancellation was akin to a poor commercial trip on a budget airline. It is the opposite of the luxe and accommodating service they present themselves to be. When the 2nd cancellation came, we were basically told - 'oh well, sorry better luck next time' for a major event. The service was atrocious and the solutions were non-existent. I am an extremely experienced producer with numerous events and trips under my belt, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. If you use them, do so at your own peril.

why is yelp hiding Monarch's reviews ? Anyway, great reliable company. They also do very good job for last minute flights. thank you, Monarch!

Great company, great service, chartered a last minute Hawker 400XP to Teterboro. Strongly recommended!
