Not worth 1.7 million 😑 Every (available) unit looks the same. The amenities are subpar. And they units look like semi luxury apartments. Why would I pay almost 2 mil to live in an expensive prison 🙄 I saw not one resident. The vibe gave a middle class casket. Save your money. Look elsewhere 😒

Construction started in March 2019, still a hole in the ground more than a year later and the cranes are gone. No activity at the construction site, nor on their Twitter or Facebook pages since September 2019. On their website it features an “in the news page”... all the articles stopped in May 2019. Something fishy... I spoke to a sales rep more than 8 month’s ago that said “in the next couple of weeks, once the FAA approves the permit for our new cranes (with our new contractor) we will continue construction”.

A year ago went there with my realtor. I knew the sales person was lying. She was a lady and originally Arabic. I asked her do you speak Arabic and she said no in a very ignorant way. She was saying this one bed is the last one and will be gone in a week. Gosh. Still no building. Never buy fish in a water.

I went to the Monarch this afternoon to detail a clients vehicle and they were great. Nancy and Phil were very helpful and friendly. I have been to many other buildings and complexes but this is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you both.

There has been no construction at this site for over a year ... the tower crane has been removed and the site is just a big hole in the ground. Did the investors pull out? Did the developers put this on this condo on the shelf and are looking for a buy out?

Welp, it looks like this project is on hold. It's 2020 and there looks to be no discernable activity. We were looking forward to possibly moving from Nouvelle to Monarch, but there is no way the property will be available in time.

Substandard appliances and lacks the accoutrements of a true luxury property. Extremely inflated prices for what is offered.
