Extremely well packed items. Every single plant I ordered came healthy, and still thriving. The soil the plants were in are of high quality and the root growth showed. One item wasn't available but they promptly contacted me and I could easily substitute it with something else I wanted. Really easy, good quality and speedy shipping (within 2 days!!!) I love Mondo Piante because of good asortiment and really tough plants. I was buying multiple times over the years and by now i have big beautifull plants growing in my garden that came from Mondo Piante as little plants in 7cm pots. The worker Ornella is an amazing plant lover that takes care of my order. She easily sends me plants from Italy to Croatia snd is really nice and easy to talk to. I reccomend Mondo piante and i will buy again. Thank you Mondo Piante and especially thank you Ornella for great job of taking care of my order.

Do not order from this company. They are refusing to answer my messages and my order has still not been shipped despite it being 17 days since I ordered and paid for. This order was a gift and I still have no idea if or when I can expect it. Absolutely appalling customer service

Ordinato 1 agosto, 2 delle piante richieste non erano disponibili nonostante sul sito ne fosse indicata un'alta disponibilità. Ok, mi rendo disponibile alla sostituzione con altre piante. L'ordine viene consegnato dopo 17gg, il 18 agosto con un imballaggio che già lasciava presagire lo stato delle piante. La maggiorparte era secca o in stato di sofferenza. Mando email di reclamo il giorno stesso della ricezione senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Pessimo servizio, dal sito web, alla vendita, al post vendita e spedizione. Affidatevi ad altri. Per quanto mi riguarda, mai più, 49€ buttati.
