Staff here have been amazing. Excellent kind and attentive. Very prompt with their support and any requests. Fantastic view. Felt safe with my two young kids. Great room and comfortable beds and view. The only downside was their espresso machine in the room but they replaced it promptly when asked. Highly recommend

Driving in late night from Vegas on Fri, 7/5, the Mondrian was the best last- minute option. Having not been in the area for decades, I took a gamble, and this hotel exceeded expectations! Only anticipating a 2-night stay, I ended up extending another two nights. The atmosphere, the rooms, the service, the pool, and location were fantastic! The Comedy Store across the street is to die for! I’d like to commend Sabina and the rest of the staff for their dedication to customer satisfaction. I’ll for sure be back!

Went to casa and sky bar last week and I must say, it was a great experience! Their staff was so friendly and efficient, and the valet parking was also great! They went out of their way to answer my questions and concerns and at the end of the night this nice gentleman named Oscar took no longer than 2 minutes to bring my car back without a scratch. Overall, great service, truly recommend people visiting the establishment.

I stayed at the Mondrian for a short staycation to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful. We had a great experience all around from the moment we arrived. They accommodated our very late check in, valet was fast and professional, the people at the check in desk were welcoming and helpful. And our suite was so cute and spacious. I enjoyed the pool area, where the staff were very hardworking and helpful. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

11/10 experience. First let’s give it up for the staff in this hotel. They are so courteous and welcoming, friendly yet professional. It’s one of the best things about here apart from the amazing views, lovely & intentionally decorated rooms . Pretty spacious too. Sky bar is gorgeous, food is amazing. Didn’t get to eat at the Casa Madera but I took a tour inside and I can just tell the food will be just as great as the amazing decor and ambiance. Overall I fell in love with Mondrian and will be my staple when visiting Cali! Book the hotel it’s worth every penny!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at the Mondrian Los Angeles Hotel from June 14-16th. Despite the smooth check-in and courteous service from the bellhop and receptionist, my overall experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation.||Upon checking into suite 416, I unpacked quickly and left to meet friends for dinner. When I returned late that night, I encountered my first issue. The handheld nozzle in the shower was not properly secured, causing it to spray water directly at the floor. I managed to fix this myself using a pocket knife, but the shower water was cold and would not warm up, regardless of how I adjusted the controls. I had to endure a cold shower and subsequently clean up a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor caused by a poorly sealed shower door, using two of my large towels.||The next morning, I discovered that the toilet was running continuously. I reported the lack of hot water, the leaking shower door, and the running toilet to the front desk and was assured that an engineer would address these issues while I was at the gym. Upon my return, it appeared that someone had been in the room, but the shower water was only lukewarm, and the espresso machine was non-functional. Later that day, I found my room had not been cleaned, and the espresso machine had leaked water onto the floor.||I reported these issues again to the front desk and was told that housekeeping would clean the room and replace the espresso machine. I had planned to relax in my room but went to the pool instead to allow time for cleaning and repairs. When I returned, my room had been cleaned, but the hot water issue remained unresolved. I took another cold shower that night.||The next morning, I informed the front desk once more about the lack of hot water and went to the gym to give them time to fix it, despite not wanting to go. Finally, just an hour before I checked out, I had hot water for the first time during my stay.||While the staff were friendly and attentive, the repeated maintenance issues and the inconvenience of cold showers and a leaking espresso machine were unacceptable. My stay was far from the relaxing experience I had anticipated. I hope you will address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from facing similar problems.||I look forward to your response and hope that my next visit to the Mondrian Los Angeles will be significantly improved.

This is a terrible hotel. Our experience started with us being unable to turn in time for the valet entrance (it’s hard to see!) and trying to come in the wrong way. The valets literally screamed at us. When we circled back around to the right entrance they continued to be brusque. Later one of the valets would watch us struggle to find the elevator button, only to help a food delivery guy up before helping us. We stayed here with the idea of using the pool, a fact we communicated to the staff on several occasions. But on the way to the hotel my wife was looking for the menu on the website and discovered that the pool would be closed the duration of our stay for a private event. No staff informed us and the front desk clerk checking us in wasn’t aware either. The rooms are cheaply decorated and weird. The penthouse has a shower that opens directly into the living room (with a shower curtain!!!) And the “room service” is ridiculous. We ordered breakfast: it comes from a coffee shop nearby apparently. The croissants had to be a week old. They were so dry as to be inedible (but $4 a piece!). The coffee was bitter and undrinkable. There are dozens of better places to stay within blocks of the Mondrian. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

We had a fantastic weekend here. I thought the pool would be cold but it was nice. Fantastic views of the city. If you go early you hear lots of birds and see the mist come up into the sky. Fun party on the Saturday night. They handed us earplugs and offered us free entry. If you can't beat em, join em. We were tired but still had fun. The rooms were clean, the showers were really cool with different faucets. The hotel shampoo was lime and bergamot. I used it over the one i brought. Wine key included with the room. Balconies were great, loved the mattresses, pillows, sheets, the breakfast restaurant in the hotel is so good too. So quiet you can have a conversation. We can't wait to come back here.
