Mondrian Singapore Duxton

Upscale experience in an excellent location. I stayed here for Axe & Chris's wedding and spent plenty of time soaking in what the property had to offer. Each day started with their amazing breakfast, which was helpful because most restaurants in the area are not open until mid-morning. With the variety of food they had available, I didn't even feel the need to go anywhere else for breakfast. The coffee and service was also A+. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Izhar, the duty manager, was very proactive in ensuring our stay was nothing but the best. The rooms were clean, modern, and stocked with complimentary water and coffee pods. The almighty air conditioning was strong and responsive to the unit control. Countless restaurants and bars are right outside the hotel. Many of the iconic sights are a walk away. The nights ended at the rooftop bar and pool. Overall, it was a beautifully luxurious stay from top to bottom. I look forward to my next stay here for my next Singapore trip.

I am so impressed by the quality of the hotel and its staff. The rooms are modern, clean, with all the amenities you need. The staff continue to attend to all our needs, and check in every day to ask how we are and how our stay is, to ensure they can do what is needed to ensure it’s excellent. Great restaurants and bars. Love the vibe! It’s very tastefully done! And the location is great, at one end of China town, great new shops but still lots of local charm. This was my third stay at the Mondrian Singapore Duxton for business. I will continue to come back & recommend it to my colleagues & friends!

I stayed at the Mondrian Singapore Duxton with my husband for my brother Chris and Axe's wedding. It was a great experience. The hotel decor and ambiance was beyond spectacular. Thanks to great housekeeping services, our room was spotless and very clean. The cleaning lady was very attentive and always inquired if we had additional needs. The bed was the most comfortable throughout my whole vacation. The breakfast was fantastic. Service was given as soon as we were seated. The pool view was magnificent. Booking through our hotel tv was hassle free. Location was ideal. We were close to many restaurants and bars so it was hard to go hungry. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to visiting again!

We got needed information from him to enjoy the property.||||Mondrian Singapore, Duxton had a lot more pros, so I am gonna start with some cons.||||Arrival||We were greeted by friendly porters. The check-in counters were abit of a mess when we arrived around 3pm. Understandible as it is check-in time. Staff didn't seem familar with breakfast pricing and were asking around.||||Room||While the sheets had a very clean feel. You could not help but see the dust on the phones, the coffee capsules, bathroom counters and the floor wasn't mopped clean. The carpet was not clean as well. ||||Pool||We had a booked the cabanas so it was comfortible for us but the pool staff could have been more friendly in approaching customers. It felt a little interrogative.||||Pros||Overall, staff were friendly and helpful! ||||Room was spacious and had a nice view. Furnitures were pretty.||||Breakfast was delicious! Had choices of western and some local breakfast which was a nice mix. Not too much choices hence each dish was executed so well! Compliments to the chefs.||||Great location to get to eateries. View from the pool was unique with a mix of modern, real amd traditional Singapore! Night view was stunning.

The hotel is very stylish, everything is new and designed beautifully. The staff were helpful. Hotel rooms were a good size & comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for access to restaurants & sight seeing. Quieter than Marina Bay or Orchard Road. The pool area is beautiful. However it needs more umbrellas as there is only 8 day beds with shade & they had to be prebooked.

What a great stay at The Mondrian! ||Perfect position at the top of Chinatown. Surrounded by the beautiful colonial houses which are now a hub for dining and design. Craig street, right behind the Hotel has interesting design stores and you only have to walk down the driveway to experience the lively bar and food scene of the area. ||Hotel rooms are small but well designed. Pinnacle rooms offer some lovely district views. Comfortable beds and strong water pressure are a plus and I’m told by management that a pillow menu is on it’s way. Perfect!||You get the feeling here that the staff really enjoy working here and the place was buzzing with events from Dior and Cartier adding a bit of glamour. (Special shout to In Kook at reception for making the stay that little bit extra easy). The lobby restaurant, Bottega Di Carna, is a shrine to steak and worth a visit. The host here is extra welcoming. ||Maxwell train station (either 3) is exactly 3 minutes brisk walk from the hotel. ( I timed it!) that line takes you right into Orchard Road if you are inclined to shop. ||When I find myself back in Singapore, there is no doubt to where I will be staying.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with some of Singapore's best restaurants and bars just steps away in Chinatown. The nearby MRT station makes exploring the city a breeze.||||We were impressed by the staff's willingness to go above and beyond their scripts, making us feel valued and appreciated. We highly recommend the Mondrian Singapore Duxton for its exceptional service, prime location, and overall excellence.
