Mondu GmbH

Everything was going fine at first and I found Mondu useful as a tool to support my business. Then, without any warning, they pulled the entire credit line and stopped offering further credit. This happened right in the middle of Q4 and had a noticeable impact on my cashflow. The communication since then has been non-existent, with no clear explanation or support. In my opinion, this is poor service, and it made me realise as a business owner not to rely heavily on any single provider. I would not expect quick replies or active support based on my experience.

My first order went perfectly, but the second time I used Mondu, they only gave me the option to pay in 30 days. When I complained to support, they said the problem was mine because I didn't choose the 60 days that were available. This is completely false. I asked for help again, and they said it's impossible to help because I didn't choose the correct option. False. I had no choice but to choose the 30 days. I had to express my displeasure, since in several emails, no one helped me with this situation, and they even lied. If we are a buyer with lower amounts, we will be treated differently than larger buyers. Totally unfair and unprofessional.

We had ordered running shirts for our Team, everything went smoothly even tought we were a club.

The second they get hold of your email adress, you get a barrage of emails....

Terrible company.

Sehr unprofessionelle Firma. Rechnung (22481967) wurde KOMPLETT und pünktlich bezahlt. Trotzdem bekommen wir E-Mails, dass nicht der gesamte Betrag bezahlt wurde und jetzt kommen auch noch E-Mails mit Verzugszinsen. Weder wird auf unsere E-Mails reagiert, über das Kontaktformular haben wir es auch schon probiert, sowohl auch schon zigmal probiert anzurufen (auf diesen Kosten bleiben wir wohl auch sitzen). Nie wieder werden Rechnungen über diese Firma bezahlt! Unbedingt aufpassen!!

Eine Bestellung die aus einigen Standardartikeln bestand, ging ziemlich daneben. 6 Wochen, diverse Telefonate und E-Mails waren am Ende nötig um alles zu bekommen. Sorry aber hier muss noch fleißig an den Abläufen gefeilt werden. Das aber dann ohne mich.
