My first order went perfectly, but the second time I used Mondu, they only gave me the option to pay in 30 days. When I complained to support, they said the problem was mine because I didn't choose the 60 days that were available. This is completely false. I asked for help again, and they said it's impossible to help because I didn't choose the correct option. False. I had no choice but to choose the 30 days. I had to express my displeasure, since in several emails, no one helped me with this situation, and they even lied. If we are a buyer with lower amounts, we will be treated differently than larger buyers. Totally unfair and unprofessional.
