Where to Find Hot Pot Restaurants in San Diego | Eater San Diego

"This hot pot restaurant, formerly affiliated with the popular Mongolian chain Little Sheep, does a more traditional hot pot. There are plenty of soup options, but the original is a milky broth made with mutton. Proteins lean heavily toward lamb but there is Kobe beef rib eye, as well as pork blood and intestines. Their lunch special is a bargain at $14.95." - Helen I. Hwang

Google
I’ve been coming to this hot pot spot for a few years now, and the service just keeps getting better and friendlier every time I visit. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and make the whole experience really enjoyable. I usually go with the all-you-can-eat option, and the quality never disappoints. The vegetables always taste incredibly fresh, and the meat quality is consistently good. One of my favorite parts is the condiment and side station — the pickled vegetables and garlic are especially delicious and add so much flavor. You can really tell how fresh everything is because this place is always packed. There’s a reason people keep coming back, and I definitely will too. Highly recommend if you’re a hot pot lover! 🍲🔥

Google
Went here to celebrate a birthday and our tummy’s were happy. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of options to choose from, our favorite was the flank steak. Had an option of two broths. we got mild and extra spicy. Desert included ice cream. I got strawberry and my date got vanilla.

Google
Really enjoyed the hotpot here! The broth was flavorful, the meat and fish were delicious, and I liked the variety of veggies and tofu. The sauces bar added a nice touch too. Everything tasted great and the portions were just right. Definitely a place I’d come back to for hotpot.

Google
All you can eat lunch special is amazing for $25! Service is good, plenty parking. Good selection for side dishes and ice cream dessert is included.

Google
Came here with my family to celebrate my birthday last week and had a great time. They have tables sectioned off in the back to accommodate large parties, so we were comfortable and the servers came by often to check in on us. My kids loved the meat, which was super easy to cook and together with the soup broth tasted great. Will definitely come back again soon

Google
This been my go to hot pot for years. I love the soup base here compare to other hot pot places. They changed to all you can eat now. I think it’s great value compare to order individually. Came here with my whole family for my husbands bday. The bday boy ate for free too!

Google
This place exceeded my expectations! The ingredients were extremely fresh, especially the beef—thinly sliced with beautiful marbling, tender and flavorful after just a few seconds in the pot. The variety of sides was impressive as well, from tofu and fish balls to mushrooms and vegetables, all fresh and well presented. Portions were generous and the overall quality made it great value for the price. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the service was attentive and efficient. Definitely a spot I would come back to and highly recommend.

Google
Location was super clean and From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless and welcoming the place felt. The atmosphere is bright, organized, and clean, which immediately made the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding--staff greeted me warmly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and genuinely made sure I had everything I needed. It's clear they value their guests and take pride in what they do. As for the food--absolutely delicious. Every plate came out fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality meats and put care into their cooking. Portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, and everything was plated beautifully. Overall, this spot is a perfect mix of great service, clean environment, and incredible food. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly gets it right.

Yelp
My wife likes hot pot. I don't. But, I really like this place. Best hot pot I've had which says a lot given how much my wife has dragged me from pot to pot! Emiko & Dan

Yelp
Myself and a couple girlfriends had lunch here today. They have a really nice lunch special, $25 all you can eat. You can't get some of the most desirable things, like shrimp, for example on the lunch menu. I get that though it's pricey and in order to keep it approachable for lunchtime, they had to make some choices. We went with the house broth and the tomato broth. They were both good, but I didn't think the tomato broth was just a tad on the watery side. I've been to other hot pot places that have a lot more flavor. The meats all tasted very high-quality. We had lamb shoulder, sliced ribeye, pork belly, fish, and fish balls. We also had some pumpkin which I loved, enoki mushrooms, Napa cabbage and pea sprouts. The star for me are the fresh noodles that they make in house. I absolutely love them. They cook up so nicely in the broth and come out perfectly chewy. They have a good sauce bar as well with some little salad salads. My personal favorite is the wood eared mushroom salad. Don't miss out on the ice cream at the end! The green tea option was very nice. The interior is nice and clean. Nothing spectacular, but enjoyable. They do play a weird mashup of K-pop and country music. Seems sort of like an interesting choice for this restaurant, but I'm not mad at it.

Yelp
One of my favorite hot pot spots. It's hard to compare across Japanese and Korean etc but this place is really good if you're into cumin... the place smells of it. They used to do AYCE only once a week but now it's the only option... which I prefer. The spicy Szechuan soup base is good but definitely spicy. I have a high tolerance but need a not spicy one to mix with. Great dipping sauces and everything. Preferred all the red meat over the pork. Stuck with those meat options. They gave us a scoop of ice cream at the end too which was nice.. not the best quality (mango and green tea didn't exactly taste like those flavors) but better than no ice cream! Service was quick and kind.

Yelp
The only hot pot place I eat at in SD besides tasty pot. Haidilao just can't get their soup flavors right and this place has been here for ages. Super good quality and their AYCE too. The hot side dishes they offer are such high quality!! Great service, great space.

Yelp
Service was awesome this day!! They are sooooo friendly! Plenty of tables and clean! Broth is excellent! Bone broth and house spicy! The intestines are the best!!!!! Love this place! So good!

Yelp
You order they bring, sooo much food. Service is fast also. Broth was good, we tried our best to make the best hot pot possible lol. My husband and I are not professionals at it so it wasn't as good as we would had wish for. Our friends seem to enjoy cooking their own hot pot, o wish I was a pro at it.

Yelp
The place is old but they do have lots options of meat, veggies and desserts. I would recommend people to try.

Yelp

Yelp
Be sure to ask for your dessert! It's nothing too fancy, but with your All You Can Eat a dessert comes with it. Great place for families and large parties. We went on a Sunday 2:30pm. We were sat quickly. You order on a sheet and the server will bring your items out. There is a self serve bar so if the server didn't bring those items, you'll most likely grab it from the self serve bar. Warning: The Sichuan Spicy Bone Broth is HOT HOT! I should have removed the block of spice and just had mild spice. Enjoyed the selections. Wish there was more dessert options for All You Can Eat. $36 per person weekend price.

Yelp
I didn't like the variety of soup bases here but the meat quality is high. The original house soup base tasted bland had dried spices floating on top and the spicy house soup base had a lot of chopped up dried chillies on top that was a choking hazard as well. They have a big variety of meats including wagyu and lamb and seafood and veggies and noodles. They also have meat skewers and pot stickers/dumplings and cold side dishes. I think my favorite part was the tender wagyu meat dipped in the sesame sauce, cucumber salad, pot stickers, and the strawberry and matcha ice cream. Service could be better. Would be easier to order through an iPad than to say every dish and have them forget a few dishes.
google avatar

Yelp
The whole shrimp here is very sweet and fresh! My husband who does no like seafood even liked the shrimp here! We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and freshness of ingredients here! The snow pea leaves were super yummy too! We will be back

Yelp
The first time I've ever been here was when I was 8, and even with the numerous amount of times I've come back here since then, this place has NEVER disappointed me -- even more so now since they've released their AYCE menu again. Sure, the service *can* feel a little slow when they are fully packed, but the quality of the food here is just unmatched and definitely makes up for that. What I love most in particular here is their soup bases. To me, it's more than just an instrument to cook my food in, it's something that I look forward to drinking as I eat everything else. I mean, it's just nice to have a solid soup that not only imbues its flavor onto whatever you cook in it, but can also stand by itself without feeling too overpowering.

Yelp
My parents' new go-to for hot pot. For lunch it's $25 per person. It's clean. They have good quality meat and fresh veggies. Service is nice. The mango tea and watermelon juice are both delightful. Prob not so good for parties bigger than five. Came here on a Saturday at 1pm and sat right away.

Anh N.

Yelp
The broth is way too salty but lack umami flavor. I can tell they just simply use some soup powder that we can easily find at grocery store without actually being made with real bones. Meat options are so generic that you can find anywhere. Don't lie me that you have wagyu on the menu. Just tastes like regular beef without any wagyu's unique flavor. Why paying high price for a pot worse than my homemade one
google avatar

Angelina ..

Yelp
My parents have been regulars here for a while now. Now that I'm grown I can see why. The food selection here is really good. Many seafood options, and many meat options. Their broth is my favorite thing. We typically get half and half so we can switch cooking our meets in spicy broth while also sipping on the white broth. Both of their broths are so good. Their white bone broth is so flavorful for it being a clear broth. The way you mark your items is by a sheet of paper. You mark off how many orders you'd want. The columns are very easy to read even my older father can get to order without a hassle. Then they bring out the food in rounds. They come back and check if you'd like another round and they return your sheet to you so you can mark more. It's never been busy and was kind of a hidden gem to my family but lately it's been busy. I am currently writing this review on a Saturday night 6/7pm and every booth and table is taken! And there's still a wait. During the week it's pretty mellow. It's a really big restaurant, one time we combined two tables to celebrate a graduation dinner but I wouldn't recommend it for any parties larger than 6. The service is always amazing. The servers AARON, NING, and SUNNY have been here from the beginning and they are so good at their job. They are so attentive and make sure you get everything you need and their memory amazes me every time. The rest of the servers are always picking up empty plates and offering if you want more soup. everybody is always running around making sure they are catering to everyone and I notice they bring people in even if they are understaffed so I don't mind being patient!

Melissa D.

Yelp
After going to a couple of hot pot places in the past i can really securely say this one for sure takes the cake! The quality of the food is simply amazing and very clean as well, they have a self serving sauce station where you can pick your own condiments at no extra cost. When it comes to service they are amazing as well from the moment you walk in the employees show interest in taking care of you and attend you immediately. I highly recommend this place and if you aren't convinced enough, the prices are unbeatable and very reasonable! and no you don't get charged extra for the broth you only pay the cost per person!!

Fabio S.

Yelp
Phenomenal food, top notch service! The spicy soup and the wagyu were out of the charts.

Yelp
4.5 Seriously one of my favorite hot pot spots. I love the original soup base. They use the Little Sheep brand soup base and it's so rich and flavorful. My must get orders are: Chinese fritters (to soak up all the soup) Fish ball with roe Tendon Tripe Shrimp paste Brisket Sauce bar is decently stocked. Decor is a little dated but service is fairly efficient. I always be happy and full!

Yelp
Service is very fast and professional. Ning, Sunday and Aaron is our favorite. They serving very professional and fast. We come eat 1-2 time every week. Thank you Ning, Sunday and Aaron for your professional service. I recommend this place for your lunch or dinner

Yelp
Great return by! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. My family and I had hot pot and we paid per item instead of all you can eat. The prices are reasonable. The experience was fun. I would definitely return.

Yelp
We came back and I'm glad we gave it another try! The last time I was there service was really the main aspect that needed improvement. Previously, they were slow to get our food/order and some items never made it to us. Today however, service was spectacular! Angel was our main server and he was very knowledgeable in the meat options, and was so speedy. He even identified when we needed to give our pot a good scrape to prevent burning. Him along with a few other servers were on top of filling our water glasses as well as filling our soup broths as we ate. Food items came out fast. Some items got lost on the way to us but not a huge deal as you can just replace the order as many times as needed. Food was still fresh, and veggie cleaned well. They still have an abundance of seafoods (shrimps, fish, muscles) as well as meats including Wagyu, lamb, chicken, etc which were delicious. They even added a condiment bar. I didn't go there to get any sauces but it looked great from a distance. They have maybe like 6-8 broths to pick from. We picked the original which was great and a Szechuan spicy broth which we did not like. The flavor was kinda too overpowering muting the taste of the meats and just covering everything in the peppercorn flavor. I do wish we could have swapped out the broths once we got through it to a new flavor but sadly that's not an option. Price wasn't bad at all. We did AYCE on the weekend with a child, and adults I believe were $35.99 and kids between 3-11 were $8.99. Make sure you get on the waitlist or make a reservation before coming in on a weekend at 7:30 cause it gets busy! Overall, I will definitely go back. Service improved. Food still great and fresh.

Yelp
Fire .......didn't take any pics, was getting over an upset stomach, but this food did me justice. The tea I ordered was amazing, complimented the food well. Fresh veggies, nice spicy boil with loads of protein to add... oh did I mention all you can eat...

Yelp
This hot pot spot deserves some love. For $35.95 a person, it honestly feels like a steal. You cannot find it elsewhere. You get so many choices--Wagyu, seafood, tons of fresh veggies, and a bunch of broth options to mix and match. Everything tasted fresh; you can tell they don't cut corners on quality. What really made the experience, though, were Kimmy and Aaron. They're the kind of people who make you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. They're super attentive and super sweet, and they just made the whole meal feel that much better. If you're into hot pot (or have never tried it), this place is 100% worth checking out. Come hungry. You'll leave full and happy.

Yelp
Excellent Hot Pot! The service was quick and everyone was so nice and friendly. The food was outstanding. Highly recommend the house spicy broth and the sesame bread. Everything was fresh, there is a station area to put your sauces together. Chef kiss! Very clean restaurant, well lit and the music was pleasant. We will be returning at least once a month.

Yelp
It took no time for Mongolian to become my favorite hot spot place in San Diego. The restaurant is bright and comfortable. The orientation of the space is great whether you are coming solo, as a couple or in a group. The team is highly attentive and comes by frequently to refill water/drinks, add additional broth (no cost) and to check in about additional orders. You have the option of going a la cart or all you can eat. All you can eat is great --- $26 per person for lunch and $36 for dinner -- but know that the serving sizes her are ample. Very generous. No matter if it is your first, second or third order. So certainly come with others and pace. I like to start with two meats and two vegetables, and add more depending on appetite. The food here is absolutely fresh. Meaning the meats and vegetables taste as they should, are clean and at the right temperature. I have found with two other spots in town (to be unnamed) where the lamb doesn't taste like lamb at all and, even with marbling, the beef cuts are dry. I am always highly pleased with the actual flavor of the meats and vegetables. And what a variety! I always go with the original soup base (and add some of the garlic from the bar), but there are spicy and vegetarian options. I tried the medium spicy soup once and, on a scale of 1 to 10, it's at about a 4. I hear the house spicy soup is a 10. As for meats, you have lamb (a favorite), both Angus and Wagyu beef, beef belly, chuck (another favorite), bottom, ribeye, chicken breast, pork shoulder tendon and tripe. Lots of seafood options as well, to include shrimp, calamari and fish balls. I love the fish tofu as well. The vegetables and noodles are also abundant. Sprouts, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, watercress, bok choy, broccoli, potato, pumpkin, sweet corn, several types of mushrooms, egg and glass noodles -- and more. I also see that the dumplings (try the lamb wontons) sesame pancake and pot stickers are quite popular here. There are dozens of options and likely hundreds of soup configurations.

Yelp
ALL YOU CAN EAT ONLY I was told to leave a review as there is no manager to speak to or contact except for on here. I've been a guest for over 15 years and told all of my friends about this place who are now regulars as well. It's one of my very favorite restaurants. The best soup ever. I'm so sad the change was made to only allow the all you can eat option only Instead of a la carte . We always order a decent variety and amount of food that I take home as I have a small appetite, I love taking it home and finishing my portion. We order ordered the same thing we normally do but portions came out 1/2 the size since it's all you can eat and we didn't finish it. 1 round of food, nothing crazy at all. We were then charged another $10 to take my leftovers home! I've never been so upset. The principle of it I get but makes no sense to throw away food or charge me more for it. Ended up paying almost double what we use to in typical night there and honestly it's just not worth it. PLEASE GO BACK TO A LA CARTE ORDERING!!! I was told they made the change on Monday, we went there on Thursday 7/17/25 Service is quick and friendly, Ying has taken care of us for many years. Food has been! Consistent for years Please change it back so I can come back and tell all my friends

Yelp
This is my first time experiencing hot pot, and I was not disappointed. To be honest there was something intimidating about the whole experience at first, but there was a great waiter who made the process easy. Mongolian Hot Pot, in particular is my daughter's favorite. This will be a definite return as I enjoyed it extremely.

Yelp
Food is delicious, fantastic options/choices, friendly service! keep an eye on great deals!

Yelp
It's All You Can Eat now :( Long time customer, have been coming here for 5+ years. My first recommendation to new comers of SD. It's changed now because although the food is good, they got rid of A La Carte option + they charge you $10 to take food home. Portions are considerably less. It sucks because one the values of this pace was that it had a La carte option which allowed me to eat what I wanted for a better price since I never order crazy meats or seafood. Now I'll be going somewhere else because it's not worth it.

Yelp
I've been here a handful of times but have absolutely loved everytime! I'm a huge hot pot fan and I appreciate how big the selection is here. We got the AYCE for a family of 6, which was def enough to feed everyone. Our server Aaron was fantastic and took care of us extremely well! It was our family's birthday and he just helped make the entire night even more memorable! Our whole family appreciates how great and helpful he was the entire night, thank you!!!

Yelp

Yelp
Angel was a really accommodating and welcoming server! Service is 10/10. The broths were really rich in flavor, and the meats were in huge portions. The place was also very clean and well preserved. I'd totally recommend to check this place out. Would definitely come again.

Navid N.

Yelp
13 of us just celebrated my gf's Birthday there and it was definitely one amazing feast! They even comped her food for her bday which was super kind of them! Most friendly staff, very flavorful & delicious food and it's wonderful for larger groups. Everyone in the group absolutely loved this place. We'll all be back here again soon

Earlcatala B.

Yelp
For many years, we have celebrated family events, gatherings with friends, and parties such as birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve here. However, this Thanksgiving we were disappointed to learn that they no longer offer à la carte options and that everything is "all you can eat" (AYCE). The AYCE portions are very small, the waiters never come to the table, and the service has gone from outstanding to poor. I no longer recognize this place and hope they return to the à la carte menu. If they continue like this, they will not only lose their regular customers, but they will also earn a bad reputation.

Angel F.

Yelp
This was my second time here, and while I love Little Sheep and have been a long time patron at their SF location, I will not be back to this location in SD anymore. My first review isn't here anymore (suspicious) and the manager offered me to come back on their behalf for free. I replied back, and never received any follow up. Still, I decided to give this location another try, and was disappointed yet again. BOTH times I've been here, the service has been atrocious and my order is either 1. Missing items or 2. I'm given the incorrect food. I'm confused as to why other patrons were receiving excellent service and didn't seem to have any issues with their orders being incorrect. Their waiters seemed attentive, meanwhile, my waiter disappeared for the majority of the time I was there, so trying to grab anyone's attention was difficult. So sad to see the service has not changed. I love their soup bases and the large menu options (both ACYE and a la carte). I just can't justify spending money at this place if I can't even get standard service and the correct food I ordered. My partner left hungry because he was frustrated with this experience and we just wanted to pay and leave.

Zach S.

Yelp
I originally left a negative review for this place over a year ago, and management commented promising us a free dinner. That never happened. We weren't planning to return, but after more than a year, we decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. This time: Our first order was missing 3-4 items, and no server checked in with us for over half an hour. When we finally placed our second round, we re-added the missing food, but once again, it came out wrong. Service was practically nonexistent. The craziest part? My original negative Yelp review has mysteriously disappeared, yet somehow this place still has a 4.2 star rating. Very suspicious given how consistently bad the service has been. We won't be coming back again.

Mannie Rey A.

Yelp
Went here for my dad's birthday, was an amazing deal overall. Birthday person ate free, and the AYCE is very fairly priced. Food was good and the service was even better. Broth was tasty, meat was quality, and Angel/Aaron were super attentive and helpful. They kept asking us if we needed anything (refills, more broth, more menu items, etc.) Was my first time here, but definitely won't be my last.
google avatar

Daniel A.

Yelp
Awesome service, first time ever at a hot pot and Angel walked us through everything and even helped us with seasoning all the different delicious meats and foods. Will definitely come here again and hopefully get the same server.

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday night with a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday: no wait, easy seating, and the vibe was relaxing. But before I go on, I got to give a shoutout to Aaron, our awesome server, who helped me snuck in a surprise cake through the backdoor, and for keeping the table lively with jokes, refills, and general good vibes. Our BD boy even ate for free (just show ID). Bonus! So, this AYCE hot pot place replaces the LittleSheep that used to be here. Similar food but cheaper. Their soup base comes in4 flavors. You can also request a vegetarian broth. We did the yin/yang pot (original + spicy), which was flavorful but really spicy! To be fair, our server did warn us. Before it was too late, he helped us remove the chili cake at the bottom and prevented us from turning our tongues into lava--which we appreciated! Tons of protein options (Angus, wagyu belly, ribeye, lamb), fresh seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels), and solid veggies game. Also loved that they had yam noodles, oh, and the fish balls with roe was amazingly tasty! I recommend you try it. Everything was fresh, no sad-looking anything. The Sauce bar was clean and fully loaded. A couple of hiccups with meat orders, but quickly fixed. Free broth refills and self heat control kept everything cooking as we liked it. Bottom line: Flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, stellar service. Clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. It's not the flashiest hot pot spot in town, but it's absolutely worth it for the above points.

Yelp
Solid place for AYCE Mongolian/Chinese style hot pot ($25.95 Lunch M-F 11:30-3:00 and $35.95 Dinner and Weekends). We went on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant wasn't too crowded, so we were seated right away. The dinner menu has exclusive items not available during lunch. The soup and meat quality were good. The sesame sauce at the sauce bar was empty so we had to ask the waitstaff, but they were quick to refill it. Angel and the other waitstaff were very attentive, checking to see if we wanted to order more meat or refill on broth. They even helped split our check for our table of three and gave us plenty of ice cream to cool down from the spicy broth. Among the hot pot places in San Diego, this one is a solid choice for AYCE

Yelp
Always a great hot pot experience. They have a ton of variety to choose some, including great options for vegans. Staff was very attentive, and Angel took great care of us, answering all of our questions and ensuring we had enough water and timely orders.

Yelp
I love this place, you walk in and you are greeted with a wave of YUM! The food is always fresh, delicious and healthy. Everyone who works here is informative if you ever are curious about what is what. Hong, Kimmy, and Angel are working hard and diligently almost every single time I am here, and checking up on my table often. I always look forward to seeing them as I am here more often than I would like to admit . My friends drive down from Oceanside because this is our favorite hotpot spot, our "Hotspot" 100% recommend!

Yelp
Angel gave us great service. The all-you-can eat was delicious with many options. There aren't many vegan options (no dumplings, no pancakes, only tofu/noodles/vegetables). Angel was kind to explain the ingredients when we weren't sure. The music was popular tunes at a nice volume. The restaurant was well lit but not too bright and the booths were comfortable. The buffet of sauces and side dishes was extensive, we loved the peanuts and cucumber salad. My favorite parts of the hot pot were the kabocha, the tofu knots and oyster mushrooms.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Now that it's AYCE. I haven't been here for over 7 years. It was expensive before but the AYCE price is great!! Totally worth it. The MEATS!! Dinner and weekends they have wagyu beefs. They give you 4oz of meat for each, and it comes out really nice, nicely sliced, not too thick or thin. Just perfect. The broths are Mongolian style. I love the spicy one. The veggies are nice and fresh. (Bok choy, cabbage, spinach, all type of mushrooms). They have ALL the vegetables that are great for hot pot. Then the noodle choices!! So good, for fresh thick noodles to taro knots. Yum. There's all type of fish balls, seafood, and meat balls. So many choices. They even have dessert- ice cream. Definitely our NEW favorite AYCE hot pot place. We usually go to shabu works but the last time we went there the meats were way too thick and not nice and marble. We'll be back!!

Yelp
I've been to a lot of hot pot places, but this one really hits different. They've got so many options--Wagyu, fresh seafood, all kinds of veggies, noodles, dumplings--pretty much everything you could want. Everything tastes fresh, and the broths are packed with flavor. It's the kind of place where you can just take your time, try a bit of everything, and leave full and happy. What makes it even better? Kimmy, Hong, and Aaron. Seriously, they're the nicest people. Super friendly, always checking in to make sure you have everything you need, and just really make the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. It's not just the food--it's the vibe. I've already been thinking about when I can come back.

Yelp
Food here has always been consistent. Decent quality meat, sauce bar and the veggies are always fresh. The only thing that really gets me is the service. The first time I came here, service was good despite there being many customers in the store. There was always food on the table and our waters were constantly getting refilled. I've tried coming here three additional times because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. However, service has gone down. The last couple times I've came, service has been INCREDIBLY slow. I could remember 2 separate times dining in where my glass of water was completely empty and I had to wait over 10-15 minutes to ask for a refill. The servers also seem reluctant to give me back my order form for me to order more food which is odd given I've only ever come with one other person. I would understand if they were understaffed or if it was a busy night, but the restaurant is usually relatively empty when I go. Overall, I really wanted to like this place but it's not worth me paying so much just to wait. I would be able to ignore the poor service if I was not doing AYCE but the lack of servers present make it almost impossible to order more food or water. I do not want to wait 10-15 everytime I dine in just to get my order sheet back and another 15 for food to come out.
