A near-west Sunday market with live music and family energy near the Arboretum and Camp Randall. Destination Madison and Isthmus list it for its friendly vendors, pasture-raised meats, and excellent bakery stands.

Best way to shop farmers market! Ample parking and fantastic stalls with everything you need. Fresh veggies and fruits, amazing bakery, honey, meats and more. It’s small but that is what’s great. You can easily shop and focus. It gets busy but never as busy as the downtown market. Sometimes they also have a stall with live music, it’s wonderful.

Google
Small neighborhood farmer’s market with produce, bread, cheese and several very popular (based on the lines) food trucks. No dogs, but lots of families. Parking was doable, as someone is always leaving.

Nice little farmers market on Sundays 9-1. Plenty of parking right up close. Busy but not crowded.

Nice, smaller farmers market with lots of local vendors and businesses. The market itself has a booth with free water, a crafting station, and information.

Great farmers market in a cute neighborhood along Monroe Street. It's small compared to the farmer's market at the square but it's a good one and cannot be ignored! Great bakery items, fresh coffee & bagel sandwiches, good tacos, fresh fruits and vegetables that all one needs! Enough parking spots.

Got there a few minutes before opening and got front row parking. Long line for the bagels but every other stall was a breeze to get through. By the time I left 15 minutes later the parking lot was packed. Good variety of produce and baked goods, as well as a few niches like soaps, horchata and mushrooms.

Eats are great and the market is smaller, but really nice selection. Notables are the Bloom truck for vegan and gluten-free options, and the best coffee. Also buy hot sauce from What Got Gathered. Parking is easy or ride a bike!

I love coming to this Farmers Market! I can get basically all of my produce needs at this market, and i love all the vendors they have. I also love the fact it is at Edgewood, and patrons can use the parking lot! All the vendors are super nice and amazing. It is smaller than the capital market, but it has everything!

Yelp
The is a much easier to get around farmers market than the one downtown. The vendor selection for the size of it is great. Bloom bake shop is a constant fixture for some pastries, some being vegan&gluten free. There are few options for vegetables. I love getting fresh tomatoes here. Cher's garden has beautiful options for bouquets and very friendly! Finding vegan and gluten-free macarons was an awesome surprise. Something for everyone.

Yelp
A small but very lovely farmers market. All the vendors were so welcoming and invited you to camp out in their tents during a summer rain. We loved the vendor who gave us a "rain" discount on his truly unique photography. Would go again, even in the rain :)

Yelp
A quaint little market with fresh vegetables and local vendors. Very small but if you're in the neighborhood worth a stop.

Yelp
Fairly small farmers market but most neighborhood farmers markets are like this. It's nice to get your staple veggies. Also a honey stand and meat and egg stand. Madison Sourdough also comes to this one so you can get a pastry while you browse. There is also usually a food truck and a Mexican restaurant set up, El Sabor de Pueblo I believe. They have tacos, tamales, and quesadillas. We like to come here Sunday mornings on our way to the zoo. It's in the parking lot of Edgewood high school.

Yelp
Ever since this market opened a few years ago, my parents and I have been active supporters and shoppers. We try to come every Sunday, and we cherish the relationships we have built with the vendors in the Edgewood parking lot. Even though this farmers market is smaller than the one at the capital, it contains everything I would need for produce. They have everything from produce, eggs, flowers, bread from Madison sourdough, and honey. I also have a fondness for the connivence of this location. I like the fact my family and I can walk here every morning after we have breakfast.

Yelp
A relative newcomer to the Madison scene, this market is still fairly small and the selection is limited. I was happy to see Creme de la Coulee there-an artisan cheesemaker that puts out some great cheese. I don't know if I would drive across town to visit but if you are in the neighborhood, I would recommend checking it out.

Yelp
First Sunday for the Market (June 7, 2015) and the neighbors turned out in droves. Madison Sourdough was there (mostly sold everything they brought by 10 am) and Underground Butcher too. About 8 farmers brought in beautiful asparagus and radishes and greens. There were farms that sold native plants also. I love that this market is open in my 'hood. Sundays 9 am to 1 pm. We'll be back to update this review as this new market gets going with more vendors and gets ever more popular.

Yelp
Excellent neighborhood farmers market. If you are looking for something like the one on the square, don't bother. That doesn't mean it's less desirable, just very different. Nestled in the Edgewood HS parking lot on Monroe Street, there is easy parking at the other end of the lot. This is a smaller version of what I typically think of when it comes to farmer's markets. Big focus on veggies. Most stands are selling veggies but there was also honey, cheese, meats, eggs and some pastries. Oh yeah, and some of the BEST tortillas I've had in this area. The tortilla guy was a one man show who will proudly tell you they are all handmade with organic, non-GMO corn. The smell through the packaging was divine. I picked up a pack and wish I had gotten two. There was a food truck at the end as well as live music. If you didn't stop to chat with the very willing to chat sellers, you'd probably be able to breeze through it in about five minutes. But, go, stop, smell, chat, linger. Odds are you'll find something delicious.
