Monsieur Bleu

"For a location in Paris, it would be hard to do better than this address... Nestled in the Palais de Tokyo, it is superb with its Art Deco interior in a palette of grey, green and gold, and its terrace looking out over the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Not to be outdone by the setting, the food is sophisticated and tasty. A very high - profile place!" - Michelin Inspector

We had a magical evening at Monsieur Bleu celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, the food was absolutely spectacular, and the staff were incredibly attentive. They even brought out her cake with a candle sparkler — such a thoughtful touch! A perfect Parisian experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google
Our meal was superb: beef carpaccio, escargot, and ceviche were excellent starters, while the truffle tagliatelle was a fragrant highlight. The sea bass main course was perfectly cooked. Every dish showcased quality and expert preparation. Monsieur Bleu is highly recommended for a truly special Parisian evening.

Google
A super nice place with a great view (if you’re lucky to get one), yet still stylish. The food is good and flavorful, though some dishes were slightly too sour or too salty—that’s why only 4 stars. However, the mixed dessert plate was fantastic!

Google
It was a nice experience overall. Went there for lunch. Was expecting view of the Eiffel tower but was mostly hidden by the trees, still nice to feel it's presence. The service was good, could have been a bit faster. I'll be back for the outside bar on a nice sunny day 😁

Google
This was our first time at Monsieur Bleu. It was worth every bite! The escargot was delicious! The lamb chops cooked perfectly! And the apple tart for two was sooooo worth it! And the location can’t be beat.

Google
For some reason, we felt like this place was advertised as a rooftop restaurant/bar it was definitely just a patio. I would say that in about 1/3 of the patio, you could see the Eiffel Tower. Luckily, I was able to ask to be moved to a spot with a view but obviously everyone wasn't so lucky. The service was very good and the servers we really friendly. The food was delicious as well, although very pricy. We shared a bottle of wine which I thought was reasonably priced and delicious. They had expensive bottles as well if that's what you fancy. The place was busy and you definitely need to have a reservation, you won't be able to just show up, especially on the weekend.

We came here for my sister's birthday last night. Service was lovely and very attentive. I booked in advance and requested a nicer table since it was a special occasion, but they sat us in their mezzanine upstairs in the corner of the room next to a wall... We were one of the first to arrive, so I don't understand why you would want to sit people in the corner instead of on the main floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower (which is a reason we picked this restaurant). I asked for the food to come all together, which they respected. Our waiter was very lovely and made suggestions according to what we ordered. We ordered lobster rolls, quinoa salad, marinated spicy beef with rice, and the black truffle tagliatelle. The main dishes were lovely and very well seasoned, though I will add that the lobster rolls were a disappointment. There wasn't much actual lobster inside, and the sauces/avocado completely overpowered it. I wouldn't get it again since it's mostly bread. I would recommend getting the salad before mains since it contains several fruits that don't pair as nicely with the mains (though the portion size was very generous). The overall experience, although nice, wasn't anything very special. They never mentioned or asked if it was a special occasion (even though I wrote it in the booking notes). They definitely didn't seat us at a nicer table like I had requested. It felt like an average night out, with mostly good food.

It’s winter and when getting to Monsieur Blue we can already look at the majestic Eiffel Tower. As we go in, a beautiful atmosphere invites us for a good meal. We went for brunch. Taste *****! The presentation also. We could see the Eiffel Tower as we indulged in the Port Wine, lobster rolls, eggs Benedict with bacon, and salmon with blinis and sour cream. Everything was delightful. However, the lobster rolls won our hearts. The bread was fluffy and not overpowering. The lobster filling was fresh, smooth. Loved it! A very good experience.

Yelp
We just a had corporate dinner at Monsieur Bleu, My perspective - Location/View: A+ Located right next to the Palais de Tokyo, and with a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the location and the scenic view is spectacular. Service: B+ Efficient and attentive. Appetizers: A Their tuna tartar was excellent. Main Entrée: C- I had their sea bass filet with tomatoes, basil, and eggplant. Nothing special... the sea bass was a bit bland and their mushy eggplant side missed the mark (no one on our table appreciated the consistency and taste). Additionally, this entrée was miniscule. Desserts: B Good but not excellent. Our table shared the Almond and Raspberry Pavlova, the Vanilla and Red Fruit Mille-Feuille, the Profiteroles, and the Strawberry and Rhubarb Tart. These desserts didn't measure up to the amazing desserts we've been sampling in many great Parisian locations. Portion Sizes: F Yes, I know portion sizes in France are small. And admittedly, I come from the US where portions can be enormous. But the portion sizes at Monsieur Bleu are embarrassingly small. I had to stuff my face with bread to fill my belly. My 5-year-old self would've gone hungry... So despite the incredible view and location, I'm not planning on returning anytime soon.

Yelp
Despite being a popular restaurant for tourists, my friends and I had a wonderful time at Monsieur Bleu. The food was excellent (a favorite among all of us was the green bean salad) and you can't beat its location right by the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant was unsurprisingly quite full and loud while we were there on a Saturday night and everyone was having a good time.

Yelp
What a phenomenal evening at Monsieur Bleu. I wanted to have a "bougie dinner" one night on our family trip, with views of the Eiffel tower. Monsieur Bleu is located at the Palais de Tokyo and it is absolutely stunning. The restaurant is directly across from the Eiffel Tower and has a patio with great views. However, it's too cold to have the patio open so we ate inside. It is soooooo vibey in here. There's a DJ playing melodic deep house music and everyone dining in there seems fabulous. Our server Mateo was hilarious and ensured we had a great time. We ordered a looot of food. To start we got the beef carpaccio and the buffalo mozzarella. It was the most massive portion with an heirloom tomato salad. For dinner I split pork belly and cod with my sister. The cod was absolutely divine. We also got sides of truffle tagliatelle and jasmine rice bc why not. The pork belly came with mashed potatoes and they were so perfectly whipped. For drinks I got a dirty martini and also a lychee martini. Both were good. For dessert we got the pavlova and they sent us what tasted like a ferrer rocher chocolate since it was our Moms birthday. While this restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, if you want to splurge and dress up and have a vibey dinner it is definitely worth it.

Yelp
Not gonna lie, I didn't love this place. We didn't have reservations and was glad that we got to try it. Main restaurant was big and loud for dinner. We were taken to a cramped second floor where it seemed like there were no windows. We were seated right by the stairs. The servers had to carry every single thing up and down the stairs. Not really sure if there was an elevator. The food was pretty decent, but nothing I can say was life changing. Had the foie gras with toasts for appetizer, salmon and pork belly for the main courses, and unfortunately had to skip dessert because we wanted to catch the last Eiffel Tower light show at 11 pm. All in all, a nice experience when in Paris.

Yelp
Another one of my favorite dinners from Paris! The Paris Society does not disappoint. The restaurant is a bit hard to find -- it's located on the backend of the Palais de Tokyo, but I have to say that the vibes here were so nice and pristine. My friend and I came for a nice dinner after work, and it was such a fun time. I started off with the Kyoto cocktail, which was refreshing and not too strong. We then got the Lobster Roll to share as an appetizer and I got the Tataki Crusted Ahi Tuna as my main. The Lobster Roll was a trendy take on the classic dish, though I thought they were a little skimpy on the portion of lobster, and the toast really. carried this one The tuna dish was delicious, but my favorite part of this was the avocado salad that accompanied it. It was citrusy and very fresh. Dining here felt like a real treat, and highly recommend for an upscale evening :-).

Yelp
My friends and I had an excellent time at Monsieur Blue: the food was the best we had in a 5 day Paris trip and the service was also on par. As a starter I had the Ravioli with langoustines and foie gras - absolutely delicious and so were my friends' starters. The mains were also very good, we had the seabass, steak and the octopus - all executed to perfection. In addition, the bottle of margaux we picked was absolutely fantastic. I initially was a bit hesitant as I was afraid that it would be a tourist trap, but the service was correct and the view of the Eiffel tower just added to the atmosphere. Will defo go again - highly recommended!

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance were good. Best food u found in Paris.. I would definitely go back to this place

Yelp
Food-Exquisite Service-Top Notch Ambiance-Beautiful With that being said I cannot give this restaurant the 5 stars it deserves because I saw mice running around the restaurant. At LEAST 3 times while we ate dinner. I dont know how normal that is in Paris but it freaked me out because the restaurant isn't empty. There a several tables here, loud talking & music playing...to see multiple mice or the same mouse several times is unacceptable. Informed the staff and the manager said "oh there's construction going on so there are a few mice running around" like it was okay. Please don't waste your money if you don't mind eating with mice at your feet.

Yelp
We made reservations in advance. Arrived a little early and was going to wait in the patio until being seated as one of the waiters told us to. The hostess then came by in a snooty French tone and said "We are not open". We were then one of the first tables to be seated. Looking for something light,we ordered the Spicy Beef and the seared Tuna. Not one minute later, they brought our order out. They had to be precooking. Now the Tuna was supposed to be served cold, but it was gray through out Not from being over cooked ,but from sitting too long after cooking-maybe overnight? Overpriced, not impressive, served with an attitude. Don't believe you will get a view of the Eiffel Tower!

Yelp
Just overall bad experience. Did not enjoy the service. Was recommended something we did not like. Thought it could of been us till I heard the server near our section better explain the item to his guests. Feel like we were pegged as tourists and just not given a great time. Ended up getting something else and they did not offer to take the first item off the bill. Spent 150 Euros on a steak that was undercooked. Manager and server came to table after they debated bringing it to us near us for 20 seconds. I took it because some of it was fine and we where not taking to go items with us. No offer of dessert or apology on miss steps still. We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel but we ended just wasting our money here. If this is what counts as "High End" in France I think we can find much better locally and that's disappointing. Would not recommend this place. Not worth the money and def felt like we where not taken care of.

Yelp
Although the inside was dark, and just okay aesthetically, the food at Monsieur Bleu was the BEST we had in Paris. The photos all highlight their gorgeous garden patio with views of the Eiffel Tower, but in the colder months they don't seem to use it (which was a bummer). We loved that they had a live DJ spinning tunes and the Spicy Beef was astounding; like melt in your mouth amazing. The staff was super friendly as well, and happy to help us in English, after we tried our best in French. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris to visit Monsieur Bleu-- food was exceptional, vibes were great, overall ambience inside were okay.

Yelp
We had been looking forward to eating at Monsieur Bleu for several months, not just for the food but also for the ambience in the beautiful Joseph Dirand-designed dining room. Imagine our surprise on finally arriving for the big event (a birthday celebration) and being told that the dining room was CLOSED. No explanation was given by the haughty hostess, who seemed annoyed to have to answer questions. We were shown to a table on the patio, which is very lovely but nowhere near as elegant as the dining room. For the good points: The service was excellent, with the waitstaff well-versed in English (although I speak French, my dinner companion did not) and very attentive. The food also was very good and beautifully presented. But we were ultimately disappointed that the restaurant did not make it clear in advance that the only seating option would be on the patio. Another note to management: Why require guests to wait outside the restaurant in the desolate concrete plaza of the Palais de Tokyo for the first (7 pm) seating when you could open the bar area at 6:30 pm and allow people to have a cocktail while they wait?

Nicole P.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance were amazing. Escargot- incredible. Amazing drinks. Thought the place would be overhyped but it's definitely worth it.

Yelp
I came here because it was walking distance from my hotel. The restaurant is rather hard to find, I had to call and ask for help with the walking directions and the staff was very friendly and assisted me. Once arriving the staff was again very friendly. The outdoor seating area is beautiful with an amazing view. The restaurant has quite a few vegetarian options. I got the truffle pasta and it was so delicious, I cleaned the plate. The drinks were delicious as well. The waiter was attentive the entire time. I would highly recommend to all travelers!
google avatar

Danielle L.

Yelp
Came here last week on my trip to Paris! The location was great as you can see a view of the Eiffel Tower. However, the only thing good here was the truffle pizza. The lamb chops here are so overpriced and wasn't good at all. Very bland and flavourless. The raspberry martini was pretty good but that's it. Wouldn't recommend to dine here. The service was okay as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with (some) views of the Eiffel Tower depending on where you are seated. The restaurant is classy and gorgeous, with high ceilings and velvet curtains and chairs. Loved the vibes! The hostess at the door could care less about us though and was borderline unfriendly, but that's fine since our only interaction with her was when we entered the restaurant. The service from our actual waiter was good. We were seated in an area near a wall/fireplace that didn't have views of the Eiffel Tower so that was unfortunate. We ordered the octopus carpaccio and house made foie gras to start. We've never tried octopus carpaccio before but it was delicious! Lots of flavor and thinly sliced octopus, but not so thin that you couldn't taste it. Foie gras was good, but didn't entirely stand out. For our mains, we ordered the spicy beef and truffle tagliatelle to share. The spicy beef came with a side of tom yum sauce and coconut rice, which complimented the beef nicely, however it was not spicy. The truffle pasta was good as well but not mind-blowing. The pricing is on the higher end but none of the dishes really wow-ed me except for the octopus carpaccio. Overall, unless you can get a table with a view, I think there are other French restaurants with better food (and nicer hostesses, I hope).

Yelp
Great service , food, location, and atmosphere. Had the escargot, saddle lamb, foise grois, and scallops. Wine was good, mood was nice, lighting my was nice, super close to the Eiffel Tower, great place to go for dinner.

Chris M.

Yelp
The restaurant has a magnificent dining room unfortunately we did not get to eat in it instead we were ushered upstairs to a windowless small dining area that felt closed in. The food was great but I would not recommend this restaurant unless they sit you in the Main dining area.

Joshua D.

Yelp
Dinner with the family and fiancée here. Everything was wonderful. Great staff and views of the Eiffel Tower.
google avatar

Helen S.

Yelp
Went for a work lunch and everything on the menu looked good. Staff spoke Francais et Anglais. The outdoor and indoor dining spaces were beautiful, a perfect balance of modern chic and vintage classic park room.

Mike D.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience. Cocktails are a treat, check out martinis. Bean salad was light yet savory. Beef and frites and sea bass were excellent
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
Our server was very sweet and she spoke English and Spanish which was very helpful as my French is very minimal. The food was by far one of the best we had while visiting France! I would have to say the portioning was a good-filling size which is intentional in order to fully savor the entire meal. Would highly recommend and on our list to come visit when back in Paris. The attire is very classy and formal but we didn't know when we came in. Luckily we weren't turned away and got to experience this amazing place!
google avatar

Norm K.

Yelp
Best dinner in quite some time. Everyone loved their dinner plus appetizers, sides and dessert was all amazing. Best dirty martini i have had in a while. Great place and nothing disappointed

Yelp
While in Paris we ate at two Michelin star restaurants. Monsieur Bleu was better than both of them. The beef tartare was magique. We went on a Monday at 12 and they weren't too busy, but it did pick up as we left. The vibe was upscale- dress business casual for sure. The patio is lovely with glimpses of the Eiffel Tower. There is actually a string of Paris society tables restaurants we ate at Monsieur bleu and Giraffe. They were our best two meals. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Melanie L.

Yelp
Rock shrimp, lamb chops and tuna tataki were all delicious. Our service was awesome! Would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Lissette R.

Yelp
While on a couples vacation we discovered this gem. The French wine that the waiter recommended was beyond extraordinary. Some plates are small and some are larger. We had the búfala mozzarella that is cut table side was amazing. We had the escargot, delish and the grill octopus. The octopus was tender as can be, served with a red pepper sauce and chorizo. One of the best I've had. The view of the Eiffel tower was a great touch to the great ambiance!

Daveed A.

Yelp
Service and food quality here was unacceptable. I'm echoing the same issue as others. In short, cold and improperly cooked food, bad service, lack of attention to detail, and overpriced. The beef was semi-warm. Not hot. The sauce on the octopus was cold. The octopus was chewy and not properly charred. We ordered a side of French fries. They were €20 and came in a small bowl and they were simply just french fries. Not seasoned or with any added value (Parmesan, basil, truffle etc...). Way too expensive for a small bowl of french fries that were very basic. The basket of bread was not good. Great was tough and hard. Not sure why they're not serving freshly baked bread. Had to call the waiter several times to refill our waters. He forgot the sauce that the beef came with. Which he then brought straight out of the fridge. He recommended a side and forgot to bring it. €24 glass of champagne was brought already served in the glass to the table. Most high-end restaurants will serve at the table and allow you to taste before serving. Don't know what is going on here with that. Lastly, beef was ordered as medium. It was brought our blue rare almost raw in the center. Waiter confidently told us it was medium and offered to place the same beef on the stove for a little longer. It was brought out correctly cooked but without the sides and garnish. After our meal, waiter asked for tip and did not offer to add value or como anything despite knowing the service we received. Not a good practice when you underperform. I do not recommend this place. You will regret eating here.
google avatar

Zermin A.

Yelp
Classy and elegant with over the top service! The view of Eiffel Tower is only visible from the outside but this place is each bit romantic as can be! Definitely recommend it
google avatar

Sonia R.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our visit to Monsieur Bleu. We had arrived in Paris from Bermuda the night before and had made reservations for lunch as our friends had recommended. We loved the atmosphere and had excellent customer service. Our food server was Sedi (not sure how to spell his name) He made great recommendations and kept our champagne glasses full. We had the escargot, the artichokes, and the beef fillet cooked perfectly and sliced table side by the maitre d who was very visible and definitely ensuring high quality food and service was being provided. One of the best experiences we had in Paris. We would highly recommend to friends and would return should we visit Paris again...Sante!
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
My boyfriend was recommended this place for us to visit when we went to Paris and it was honestly the best meal we had while there. We sat outside facing the Seine (and technically the Eiffel Tower but it was blocked by trees). We started with the beef tartare which was hands down the best beer tartare we've ever had. I still think about it lol They also served complimentary bread as well as some delicious warm french fries. For the meal, my boyfriend got the pork belly with delicious potatoes and I got the seared tuna. Both were very good, but I liked his pork belly a little bit more. Overall a great experience, server was kind and friendly. Personally we weren't in a rush and enjoyed the gorgeous October weather, but it was more of a leisurely meal so keep that in mind if you're on a tight schedule.
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent. Beautiful view of Eiffel Tower at night. Very sophisticated and chic vibe. Had spicy beef. It was great. Amazing cocktails and an overall amazing time. Reservations weeks in advance in an absolute for a place like this.
google avatar

Cassandra C.

Yelp
AMAZING!!The staff was friendly and the restaurant is definitely on the "higher end" minus the "uptight" feel. Did I mention, the views of the Eiffel Tower (would suggest going at night) Would definitely recommend 10/10
google avatar

Maureen B.

Yelp
A seat by the window and time it so u are there for the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower makes for a perfect evening!
google avatar

Donna J.

Yelp
How do I begin in this exceptional review? This was one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. Monsieur Bleu is an excellent restaurant with on point service in the heart of beautiful Paris nearby a view of the Eiffel Tower. I was there on Mothers Day with my son while on vacation. I ordered the fish and it was prepared and plated to perfection. The ambiance is lovely. We sat outside in view of the many beautiful plants. The service was absolute perfection and professional as I typically found in many restaurants in Paris. Note to remember: book a reservation in the evening so you can see the Eiffel Tower lights. I look forward to returning in the future.

Jose P.

Yelp
Just wow!!! The service, the food was just amazing!! We definitely recommend this place! The food is not overpriced and the view is amazing! Drinks were on point too!
google avatar

Anthony H.

Yelp
Filet was pretty good. The onions and parsley made the steak taste even better. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Jen O.

Yelp
Great food and a great view of the Eiffel tower, especially after 8am when the tower lights up every hour. We ate here because we were waiting for it to be dark to take the Seine Cruise. We are glad the food didn't disappoint but it is pricey. I am not sure if I would come back on my next trip as there are other wonderful restaurants that are less expensive.
google avatar

Alden G.

Yelp
One of my favs in Paris. The food is outstanding- that's a given. But the experience is first rate. The location, vibe, scenery and staff are not to be missed. Sit outside. Reservations required. In September 2022 we enjoyed a Domaine Drouhin white, escargot, citrus salad, tuna tartare, filet mignon. Superb.

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Monsieur Bleu was a very big disappointment. They claim to have a view of the Eiffel Tower when in fact, it's covered by a tree. The menu is very expensive with mediocre food. In addition, we had an exceptionally poor experience when we tried ordering light for a group of four with mainly appetizers, and we had the manager approach us telling us we had to order at least THREE main dishes in order to dine there. I want to add we ordered a pretty solid amount of food- it wasn't like we ordered fries and drinks.... I've been to many fine dining establishments in Paris (as well as all over Europe) and not once have I had this issue. It was rude and embarrassing and I will certainly not recommend anyone to come here in the future.
google avatar

Shonel G.

Yelp
I'll be honest I came here because I saw on the news that president Macron had a lunch meeting here the day before. I asked what he ordered off the menu and to my dismay I was told he didn't order lunch. Damn I wanted to order what he had...... I was about to follow up that question with " where did he sit" lol My husband stopped me Anyways we had a great meal. They use very fresh ingredients and the staff is attentive. Our waiter spoke fluent English and French so it made ordering very easy. I was offered a menu in English but refused. I'm trying to become accustom to reading in French. The decor included velveteen sage green seating, black marble, white linen and hints of gold accents. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and low key. I ordered the lamb chops because they looked delicious in the other Yelp pictures. They came with the most glorious veggie side dish. Perfectly cooked cabbage and cauliflower with a sinfully delectable butter sauce. I was very tempted to order another one! My hubby got the pork dish.... he wasn't in love with it so we swapped. I liked the pork even more then the the lamb chops. This place claims to have a great view but honestly I wasn't able to see if. Nevertheless the restaurant was beautifully appointed and the service was great. I shall return!

Vanessa G.

Yelp
The ambiance is gorgeous and perfect for a special occasion-- but it glamorously covers up bad service. We attempted to celebrate our anniversary dinner but after being sat down we were provided zero service. After being brought water 10 minutes later, the server abruptly left again without asking for our order. The restaurant was not busy for a 730pm on a Sunday night. We recommend you choose elsewhere rather than spending your money on a place with poor table manners. Moral of the story-- we walked out before giving them a chance to redeem themselves which honestly did not seem to be on their agenda
google avatar

Y B.

Yelp
The Worst service Ever! After being seated at 7:15 at 8:01 we still had not been assisted with ordering dinner. Manager had to take drink order. If I could do zero stars I would. Still no order. Flagged down manager to get order. Original server worked never came back and acted as though we are invisible. I dine out 3 times per week and at very nice restaurants; however this was horrible!!!! I am an great tipper to those in the service industry But I am at a lost for words on how horrible the service has been. Our party of 5 birthday celebration was total bust for this place. On to the next one. Has anyone had this experience before?
google avatar

Wayne S.

Yelp
Horrible food. Ok service. Drinks are horrendous. Server not good with English. Horrible. 0 stars. Don't waste money. Slow service for no reason. Lying staff members pushing bad food. Good ambience. Cannot see Eiffel Tower from inside though. Mandatory tip

Andrea H.

Yelp
Wow! Delicious food! I enjoyed the escargot, very flavorful with a delicious basil butter sauce. They also had a good wine selection.

Ryan L.

Yelp
Most horrendous service ever experienced. Took 5-6 rounds of reaching out to waiters and waitresses who were not bothered to take your order although they all said yes, yes, we are coming. It took us tremendous amount of effort just to get them to take an order. Don't ever come to this restaurant again cos they have no intent to serve Asians. All the Caucasians and middle eastern customers next to us were served their drinks and had their order taken although they sat down later than us. And by the time food is served, the manager decided to serve our main together with the starter. By the time we got around to our main, my croquette and my wife's pasta were cold. Bad bad bad service, average food, overpriced.
google avatar

Antonio M.

Yelp
Really bad service. The bouncers were rude and condescending to us. They looked at us from our toes up. Basically saying we're not good enough to go in. Seemed to be a place of high fashion and high social status. Money is not the issue we just did not fit the profile of person that gets in. I recommend not going there at all if you're just a tourist in paris for a few days. Really really rude guy.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
We had absolutely joy with the service and food. Fish was great even thou it was little overcooked , the rest of the dishes were quite amazing. Hope to visit Paris again.

Yelp
Great view of the Eiffel tower. Friendly staff. The food was delicious. The pork belly was perfectly cooked

My wife and I had lunch at Monsieur Bleu while in Paris this May. The ambiance is fantastic and incredibly relaxing. If you want to enjoy great food, attentive service, and take a "sensory" break from the busyness of Paris without leaving the city, then you'll love Monsieur Bleu.
