Update:. Came to visit for the 3rd time. Prices have gone up a bit. Fortunately, I think the flavors and plating have both improved. Upgrade to 4 stars from 3. Located in the residential area, good ambience and services. Lunch prix fix menu was NT$1080 to $1280, including appetizers, soup, main couse, desert and tea/coffee. So, quite high CP with seemingly fresh ingredients. But as to tastes and flavors, unfortunately, they were all at average levels, kind of blend, did not stand out.

Pork chop is kinda big, but you can taste three different layers (Tender, crispy, and lean meat) of pork. If the fat part is too grease, try to dip some mango sauce. Over all, you can feel how chef want to bring up new experience with different textures and ingredients in dishes.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. One of my favorite restaurants in Taipei. I have been here 2-3 times over a span of 2 years ... it is consistently good.

We had a wonderful experience here, though we didn't expect to stay so long. I think we were there almost four hours. Plan plenty of time to eat if you go in the evenings. It's also a good idea to book in advance as they get crowded here some nights. I think they have a lunch or brunch menu that isn't so expansive. For dinner, there were two choices of set meals, and you had some options for what was included. There are many small courses and it takes a long time to get through them. It's a small place, but it is quiet and doesn't feel crowded. The staff are very friendly and speak English well. They were very apologetic that one desert would take extra time and gave us a free appetizer while we waited even though we didn't complain or ask for anything. One nice thing is that there is a window into the kitchen and you can see the head chef preparing dishes. The kitchen even looks very clean. This was a rare experience and I'm not an expert in food, and not French food at all, but the food was wonderful.

We went three for a birthday dinner and the food was exquisite and the service was spot on. I felt like 4 appetizers were a bit too much at the end but I really wanted to try all they had to offer. The chestnut soup with foie gras was especially amazing, that was my favourite.

This place is great, good value for the level of execution and quality. Definitely was not bland or anything close to McDonald's... No idea what that's about. I'll be back, really nice dinner option in Taipei.

tried the weekend lunch set, the starter and the pork chop were delicious, but the beef soup and dessert were ok. Decent price and nice service

Great lunch experience. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was all delicious. Definitely a wonderful meal for the price.

It's a creative French restaurant. The service and atmosphere are very good. They offer set menu for lunch and dinner. The price are reasonable. I had a party of 12 there once. The serving sequence of food was a mess. That's why I took away one star. Other than that time, the general experience is good. Food is good, of course.
