Mont Cervin Palace

Gorgeous hotel. Awesome hospitality. Words are not enough to describe this palace, you must experience. Electric shower and bathroom. Staff is highly flexible and fulfill your each request without any fuss. Breakfast is so delicious. Find GIOVANNA, she is awesome and helps you have your desired breakfast. Highly recommend this place in Zermatt.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! My wife and I were traveling with our four children age 7 to 14 years old. Often times luxury hotels and children do not mix; not at Mont Cervin Palace. This hotel absolutely epitomizes a luxury hotel from the perfectly polished service to the beautiful facility AND it is extremely welcoming to children. There was a warm greeting to my entire family every time we passed though the lobby that made us all feel so welcome. The rooms and common facilities were immaculate. We can not wait to visit again in the future.

We stayed here as a family of nine in three Matterhorn View Suites. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious! The hotel staff was very courteous and attentive to all of our needs. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay! The spread is truly 5-star, and the cheeses, breads, pastries, and hot food were fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the views of the Matterhorn from the suite even though clouds partly obscured it. The location of the Mont Cervin Palace is ideal. It is an easy walk to the train station, and the views of the mountains are excellent. My family enjoyed the pool and loved its indoor and outdoor features. We will certainly come back and stay here again for our next trip to Zermatt!

We recently spent 4 nights at Mont Cervin Palace. Our stay was exceptional. The location is perfect and central to the main street in Zermatt. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service and staff. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly, attentive, very efficient and professional. The breakfast menu and buffet quality was excellent. The Concierge service was truly a standout. Specifically, Claudio Maimone who went above and beyond for our family during our stay and during the recent flooding situation in Zermatt. He provided such personal service and attention to our needs throughout our stay and was instrumental in helping us with our travel plans during this recent weather event. We would highly recommend Mont Cervin Palace. We look forward to our next stay.

Absolutely exceptional service from beginning to end, especially in the mornings at breakfast, the main person greeting the guests was over the top about customer service which was awesome. The rooms were amazing, great fitness area, restaurant and bar was very nice with live music each evening. The location is great as it is in the middle of the main stretch of shops, although it’s not that long of a stretch 😀 and we also visited “The Kitchen” restaurant at one of their sister hotels which was also very good. Overall the experience was a memory for life and if we go back to Zermatt in the future (which we plan to do sooner than later) we will definitely stay at the Most Cervin Palace again as I don’t see how anywhere could eclipse the great experience we had during our stay.

Loved this place so much. Right in the center of the village. This is a pedestrian only village so don't try to drive here. You park in Tasch and take a cab to the parking area where the hotel transport picks you up and takes you right to the doorstep. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Room was great, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay here again

We arrived via horse and cart from Zermatt Bahnhof which was a lot of fun. Check-in was fast, and somebody showed us to our room promptly.||The room was more spacious than I had imagined with an ensuite bathroom with accompanying shower and bath.||I had arrived here, seeking some peace and quiet and was looking forward to trying the pool and outdoor jacuzzi. This is a family run hotel and there were children screaming and shouting all throughout so take note if your looking for an adult only hotel and in need of some quiet time, this is not that hotel.||Went back early on Sunday to find that peaceful solitude in the jacuzzi and was successful however the sauna only opened at 10am, I was was too early and needed to check out, so missed that.||Had dinner in Capri, the Italian one Michelin starred restaurant||For $1000 per night, I don't think that this was great value however the hotel is well managed, the staff responsive, the food perfect. Your essentially paying extra to stay in a tourist area.

I was not a guest at this hotel, but I was visiting Zermatt on a ski holiday. I Decided to spend a day at their spa to enjoy the amenities and receive a 90 minute massage by Michael from Capri. I receive a lot of massages everywhere I go, and this was the best massage of my life, releasing extreme tension and his knowledge of a cranial massage had me melting like butter. The staff were top-notch and very service oriented, Even serving us cocktails by the pool in the middle of a snowstorm. The facilities were wonderful with indoor and outdoor options for the pool and whirlpool. The steam room options were the best I’ve ever experienced. I raved about this place so much to my ski club that nine members booked a spa day at this location. We had lunch At the spa restaurant, and the food was good. And this hotel has a beautiful horse drawn carriage that collects you from the train station and brings you to the front of the hotel. quite a classy act

What a lovely hotel. It's expensive and the rooms were small, but the service and amenities were amazing. Loved the restaurants inside (didn't try the grill but Capri and Le Restaurant were AMAZING). The breakfast was also great (buffet with a few a la carte options). The pool and spa area were also incredible, especially the heated outdoor pool, which we spent hours in. Service was top notch - every time we called the front desk, they were immediately responsive and able to help get us whatever we needed. It's expensive but if you're willing to splurge, highly recommend!

My family booked 2 nights with 2 rooms at this hotel. The rooms are very dark inside. The hotel was to pick us up from train station which I had confirmed several times and 1/2 hour prior to arriving. they were not there and we had to wait, then the driver they sent dropped us at wrong hotel. After arriving to hotel we had try to arrange a transfer to Gstaad and never got the email, asked and called several times about it and poor communication all around. I verbally told them no to a transfer after I arranged another company and the hotel still charged me for transfer. it's unethical to charge someone who sent multiple emails, verbally cancelled in person ect. I can cance on my cc for fraud charge however the most rude thing is that the hotel will not respond or return any call of email. JC the room manager nor Lise in concierge. Would never go back to the hotel!

The best hotel in Zermatt in my opinion! Horse drawn carriage ride to the train station... beautiful hotel, amazing room with a view of the Matterhorn, great gym, spa... and the location is unbeatable!!!

Large and centrally located hotel with several restaurants and lots of amenities. The Restaurant has a solid Swiss breakfast with lots of local meats, yoghurts, meats, cheese, fruit, etc. There are several other restaurants on the property, but the only other one I can speak to is the Grill (see my review for more on that). This is definitely one of the nicest hotels in Zermatt. Our room was a 2-bedroom suite located in the Residences section of the hotel, which felt a bit dated but similar to most ski resorts I've stayed in. The rooms got very hot at night and we needed to keep the windows open. The hotel is very big - too big in my opinion - so it certainly doesn't have a boutiquey feel. The biggest issue was how spread out everything was - it was like a maze trying to find our way around. That being said, the hotel staff was very helpful, from Boris the concierge helping us make reservations prior to our arrival, to securing lift tickets in advance and helping arrange guides at the last minute, to literally carrying our skis around for us. There is a ski room located downstairs, which conveniently provides lockers to store skis and ski equipment. The spa is fantastic and has a beautiful pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub that is delightful when it's snowing. My deep tissue massage was one of the best I've ever had. The joint sauna and steam room areas are fully nude and coed, despite having separate sections for women and nudity. When in Switzerland, do as the Swiss do I guess! I would stay here again and look forward to returning!

This is a must stay location in Zermatt. The hotel is beautiful on the inside and out. Staff is warm and welcoming. The outside patio feature live music in late afternoon to pass the afternoon time.

Amazing hotel, great service, the concierge knows exactly what to do, suites and nice and spacious, and the restaurants are just amazing.

We are at our winter holiday at Mont Cervin and I am certain next time we at Zermatt we'd book the same hotel again. It is absolutely perfectly situated on the main street. The rooms spacious and bright. About the management of the hotel it works like a SWISS CLOCK. I have no idea what else one could ask for. Never stayed at other hotels at Zermatt but we would not even try.

We stayed 2 nights here in June. The room was nice and roomy, but the hotel has no A.C. We kept the windows open all night which did help, but for the money, I want all the amenities. We are at the restaurant a couple of times. The service was extremely slow and our $70 filet was way over cooked. The manager at the restaurant seemed very overwhelmed.

By far the number one hotel in Zermatt! Great service and super friendly staff. Very nice property and the breakfast was a very nice spread as well.
