Saw a video of a chicken cutlet sandwich on focaccia here and was craving it ever since! Let me tell you what, it didn't disappoint.
Food: The picture of the sandwich is all you need to see. Yes, it tasted just as good as it looked. They loaded that thing with meat, cheese, and arugula and I could barely fit my mouth around it, it was massive. The chipotle mayo on the sandwich was phenomenal. I asked for it on the side because I didn't want the sandwich to be drowning in mayo like some places do, but I ended up basically licking every last bit of that mayo out of the ramekin it was so good.
Service: The lady who took my order was so nice and helpful when choosing what I wanted to order. I had the chance to speak with the owner after I finished my food, and he was so sweet. He and his wife own the place, and you can tell he takes pride in his establishment and just wants the guests to have a great experience with their food. Whatever they're doing, they're doing it right and should keep it up!
Atmosphere: Clean, welcoming, and appealing cafe vibes. They have a few tables to sit down and eat inside, but a lot of people just grab and go. I like how you can see a lot of the fresh ingredients they use for their salads on the deli line.
