An Accidental Stroke of Genius

"At the Casino de Monte Carlo in Monaco, a service for the Prince of Wales saw 14-year-old Henri Charpentier accidentally ignite crêpes with a chafing dish; the flames caramelised the liqueurs into a wonder, and crêpes suzette won royal approval." - MICHELIN Guide Thailand

Dwyane Wade on His New Away Collection, His Summer Travels, and Why It's So Damn Hard to Pack His Shoes

"A casino in Monaco where you can not come in. You gotta be James Bond, dressing to come in. So we were definitely turned away. I respect it—those are the rules."

Gilded Halls and Gorgeous Soufflés: A Guide to Living Large in Monaco | Vogue

"Portrayed as Monaco’s Bacchanalian heart, this grand casino can be a major tourist hub—at the wrong time it’s less men in tuxes, more men in cargo shorts—so avoid weekends and go on a weekday instead. Gambling isn’t required to enjoy it; the decor is stunning, including Paul Gervais’s “Florentine Graces.” If you do play, iconic rooms like the Salle Europe and Salle des Amériques are open to the public (as long as you make the table’s buy-in), while the Salon Super Privés are tucked away for certain guests and high rollers." - Elise Taylor

The Monte-Carlo Casino offers a truly opulent and grand experience. Its architecture and decor are breathtaking, transporting visitors to a world of elegance and sophistication. The atmosphere inside is electric, filled with the excitement of chance and the allure of high stakes. Service is impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every guest feels pampered and valued. For a memorable evening of entertainment and indulgence, the Monte-Carlo Casino is an exceptional destination.

It is a lovely and well decorated place. Yet, they have a 20€ entry fee which is completely ridiculous. They trade on their reputation. I have been to dozens of casinos in different parts of the world that have fine art, beautul decor, and they welcome you without a tourist fee. There are lots of slot machines which definitely detract from the ambiance. The views in Monte Carlos lovely.

Casino de Monte-Carlo is an iconic and luxurious landmark. The architecture is absolutely stunning, both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated. Even if you don’t gamble, it’s worth visiting to admire the design and experience the unique Monaco vibe. A must-see attraction in Monte Carlo.

A famous casino where many luxury cars are often parked in the plaza. To enter the main lobby, there’s a simple bag check. Inside, you’ll find a service counter — appropriate attire, a passport, and the minimum exchange amount for chips are required to enter the casino. The souvenir shop inside the lobby is also worth a visit. Good luck. 🎰

This is my second visit to this casino. I visited the casino on my first visit. This time I came here to see the festive lights and it was fabulous. You must come here because it's the French Riviera. It's opulent and stunning.

I only spend few minutes in front and got what I came for. Many nice cars passing around ! Just be careful not to block them and be respectful. The casino is also very beautiful from the outside, I haven’t tried my luck to go in.

Words don’t do this place justice. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the architecture and internal design on the ceilings. Honestly it gets better the further in you explore. We opted to get a Casino ticket to have a look around and had a bit of fun on the slot machines. I just couldn’t stop looking up at the ceiling. The designs are honestly beautiful. It’s definitely worth seeing if you like a visual feast.

It definitely lives up to the hype of being one of the fanciest places on the planet. Its everything you want it to be.......glamorous and pretentious all at the same time. The building itself is a work of art. Being here will make you feel like your in a james bond movies. Entrance is 20 American dollars. The gift shop is also luxurious with many gifts in the thousands of dollars. This is the nicest Casino I have and will ever step foot in
