50-Year-Old Burbank Icon Pinocchio Is Still Dishing Up Red-Sauce Joy - Eater LA

"Monte Carlo Italian Deli, purchased by Yugoslavian-born Mark Brankovich in 1969, has grown to include a wide range of Italian goods and a wholesale baking operation. The attached Pinocchio Restaurant, established in 1971, offers a variety of Italian-American dishes at bargain prices. The venue is known for its affordable meals, with entrees below $10 and house wine at $3.50 per glass. It's a popular spot for locals, offering a nostalgic and community-centric dining experience." - Farley Elliott

I took my two children to eat on a Saturday around 3. We ordered lasagna and a pepperoni pizza. The lasagna and garlic bread were a perfect pair. Beware: A fresh pizza takes about 35 minutes to make. So be prepared to wait for it to take home or order ahead. For $17, it was well worth the wait! All in, I left and spent less than $60 (and we each got drinks from the refrigerated drink section). Clutch!

This deli is one of the best deli's in a 30 mile radius. The best fresh bread, Gelato, and a surprise variety of products that you don't see at most delis. The service can be slow at times. But I'm telling you, it's worth the wait. You'll want to become a regular at this deli

I use to like coming here over arcade ago but this place has really gone down. From the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I think the most disturbing of all the customer service! I don’t know if they are ex cons but they talk and act they are. They look like they just got out of bed and the ones serving the food look very dingy. I called and left a message for the owner who by the way never called me back because the experience I had with a Hispanic man preparing my pasta. The pasta was dry and hardly had sauce I explained I don’t have a problem paying extra but there was no sauce to begin with he argued with me and made me feel very uncomfortable in front of the other people in line. Then proceeded to go in the back and tell everyone’s they are now looking at me m. I haven’t seen one woman in here, maybe that’s why are like that, maybe they are sexist. I don’t recommend this place it’s not clean and the staff are not nice and it looks like they haven’t dusted since I have been here over a decade ago. The decor is ok just dirty, I think the best part is the music.

If you like old-school Italian food, this is your place. I stopped by Pinocchio’s for the lasagna, and it was the ultimate comfort food—cheesy, saucy, and baked to perfection. Afterward, I browsed the deli for pasta and imported snacks. The market and restaurant combo gives it a community feel. It’s unassuming but packed with heart

Google
Spent about $60 there which isn't hard. The pasta I bought was loaded with bugs. I found out dumping it in the water. My wife called and they said this is normal in the summer. Really? They said come back and they will refund the pasta. I went back today, 2 days later, spent $40 more and they said nobody here can do that. I said then don't charge me for something, they said they can't do that. I don't care how good most of your products are, never again will I shop there.

Great place. Some stuff is a bit pricey. But it's so good you won't care. Definitely swing by. Haven't had anything bad here.

Google
This is the deli attached to Pinocchio. You may just want to shop and make dinner at home or sit and enjoy a meal. This is a great spot for fresh authentic Italian food. Very reasonably price. Friendly staff.

My family has been coming to Monte Carlo Deli since the 1950's. This place is full of amazing food, imported goods, a huge deli case with everything, an amazing bakery and gelato. I highly recommend going here and grabbing a bite at Pinocchio's (the restaurant inside the deli) and then heading to the store for some great deli take home. Monte Carlo has a huge assortment of Italian food and wine. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
My family has been coming here for years and the deli has a wide variety of meats and cheeses at decent prices. The family comes here specifically for the mozzarella. They are some of the freshest cold cuts around. They also have some amazing bread naked fresh deli. A small Italian market within the deli sells various Italian goods such as wine, crackers, pasta, cookies, and other items. If you are looking for an Italian ingredient for a meal but can't find it, check here.

Yelp
Major stomach ache after eating here. I arrived around 5pm on a Monday night and the place was half full with customers. Ambiance feels extremely outdated. Throwback to the 1980's. I ordered the cheese raviolis with pink sauce with a side of sausage. Food was lukewarm and the taste was rather forgettable. Some of the saddest garlic bread I've ever tasted. To be honest, I'd rather go to the Olive Garden (which isn't saying much) than ever eating here again.

Yelp
This deli has it all the things you need to maintain an Italian kitchen which I do. Fontina cheese from Italy, Bresaola meticulously thinly sliced, parmigiano reggiano, fried eggplant, sauces, pesto all kinds of prosciutto. Fresh bread loaves and it goes on. It has all kinds of dry goods like #10 cans of San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, marinated artichoke hearts (I'm hungry) Their selection of pastas are endless including a refrigerated section that holds fresh pasta, ravioli and tortellini. But wait they have a gelato station and a deli case filled with delectable Italian pastries including cannoli. Then behind that is the restaurant serving hot food station with several lasagnas, meatballs, pasta and sandwiches where you can order your food and can be eaten in the booths. Everyone is very nice and professional. Keep in mind that depending on what day or time you come in be prepared to wait (they have a number system) Buon appetito!

Yelp
There was a time many years ago that the restaurant was pretty good. It's not a fancy restaurant. It's basically cafeteria style food. Wasn't impressed today. The food was basic, it was Lukewarm, the meatball lacked flavor & the spinach ravioli was fair. The eggplant parm was soggy. I've had these dishes in the past and they were much better back then. I felt like I was eating a frozen dinner that was reheated. I would just stick with their pizza. I wouldn't go back again. Deli market is great! Large variety of items. Service is ok.

Yelp
The service is horrible at the counter. The men there don't understand customer service and were incompetent all over plain bread and butter. We have been coming here for DECADES but this was the last time we ever will come here. Get better staff. We miss the good old days. Oh well.

Yelp
We were hosting a Halloween lunch at our office. Office potlucks are fun especially when you get to order some things so large there's no way of missing it. The 4 foot sub sandwich was for Monte Carlo. I went into the deli and ordered the sub sandwich two days in advance. Staff was really helpful and courteous just the best service all around. There were about 20+ people partaking in the lunch and the sandwich was all gone! I highly recommend Monte Carlo deli for all of your catering needs especially when you're doing an Italian theme:)

Yelp
Italian Deli meets Restaurant Serving the San Fernando Valley for over 50 years with a wide range of imported wines, cheeses, meats, groceries and more... Not to mention in house made from scratch bread and other local favorites plus they do Italian Ice Cream aka Gelato aka it's part Gelateria (they may even have a sorbet). It's beautiful brick walls plus rustic panels on the restaurant half and bright well spaced displays in the grocery with lots of Italian and European motifs throughout. I've found some great gifts for friends over the years (grocery side) only stopping in briefly for wine and more, but finally had the full Monte Carlo /Pinocchio experience when we dined in. It was busy as I expected but picked up even more as we were ordering. My boyfriend went for the meat lasagna and knowing this was going to be my first big meal of the day I was ready to build an epic large salad and wow did I ever! The layout is pretty fun, intimate and neighborhood. First rate service and kindness from start to finish. I did a few sides like the artichokes, mushrooms and so on but did remember they had some go to small salads like their: Three Bean Salad, Spinach Salad, Green Bean Salad, Caesar, etc. Note the salads aren't listen on the menu board (behind the deli counter), however all the ingredients are laid out in front of you as well as online. Vegetarian options are abundant as well as some gluten free options especially when it comes to pizzas or pasta. You can even have a vegan pizza pie done without cheese. I discovered the Vegan Vegetable Ravioli (also GF) after our lunch here, definitely noted for next time. I try to just enjoy what I can when I check out authentic Italian spots like M.C.'s so it's always appreciated when they have a few things to choose from PLUS... The portions and prices for everything are out of this world from Ziti to Spaghetti dishes, Eggplant Parmigiana, Sandwiches, tons of other entrees, sides for days and more including bottled beverages, beer, wine and water. You can enjoy a few tables or booths inside or the patio (limited seating) overlooking Magnolia Blvd in the city of Burbank near other longtime must like The Mystic Museum, Halloween Town, Blast From the Past and more. Parking is easy (free) in their lot and you can enter from the street facing sides - street parking is your friend as well, especially if you'll be in the area for a bit. They do have some table service, but you'll get most of what you need after you check out with cafeteria style trays to carry out your food and beverages. It's definitely a touch of fast casual rather than full on restaurant. A must try staple in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley that you'll be happy you tried, visited and hopefully enjoyed.

Yelp
I can't believe in my over 30 years having grown up in LA that I only came to this deli / market for the first time. I loved the atmosphere of walking into the kitchen of someone's home, the portions, prices, and selections were just all on point. They quickly got our meal prepared and seem to have enough staff to get people through. We went at lunchtime on a weekday and it was moderately busy but not impossible. Street parking can sometimes be a challenge but it helps that they have two doors of entry. Definitely returning here soon.

Yelp
Whoever was making pizzas Thursday 12-5-24 evening made an amazing pie! Perfection Nice balance between ingredients and the crispy pop up crust is the best.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem of the kind I absolutely LOVE finding. I'm a sucker for those old-world markets, where the terms "vegan," "gluten free," and "nitrate free," just don't seem to make an appearance. Definitely had a Euro-Italian thing going on, with a sit-down restaurant that serves several hot meals and sandwiches. Loved the ambiance, loved the selection, and the food was decent. It was busy, but we DID go at lunch, so... If you're looking for a great selection of deli meats and cheeses, mustards and other unique condiments, and a wide variety of wines, give this place a try.

Yelp
Subs? Good. Gelato? Good. Potato salad? Good. Pizza? Gooood. Lasagna? Gooooooood. Easily one of our favorite restaurants in Burbank. Affordable and great quality food. Service is quick and friendly. It's quiet and cozy as if you're eating at a relative's home. They also have a small market with a deli and dessert section.
google avatar

Yelp
Was in the area after a checking out a halloween museum. I wish I was more hungry to try the sandwiches or the pizza at the restaurant. The Gelato was Devine on a hot day. The person helping us with the Gelato was kind as was the other gentleman helping me when I got ststuff from their store. The Pinocchio puppets around the store were cute. Definitely want to come back the next time in the LA area.

Yelp
Pinocchio wouldn't lie about this place, it's truly a hidden gem with homemade lasagna, fresh Lobster ravioli, delicious pasta salads, decadent made from scratch Gelato & heavenly conalois! It's decent prices, large portions, generous amounts of garlic bread, as well as subs and cheesy pizzas. There is an Italian product store inside as well so you can buy imported olive oil, made fresh frozen gnocchi and Raviolis as well as tiramisu. It's a very laid back family atmosphere bustling with people. Service was incredible, very friendly and speedy. I loved every bite. The meat in the lasagna was a bit salty but we cleaned our plates and enjoyed our pistachio and coffee Gelato. It was truly the best a lot I've ever had in my life. Creamy, thick, with a natural taste. The chocolate cannoli I got was also like an orgasm in my mouth. It was to die for, I would absolutely return just to get that by itself as well as the Gelato. Also. The fun pinocchio inspired paintings inside are so creepy and fun to look at!!!

Yelp
Me and my family went here 2 weekends in a row. Prices here are unbeatable. Its not the best pasta but it really does give you a good run on your money. I've tried their Marinara and meatballs, which remains as my favorite because they know how to make their meatballs good. I was not expecting the bolgnese to look like shredded meatballs but it did not taste fresh. I would not get the bolognese again. Each pasta dish comes with these garlic bread, which is ciabattas toasted with garlic butter, addicting. My family enjoyed their sandwiches (Monte Carlo and Pastrami) and both came with 2 sides, which they had many choices to choose from. They also have a market where you can get Italian pastries and gelato. We always get gelato after our dinner here since its good too with a nice assortment of flavors. The line might be long but it is well worth it for the value as well as the ambiance. It feels like your traditional Italian-American restaurant. There is a parking lot and street parking so parking is easy.

Yelp
I call this Italian spot: Pinocchio! Family Owned & Operated Since The 1960'S! I went many times there to meet friends each time; they have their deli/ market to the right and their diner on the left. What I like is that you go to the counter and order and pay for your selected food! They have a huge amount of salads, pizzas, pastas, and meats options! Including chicken, sausage... It is sort of reasonably priced and the food are okay: not great but okay! I'm ll go back: fun place!

Yelp
Cool half restaurant & half Italian deli/store. Lots of imported products. They also have many flavors of sorbet & ice cream. 2 scoop waffle cone was $4.95 and was so good!

Yelp
Hard to rate anything 5 stars these days with the tough competition but def 4.5 stars. (I wish Yelp allowed half stars) When I want an Italian sub (I typically get in the mood for a type of food) on Sunday but my normal spot is closed, I ended up here. Glad to see that there is a long line. Must mean this place is good. The food was good. Not the typical Italian sub, they have their own twist on it, which was good. You get 2 sides free with the sub, which I honestly only took because they were free. I want a bag of chips and a drink, but those you have to pay for extra. Oh no, I think it was around 22 bucks for my meal. A small size is only a dollar cheaper than the full size so you may as well get the full size. The gentleman who make the sandwiches are pretty serious about them, they are also fast, which is nice. The dining room itself isn't really anything special, it's kind of like a California version of an old 80s mafia joint. There are three rooms to sit in, the first one is in the same room that you order, the second one is the smaller quieter, darker more private room and the third one is a bright and modern Area. In the future, I will probably stick to my normal spot, but this can definitely be my Sunday spot when I'm craving Italian.

Frank J.

Yelp
I came here today to get various ingredients to make a sandwich. I ordered a few rolls. The old man gave me the rolls with seeds when I clearly said no seeds. I get home and they are literally as hard as a rock. They crumbled into breadcrumbs when I tried to cut them open. These rolls were definitely not fresh. Very disappointing.

Yelp
An intriguingly classic eatery with an old-school charm. Initially skeptical about the lasagna's appearance, I was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. The pizza, though thin, boasted delightful flavors. Quick and friendly service added to the positive experience. The lively ambiance peaked around 7pm. Definitely considering a return visit.

Yelp
Looking for an amazing old school Italian restaurant and deli ....that feels like a mob hangout and isn't a tourist trap? Look no further...this place is where it's at. First , the food. Awesome in so many levels...pizza is great , the eggplant parm is astonishingly good, the meat sauce, the pesto , pickled veggies, garlic bread...it's all so good. I cannot say anything tasted or even looked less than delicious. The deli is an Italian lovers delight. The interior is very old school and charming . Feels like a warm hug and there's even a place to dine al fresco and people watch. Very decent wine selection and they have like ten kinds of imported sardines. The service is charming and they seem like a big family. Super friendly and very engaging. Love this place and there's even a cool old school sign.
google avatar

Yelp
Prefer Eastside Market in China town for sandwiches but Pizza is great but needs a little more marinara sauce. Tarantino's Pizza is great in Pasadena.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic Italian-American cuisine. Italian sandwich was to die for, and it didn't make me drop a nuclear fission reaction sized deuce, like handy market did. The potato salad, or "dirty sally" as I like to call her, made me tingle in unexpected ways, in completely unexpected places. Places like my butt. Fantastic food.
google avatar

Karen G.

Yelp
So I had high hopes for this restaurant when I walked in. Love the atmosphere and the menu. Since I'm from NYC I hoped I found authentic Italian. Unfortunately the staff was either clueless or burnt out from being under staffed? I ordered the veal parm with penne and meat sauce to go, with a side of meatball. What I got was a watered pasta ( clearly to rushed to drain) they gave me a small spoonful of sauce so I basically had plain pasta with tomatoe water to eat. I got to taste the meatsauce on my side of meatball and it was really good. They were not busy when I ordered so they were just sloppy and thoughtless on the food prep which is probably why this place was empty. The staff treated the couple that came in behind me with the same indifference and lack of customer service. They are annoyed with questions and no one wants to step up when a customer needs help. This place should be the gem that it clearly was at one point in time. No need to make sooo much food ahead of time it just looks old sitting in the display case. Instead keep the food fresh and prepared with some care of listening to the customers order.
google avatar

Reid K.

Yelp
This place survives off its older Burbank population that doesn't know that good Italian food exists elsewhere. Chicken parm (which isn't breaded) was a tiny portion of overcooked dry chicken. Spaghetti was under sauced, barely able to cover the top, leaving the noodles on the bottom naked. The lasagna which was also a tiny portion, was mediocre. Everything, including the garlic bread, was under seasoned and felt like they used grocery store marinara.
google avatar

Darylynn D.

Yelp
I had dinner here at peak dinner hours and there was a line. It moves fairly quickly, but be prepared to wait. (Think Porto's line.) I had spaghetti and it was okay. I love the giant meatballs that comes with it. I wish the spaghetti was actually drained that way the meat sauce isn't diluted with pasta water. The Monte Carlo Combination was really good and I think the best bang for your buck. For an additional $1 (for dine-in meals) you get 2 sides to choose from. The sandwich had a good ratio of meat and bread. The staff was great. You can tell that this place has been around for years and knows exactly what they're doing. After dinner you can have some cookies (that are weighed) or gelato for dessert. There is also a small grocery store and fresh meats which is also a huge plus for this place.

Yelp
Authentic Italian old school deli. They make everything there and you can tell. We picked up five sandwiches with a bunch of sides and it was under $80. They were all large sandwiches, too. I am looking forward to returning. They also have a nice market with lots of imported goodies, as well as a sit down restaurant. Place had a great old school family vibe. I miss these kinds of businesses where people actually care. My wife comes from an Italian family and she definitely approved their meatballs. Trust me, that's saying something.
google avatar

Liz V.

Yelp
I went to the hot foods side and ordered the butternut squash ravioli and oh dang it was so freaking good! It was creamy, full of flavor, and wasn't greasy. It comes with garlic bread to pick up all that sauce...yum. The line can be a bit chaotic but persevere and it will be worth it.

Mr M.

Yelp
This place is great! Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices and fantastic deli and speciality grocery items. But some of the parents that go there, ain't too good.
google avatar

Tristan J.

Yelp
We have been going to this place on and off for over 14 years now. Food and service unfortunately is a hit or miss. Nonetheless we still go whenever we can. The one unfortunate thing that seems to be consistent, especially when there's a line to order is the not so friendly service. I just hope they change their ways before they start losing customers. Some times if the food is not so great, but service is consistently good, people tend to continue to patronize a place. However, if you have a place that is a hit or miss with food and service, it will mostly likely turn off a lot of people. I wish for this place to be in operation for generations to come, but please improve your customer service.
google avatar

Yelp
Very very solid meatballs and pasta(s) and a very good value. The interior is awesome and it's a pleasure to visit.
google avatar

Yelp
I have been going to this restaurant since I was about 5 years old; so now over 50 years although I don't live in LA area anymore I would come here for lunch or dinner whenever I'm back. I ate here yesterday October 5th and I got extremely sick from their food. I never had food poisoning from this place before so something is definitely off; I'll be contacting the health department for sure. Unfortunately I probably will not ever be coming back either . Beware if you decide to eat here !!
google avatar

Sophie O.

Yelp
Food is always delicious and the ambience is fun and whimsical! Very nice guys taking your order and preparing the food, they'll always help you out. Favorite combo is the Chicken Cesar Salad and the Fettucine Alfredo! They give you garlic bread with the order and you have a whole wall of wine options to choose from! And very fortunately you do not have to look far for dessert as their gelato is the absolute best! So yummy!

Yelp
Meat sauce was so watery it didn't coat the noods and the greek salad was dry and the garlic bread had no flavor
google avatar

Yelp
I like to dine here but today 12/28 the cheese in the eggplant parmigiana tasted old and the salad dressing was watery and flavorless. But overall this is a good venue for Italian dishes.
google avatar

Yelp
We got the lasagna, the Monte Carlo combination sandwich, and the Pinocchio special pizza. They give really generous portions and even gave us extra garlic bread. The gellato is very good too.

Yelp
Ayo! So i was really craving Lasagne but didn't want to do a sit down on a Weds night after work. Pinocchio gave exactly what need to be given! This is like a NY Italian Deli, you go up and order what you want they give you a tray and find your own seating or take it to go. Super budget friendly, I ordered Lasagne with meat sauce and comes with Garlic Bread for $12. Attached is an Italian Deli with Gelato, Pastries, Meats, Cheeses, Wine, Pasta etc. I highly recommend this place if you are craving italian and don't want to do a sit down. 10/10! Parking lot and they accept cards. Great quick service

Yelp
I've been here many times before and always have had good food, all sorts of things to chose from but this post is my feeling towards what I witnessed the other day here The line was long and it was understandable as it was near dinner time. But the cashier was very rude and disrespectful towards a new employee. I didn't understand how he could speak so ill towards him and it being his 2nd day. When I approached I asked for my order and he seemed very uneasy. I expressed take your time, you're doing a great job and that's when he had shared he was new. He made my sandwich and I thanked him and told him to keep his head high and be proud of his work and not let anyone tell him differently. Once I paid the rude cashier, maybe Hispanic, glasses kind of stocky, couple tattoos. I went over to the store part of the restaurant and asked if that man was a manager and I was told he was not. I will say that I have not been back since! And sure my business alone does not affect them financially, but I will assure you that if this man continues to belittle employees, there will be plenty of others who it leaves a sour taste in their mouths as well. Horrible for PR! Ambiance.. that ruined my eagerness to stop by when I'm in the area. Was awful to see a grown man treating another grown man like that. Take him to the back and talk to him, but in front of all of the customers in line.. horrible.

Yelp
Old school deli by my hubby's parents house that's been around for ages. It's not fancy by any means, just plain good food that's consistent and delicious. The spaghetti with meat sauce is awesome. We always get the meat lasagne and cold cut sub sandwiches. Love the tomato salad topping that goes on the sandwiches, it's their signature. The pizzas are also really good. I'm super partial to good pizza crust and they do a great job. Variety of cold salads you can choose to go with your entree. Very cool old school decor that was remodeled at one time, but they didn't go crazy and change the feel.

Yelp
Fun place to visit. We were excited to stumble upon this place. Sadly both my husband and I got sick after eating here. We both had pizza with pepperoni (he had added mushrooms and mine had added sausage and was GF) My bet was the GF pizza was cooked with wheat flour as the base because my reaction was more of a glutened reaction. His was more of a food poisoning.

Yelp
I love this place....i could drink the marinara Great service and quality! My go to is the eggplant parmigiana.

Yelp
This deli and restaurant has been around for a long, long time. The deli is very authentic and you can find many items from Italy like pasta, sauce, peppers, etc. also they have canoli, gelato, cookies and desserts. Very cool place. You order food from the counter and they serve it to you right away so there is no table service but they are pretty fast. Service - ok, but not unfriendly Food - lasagna was very good. The spaghetti and penne was good, but a bit overcooked and they don't drain the pasta long enough. Being 1/2 Italian, this would be a sin in our house. The meat sauce was tasty and the hot garlic bread was great. Cost - overall was good. 3 meal plates and 2 beverages for $48. Had lots of leftovers. Would definitely come back for a decent Italian American plate. Enjoy!

Monica C.

Yelp
Chris - thank you for extending your friendship when I needed a friend - the food and ambiance are almost as comforting as the staff - thanks again - I'll never forget it .

Yelp
Monte Carlo Market in Burbank is a wonderful deli and Italian Market. I believe the adjoining restaurant is named Pinocchio. Monte Carlo truly delivers on value! I've only tried the pastrami, but it's so incredibly good that I haven't felt the need to venture beyond it. The unique addition of a bruschetta/tomato salad hybrid on top is an interesting twist, and while the flavors of juicy tomatoes and oregano work well together, I'd personally recommend holding the tomatoes and opting for a side of pickles (just $0.15 each!) for a more classic pastrami experience. As a self-proclaimed pastrami enthusiast, I appreciate the quality and portion size for the price. Monte Carlo Burbank has won me over, and I'll be back for more of that delicious pastrami!

Yelp
I drove 40 mins for their mango sorbet. Single waffle cone scoop is $4.95, i paid with a $20 but received only $5.05 in change. I asked; "Did I give you a $20 or $10?" I was told I gave a $10. I sought no further because I might've been wrong but when I got home I realized I paid with a $20 because I originally had three $20 and now only two and the only $10 bill in my wallet was still there... A single scoop of ice cream cost me $15 Not worth the drive... overpriced sorbet

Long standing, very busy deli/restaurant/gelato and market in Burbank. A little bit of something for everyone. Home of one of the best Monte Carlo subs I've ever had. Don't let the line scare you away. The walk up counter offers plenty of hot foods cafeteria style and made to over sandwiches and salads. The line is long but moves quickly. I can't speak for the hot food but the sandwich was delicious. The Monte Carlo was stuffed with a variety of meats, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and plenty of other things. The restaurant offers different types of pastas, pizza, salads, etc. Prices seem reasonable and staff was friendly. Thumbs up.

Yelp
My go to for convenient reasonable priced Italian food in the valley. Great selection of Gelato and Beer as well. Highly recommended when the wife can't make up her mind.

Yelp
Nice Italian sandwiches & salads, specifically the Minte Carlo which was Italian meats and cheese featuring my faves Mortadella and Provolone. Fast service, informal setting.
