Very busy hard to find parking but great selection of stores and restaurants. Be careful parking. Recommend the back side of pavilions when super packed.

This is such a sweet place! Pierre Lafond is the most wonderful coffee/lunch spot, food is delicious and there are so many fun items to shop. Just the best!

Very well curated store in the Montecito Mart. This is the place to go if you are looking to elevate your style, or just your eye. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bravo!!

Just love this spot on Montecito. Excellent assortment of shops, beautiful spot - and the best of Montecito shopping. Always with a visit!

Shopping for the Montecito locals. Pizza, sandwich shop, ice cream, post office lite, kids clothes and some trendy boutique clothing spots. Coffee, Mexican food and light bites are also available. The mall is anchored by a Pavilions grocery store, which is a recent remodel. Parking can be frustrating after midday, but you will get a spot eventually

Cute little center. Had delicious ice cream in a local shop and checked out Vons while we were there. Would like to have had a little more seating that wasn't restricted to the restaurant's patrons only.

Been visiting these stores and shops, since there was a laundry mart here! Some eras have been better than others, with the types of merchants. Right now, imo, we are at a high point, so come check them out. Or better yet, don't! Parking is bad enough already! 😉

Yelp
Tons of shops and restaurants! Parking is rough and limited to 3 hours . Circled around and found a spot . I stopped at 12 pm on a Saturday and it was poppin ' !
I would stop by again if in Montecito . Chill .. I went in workout clothes and did not feel out of place :)

Yelp
Montecito Country Mart hits a lot of what you need for your weekend errands.
Vons Supermarket
Poppy Marche for some kids' clothes
Rori's Ice Cream for a well-earned treat after doing all those errands...
Luxxe Coffee to fuel your errands
Merci for a quick pastry or lunch
Parking lot surrounding the shops are free.

Yelp
Why do they blast music 24/7. Save electricity and turn that crap off. I'm surprised there hasn't been a noise complaint. Between 10pm and 7am you can't make a lot of noise.

Yelp
Great food and shopping, fantastic location to hang out for either casual or fancy reasons.

Yelp
Why they call this a "country mart" is beyond me, esp. considering the row of expensive stores it has, which is fine with me, but it's, in reality, a strip mall of expensive, not-that-interesting stores, in my humble opinion - physically linked to a Von's, which is find somewhat ironic.
