This place is a bait and switch. Went for the first time due to a special they were having for $20 crab legs. The waitress didn’t say a word about additional charges per drink on a cup of soda when we sat down. Not to mention it was setup buffet style, so I went up and got my own food and drink and she was automatically tipped 20% on my total tab. Complete scam of a place and will never go back. Bought a cigar and they had zero selection and what they did have was overpriced. I will say the food was pretty good, but the service sucked, they charged for refills on fountain soda, and they include their own gratuity haha.

Went on a Ssturday night for date night. Didn't eat, but the drinks were good. I was so disappointed that they had no chocolate for a chocolate martini. The DJ was AMAZING! They walk you to a table when you enter. That was impressive for a lounge. Nice crowd. A comedy show took place while we were there. There are 3 rooms, including a cigar bar area. Our waitress was nice. Had a blast and danced all night.

Threw my wife a surprise birthday party there. They were so nice as to decorate according to the color scheme I had picked. Invites friends and we danced all night. They also provided a bottle of champagne.

This is a fantastic spot for older couples to enjoy, and even younger couples will appreciate the music and variety of rooms. There's something for everyone, from a regular bar to a cigar lounge to a dance floor. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that they need to clean the carpets more often because my shoes were sticking. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The server had a great attitude. I've been there twice and had excellent experiences, except for the carpet. Other than that, it's absolutely fantastic!

Went here last night for a much needed date night. I must say the ambiance was great. The comedy show was good. The host was very entertaining. The service was mediocre. My food was okay. I had the "slamming salmon" which came with lobster, small salad shrimp and crab meat that was slightly overcooked. I can't forget about the packages of cheap white plastic cutlery I had to eat with, which kinda threw me off. Hey I was tipsy so I made it work. My man on the other hand ordered the shrimp and grits. He did not like the food as it came out. Menu says jumbo shrimp but there was NOTHING jumbo about the shrimp. The shells were still on the shrimp!. Again, the shrimp was small and he only had 5 small shrimp, and for the price, it just wasn't worth it. He tried to order another dish that cost wayyyy more and the chef did not let him order something else. According to the server, his reason for wanting to choose another dish was invalid, or not good enough. As the manager got involved, she was not accommodating at all. My boyfriend refused to eat the dish and had it sent away. But the manager insisted he still pay for the dish that he took a bite of and literally spit out. So he spent over $100 and DIDNT EAT ANYTHING. As a hospitality professional, this is unacceptable. Customer service is so trash now. You always make sure your guests are happy with their experience. We all know a bowl half full of grits and 5 small shrimp is not a huge loss compared to having unhappy customers that will not speak well on your establishment and never return because they were ripped off. The bartender makes great drinks and the bathroom concierge was really nice. They also have staff out front with cones blocking the parking spots to charge $40 for close parking but they also provide valet and park the cars in a nearby garage so..... I didn't understand why they blocked the spots for guest to park close. Overall we will not return and I give it 2 stars.

While the atmosphere was nice and great vibe and good mix of music between genres and new school and old school. What made my experience not good was the fact that I reserved a table on eventbrite and the instructions and what is laid out is not clear and not what you get when you arrive. We reserved a table and paid the 50 dollars only to be sat in a Smokey cigar lounge. We found a back corner in a less Smokey area but then were told we could not sit there. We also could not order a hookah to that area which I understood. We come to find a table finally that our party could sit at together only to find out that the reserving of the table is really just purchasing a 50 dollar credit towards your bill and not actually holding you a table as it says so someone had to always stay at the table to ensure the table was not taken by other guest so it made the night somewhat not enjoyable. The service that we had from our waitress over in the private vip section for the sigma gamma rho event was good she was nice and helpful. The worse part of the night was that my wife and her sisters were disrespected by a male bartender in the area by the stage and dance floor area outside the cigar lounge in which he told them don’t come back over there and he basically wouldn’t serve them because he assumed they didn’t tip him because they wrote zero in on the receipt but in fact they left him a generous cash tip. Once he realized this he then tried to retract his words. It is not a obligation to give a tip but per the usual customary practice a tip was given but at this point my wife and her sisters were upset and his apology meant nothin. Staff should not act like that towards the guest that come and try to enjoy themselves and should not be spoken to or disrespected in that manner. I will say it was not a great experience and we possibly will not be back.

1/6/23 The food is fantastic and free kinda (2 items minimum purchase). The wait staff was good considering it was busy. The DJ was hot, music was on point. It all went downhill after visiting the disgusting in need of repairs like yesterday bathroom. The bathroom stunk, the club started to smell like a stale ashtray, and I had to leave so I was unable to stay for the comedy show. I have no plans to ever return. Couldn't wait to wash that stench off.

Went at midnight after a concert for food. The wings were sooo good! So were the drinks. All the food came out hot. My only complaint was the lobster tail in my lobster Mac, the breading tasted like the grease was old & a little burnt. The egg rolls were so good! Our server was really nice tho
