My wife and I have ordered our cakes from here for years and never had an issue. But this order was different, not only was it done sloppy, the order was not done correctly, when asked to speak with the manager the girl was hesitant. Finally spoke with the "Manager" by the name of Nancy and she was unprofessional, rude and was acting like it was my wife's fault making remarks like you didn't want to pay for extra when that was far from the case, she repeatedly stated this is not what I asked for, we said fondant not butter cream, you can clearly see parts of the cake not covered. Then after speaking with the "Manager" for over 25 Minutes she said I can cover the cake with white Fondant thus was 5 minutes before the place closed which clearly she was going to do another sloppy job. My kids could have baked a better cake. We will never go to this place again. Not because of the issue with the cake but because of the lack and professionalism in customer service. A simple acknowledgement and apologize could have fixed the entire issue. The remark of saying we didn't want to pay felt like a stigma remark for being a Hispanic person. Time to look for a new bakery.
