I landed here during a snowy day and was impressed how the tarmac only had a little drift of snow blowing across it while everywhere else was covered in snow. They clearly do a good job keeping airport operations going during the cold, snowy weather. Once inside, it was fairly easy to navigate customs and get through passport check. The Uber area is at door 28 and very easy to find. It has a nice rotating door system that allows you to stay inside where it’s warm until your ride arrives.

YUL is small, a bit outdated, and a busy airport. To ride the 747 bus to downtown, you have to walk pretty far. Many people use the bus. But they still won’t put it right outside of door 27. Unbelievable.

Virgie

Google
I had 20 minutes to reach my gate after navigating a long checkpoint line. Some individuals displayed a slight lack of courtesy, merely pointing. Fortunately, I successfully found my way around the airport.

Google
Montreal Airport seems old and outdated compared with other major Canadian city airports. It is functional with a few amenities. A major setback is its lack of connection to public transportation. Even though there is a VIA rail station, a bus terminal and an EXO train close by, the infrastructure cuts off direct access to the stations making travel within the city confusing and difficult.

Really good experience at this airport . Fast security and egates . Plenty of seating around and chill out spots . Screens are dotted around showing your flight info and is generally a easy airport to navigate around

I recently traveled through Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and had a generally positive experience. The airport is well-organized and easy to navigate, which made my journey smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. One of the highlights for me was the variety of dining options available. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick snack or a sit-down meal, there’s something for everyone. The local cuisine options were a delightful touch, giving a taste of Montreal right at the airport. The security process was efficient, and I appreciated the clear signage throughout the terminal. It made finding my gate and other amenities straightforward. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which is always a plus when you need to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. However, I did notice that some areas of the airport could use a bit of a facelift. The decor feels a bit dated in places, and a refresh would certainly enhance the overall ambiance. Despite this, the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities were top-notch.

Google
It is a decent international airport with standard amenities. The facilities are generally clean, and the staff is helpful, though it is getting crowded during peak hours. Dining and shopping options are adequate, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a functional airport for international travel.

Well laid out and good signage. Lots of shops, some open 24hr like the Mediterranean one in the public departures area. My favorite is the Montreal bagel shop in the US departures area (after security). I have the lox bagel there. Sublime !

Yelp
Labyrinthine and decrepit, it's also extremely difficult to get in and out of. Only plus is you can clear US Customs and use PreCheck here.

Yelp
We ended up taking a small connection flight from Detroit to Montreal. The airport doesn't seem that big, but we seem to be doing quite a bit of walking to get to our car rental at Hertz. They have a small gold plus rewards kiosk inside the car rental parking garage. From our gate, we had to go up, then down to go through customs. I have a walking ramp to get down to the baggage claim area. I do like the ease of the declaration kiosks and easy customs entry, but here they don't do customs after you pick up your baggage? Would have expected customs after picking up the bags. Hoping the departure is easy here when we depart.

Yelp
I never got a chance to really explore this airport much. The first time, we had to run from one flight to the next. The second time, there weren't many shops or food to look at. Souvenir snacks were overpriced. You can clear customs before entering the US. You had to scan or show your passport multiple times before boarding your flight. Security check was kind of slow.

Yelp
Busy, moving and grooving international airport! I like Montreal. I like its mix of cool places to see and its large city vibe. I like the cold winters and magical Springtime. This affinity to the city extends to the airport. My experience has been all around positive. Efficient de boarding and a quick trip through security and customs. . Easy peasy.

Yelp
My first interaction of this place was when I landed right around midnight on a Wed morning from gate 86. My thoughts were- "is this walk ever going to end?!!" There were places to sit and get picked up, but that late in the day, you were trekking on your own. I got to the customs hall, and there I was, my first time ever (willingly) flying into Canada. There were kiosks everywhere, where you answered 20q, handed your ticket to customs officer (who my first one was very nice, and said, "Welcome to my hometown"), then went on to baggage. Then, you go off and give same ticket to another set of officers, who then release you to the public. Uber was outside, near the corner, which was easy (once I realized where to go- I promise it is easily marked). So the arrival process is fairly easy. They have an CAN app you can pre-fill out all your info, but honestly, it was about the same the second week arriving then it was the first (without using it then). The second customs guy kept asking me what I was doing- like he was going to catch me in some lie (which I said, visiting some friends. Then to appease him I said I am going to the Fine Arts museum). So, that was awkward, but I was finally let through (the second trip was during the F1 week, so probably more busy for them). Going home, was a breeze. Delta (my preferred airline), is not as prevalent here, so there is not a club lounge (unless you are flying partner Air France). There may be a Priority Pass, but I didn't bother to look. Going through security with Global Entry was a breeze, and it was nice going through customs Canada side, and not US side, so if you were to have a connecting flight, it would be so much easier then being at the mercy of the stateside customs hall. They have a cool little duty free shop, but I didn't get anything (I don't think anyone but myself wanted syrup and moose dolls). They had some last minute snacks to get your bagels, meats, and poutine as well. One of my favorite things about the airport was they had 2 little dogs that came around and solicited belly rubs- they were so sweet! I was only able to get a pic of one- but that was really cool. What a sweet life there. Place is pretty easy to get in/out of- no major issues, and I felt safe. No complaints here!

Yelp
First time laying over in this airport. I thought they were very organized and efficient with getting us from one flight to the next through passport control, etc.. Good food and beverage options in the part of the airport that we were confined to. Lots of seating and bathroom facilities.

Yelp
Horrible experience at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The staff all around was rude and short. It was if they couldn't be bothered to give instructions or grant requests with a smile. Leaving the airport to catch a taxi was a complete shit show. The line to declare your belongings was awfully long but moved fast. Once you receive your declaration an officer checks it and then you surrender it to another officer further down the path. I guess the officer I surrendered the declaration to couldn't be bothered because he snatched it out of my hand so hard it made a sound. He didn't make eye contact with me. He just snatched it out of my hand and pointed me into the direction to go. Of course, I voiced that not only was it unnecessary but he wasn't very professional. He didn't respond. There's a lot of walking to retrieve your bags as well as exiting the airport. My knee almost didn't make it. As we were waiting for my bag a woman walked up on us l. Said hello and proceeded to push us with her bag. I was so confused by her absurd behavior!

Yelp
This was our first time traveling to Montreal, and the airport experience was fantastic. The terminal was beautiful, clean, and bright, with friendly staff who made our transition seamless. We appreciated that the staff could communicate with us fluently in both French and English. Going through customs was a breeze, thanks to the advanced technology in place. We were pleasantly surprised to find our luggage waiting for us as soon as we exited customs. Navigating ride-sharing services like Uber was easy, with a designated pick-up location that made our journey even smoother. Overall, our experience at Montréal Airport was excellent, and I would definitely fly into this airport again.

Yelp
Customs here is a mess. We were warned by a friend who lives in Montreal that you should get to the airport about 3 hours before your flight because of the long lines. We got there around 5:30am for our 8:00am flight and although the lines for customs was extremely long, we got to our gate around 7:00, so we were able to catch our flight with no issues. Didn't really walk around, so not sure about the rest of the airport and how nice or bad it is. Just make sure you're there early for your flight if you don't have pre check or the global entry.

Yelp
YUL is clean, modern, and easy on the eyes. However, the layout feels so inefficient, like you're a lab mouse dropped into a maze, scurrying across multiple levels and narrow hallways just to find your way out. It doesn't get any better curbside, where the pickup process for cabs/ride share/buses is pretty chaotic. Overall not the worst by any means, but definitely not built for efficiency when it comes to getting people to their destination.
google avatar

Alaleh P.

Yelp
Although it's an international airport, it's a very small one. Driving in to drop off a passenger, picking up a passenger or even if you're traveling yourself is very chaotic! They have many check-in kiosks and luggage drop off stations to make it easier for everyone to get to their flights. Restaurants and food options are very limited both before the security or after you pass the security, and even the options don't have good quality of food.
google avatar

Cary N.

Yelp
This airport is silly. I had a connecting flight from Rome to the US. I had to go back through security even though I went from airplane from Rome to the connecting lines. We all had to throw out any liquid. Seriously? We had to do that in Rome so what are you checking? Many passengers were completely upset as they bought from the Duty Free in Rome and were asked to throw away their purchases. Eventually they were allowed to keep them but it is the dumbest system. Please be aware.
google avatar

Yelp
The airport itself is standard but on domestic side no lounges to utilize except air Canada so if you have longer layover etc a place to relax is limited.. very busy with lines everywhere I went On one hand there's public transport to dt about an hour but still affordable Value 3/5 Atmosphere 3/5 Service 3/5 Quality 3/5 12/20
google avatar

Yelp
I really like this airport as it was very modern and clean. Everything was clear where to go and the shopping options were amazing. I'm glad my short layover was here!

Yelp
If you are coming in from the US and have to catch a connecting flight to another Canadian city, you'll have to pass customs and then walk at least 10-15 minutes until you get to your gate. Make sure you have your passport and boarding pass ready with you until you get to the gate as there are several check points while walking to it. There are not that many food options available that I noticed when I walked over. Also, if you are looking to relax at one of the two Priority Pass lounges, you won't have access to it as it's located in a different wing and you'll only have access to it if your boarding pass shows a gate number 52 and above. The airport terminal is definitely dated and the walkway is not that wide. Now, if you are coming back to the US, you will have to head straight to the US Customs area. You will head back the same you came from when you flew in from the US. You will be going through security screening, so make sure you finish all of your water/drinks or dump them before going through security. After that, you will have to stand in line for US Customs. There's 2 lines, one for Global Entry/Nexus and another for folks who do not have any of these paid memberships. A word of advice, if you are traveling with a party, have everyone go to the Customs agent together so they can process you all at the same time instead of going one by one. I believe the non Global Entry folks took about 30 minutes longer than the Global Entry ones. After passing through Customs, you are now walking through the Duty Free store and you can walk to your gates. I was looking at the map and noticed that if you walk to the right, you can access the 2 lounges. I didn't go because I wasn't too sure how far it was and only had less than an hour before boarding.
google avatar

Andrew D.

Yelp
This airport is pretty big and unique. if you are traveling back to the US you will go through customs here in Canada so then you will not be able to access other wings of the airport after customs. It is nice that they have a Global Entry lane and it seemed easy to navigate. When arriving be sure to use the ARRIVE CAN app 72 hours prior to your arrival. It will make things quicker at customs. Some of the customs machines were not working at arrival though. Once we got the paper printout from the machine it was quick when tallkng to an agent. I do wish there were more airport lounges in the section where the flights to the US were departing from- at least a Delta lounge... We had a slightly long delay so quite a bit of time to kill on departure. I do recommend the poke from Ryu- it's fresh although a bit pricey. To reach Montreal and the airport I recommend taking the STM 747 bus to and from the Lionel Groux station on the Green line. It's pretty easy to find and reach.

Yelp
It's rare that I visit an airport and think "what a great airport!" Montreal's airport was even a little bit below average. First of all, there's not much in the way of cafes/shops on the terminal with departing flights to the U.S. Duty Free was small and then there just weren't that many places to eat or shop or kill time. And FYI - if you're flying from Montreal to the U.S., you go through Customs in Montreal (rather than in the U.S. when you arrive). This is totally bizarre to me and I totally forgot that people had told me this. It's important to know - because you need more time at the airport when you arrive (because you're going through Security AND Customs before your flight). I totally forgot, but - thank goodness - have Global Entry. The Global Entry line was empty; I practically walked through. But I heard some people at my gate saying the non-Global Entry customs line took over an hour. Lastly, you can get an express bus (about 35/40 minutes to downtown) or get an Uber from the airport - just another FYI (the airport is not connected to the Metro system). Montreal is a great city, so I'm sure I'll fly into this area before. But I won't be looking forward to the airport part too much!

Yelp
A PLANE TICKET IS THE ANSWER! I have flown in and out of this airport on countless occasions. I am a dual citizen of Canada and the United States. It has always been a blast coming to Montreal to visit family. This airport is so easy. Honestly the hardest part is the trek from the gates down to customs. But from customs on it is pretty self-explanatory. After you pick up your bags from baggage claim you can get a taxi, rent a car or even get an Uber in the Uber lot. Everything is very clearly marked. And signage goes a long way! If you have any concerns, there are tons of people to ask. Give yourself some time if you are traveling internationally because customs might take some time. So give yourself at least 2.5 hours in addition to when ever you are planning on arriving at YUL!
google avatar

Yelp
Probably the worst airport i've been to. Be prepared for long waits. Customer service from all aspects were horrible. I wouldn't want to fly Air Canada ever again.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #262: I've been to different parts of Canada with Montreal being the first Canadian city I've been to. What's different about this airport? Let's start with the negative. My first time at this airport, there were two airport employees speaking in perfect English. I walked up to them and excused myself to ask a question. Then, all of a sudden, they can only speak French in an odd accent. I find it hard to believe that airport employees behind a help desk counter in a major city don't speak English especially after actually speaking English just moments ago. That was my first encounter with Canadians in Canada - not the best but also they're not the best representation of the whole country (so I thought. I had the same exact experience at a shopping are in Downtown Montreal). This airport is basic but easy to navigate. Signs are accurate and direct. So, you know exactly where you need to go. Gates are clearly marked. Wi-Fi is available. It's not one of the best airports nor the worst. But it gets the job done. They have prayer rooms and a hotel inside the airport which is nice in case your flight gets delayed and don't want to leave the airport. Duty Free shops, other shops, bars, restaurants, and art/ interior design - nothing remarkable. Getting to/ from Downtown Montreal takes less than an hour. You can rent a car or take a bus.
google avatar

Ellen M.

Yelp
Super busy airport and the signage isn't that great. A bit chaotic getting to the rental car area and it was confusing getting out of that area. Not intuitive on how to get out of the airport from there. Not a ton of seating if you are waiting for your party to come out and most were standing. There also needs to be more dining options in the terminals.
google avatar

Jenn M.

Yelp
If you have connection here give yourself time. The lines are long and take much longer walking from one gate to another from international flights. There's lots of selection for food but we just found our gate and sat down because it was a long flight night before
google avatar

Nancy P.

Yelp
Easy airport to go through to get back to US. We left our hotel at 5:45 mom and there was a lot of traffic! Checkin was a breeze and at one point we were the only 2 people walking through US side of the terminal. Make sure to fill out your form of entry beforehand. The airline emails you info and you have to download the app. Wow! Easiest ever process everrr!!
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
Uninformed in two languages. We came off a flight from Chicago connecting to Lyon and had the misfortune of having to come through YUL. You come off an international flight and have no idea what to do or where to go. We've travelled abroad a lot and have never been to an airport that was this confusing, poorly laid out, dirty (Canada used to be clean) and staffed with people who couldn't care less (Canadians used to be nice). YUL is like going to an airport from the '90s. Air travel is not a place where you want to experience nostalgia. I will recommend to anyone that they avoid this dump if possible
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
Minimal airport that does a great job moving people through customs and into and out of the Montreal area, even though the airport is in Dorval. There were nice amounts of areas to charge your phone and the waiting area at the gates had comfortable seats. Free Pacman is also a huge plus. Most airports you would have to pay for that. Not at YUL! While Toronto (YYZ), dwarfs it when it comes to the size and operation, YUL does the job well without the gigantic operation.
google avatar

Sebastien L.

Yelp
As a Montreal resident unfortunately that's my to go airport when I wanna travel to go see my friends in the USA and sadly enough it is really poorly managed as when you arrive from USA and from international flight you gotta walk for about 20 min thru zigzagging corridors with many times carpets that are supposed to "help you rest" and not walking much doesn't work . Not forgetting to mention that it's a chaos arriving back to the Canadian border as you got always very long line up and let everyone goes at the same time. Not only that most of your flights don't even drop you in a corridor but outside and gotta a walk a bit before being inside . Only reason I gave 3 stars is that flight attendant at X , Y or Z airlines are really professional
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
This is a decent airport. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. There are various stores and restaurants offered customs needs a little bit more friendliness in training, they have to communicate better where people should go. They have a nice efficient updated process in the lines were clearance smooth. My process here was quick for the most part. they seem to have a lot of people hired ready to assist if needed. hope your experience is pleasant and safe travels!
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
Gayle and I changed planes at YUL on our way to St. Johns (YYT) from JFK. As we were transferring, our experience with Canadian immigration/customs related activities consisted of an in person review of our ArriveCan App and a lot of ticket scanning as we took a relatively long walk to the domestic part of the Airport. Although things seemed tedious at times, it all went smoothly. We also had a lot of time on our hands between flights, and managed to settle in for a nice lunch at Archibald micro and resto. There were some neat shops along the way and to our Air Canada gate. The flight was a bit delayed, but boarding was OK and pretty much what we have experienced at other airports, but without the Euro-scrum.
google avatar

Yelp
Aeroport International Montreal Trudeau (YUL) is a no frills airport located mere miles away from downtown Montreal, Canada. It is one of the easier international airports that I have navigated over the many years of traveling. Security and customs moved quickly when we were flying back into the United States. I always recommend allowing yourself two plus hours for international flights in case there is a long queue. Montréal and its airport are great places for visitors and locals alike.
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
No one wants to spend hours of time in an airport, but spending time at YUL, was extra awful. For starters, the airport is laid out in such a fashion that includes glass partitions around numbers of gates, so that if you accidentally go the wrong way, you can't get back the way you came because of the traffic jam of people. These glass partitions don't allow for enough seats, so people line up blocking all of the walk ways--I don't suffer from claustrophobia, but that setup even gave me the heebie-jeebies! The bathrooms are spread much further apart than other airports, and bathrooms were filthy: urine on the floor and smelly. Restaurants were fewer than shops in the terminal we were in, and since they close at 9pm, many people went hungry.
google avatar

Carolen M.

Yelp
Just an update. Still not much has changed over a year. The outside area is always bright cheery when you check in. Going through customs (flying to/from USA) and getting through security never has been an issue. Everything has been a little "easier" after the testing requirements have been lifted. So it's nice that being able to upload your COVID vaccination is enough to get you in and out. Aside from that, I wish they did a little more of a behind the front face lift. After the security, it's a little bit dreary inside. But hey, you know what, it's fine as long as they have some places to pick up a sandwich or drink for our flight back, that's a-ok for me. But from the standpoint of this being a superb experience for an airport...there are definitely better one out there, but this one is not too bad. Plus it's really the only way to get to Montreal so gotta suck it up :) But hopefully it'll improve over the years. We'll have to see!

Yelp
We had just gotten off Air Canada, coming from American Airlines. Flight here was not a bad trip WHole goal always is to get from point A to B. But it was a safe and good flight from around 12 noon USA time, and gotten to Canada which was already the next day there. Nice size airport, and lots of good places to eat and rest. Process of getting in and out of the airport. Good security here, and the backgage claim area had our luggage right on time.

Yelp
Ive been through here many times but this day, i spent the day waiting for my connection to Rome. I had to work and the International area was empty, peaceful and quiet. I was able to work bit there was no coffee or food to be found until later in the day. It was so pretty and had so many really comfy couches and chairs as well as a piano. Later it became hella crowded and loud. The piano was nice though, as passengers played.

Yelp
This was one of the worst experiences. I don't want to think that the airport TSA personnel are incompetent but it seemed to be a lot of them all at once. We were doing an international connection here from Brussels to Washington DC. American flight connections have their own special wing and the people controlling the TSA were .... Slow. First we needed to have our boarding pass scanned by multiple and I mean one after another in the same Queue. Why? Who know? Maybe someone can sneak into the line with no doors or windows? Then you get to the X-ray. First they needed to scan our ticket (for the 5th or 6th time). The scanner was broken. No one knew how to fix it. Then everything including shows needed to be put into the bins. So we had like 12 for 2 people. Then they had to check everything for bombs. (I guess they don't trust the Brussels TSA) or the fact we just flew 8 hours). Then they had to open our duty free bags and check every bag of alcohol. Look at the reciepts. Cut the bags open. X-ray them (again) and then scan them for bombs. It was problem 10-15 mins. I'm not sure how they handle a rush. So we made the plane but only because it was delayed for weather. I'd make sure you have 1-2 hours to get a connection.

Yelp
Montréal-Trudeau International Airport or Montréal-Trudeau, formerly known and still commonly referred to as Montréal-Dorval International Airport, is the major international airport serving Montreal. It is what I called a basic airport. It has the things you need like shopping, restaurants, facilities, etc, but not at the level of grand airports like Singapore, Atlanta, Paris, and many others. But I can say that the airport is very well lit, airy and clean. The people working here are also very polite and very friendly. Air Canada, the country's flag carrier, has its corporate headquarters complex on the Saint-Laurent side of the airport. The airport serves Greater Montreal and adjacent regions in Quebec and eastern Ontario, as well as the states of Vermont and northern New York in the United States. The airport is named in honor of Pierre Elliott Trudeau, the 15th Prime Minister of Canada and father of current Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. You can get to downtown by bus (747 bus), taxi, ride share, etc. No metro station at YUL.
google avatar

Lauren G.

Yelp
Welp. Miami International Airport is doing everything wrong. This airport is so clean, so friendly, and so efficient. This was the least stressful experience I've ever had at an airport ever. That's all.
google avatar

Arelys Q.

Yelp
This was my first time traveling through Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport and it was a pleasant experience. The staff here is highly professional and going through this Airport was stress free. The airport was clean and the security lines moved pretty quickly. Customs officials were nice and the process was fast and easy. A few restaurants and gift shops. The only downside was that food was very expensive.

Yelp
If you are taking a connecting flight to the US from this airport, plan accordingly and give yourself ample time. Because U.S. customs is here. Not at the airport you land. It's a damn miracle I found my gate and made my flight after arriving here for my connecting flight to Chicago. I think I got my 10k steps in for the day just getting from one gate to the next. I landed on one side of this airport, was routed to customs on the other side of the airport, then had to run to my gate for my connecting flight. It was madness. There were no signs that even listed where my gate was. I just followed the signs with an American flag and hoped that I'd arrive where I needed. The lines getting through customs were the most inefficient I've experienced in all of the international travels I've done. How many checkpoints do we really need? I really didn't think I'd even make my flight. They were about to give away my seat to a person on standby by the time I arrived. I jumped on the plane in the nick of time, but it had me in a ball of nerves. Who needs a stiff drink? Because I do

Hubby & I went through YUL twice in the past three weeks. We flew from SFO to YUL with a connecting flight to CMN. There was a massive line for folks who just landed & queued up for border control. We were attempting to cross over to the connection terminal. Excuse me, excuse me. On our return back to YUL from CMN, this was considered our entry back to the USA even though our final destination was SFO. We needed to go through immigration here. Previously I read there's GOES here. So I knew to bring our GOES card with us. We had to go through Canadian security first. Meaning taking our shoes off, carryon luggage X-ray, tossing our water out, etc. Once that's done that's when you go through immigration. There's a long line to go through immigration but a short cut if you've got Global Entry. There were two Global Entry kiosks but only one of the two were operating. Hubby was successful but I got an error message. That's ok because I accompanied hubby over to the immigration booth. I handed over my GOES card. He took my photo and I crossed over. We had a two hour layover. It took us under an hour because we scurried & because we had GOES. Else two hours is cutting it close. On a side note Tim Horton was near Gate 76. But wouldn't you know it it was dark. But the Starbucks next door was very busy.

Yelp
Traffic to and from this airport is busy and takes long. 1. Car rental is conveniently walkable from the airport, which is nice, but they take at least 1 hour wait to get your car despite what time you chose when you ordered it. 2. Bathroom and overall cleanliness is not that good. 3. Free wifi exists, which is nice, but quite slow and kicks you out of wifi automatically. 4. Global entry is enforced, which is great. 5. Limited shops and options. 6. Restaurant choice is poor.

Yelp
Big huge airport, clean and there is a lot to do if you are in a layover. The only downside is not a lot of options for me as a gluten free. That's why I put the 4 stars.

Yelp
Yelp gave me a cool badge just for coming to Canada! Now I'm sure this airport is really good but it can't shield you from lightning! Yeah! We've been on this jet for over 12 hours for a 5 hour flight! It is all good though. We're here to have fun and that fun starts at this airport! We diverted to Ottawa for 3-4 hours. Then we got half way to Montreal when we started making massive circles because the jets were stacked up. The plane was supposed to land at 5:45p.m. And now it's 12:20 and we are still on the tarmac! Omg! I'm so glad to be here, plus, there is nothing on the planet to is going to make getting out of here any faster.

Yelp
A crowded, disorganised dive. Very cramped no matter where you are in the terminal, the only space seemingly being given to the over-priced Duty Free stores. Staff are unhelpful, and signage is not great. Unless you're a frequent flyer who knows what they're doing it is very confusing and not a pleasant experience. Even the old La Guardia airport was better than YUL!

Yelp
The airport security and passport control services and processes are very unorganized with staff that appears to not be coordinated or aware of their own procedures. The airport is very dirty, has no signs so looking for restrooms, information booths, etc is very random and based on how much walking you are prepared to do and hunt down where things are. When we travelled through the airport in summer 2023 most flights were either delayed or cancelled and barely any information provided to passengers with regards to new department time and departing gates or boarding times: monitor information did NOT display accurate and current information.

Yelp
My hometown airport. I've seen it change and improve. There are more food options especially on the international side. It's a long walk but I've seen worse. Clean bright and airy. US security and customs are often crowded and expect delays on Mondays

Yelp
My experience at the airport was a pretty bad one regarding conveniences I am accustomed to travelling anywhere else. I was travelling form canada back to USA. TSA Pre was a perk but that is where it stopped. 1. No walk ins at airport lounges. Oddessey takes only a particular cred card. Air Canada only takes business class. Well well we'll. 2. A coffee vendor chased me out of his shop for brining in a pizza. You can't eat that here he says. Is this a 5 star Michelin coffee shop in the airport? I see four people sitting . Seriously? Yeah Tim Hortons luxury coffee. Steer clear of that place if you have a pizza box. 3. Priority pass is useless. International connecting flights only. I saw the entrance to klm lounge through a glass window. If travelling from Canada to the USA make sure tocheck your options if needed. Could be a long wait for your flight

Yelp
I love my local airport. There's not much to talk about here... Airplanes are fun to look at & it's even better when you get to board one!
