Moo Burger Syosset

Tried Moo Burger in Syosset for the first time. I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with cheddar, bacon, and BBQ sauce, but ended up getting a plain hamburger instead. The patty itself was actually pretty good — you can tell they use quality meat — but honestly, who eats a hamburger without cheese? I’m assuming it was just an honest mistake because everything else about the place seems solid. I’ll definitely give them another shot, but hopefully next time the order comes out the way it’s supposed to.

We decided to pick up burgers from Moo burger Syosset location... We took them home and from the first bite, we knew these burgers were the freshest, tastiest burgers we've had in years!!! We spoke to the owner Shane while waiting for our order and he explained what made his burgers so outstanding; Fresh (not frozen) burgers made daily by a butcher on long Island and freshly baked pillowy brioche buns... Chefs kiss to this winning burger! The turkey burger was just thick enough and quite juicy, topped with lettuce and tomato and choice of sauces made by the chef. Same for the Grand bacon cheese Moo burger... And the homemade Moo sauce is flavorful with just enough kick. The honey mustard sauce(also homemade) was fresh and not too sweet or spicy, just right! The sweet potato fries, onion rings and freshly made chili were perfect sides. All fresh and delicious. We didn't order any of the milk shakes but will definitely be back for those!! Some flavors offered; Fruity pebbles, orange cream sickle, black and white, cinnamon toast crunch and many more... So glad we stopped at Moo burger Syosset. A fresh, fantastic find and very reasonably priced... 5 stars for sure🤩

The place is so cute and clean. Customer service is amazing. The woman behind the counter was fantastic (Asian woman with glasses). The food came out hot and fresh. Flavor was unbeatable!!! Would absolutely go back

5 stars are not enough! Had ordered food for girls night and I will order every single time I entertain. Not only was my service on time with a smile, the food was delicious! At the end of the night I only had one slider left. The sauce that they use on their sliders is amazing. Thank you for making my night perfect. I will be back

So my boyfriend and I took a trip to the Syosset location because we knew we had to give it a try. Everything was phenomenal from the vegan burger that I thought was a real burger, to the creamsicle flavored milkshake. There's definitely a reason it was voted one of the best of the many burgers places on the island!!

The food was great and delicious. It was my first time coming and the service was great and the staff were very nice. The food was delicious too and really good. The only thing I wish is that the cheesy fries were a bit less salty and I wish that I got more food for the price. But the price was fair too.

Pretty pricey for what it is; the burgers are OK but really not any better than shake shack or all American. Clean inside and the employees are very patient. There is parking in the lot in front of the business. For five burgers, chili, fries, two drinks and two milkshakes it came out to be almost $80! I will not be going back as for what it is the price is too steep. But if this isn’t a deterrent - worth a try and if you do, I recommend getting the chili and putting it in the burger.

I picked up a burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was tasteless and hard, wasn't sure if it was frozen? Fries were soggy and it's overpriced. Burgers are their specialty...? I won't go back.

Ordered two burgers, a diet coke and cajun fries that came out to $30. Burgers were really good, meat tasted good and well cooked. Fries were crispy and seasoned well. Definitely recommend this place although the price is a bit steep.

I was craving a burger and decided to stop by Moo Burger, which is out of the ordinary, because I usually go to chain burger places. I ordered the onion rings, fries, and double moo burger. I wasn't blown away with the taste because everything was so salty and dry. I felt like my sodium levels were increasing by the second and I drank a lot of water during my whole meal because of the dryness from the burger. I wish they recommended me to put some sort of sauce into the burger because there was no mayo or ketchup included! We ordered to-go and they didn't give us any condiments or napkins either. Seemed a bit stingy. The service was great though because our food didn't take long for it to come out and the worker was nice. Ambiance was very cute as well with the pink aesthetic. Just wish the food was a bit better. It is on the pricey range, so not sure if I will stop by again. Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5

My new favorite Burger Place!! Drove by yesterday and noticed the new sign: Moo Burger (subtle sign, available parking in front, and I was hungry...). Called in my order the next day and realized when I picked up: what a cute place!! Shane the Owner greeted me personally and explained they just opened yesterday. (Spoiler alert: the food is Great but Shane is a Genuine Soul. I like it when the food I eat is made by Good People - No small thing these days...) The menu is plentiful - and there's milkshakes!! If you want to stay and eat, there's room and the staff is friendly. Pull up a chair and treat yourself to a burger that makes your heart happy... (Hint: you're gonna want to try the Hangover Burger and get extra sauce - thank me later) (But if you want to call in your order and pick up, there's parking in front and the food is worth your time. Chicken sandwich needs some work but, hey - it's a burger place...) My highest compliment is always this: if they made a tshirt, I would wear it. Go get yourself a burger - and make it a Moo Burger...

Small business, simply awesome. Great burgers and shakes. Happy to have found this place. Hope they stick around, most burgers places has come and go.

Wanting a burger one night of course went on Yelp and Moo Burger came up right away and only 5 mins from me. New place only one review decided to just give it a try and called for a pick up order. I was really surprised how fresh and nicely seasoned the burger was. Next day decided to try their grand moo bacon cheeseburger it's a blended patty and it was delicious. I definitely will be back. I love their potato bun but just wish it was toasted probably the only issue I had with my burger.

Moo burger isn't bad. I would agree with another reviewer that they're on par with Shake Shack. The beef is pretty good without any gristle, which shows quality in the beef. The bread is too heavy and thick, that was my main gripe. The fries are good, very crispy and the chili was my favorite item. Excellent chili much better than the burger. Decent place hope they do well

Ordered takeout and was a little disappointed. I ordered the grand moo bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries on the side. The burger was overcooked and the bun was stale and no bacon on it. My co worker got a grand moo with bacon and had remnants of scrapped off cheese but was lucky enough to get bacon on his. The rest of the co workers stated their burgers were ok. Maybe an off night who knows. Doubt we will order from here again. Had high hopes with the Social media pictures.

Went twice and both times screwed up the order which was very easy to understand on DoorDash. Burgers are not big. All of them were dry and overdone. For the price, I would rather have had Wendy's. Very very frustrating when a place can't get an order correct and there was food missing. They force you to use DoorDash so you have to through them to get credit for mess ups. The food is ok. So many other places to choose from which means I'm probably 2 and done with this place. Inside, the people were very nice when I picked up the order.

Great service and really nicely decorated business in Syosset I love the Great tasting Grand Moo Burgers and The Amazing tender Aloha Chicken sandwiches. Fries and shakes are great too..... Well done Moo Burger!!!!

Uninspired slabs of probably pre-frozen meat( doesn't anyone make REAL hand formed burgers anymore?) Save your money, go get a real hamburger, these look like burgers you get from a box in Stop and Shop.
