Our group sat outside on a nice cool overcast day. The food was great. I got the En Fuego burger and the peanut butter brownie shake. I enjoyed both thoroughly. My burger came with potato fries and I would go back just for those!

Went for Sunday brunch. The family and I got biscuits and gravy chilaquiles pancakes and the ess burger The service was great. The waitress was on point with refilling drinks and bringing our food out The atmosphere is a good place to hang out socially, grab a beer and some good food

If u picky, don't come here. You have to have a grown palette cause the food be having goat cheese and poached eggs and lamb. As a vegetarian highly would Not recommend! Chilaquiles were a bit dry for my taste. Basil lemonade was amazing.

We stopped at Moo Creamery in Bakersfield on the way home from camping in Sequoia and were so happy to find it. It’s a cute, playful diner with lots of cow pictures, and they make almost everything in-house, from the breads and sauces to the dressings and ice cream. My husband and daughter each got a different burger and loved them. They’ve got some wild flavor combos, which makes it fun. I had the little gem salad with chicken, which doesn’t sound like much, but it was incredible—spicy, sweet, topped with crushed pistachios, and hard to put down. They use olive oil in a lot of their cooking, and the only other oil they use is canola, not soybean, which makes it one of the few road trip spots where we didn’t have to worry about what things were cooked in. The service was kind, the music was good, and the ice cream flight was a highlight. All the flavors tasted fresh and real, like something actually made with care.

I loved the decor on this place. The half of cow hanging on the wall and all the other cuteness painting of the cows. It is a great way to entertain the little ones. The place is a little hard to find since it's tucked in on the end of the shopping center, but just keep driving, and you will see the Moo sign and make sure to try it out. Definitely must try the chicken bites with honey sauce as it is so good. It's so juicy and tender and that sauce. The service could be better. It really felt like I had to beg someone to serve me food here. Luckily, some other servers started us with drinks after asking how to start ordering here. I may opt to use Door Dash next time for the food.

Google
We had high hopes for this place that we drove way out of our way to get to. It started out well with the hostess being kind enough to bus a table outside for us. Then we waited a ridiculously long time for our food (2 salads and 1 burger). Another family came in 20 min after us and got food before we did. The waitress after 30 + min of waiting, dropped by our table and said she would check on our order. We continued to wait longer without even one apology for the inconvenience. We were also astounded that they charge $1.50 extra for the cheese on a cheeseburger. We were initially excited to try their ice cream but by the time we finished, we did not want to patronize them any longer. We paid ($75 for 2 salads, 1 plain cheeseburger and a side of fries) and left. Do not recommend.

Google
This place is amazing food and the homemade cream along is worth the drive ! Food is super quality and verity. Sweet potato fries with marshmallow dip ! Once easy access off Truxton now after hwy finished blocked direct access. It’s 100% worth the round the back and forth. Great place ! Pictures added for details

Google
The food is excellent, I tried the burger and the moo sauce is pretty unique which is nice. They also served it with a spicy thousand Island which tasted great. It's on the higher side of pricing, but for what you get I think it's good value for special occasions. Portions are reasonable the burger and fries were similar in size to in-n-out. Beef patty was thicker on the burger, which is good. Chocolate chip cookie was very good, it had more of a soft almost cookie dough like texture which I really liked. For the atmosphere it's very good for social occasions, for a Thursday afternoon it was fairly busy and fairly noisy. Perfect for bringing friends and family.

Yelp
Stopped here during a road trip. Seated and served quickly. Everything was delicious with many items being made in house. I got the turkey and avocado sandwich, it was great, especially the wheat sourdough. So fresh. If you like ice cream, they have some unique flavors in addition to some classics. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Yelp
Almost forgot this place existed... Met a friend for brunch and asked the waitress what she recommended. She very promptly advised that I choose the Mediterranean Lamb Burger, so that's what I got. And MAN I was not disappointed. My only criticism: it was SO messy. I used like a thousand napkins and had something drip down the front of me, but I honestly didn't care. It was so delicious--I was in a different dimension.

Yelp
Great variety on the menu and big sweet selection too! We arrived around 11:30 am on Friday and it was packed! We luckily got one of the open tables and didn't need to wait. The gravy fries were so comforting. The spicy meatloaf sandwich was good too. The bread pudding was fluffy and warm. The milkshake was yum. With how busy the restaurant was, it took some time to get attention. All in all, a great dining experience.

Yelp
Moo Creamery provided a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As we were on a road trip back to the Bay, we just happened to randomly decide to stop by Moo Creamery and it was a pleasant find. Tucked away in an unassuming business park, Moo Creamery may be known for ice cream but offers a nice selection of feel good diner fare that will satisfy most. Friendly service, good food, parking, and even a happy hour menu to boot. I would visit again and would like to try the ice cream.

Yelp
There's lot of parking in this plaza that's quite tucked in. There's loads of seating and bar area. The inside has fun cow decor! The staff are nice and friendly. We were able to try out the soups to see what we wanted. The food arrived at fairly good time. I got the breakfast burrito with the cheese and bacon. It was pretty good. The red sauce worked well with the burrito. The green sauce was too watery. I also tried the baked french toast. It was good and filling. Not too sweet and it comes with bacon too which I appreciate! That way you can get a taste of savory with the sweetness. I was tempted for some ice cream but I was too full. The burgers are also slightly small so getting a side would work best. My table also liked the Hungarian mushroom soup. This place is worth a visit.

Yelp
Moo Creamery comes across to me as a modern diner. Diner decor with modern dishes. Had the brisket hash, I can't say that it was the best but it was fairly good for my liking. Comes with potatoes and what I believe are yams. Soft bite with a fair amount of brisket. The dubai chocolate with pistachio was my favorite! I know dubai chocolate is a fad but the dessert was great!

Yelp
Pick up order was ready on time. Location is in an odd place but interior decorated like a cute diner. Comfort food for sure! Tried the gravy fries, Brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. Bananarama Ice cream tasted like bananas dipped in peanut butter.

Yelp
Rarely do I write a review but this place is all deserving. I had the moo burger, handcut fries and the strawberry ice cream to go. Was in town for work and this place had great reviews, had to stop and try. I'm a burger lover and always love one that is restaurant style and just delicious. It's rare for me to find a place that has a perfect burger AND fries but they nailed it. I had my burger medium well and it had perfect bits of char and the meat tasted super fresh. Sharp cheddar was perfectly melted, pickles and sauce were great. Definitely a messy burger but that wasn't a deterrent at all. Finished every single fry, they were perfectly golden, hot and crispy. I will likely be thinking about this place next time I eat a burger anywhere else, it's SO GOOD. Service was fast and friendly, plenty of seating and chill vibes. If you're somewhat of a burger connoisseur like me you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
Great choice for a lunch stop! But be ready to get your hands super dirty if you get a burger because it was dripping with juice in every bite along with the gooey cheese and moo sauce. The Hokkaido style buns were a nice unique touch too that appealed to my inner weeb. You can also choose the level of cooked-ness for your patty and there are many cheese options. Their ice cream is also housemade and their strawberry flavor was absolutely delicious and refreshing!

Yelp
OMG!! The 5 star rating is real! Service is 5+ :-) The food was yummy, wonderful portions. I had the brisket salad after eating junk-protein on the road from SF. Not good! And I'm picky, I want real good meat and I need my greens. there was plenty of everything; meat, beans, lettuce, corn... Don't pass through town without checking out this place. It's spacious inside and outdoors where there's also seating!

Yelp
Came back to moo with a friend after a little hiatus. Came on a busy Sunday afternoon and it was packed, we sat at the bar which only had 2 seats open. Our bar tender/server was really busy taking care of the many customers. But he was still very friendly and attentive if we called him over for something. We ordered the breakfast tacos and chilaquiles and we had the sweet potato fries and a scoop of coconut cream pie ice cream. We had a relaxed meal and we were not in a rush so we didn't mind the slower service, just know it's packed on the weekends and they are very busy! I loveeeee the sweet potato fries, they are my number one always. The breakfast tacos were ok, I didn't love the mayo or the slight taste of sweetness from the pork. My friends chilaquiles were really good, they seemed very popular on the brunch menu. The ice cream was pretty crumbly, idk if it was the shaved coconut pieces or what but it wasn't very moist or smooth. However even with those small notes on the choices I made from the menu this time around, I still love moo creamery, they are such a culinary experience from start to finish. Drinks, apps, mains, and desserts are fresh and new and delicious every time! I'm always excited to try something new or stick to an old favorite!

Yelp
Going to leave a quick review tonight just off of our current experience. We arrived at 6:30 sat at the bar in the far corner. Service has been absolutely been the absolute worst. The place is almost empty. We miss Mason who had the ability ti wait on the entire counter and back area by himself. Not sure why it's so bad but hopefully management will see this and correct the issue!!!! Sad sad sad

Yelp
Service was 5/5 Riley was amazing and friendly. Quick service, no complaints. Brisket hash- a little confusing since it's not really a hash but still really good. The beef was tender and seasoned well. The potatoes were delicious and I loved the caramelized onions and pickled peppers? The big disappointment were the poached eggs. Overcooked with zero run. The runny yolk is such a difference maker in adding richness to the whole plate so that was missing but otherwise really good. Overall a cool little spot with great service and food. Highly recommend for brunch!

Yelp
Whenever people from out of town come to visit I always take them here because they never miss. I love getting the burger with blue cheese. I usually go when it's less busy, but even the times when it is busy (Sunday afternoons) the service is always really good. It's a little hard to find but I hear they're moving downtown.

Yelp
Moo creamery is delicious. We tried their ice creams and all flavors were creamy and just right in sweetness. I had an espresso martini, and it was strong! We ordered a brisket salad and moo burger. Both meals were fresh, flavorful and satisfying. Service was quick and they had a few large parties. They kept their level of quality customer service despite how busy it was in there. Bathrooms were clean and they offered indoor and outdoor seating.
google avatar

Edison H.

Yelp
Quick food stop that's only a slight detour from the freeway. Service was quick from being seated to ordering. Ordered their 24 Hour Burger medium rare and man... was it messy. The egg yolk was perfectly runly and the bacon added a nice texture. Napkins highly advised. They have a good selection of ice cream and dessert. They advertised how things are moo made . We only tried their strawberry ice cream and we loved it.

Yelp
3rd time here on my business trips. Great food, priced right, and amazing service! Ask for Tiffany !

Yelp
This is my third time at Moo Creamery and everytime it has been what I expected or more! I've been there for breakfast and lunch. This time it was for breakfast so my husband got the chilaquiles with brisket. I ordered the protein sweet potato waffles and couldn't finish it. I got a caramel latte too! I've been here three times now and never mind stopping there for breakfast/lunch! Usually it's pretty quiet inside and I love that they have outside seating incase I were to take my kids. The service is perfect, they check on you just enough to make sure you have everything you need but not too often as to feeling rushed out.

Yelp
This hidden little gem offers good food and delicious ice cream. Tucked away in an industrial area, moo creamery is true to its name. Offering delicious meals and delectable ice cream. Burgers were delicious, the fried zucchini delicious and a best part, a creamy and amazing chocolate chip ice cream. Waitress gave us some advice on what to get and made some recommendations. Checked up on us regularly as well. My only complaint is the price. A little pricey for a burger with no fries. The kids meals is the same size burger, costs less and comes with fries. Might have to go this route next time. Otherwise everything was amazing. Def recommend this hidden little gem in Bakersfield. A little pricey but worth it.

Yelp
Came to Moo Creamery for lunch mid-road trip and I was so pleasantly surprised by the variety in their menu! Had a very tasty latte and INCREDIBLE spicy garlic fries to start. The fries were so warm and perfectly cooked and have so much flavor! Had the Brussels sprouts and grain bowl and this is the reason I didn't give 5 stars, while it was good there was too much going on (maybe too much sauce?) and I wouldn't order it again. Ended the meal with a scoop of jalapeño ice cream (did not intend to have dessert with lunch but I couldn't leave without trying jalapeño Ice cream) and it was another amazing success. Super creamy and delicious with jalapeño flavor coming through. Lastly, our server was Tanner and he was very nice and also so quick and efficient!

Yelp
Stopped into Moo Creamery for dinner with the family. This place does not disappoint. The service is super friendly and the ambience is very nice and has cute decorations throughout the restaurant. Everything we have had at this restaurant restaurant is delicious, not to mention their ice cream. This time we ordered french fries and a dip with homemade potato chips. Both were delicious. Our dinner trays included burgers, a meatloaf sandwich and brisket taquitos. Everyone was so happy with their delicious food that we shared each others food to taste all of it. Of course we couldn't leave the place without ordering dessert... So we ordered a chocolate shake, which was divine! Definitely planning on going back soon! If you're looking for homemade, some items from scratch... Kind of food, then this is your place. The desserts are heavenly, and if you've eaten already, this is a great place to have ice cream or one of their delicious cakes. Enjoy!

Yelp
Been going here since they opened longer before I moved away from town. I drove by and HAD to order some butterscotch drop cookies to go. They're as amazing and delicious as I remember. The service was great when I picked up and they held them in the fridge for me until I came through town. I miss this place - can't recommend enough
google avatar

Jennalle P.

Yelp
Food and service were good. Food was brought to me quickly. It wasn't too crowded there which I enjoyed. The ambiance seemed chill and casual. I would go here again.
google avatar

Raechel I.

Yelp
The ice cream here is the best you'll ever get. We started with a scoop of bacon love then had a lemon buttermilk milkshake and we took home a pint of raspberry jalapeño ice cream. The food was yummy but we did have an issue with the braised meat I added to the chilaquiles. It was a chunk of fat. I retuned the dish and they made me a half order to go. Service can be slow but the food is good.
google avatar

Cathy H.

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday morning and got seated right away. Chill diner vibes. Ordered the breakfast tacos with pulled pork, Brussels & grain bowl, veggie & goat cheese frittata, bacon & egg sandwich for a late breakfast. Everything was delicious and service was quick. We also tried a few samples of the ice cream and landed on the toasted almond one. Very creamy and smooth! Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you're craving brunch food.

Yelp
Our experience at Moo was incredible from our sever, Carson, to our meal which included: Crispy Cauliflower, PB & B burger, Gruyere mushroom burger, and Basil Lemonades. Carson was very personable and attentive with us as we sat at the bar area. He seemed to know what was going on at all times which we appreciated. The burgers were juicy and not tough at all topped with unique flavors. The chips on the pb&b burger were crispy and added a nice texture. The mushroom burger was savory and had a great texture and was better than expected! The basil lemonade has high basil flavor and is on the sweeter side but still amazing. The ice creams we were able to sample and the bananarama and salted caramel stole the show. The inside was decorated on theme with the moo, we got a tip they will be moving locations soon so try this one out before then!

Mattea H.

Yelp
We visited around noon on a Sunday, and it was pretty busy. The food was solid -- the burger patty was nice and juicy. However, the malt was a bit disappointing; for a place that's a creamery, I expected better. It was just average. I didn't give it 5 stars mainly because of the service. Our waiter didn't mention that the sweet potato fries came with an extra charge. He grouped all the sides together without explaining the cost, it wasn't explained on the menu, either. Each order of fries was $5.75 -- so we ended up spending about $11 more than we expected. The fries themselves were okay but definitely overpriced. It would have been nice to have a heads-up.

Arayah R.

Yelp
Food was good me and my husband both got burgers. Kids burger and their regular burger are almost the same size. They use the same bun and everything. So i would just get a kids one because the regular size one has no business being so pricey. Our server was polite but the hostess had the nasties attitude ever. If they wanna improve their business i would get rid of that girl asap because her attitude made us want to leave.

Yelp
Food was amazing and thank you so much to Tanner for helping alleviate my Gluten allergy issues. Couldn't recommend this place more the Gluten free bread was possibly some of the best I've ever had. Thank y'all so much!!
google avatar

Krystal A.

Yelp
The burgers were over the top, meat tastes so fresh! My husband had the Moo burger and I got the Bacon and Blue. We had a chocolate shake and regular fries but next time I'll have to try their potato chip fries. Everything was beyond delicious!! You must try...you can thank me later! :)
google avatar

Joe C.

Yelp
Delicious home style burgers. The 24-Hour Burger and the Bacon-Blue Burgers are really good and go-tos for my wife and me. The service is always friendly and they do check on you regularly throughout your meal. They will be moving downtown this year, which is sad. I like their current location.

Katrina H.

Yelp
Our food was less than mediocre. Our poached eggs were more like hard boiled (no creamy runny yolk ) service was very slow. I was really looking forward to trying this place just to be disappointed. I did like the decor though.
google avatar

Yelp
Made the detour for lunch on a road trip because I had such great memories of my last visit over 6 years ago! I was glad we were able to sit on the patio with our dog. Our server was nice and our burgers were decent - my Moo Burger and my partner's Bacon + Blue. The homemade buns were delicious and the burgers are a big portion, which is good considering they average $16. I was grateful for the pickle slices on the side, but boy did the platter look sadly empty, ha. We also ordered sweet potato fries on the side for $6, a milkshake for $10, and a boozy milkshake for $15, which were pricey too. But the milkshakes were SO good, especially my toasted almond one! My wallet will forgive me next time!

Rachel M.

Yelp
Burger was a 9 maybe one of the best I've had Fries stale af Ice cream decent Cherry cheesecake bread pudding ok

Yelp
Stopped here for breakfast on our way to LA. Super cute cow themed restaurant! Lots of unique breakfast options with house made or as they call it "moo-made" options haha. I ordered the Goat Cheese Veggie Frittata. It was amazing, super fluffy, great flavor and a yummy variety of veggies. It came with a side salad that was dressed in vinaigrette and toast. I ordered the lemon bread for my toast and it was amazing! I loved what I ordered because it was filling yet light and healthy, as well as really tasty! They have lots of cute pastries, juices, and lunch options too!
google avatar

Camille R.

Yelp
Delicious food and wonderful service. Everything is made fresh and the flavors are well balanced. I had the grain bowl and the rest of the group had Thompson fit burger, tostada turkey salad, and chorizo burger. Absolutely no complaints. The only thing I could knit pick would be it's in a strange location.

Scott S.

Yelp
Food, service, ambiance, all of it. Had a late breakfast, Good coffee, great food. And since it was a late breakfast and they are known for ice cream, had to try the Honey Lavender... that is one inspired flavor!! Amazing stuff! One thing about the myriad places to eat in Bakersfield: with so many choices there's bound to be some great quality out there... Moo Creamery definitely is that. Planning on returning soon.

Yelp
The flavor combinations never fail to impress A go to favorite of ours for years We take out of town guests here all the time We came Thurs for dinner; seated and served right away, hardly waited 15 mins
google avatar

Yelp
One of the highest Yelp ranking place in Bakersfield for breakfast and lunch 24 hour burger - traditional burger with an egg. It was very flavorful but I thought it was cold- as in temperature cold. Not sure if it was because I had asked for medium done. Milkshake - strawberry milkshake was delicious. Home made ice cream and if you are lactose intolerant be cautious:) Plenty of parking in front and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely come back again when I'm in the area. There are more ice cream flavors I would like to try :)
google avatar

Azusa H.

Yelp
Mooove out the way, this is the spot I would definitely be back tooo! As you walk in, you are greeted by the kindest hostess. The restaurant felt cozy and was very clean. My friends and I arrived at 9:30am so it wasn't too crowded yet. I got the hash bowl which had smashed mini potatoes, caramelized onions, steak and poached eggs. The steak was super tender and delicious. It also came with homemade blackberries or blueberry jam to eat with the sourdough bread. I saw that they had candied jalapeño raspberry ice cream which i really wanted to try but I was too full! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely try more items in the menu and the ice cream for sure.

Yelp
My boyfriend raves about Moo Creamery almost every time we're back in town and I have to say, I get it. I get his cravings of it now. We came around 8:20 and was already feeling bad as they close in 40 minutes. Luckily, the place was still fairly full of customers. For drinks, we ordered a Whiskey Sour, Boozy Moo-Cha Malt, and Chocolate Cream Soda. For food, we ordered the Gravy Fries, Moo Fries, The Hippy, Salmon Tacos, and Moo Burger. Everything was so so good. We were all full and had a fantastic time. Very thankful they welcomed us in even though we came close to their closing time.

Yelp
This cafe is honestly so cute! I love the pictures of the cows on the wall they were amusing to look at, I also enjoyed the music they were playing while I ate my breakfast. The waitress was also very sweet and attentive. Chilaquiles were a bit on the cheesier side, would've enjoyed them more if the sauce had more flavor but overall they were good.

Yelp
The service was excellent, and the young lady recommended the egg sandwich, which was delicious! Thank you 8 )

Yelp
My family and I went to this establishment for dinner. It was jammed packed and we waited for a few minutes before anyone even noticed us. We sat at a small table for four people. My son and fiancé kept getting bumped into. Our server was great considering it seemed like he was spread a little thin. Our food was excellent and we all very much enjoyed what we ordered. We would like to go back but maybe not on such a busy day or time.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious!- but be prepared to wait if they are busy. Got the garlic fries- absolutely delicious and tasty, especially if you are a garlic lover like me! Got the bbq ranch fried chicken salad- perfect medley of veggies and meat! My husband got the bacon and blue burger. It looked delicious but was awfully small. Would definitely recommend getting sides if you order a burger. Also got the lavender ice cream! It was so delicious and tasted really similar to bi rite creamery in the Bay Area! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Wow, so good. Little hard to get too. But amazing food. I want everyone to stop and eat here. I know breakfast is good here, now just have to lunch and a dinner. Friendly, and quick service.

Yelp
Brenda was an amazing server , they were busy on New Year's Day and still performed as if they had a few customers inside. Always a pleasure to get some grub here. The food here is always good. The service is always consistent. On this trip, I think everybody tried something different. My oldest daughter had the wild salmon sandwich said it was really good. The salmon was moist and the bread was toasted properly. The wife had the 24 hour burger which she said she would get next time because it was really good basically a breakfast on top of a burger with eggs over medium bacon and a tasty medium cook burger, she also said the bread was crispy when she bit into it. I had their lobster roll for the first time and it was very tasty. The lobster was a lot of claw meat and I'm fine with that, but it was also had celery which I don't like, but it was chopped so finely I didn't mind. Overall great experience we will be back soon.

Yelp
Updates are important and I think it's great to update especially when it's been quite some time. I continue to be a repeat customer to Moo Creamery. One of the best things about Moo is they have a small menu that they do right but they do change it up to make sure it doesn't get stale. From old favorite classics to something new and exciting you'll be satisfied at Moo and don't forget they have some of the best dessert in town. Previously I have given 4 stars because they are pricy but in today's economy they haven't increased their prices too drastically which is great for consumers and greatly appreciated, Moo has stayed consistent and do things right, I'll always recommend Moo for great food and desserts.
