MOOD Froyo & Coffee

Went in for a quick night treat they had three flavors, watermelon, chocolate or vanilla. Not interactive to us and options were far from what we expected for a yogurt place. We spent $18 for two small cups not even filled up. Also to add these were basic ice creams (choc and vanilla) because there were no options. Could have gotten 2 gallons of ice cream for the price of these.

We went back when it was Nikki's and everything was delicious. The last three attempts to go they show to be open and never are. Wish hours were updated to reflect when can actually go. If they are struggling with business I would bet money this is one of the main reasons no one will go.

I don't like all the flavors they have but I can always find something I really like. The banana, banana pudding, vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel are all really good. I am sure others like some of the other tons of flavors that move in and out. They have tons of toppings but I don't roll like that but I am sure they are good. You pay by the once so make sure you don't over do it. You can taste anything you like before buying as well. I don't drink coffee but I hear it is good.

First time client and for three very small frozen yogurts we paid over $22. The place is smelly as well as very dirty. There are splatter marks all over the shop ,on the chairs, the walls etc. Most of the froyo machines were out of order leaving almost no flavors to choose from. Bathrooms are extremely dirty with urine on the floors. The place looks rundown and not taken care of. Unfortunately never going back with our family.

I have read some reviews and I’d like to mention YES I was greeted when I walked in and YES there are TVs, but there are only 3. The TVs are in 3 corners of the room and not playing very loudly (which is good). There were about 5 froyo flavors and plenty of topping options. I only wish they had sauces or something to drizzle on the froyo, like other froyo places. It was $18 for my partner and I.

Went on Wednesday night and got the special. Friendly staff and lots of variety. My only concerns were the atmosphere and the smell. They had 4 tvs and 1 was off and the other 3 we're on kiddie shows. And the whole of the place smelled like a badly vented beauty shop ( nail polish and hair dye.) It really stank. I would have eaten outside on the patio but it was full of other customers and 100 degrees outside.

This place is so disappointing now that it’s not Nikki’s. We went and when trying to use the middle dispensers to mix two flavours, it only dispensed one flavour and I didn’t want that and was told to just throw it away or add some of the other flavour. Turns out the other flavour was completely empty anyways. Half of the topping dispensers were empty, and the ones we tried to use didn’t even work. Most toppings were empty. And their espresso machine was apparently broken and they couldn’t make any coffee. 🙄 I paid $25 for ice cream I didn’t even want bc it dispensed the wrong flavour 🤷

Went for the first time today. I felt like the reviews were really mixed. So I decided to write one. I’m very happy with my purchase of Salted Caramel flavor. I got the dairy free one. Holy cow! It’s delicious. Btw they do weight it. But I only got the frozen yogurt. No toppings. It was only $6. I think that’s a fantastic price. Also the lady at the counter was absolutely pleasant! Will be coming back again ☺️

I rarely write negative reviews, but I'm gonna while my feelings are high. I took my daughter to Mood for the first time to celebrate "Senior skip day" and my first impression was super strong nauseating cleaning product smell. The 2nd thing I noticed was there's only 4 flavors none of which were great. Everything was clean and nicely displayed. The lady at the front was friendly and frankly a beautiful young lady. It is my fault I really did not research prices at all, I knew it would be expensive as these places always are but I was expecting something like $12 maybe. Our total was $19! For 2 small cups!! I was shocked! I could've gone out, bought all the fruit and a gallon of ice cream for that much! Good Lord, that pricing just seems excessive. Pretty sure that's what I'll be doing from now on. Lol

It was my sons birthday so I took him and a couple friends as well as my two girls to Mood. Apparently it was "no weight Wednesday," where they have one size however full for $5. I will say, that was nice. They were all very excited. The boys asked for sample cups and the girl said they didn't have them while telling them she had just cleaned the counter for them not to lean on it. I looked over and two of the boys were filling their cups a bit and tasting, as I was opening my mouth to tell them to stop- the girl says from the counter that now she's going to have to clean those too. Then I asked about the 6 out of 14 flavors not working, she said they were out. One of the boys asked if one of the machines was supposed to be watery, she just walks over and turns that light on top of the flavor off. The coffee machine was broken as well. I honestly wasn't impressed with her attitude- I know kids are annoying but it was only 6:20 and they closed at 8. The kiddos played a couple of board games that are offered while they ate their frozen yogurt and she was correcting them constantly. Was just hoping for more options and possibly a happier employee present. The place was immaculate but the employees hair was long, up in a hair tie but over her shoulders while she was was scrubbing everything we touched.

I stopped in for some coffee and left with coffee and froyo. The froyo flavors limited (only 5) but good and smooth. Service was superb. Thank you for a fun pit stop!

Was way more expensive then I expected, 2 medium sized containers where almost $20, they only had 4 flavors of frozen yogurt, 2 chocolate, 1 vanilla and a water melon, I don't believe we will ever return to this location.

Hmm....umm it's ok. I really really want it to be epic because I love frozen yogurt and it just was kind of a let down. The flavors somewhat all taste the same. They're all really icy which I found strange. It wasn't really frozen yogurt to me it more like a very awkward version of Rita's. Had such high hopes though. They have good toppings though.

I had seen on Freelancer.com that they had a job bidding up. Upon further notice, in the job description, it said that they don't want you to bid for the job if you are Pakistani or Bangladeshi. If they don't want want me to work there then I'm sure they would have no issue taking my money either. This store has safety issues that need to be rectified. They have cheap seating that is rickety at best. I went to sit down and the chair gave way. I am not over weight, the chair had legs that fold down and then screw in to metal rods. One of the screws was undone so the leg collapsed. I hurt myself and the worker just awkwardly laughed and took the chair to the back. They didn't ask if I was ok, take my information or anything. In addition to the safety issue only half of the yogurt machines were working and their drink machine was out. Will never come back.

First time and only time here. Asked for a 16oz but only received half that. Ordered Carmel and chocolate syrup only got chocolate so I had to add the Carmel I had at home.. and I guess there a short on nuts. Cmon pp.

Terrible. $21.32 for 2 very small servings of mediocre (at best) "frozen yogurt". The icy slush had no flavor and the staff was unprofessional and rude.

Very expensive, was $20 for 2 bowls of their smallest size. Got a really gross flavor, black raspberry, tasted rotten. Literally unbearable, and I can handle some gross food. Upon telling one of the employees they said I should've sampled it, and that I could get another bowl, if it payed for it again. The employee that tried it after I complained also made a face as if it was gross. Other flavors were good though, just wish I got better service. Felt really sick on the drive home aswell.

I LOVE this place! So amazing, I love the cookies n cream. The coffee is so good. The employees are so nice and sweet. Definitely recommend!!

Came here the other day after practice and got a milshake and froyo. It was the best i've ever had.
