This place is great!!! Really good range of healthy food at surprisingly low prices. The protein trays are delicious and the rotating range of salads and proteins means that you can eat here every day and not get bored. They are a popular spot, though, so be prepared to wait at peak times.

Food is fresh/tasty; good variety. New staff sadly under-serve on protein portions consistently compared with the rest of the team / historically - not sure why. [updated review… have been a few times since and the portion comment has been resolved - thanks! Moving back to 5 star]

If you haven’t yet had an English favorite hot salt beef sandwich you must order that here. The sandwich is actually hard to find, and I finally bumped into this place and it was so worth it. It’s a tiny place with one table for communal use.

Epic Salt Beef Reuben!! Was on my way to Pret (sigh) and saw this place next door. Asked the server to slice the salt beef quite thin for me and she did it perfectly. Will definitely be back again soon. Yum

The BEST Salt Beef sandwich I’ve ever had. I honestly can’t tell you how much I love this place. Every time I’m in the area I’m always sure to visit and take friends to try their salt beef. The food is always absolutely excellent and the people working there are so lovely. I only wish they had more chains around London so I could eat there more!

Great selection of veggie dishes for someone who doesn’t like raw vegetables (in ours and many others cultures, veggies are always cooked). Good value for a big bowl of veggies & whole grain. Would come back again to try the salt beef! Some suggestions for future improvement: maybe broccoli & cauliflower can be cut into smaller pieces so it’s easier to chew on; sauces could be given at a greater amount otherwise it could be a bit dry & plain (especially for the base).

I ordered a protein tray with beef brisket. It was all really good but the brisket was absolutely delicious, so soft and well marinated. Definitely the best lunch I had during my stay in London.
