Food - 4.5/5 Their fried chicken is amazing - incredibly juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. It comes out piping hot!! Their fried chicken sandwich is also delicious - with sweet mayo, fresh veggies, and again amazingly crispy chicken. Only thing is their popcorn chicken isn't super traditional - it's basically small fried chicken bites (probably a mix of cornstarch, flour, and something else) versus the Taiwanese original where they use sweet potato starch to fry it. I can't recommend their drinks though - we got a honey green tea and it tasted more like honey water. No worries - Allston has plenty of boba! Ambiance - 4/5 There's five tables that give more of a coffee house vibe than restaurant. It's better than the Chinatown location where there's no seating. It's cute and small but not good for larger parties. Service - 5/5 Service was great! Very friendly and attentive. Other notes: 1. Parking on street per usual for Allston area.

We used to like the chicken wings a lot. As a lot of Chinese know, they taste like the wings from China KFC. Unfortunately, the quality is becoming worse. For the last two times I had it, the meat has a very weird taste and smell. I am not sure if it’s the quality of oil or the meat.

Their fried chickens are really good. Fried chicken wing is a must try, juicy and crispy. But the flavor is a bit light, good for me who don’t like too salty thing.

I recently dined at Moon Flower House, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, each one more tempting than the last. I particularly enjoyed the Fried Chicken Wings, which was really crispy and juicy. Another highlight was the Banana Split, which perfectly complemented the meal. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Allston. I'll definitely be back to try more of their delicious offerings!

Honestly I feel bad to rate food like that, but the pictures on their website are stolen from other restaurants or at least they look incredibly similar and the food looks NOTHING like the pictures. I got chicken and fries and I was extremely disappointed in the quality and taste of food. It was my cheat day and I was excited to eat this food, but it was so bad lol Food is food, but the chicken was like plasticky rubbery thing and the fries got so soggy because they put it in a little enclosed box rather than a pouch…..THE WORST PART IS IT COST $36 for 4 tenders and 2 fries LOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My second times here. The first experience was not very good. I ordered the chicken wrap from the top of the manu. But it's not very impressive. This time I decided to try their fried chicken. Fried young chicken to be exact. Because they have great reviews on fried chicken in general. The food is made to order. I waited 15-20 min for it. Hot juicy and tender. Very tasty. Worth a try. It's a 4.5 overall for me.
