Food - 4.5/5
Their fried chicken is amazing - incredibly juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. It comes out piping hot!! Their fried chicken sandwich is also delicious - with sweet mayo, fresh veggies, and again amazingly crispy chicken. Only thing is their popcorn chicken isn't super traditional - it's basically small fried chicken bites (probably a mix of cornstarch, flour, and something else) versus the Taiwanese original where they use sweet potato starch to fry it.
I can't recommend their drinks though - we got a honey green tea and it tasted more like honey water. No worries - Allston has plenty of boba!
Ambiance - 4/5
There's five tables that give more of a coffee house vibe than restaurant. It's better than the Chinatown location where there's no seating. It's cute and small but not good for larger parties.
Service - 5/5
Service was great! Very friendly and attentive.
Other notes:
1. Parking on street per usual for Allston area.
