I drink a lot of coffee and tea, and I’m pretty choosy about where I frequent. However, Moonbird has been in my top 3 for about a year now! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and also knows exactly what she’s doing, their homemade syrups, drink recipes, and shots are delicious. Her espresso is always dialed in wonderfully! I look forward to every new specialty drink they drop and love the core menu and how reliably delicious everything is. So grateful that Moonbird is so close to me and a part of my week to week routine 🩵

moonbird is HANDS DOWN the best coffee shop in columbus! the coffee, matcha and speciality drinks are amazing— easily some of the most delicious i’ve ever had. it’s also such a cute little spot to serve coffee to the community, and the ingredients/names behind each drink is so creative and special. but what really makes moonbird what it is are those behind the coffee bar! they are the most kindhearted and sweetest people ever. every time my partner and i go over, we feel like they really just put their all into not only our drinks but just make us feel so welcomed. Candice, who i believe is one of the owners, always remembers what kind of milk my partner and i prefer which is such a small thing but it makes us feel appreciated and seen LOL. Moonbird is just the place to be for a treat + goooooood vibes!

If you’re a matcha lover you have to check out my favorite spot! I stopped by the other week for a matcha and I was so thrilled to find this amazing matcha. The flavor and consistency is perfect. They are the kindest people ever and make each cup with love. Not to mention the parking is great and it’s the cutest mobile coffee truck you’ve ever seen. There’s even a cute little sitting area.

Would give Moonbird more than 5 stars if I could! My wife and I were visiting family in Ohio. Moonbird quickly became part of our routine while in town, but it wasn’t just the espresso, which is hands down the best in the city. Seeing Candace (and Shannon some mornings) was the perfect start to the day. We’d drive home every morning with our drinks and comment how lovely the people were, how much we loved the espresso, how cute the trailer was, and how we wished we lived there so we could go all the time. We were only in town for a few weeks and were legitimately heartbroken saying goodbye to Candace this morning. That’s the kind of place this is. It’s different than any coffee shop we’ve ever frequented. Candace, you’re one-of-a-kind. Your kind spirit is contagious. We love you and can’t wait to come back and see you and celebrate your success. Thanks for making our time in Ohio a little bit better each and every day. 🫶 🤗

We stayed right behind Moonbird Coffee and I’m so glad we found this little coffee trailer. The coffee was so delicious and smooth, I’m almost glad I don’t live nearby because I would easily find myself here too often. Staff were extremely friendly and even offered my dog a pup cup! Unfortunately they no longer have the waffles which looked delicious

Moonbird is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was impeccable. A special shoutout to Candace—she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. Her friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. And the food? Incredible! Every bite was bursting with flavor, but the highlight for me was the waffle on a stick with apple pieces. It’s the perfect balance of crispy, sweet, and fresh—a delightful treat that I’ll be dreaming about for weeks! I can’t recommend Moonbird enough. Amazing food, fantastic service (thanks again, Candace!), and a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Everyone needs to try this place—you won’t regret it!

I’ve been there twice and both times were amazing! The second time I got a seasonal menu drink, a key lime matcha. One of the best drinks I’ve ever had.
