Overpriced for the food standard and service. Coffee was so acidic it tasted sour. Tater tots with honey, the dip that came with it's like sour cream, the combi was just weird. Chilli sauce saved day. Beef Don's beef, some portions were hard to chew but rice was good. Nicest was the brussel sprouts but would be better if there's more sauce. Potato Stack Smoked Salmon Poached Eggs was unique, worth a try. Unfriendly staff who appeared disinterested to serve. Pretty chill ambience with high ceiling. Hard to find parking, nearest should be parallel public parking at Sturdee Road.

The Dan Dan Noodles were spicy and flavorful. The Sausage Mushroom pasta was rich and hearty. The Unagi rice bowl was a perfect sweet and smoky treat. A very satisfying mix of dishes!

At Jalan Besar. We reserved a table but it seems possible to turn up on Sat dinner without reservation. They have quite many tables. The deco is nice and clean looking. The selection of mains are good. The burger is good but the chicken stew is solid. The portion is big. The drip coffee is good.

Rose scallop pasta and the cold foam earl grey tea were the highlight Must try!! Tho the scallop a bit too salty but overall the pasta was rlly nice Iced latte was a bit bitter but still good The potato stack with smoked salmon was also ab bit too salty for me and we add on avocado but doesn’t worth it

Loved how the restaurant looks with all the big windows and natural light, felt like an outdoor space while being indoors. Ordered a sausage mushroom Mafaldine, extra prawns and hot chocolate for about $42, decent portion and toppings were relatively decent. Tasted good I like. I like the hot chocolate too yum Service prompt and respectful

Enjoyed the rose scallop pasta the most! The burnt Brussels sprouts was tasty though it got a little salty mid way through. Lovely place to pop by.

This cafe offers a very cozy and inviting setup nestled within the urban cityscape. The ambiance is thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel as though you’re overseas. It’s a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The food is equally impressive — beautifully presented and full of flavor, with generous portions that justify the slightly higher price point. Each dish is crafted with care, offering a satisfying and memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent cuisine paired.

Moonchild is tugged in a corner of the busy Jalan Besar Rd. First impression is the nice decor the restaurant had in-doors. As we came with our furkids, we were sat at an enclosed outdoor area and didn’t had the opportunity to enjoy the indoor areas more. Outdoor area was breezy. The enclosed space demarcates the road side and the restaurant properly. Food was awesome and service was so-so. There’s some variety on the menu that differs from most brunch cafe. Food came out prompt and no complains on how they tasted and presented.
