Once again I am taken back by a store that really doesn't have to be this way, because the product will always sell itself. But the people, the people you guys, are the reason for this review! I go there once after a year of not being here, and it's like I never left. As a matter of fact, it's better than it ever has been to my knowledge! I feel secure and safe. Comfortable and welcomed, as if I am shopping in my own back yard. You are all amazing! To the petite pretty wonderful black American woman that put up with me and my buddy Saturday night after the forth, thank you for being so awesome, thank you for being the smile you wore on your face. Wether or not it was authentic or not doesn't matter. It felt and looked real to us! A promotion should be in order for you dear, JS

Great selection of products and videos and the arcade is a lot of fun as well. The staff is always friendly and very nice. This store is always very clean and smells clean. Always have a great time when going there. Thank you moonlight for always doing such a great job to make customers happy and satisfied.

Nice place, I found what i was looking for, And the lady working at the time was very nice and helpful, I hope to go back and see what i else i can experience

Arrived early morning to try to get some stuff, seeing as how I have stuff to do later. Literally watched the employee pull in, then leave, leaving waiting patrons to sit in the parking lot for well over an hour. If you're not gonna open at 9a.m. then change the hours so people know. I've been a customer for three years now, and this kinda frustrating. In that hour not one person, owner or otherwise, made an attempt to open the store, and that's kinda sad. Most places at least leave a sign on the door. Here its just left up to whatever...

So you are aware, the clerk thst took my money was a young lady of color, thst I understood was a manager. She was polite about it, but did refuse to give me an app. I never saw a male employee that I was aware of. Thanks for your reply. I visited this store last night and noted the "we are hiring" sign on the front door. I asked the clerk about an application as I indicated I wanted 10$ worth of tokens for the video booths in the back. The clerk informed me that I should know if I worked there I would never be able to visit the back. I said ok, no big thing I only go a couple times a year anyway. I went in the back, used my tokens and stopped on my way out to get the application. The clerk then informed me that she had contacted the owner while I was jn the back amd the owners decision was the act of visiting the video booths had not only disqualified me from employment,but had disqualified me from even being allowed to fill out an application. It would seem to me their opinions of there customers are so low. That being a customer disqualifies you from being good enough to work there. Quite the conundrum I would say. If being your customer is so egregious as to prevent employment what kind of business are you running?? I gave 2 stars for the kindness of the clerk and selection. But thsts about all. I noticed two toys that had been 105$ 3 weeks ago were now 116$. From the prices I saw. I believe i can buy anything in there online at least 30-40% cheaper, if not more, and online I don't worry if they owner disdains me to the point I couldn't work for them. I'm pretty sure they can count the 10$ last night as the last dollars il spend with them. If im not good enough to work there because I consume what they sell, then I'm not good enough to be customer either. And honestly about the most ridiculous reason for disqualification for employment I've ever heard. And I'm more than certsin I don't want to work for a mind twisted enough to make that leap of logic, and implement it . 8 year customer down the road.

For some reason is using my wife's name here...?? Video booths are great, just wish more guys there to share with...lol. Parking in back is now available again, it appears. Was there on a Monday at 1 and place was closed... grrr. And yes, vid booths have holes in walls for sharing pleasure...MMMMM

I've had several wonderful experiences here, but last time I was told that I could not take my bag into the arcade. It's basically a small purse with things that make my time more enjoyable, certainly nothing illegal or dangerous. Please clarify. If this is the rule going forward, I'd like to not waste my time and money being deprived of supplies.

Ever since the new owner took over, the store has been cleaner than ever! The prices are way cheaper too! They still have the booths in back which is awesome, as it is the only place in KC as far as I know with them. Plus, the clerks always ask to see ID when using a credit card, so they're looking out for my security as well. Not to mention they've always been friendly. I'm planning on becoming a regular.

The lady I was talked too was very disrespectful and rude. Said rude things and needs home training .

I am completely disgusted with the lack of respect for the customers that this store has. I went in with my wife last week and the supposed store manager and the general manager were very unprofessional. The store manager and the general manager were kissing and embracing, my wife was very upset. In a workplace you would think that employees should not be showing public affection, me and wife believe that this is a complete and utter disrespect to all customers. I believe this should be corrected, whether they are husband and wife/boyfriend and girlfriend or the fact that employees are sleeping together showing that kind of affection in public is unacceptable. I have it in my mind to report this to the better business bureaus.

Great folks that are LGBTQ friendly. They are always wonderful and very helpful. I keep coming back!

Fantastic post covid improvements. Arcadia purchases are good for 30 days. Clean booths with buddy booths. Free theater. Now it is stand up which I like. Beats Bazooka upstairs by a million miles. And safer neighborhood than the strand. This is a guy who remembers the adult Arcade at 39th and main. 10 minutes from downtown. Use 57th street I70 exitI

what a joke they literally have no products for sale. looks like they are out of business unless your going for the arcade don't bother ridiculous

I spent $125 on a truly worthless power jacker ... all it does is move a tube inside of another tube that doesn't touch your body. and the dude said it had great reviews. totally non believable. I want my money back.

This place I think is one of the best places for an adult store in the Kansas City area. Misty at the front has the best customer service skills and answers every question I have about the different products in the store. She will explain and go into detail with the products. I love this store

Is generally a nice place. Good selection of adult accessories. The main manager and day people are nice and informative. The evening girl I had the displeasure of talking to when I called to ask if something was in, acted like a complete moron, couldn't answer the most basic question, then hung up on me. I don't suggest going in the evening cause you won't get ANY help with anything. (To the manager) train your people. They should be able to answer questions without the tone that says they are annoyed with being asked anything. And more so, they shouldn't hang up on people either. I'm calling to ask if you have something, that means I want to spend money there. Not something you hang up on. The girl there obviously just wants to sit on her lazy ass and collect a paycheck.

This is a nice clean store it has everything you could want the salesman named byron very helpful and made me feel comfortable has a great personality and great customer service

If your seeking a youthful crowd, avoid this place. Overbearing and intrusive old crowd. The biggest turnoff though and what pissed me off is the day staff. When busy, she constantly runs through yelling to get in a booth or get out. I'm not a child and dont require policing! Will not go back and suggest if you feel the same that you should not bother with this store

Awesome place!!! The assistant is great.. shes very and nice and personable.. she helped me out alot!!!

The lady that was working there tonight was awesome!! She made you feel so much more comfortable being in that store. Really super nice gal. She's the kind of employee every store should have.
