The 38 Best Pittsburgh Restaurants | Eater DC

"Skip the national chains and head to one of Moonlit Burgers’ two locations for top-tier smash burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, shoestring fries, and other tasty sides. Longtime Pittsburgh hospitality industry pros Mike McCoy and Derek Stevens spun an early COVID-19 era smash burger pop-up into a fully-fledged business in 2021, building the framework for a locally owned fast food destination — with a full bar to boot — in Dormont. Robust systems are on full display at Moonlit’s Uptown location before events and games at PPG Paints Arena, with the team keeping long lines moving and hot food delivered to tables at a quick clip." - Melissa McCart

Google
So so good. Burgers are a must in Pittsburgh. The queso and smash fries have the best shaved picked jalapeños! Staff is friendly. Dining room is big with plenty of space and very clean. And they have milkshakes!

Google
Amazing smash burgers! Food came super quick and was absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere. Large dining area so you can have your own space eating. Great prices, great location and parking is available right out front!! This is a must if you’re in the Burgh. Wheelchair accessible too.

Google
Hands down, one of the best smashburgers I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something! We make it a point to stop by Moonlit Burger anytime we’re in the Pittsburgh area, and it never disappoints. Honestly, we like to think of ourselves as a bit of burger connoisseurs (smashburger snobs, if you will), and this place consistently knocks it out of the park. The food is incredible, the vibes are great, and the place is always spotless. Plus, the staff? Super friendly and welcoming—like the kind of people who genuinely seem happy you’re there. If you’re on the hunt for the best places to eat in Pittsburgh, do yourself a favor and put Moonlit Burger at the top of your list. Your taste buds will thank you! 🍔✨

Google
The food was mid, not really all that. But, it was good for just a quick grab and go food. Inside the restaurant is very cute. The fries were plain and the smash burger wasn't the best one I've had.

Google
This was a great place for a quick smash burger. We went here before a concert at PPG Paint and the restaurant was packed. We were in and out with in 30 minutes and our food was hot and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone in the area. Especially the fries with cheese sauce.

Google
Excellent burger, amazing fries. When I saw shoestring I was worried they would be frozen and bland. They weren't, they tasted like fresh cut.

Google
Where do I start? This place is awesome. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and have been here twice. Top notch/delicious smashburgers and shoestring fries- easily a top 5 cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten (my wife and I like to try cheeseburger places everywhere we go, so plenty to compare to). Please do some research on what a smashburger is before coming here and comparing it to places that make burgers with big thick 10oz or 12oz patties. The smashed thin patties are that way on purpose- that’s part of what makes them so good. I recommend the moonlit double, exactly how it comes and the fries. Or, if you’re a “mustard only” or “mayo only” burger person, ask for the moonlit sauce on the side, so you can just add the mustard or mayo (but still try the moonlit sauce). Greg the manager is friendly and checks in with everyone to ensure their food is good and they’re happy. Our food and the service has been great both times, but I assume he would address any concerns. We just haven’t had any! Fair prices for the portion size and food quality. I highly recommend this place!!!! Check it out if you haven’t already the next time you’re craving a good cheeseburger and fries!

Google
5 stars for bang for buck burger in Pittsburgh🤩. Fairly sized portions and good taste. Not the highest quality beef in the burgers, but cooked with much care😇. This is what a smash burger should be 😋 perfectly crispy edges. Awesome staff and the atmosphere is so cute 🥹

Yelp
We stopped by yesterday around 6:15pm and were able to order only a few minutes after we stopped in. The person ringing us out was pleasant and I was able to use my $10 birthday reward. The inside is really spacious, not that space was an issue since there weren't a ton of people there because of winter break. They get your food out to you SO quickly. We barely picked a seat before they came out with our food, so this is the place to go if you're hungry! The food itself is inexpensive and delicious.

Yelp
Great place for dinner before heading over to PPG Paints. Great burger! Great drinks! Service was pretty darn fast even with a crowd coming in.

Yelp
Their burgers are, hands down, the best I've ever had. There isn't a single thing I'd change about their burger. The fresh pickle is perfectly crunchy, the moon sauce gives it a kick and the smash burger is crispy without being dry. And I'm generally a raw onion guy, but their sautéed onions are incredible. And perfectly greasy - not disgusting like a fast food, but that cookout kind of greasy. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for a burger. They travel very well. We ordered them off of UberEats. I'd love to stop at one of their locations some time because I can only imagine how great they are fresh if this is how they are after they've traveled.

Yelp
It's really small inside so we sat outside on a chilly November night. The whole block is cute with little shops. Our burgers were great but I am bias toward smash burgers. The crispy edges and creamy cheese... just addictive!! Their boozy milkshakes were great too but I want a dairy-free option. I didn't see any on the menu but correct me if I'm wrong. We also ordered cheese fries that were shoe string small but really cheesy and perfectly salty. Highly recommend. It's worth most of the hype. I don't live in that area and don't go to the suburbs much but it's worth a quick trip if you're headed out of the city. They also have a small little bar.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been here twice now before events at PPG and loved it both times!! I don't normally like smash burgers, but these are so perfectly cheesy and greasy that I keep coming back! The fries are thin and crispy too, just the way I like them. The place is a great size and I got a table no problem both times I went. The line moves quickly and you get your food quickly too. You order at the counter, get a number, then they bring it out to you at your table. I ordered cocktails both times as well. The first time they were made really well, while the second time, they were not, so it definitely depends on who is behind the bar. Overall, I will for sure be back again since it's delicious, quick, and a perfect location a block from PPG.

Yelp
Popped by after seeing a fun play at Duquesne University's Genesius Theatre. We literally just beat the hungry hordes that descended on the place before a PPG Paints Arena show. Line was out the door and every seat was taken within 30 minutes. There's a reason they wait in line for this food. It was seriously one of the juiciest, most flavorful and different burgers I have ever eaten. The edges of the Classic burger are this crunchy mouth bomb and the sautéed onions and sauce with the ooey gooey melted cheese just blows the top off of the whole deal. Their fries were good and hot too! Decent beer selection and killer cocktail list including boozy shakes. This place is amazing.

Yelp
In the area for a concert at PPG, it is so close. The food was lightning fast and their smash burgers are legit. I had the smash burger on a salad, highly recommend. Their staff was very kind and understanding and helped with us newbies being from outta town. Also, their draft happy hour was nice as craft beers were only $5. Everyone seemed very chill there.

Yelp
Stopped at Moonlit on Duquesne's campus before a penguin and it was a unique experience. It's a walk up and order your food/drink type of service. Some people like it, but it's not for me. In my visit it was before a Penguin game so it was very crowded. Not to disparage the service, the staff was excellent and very friendly. It took less than 10 minutes for our food to come out. The burger and fries were good, the burger tasted similar to McDonald's and was greasy which I love. My only rift is the price, for one triple cheeseburger and fries and a drink it was over $20. Could get a lot more at McDonald's for that money. Overall a very nice and new place to stop and get a quick bite to eat.

Yelp
Wow oh wow! This has been our must try list for a while and we finally got the chance. I got the smash fries and he got a burger. It was soooooooo good and fresh. I love the set up inside it's very easy to order at the counter and they bring your food out when it's ready (we went for lunch and it didn't take long at all). Everything was hot and fresh! Can't wait to come back again and try dessert!

Yelp
Loved everything about this place. It is a great spot for a quick lunch or for some drinks and a burger on a night out. Great setup inside, which adds to the fun of the place. If you are looking for a classic, juicy burger, this is one of the best. They are very thin style here, but still so flavorful. I ordered the classic double with fries. It is one of the best smash type burgers I have ever had. Everything tasted so fresh and all of the ingredients were perfect together. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot near PPG arena! The service was extremely quick despite it being busy/peak dinner time. I ordered the smash burger with fries. As a pickle lover, I appreciate that they didn't skimp on the pickles!! FYI - You order at the counter, find a table, then staff delivers your food. There's a bar in the back that has beer/wine/cocktails! They have Millie's icecream and milkshakes available. There are chicken and beef options. Gluten free buns are available. There's a lot of seating at this location!
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
I am a burger lover, but don't usually love smash burgers as I find them too thin and easily overcooked. With that said -- these burgers were fabulous! The burger, the bun, the toppings, the sauce -- everything was perfect. The side of fries is really large (you can probably share them for two if you wish -- although, yes I ate them all myself lol!). The ice cream here is also really delicious. It is really top of line soft serve from Millie's. Super creamy and flavorful. It was worth trying to find a place to park in this semi-busy area (due to the university and arena), and I'll definitely come back again!

Yelp
My wife went to Moonlit Burgers and did a take out order. I had a burger with fries. The burger was one of the better burgers I have had, And the fries where pretty good also. by the time I got the food it was not hot anymore. I will defiantly go again but eat there . I do recommend Moonlit Burgers.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
Moonlit Burgers is just your good old fashioned fast food that leaves you satisfied yet craving something more! Upon entering, you encounter the ordering line. Once you place your order, you grab your number and choose a seat. Then, they find you and deliver your order to you! I LOVE this process. You don't have to balance all of your food on a tray while trying to find a seat and hope that there's one available. It's seemless and quick! We both had a smashburger with bacon and shared some fries, and everything was delicious! Everything that you could want in a burger joint!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been wanting to go here for a while, and i'm so glad I finally did!! The workers were super nice, and the vibe of the restaurant was great. I loved all the neon lights. I got the regular double cheeseburger, but I wish I got the bacon cheeseburger instead because the garlic sauce on it was SO GOOD. Definitely getting it next time. I also love the variety they have on the menu and the fact they have cocktails, wine, AND beer. It was also a nice surprise that they had millie's soft serve. We sat at the bar and watched the Pens game - it was a great location. I will 100% be back here. It was all super tasty for SUCH a reasonable price! That was probably the best part tbh. Love an affordable good time and yummy dinner.

Yelp
Pittsburgh, what has happened to your standards and tastebuds? 4.4-4.6 for this place? I feel like I ought to check myself into that nearby Mercy hospital for a stomach cleanse after eating here. The classic moonlit double came out and you couldn't even tell it was a smash burger, or even a "burger" at that--I initially thought it was remnant pieces from shaved beef (think Philly cheesesteak). The meat patties were no more than 1/8" each and it was a double. The only redeeming thing on the sandwich was the caramelized onions and their moon sauce. The fries were either too salty or not seasoned at all. They use Millie's ice cream to make their milkshake. All in all, the food was terrible and probably clogged my arteries so bad and was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Service was fast and attentive. Inside was clean and spacious. That's about that. Won't be returning. Save your health and your wealth for something else. You would've had a better meal and value from getting a double cheeseburger from McDonald's--at least their meat patties are thicker. Does that tell enough?
google avatar

Raymond T.

Yelp
I thought it was okay overall, not as good as I hoped. Got the double moonlit burger. It was decent. I like the patty and thought it was a good smash ratio. But could've used some salt/pepper. The cheese and potato bun was decent. Overall I think some veggies are needed to balance out the fats. Smash fries were mediocre imo. The fries are definitely on the crispy side, with minimal potato, very much like a shoestring fry (boring, my fault, whatever). I swapped the cheese sauce for a cheddar cheese, but unfortunately the cheese wasn't melted. (How can you serve it unmelted :(..??) The patty is nice to enjoy on the fries. The sauce, shoestrings, and jalapeños just don't jive well. It's kinda like dipping saltine crackers in thousand island mixed with jalapeños and jalapeño juice with cheddar cheese straight from the fridge dribbled on top. (The patty, onions, and melted cheese on patty was good though) Service was excellent
google avatar

Andre J.

Yelp
I had the Classic Moonlit burger that was awesome with some shoestring fries and a drink. The service was pretty good the place had plenty of room plus a bar and outside seating so if you're in the mood for a burger I would advise you to try Moonlit out the place had a nice vibe to it as well.
google avatar

Yelp
I was really craving a burger so we decided to give Moonlit a try. We sat at the nearly empty bar and were quickly greeted, but there didn't seem to be much urgency to let us actually order anything. The manager ended up taking our food and drink orders because the bartender left the bar without even asking if we were ready for either. I had a couple of their cocktails and enjoyed both. The Equinox Daiquiri was the perfect end of summer drink and the strawberry mojito was good too. The food is presented without any frills but the classic double burger I got was really tasty, especially with the grilled onions and Moon sauce. I didn't enjoy the smash fries as much because I thought they were too saucy, but my boyfriend liked them a lot. The space itself is really cute and I think if I ever came back I would just order at the register and sit at a table instead of the bar.

Yelp
Cute modern spot right by Duquesne's campus. I was pleasantly surprised by the house salad - super fresh and the house vinaigrette was tasty. But what you go here for is the smash fries - they're possibly the best loaded fry I've ever had, topped with cheese sauce, smash burger meat, griddled onions, jalepeños, and the signature "moon sauce" - seriously, get the fries, you won't regret it. Online ordering system was super simple and pickup was quick!

Yelp
Tried some food from moonlit burger's food truck this weekend. The burgers were pretty fantastic. We tried to bacon double cheeseburger and the double cheeseburger. Both were very good, but I loved the homemade pickles and moon sauce on the classic burger. The actual burger meat was very flavorful and nicely seared without being dry. We also tried the smash fries which were topped with moon sauce, cheese sauce, burger meat, and jalapeños. They were delicious, and there were plenty of toppings so that you got a little of everything in each bite! Excited to come back!
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
Had the Bacon Double Cheeseburger & the Tiramisu Milk shake.. wow!!! The food is fantastic- service is fantastic - quick, even when busy.. options for milkshakes.. all yummy.. and can be ordered separately after you finish your meal- if you weren't sure you could fit it in.. Can't wait to come back!!
google avatar

Leah C.

Yelp
Awesome, awesome and awesome again. Normally I am good about taking photos but not this time! Just dug right on in. Loved the food. Burgers were great and also had the burger fries. Very reminiscent of an old timey burger joint if anyone remembers those haha. At least the food. The restaurant had a fun aughts hipster vibe with the music. Staff was friendly as well. Certainly worth the trip
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
Awesome burgers. Pleasant surprise. Not a knock on them, but I don't like shoestring fries. I knew what I was ordering, so... it didn't change my mind. Service was good too... and fast. Kind of lonely on Thursday night, I was alone with the employees.... Definitely should come here instead of hotel food.
google avatar

Victoria C.

Yelp
LOVEEE moonlit! The smash burgers are the best I've ever had. I don't know what it is about them but they're perfectly crisp every time. The workers are always super cool and I will 100% be back!!!
google avatar

Ulyana K.

Yelp
This place is a very solid burger joint. I just didn't think anything was special about it. Yes, the prices are solid, and food is alright. I just tried their regular single moonlit burger. It was fine. The potato bun had a decent texture to it, and was more flavorful than the average bun. The sauce had the slightest bit of spice to it, and a decent creaminess as well. I asked for it without onions, and they filled the request, so good service. The meat was somewhat dry and not that flavorful, though. Cheese also not that flavorful. Perhaps I need to try a more special burger from this spot.
google avatar

Yvette L.

Yelp
We actually discovered Moonlit while eating at another burger establishment. The reviews were great and we weren't overly impressed with our current meal. We ordered fries and a burger for takeout (for our daughter @ home.) In less than 10mins from ordering, the meal was ready for pickup; and we headed home. My hubby sampled the fries and was pleased. The burger review will come later-lol. I think we'll get our burgers from Moonlit next time!
google avatar

Corinne K.

Yelp
The burgers here are to die for! The fries remind me of in and out but skinnier and salty. The Oreo milkshake was so filling and thick. We really liked the ample seating throughout. The staff were all really friendly and we thought the food came out quick. The prices here are comparable for the area and very fair.

Barry V.

Yelp
Traveled to Pittsburgh from SoCal and stayed downtown about 1/2 mile from Moonlits Uptown location. Since my wife and I consistently partake in "Burger Friday," we consider ourselves well versed in the ways of the burger. So, we chose Moonlit for that weeks taste test. Walked in and was greeted by Greg. What an awesome dude, really friendly and easily rolled with my sarcastic sense of humor. I ordered the triple cause why not, the wife got the double. We each had a Modelo and split a side of fries. The burger was amazing! I did not get their house sauce on it, Im particular about my toppings. The texture and taste were spot on. It's a smashburger, so it had the trademark crispy edges and ALL the flavor without being too salty. The potato bun was a pleasant surprise as most burger places now default to the brioche. From the first bite to the last, i uttered an audible Mmmmm with every bite. When I was done, I was full but still craved more of that flavor. Definitely one of, if not the best burger I've had. I told the wife that I was glad we came on the last day in Pittsburgh cause if we went on day 1, I would have eaten there every night despite it not being burger friday. Wow. Just Wow. The fries are shoestring style, so they are thin and crispy. If you like that, they are pretty good. I like shoestring and would rate them as exactly that... pretty good. The Modelo was ice cold and refreshing. If you like burgers and you find yourself in Pittsburgh, give this place a try. I can't imagine you would be disappointed. If you ho before the end of the month, say hi to Greg before he takes off for Oklahoma.

Yelp
Came here during homecoming weekend for Duquesne and the place was packed! I appreciated that there was so much seating and that our food was brought out quickly. All my friends enjoyed burgers and two, with pretty severe food allergies and one who was vegan, were easily able to eat here without drastically changing their ordered item. I, being the basic person I am, enjoyed the chicken tenders with a side caesar salad (my one complaint is that the dressing was on the side and it was served with tomatoes - who puts tomatoes on a caesar salad?). I also stole some fries from a friend. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely try a milkshake the next time I'm here. But also, RIP Red Ring.
google avatar

Kara B.

Yelp
We went early on a Thursday evening and it wasn't busy at all. We walked right up to the counter to order and got our food super fast. The burgers are SO good. I want to try the chicken sandwich next, but don't wanna regret it! Ambiance is V casual but the place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Moonlit Burgers is a solid 5 stars and we will def be back.

Yelp
Moonlit burgers helped us a party for a large group and they were AMAZING to work with. The food was great. Service was fast. Things were setup and thoughtfully done. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I am absolutely obsessed with everything that is Moonlit Burgers. Located on Duquesne's campus, this location was easy to find and there is street parking all along the front of the building & a public garage across the street. It's counter service so you order whenever you walk in, they give you a table number and then they deliver your food & clear the tables. I got the Classic Moonlit Double - double patty, griddled onions, American cheese, pickles, Moon sauce, on a Martin's Potato roll. It's been a week and a half and I'm still thinking about this burger!!! The patties were smashed to perfection & the edges of the patties got crispy. I don't know what Moon sauce is but it's incredible. I can absolutely say it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. I also got a side of the shoestring fries & they were also delicious! I love how thin and crispy they were. My sister, who was with me, has Celiac Disease. The cashier that helped us didn't know all of the answers herself but whomever she was asking (I'm assuming a manager) had all of the answers we needed! They are not a gluten free restaurant but have gluten free buns & they do take precautions to avoid cross contamination but cannot guarantee that it won't come in contact with gluten items. This is pretty standard at restaurants with gluten free items. My sister DID NOT get sick at all so we call this a gluten free win! She said the gluten free bun was one of the best she's ever had! They have a great beer & cocktail list. I had a Dancing Gnome draft and it was great with my burger and fries. I didn't try any of the milkshakes (which you can make boozy!!) but my sister had their special feature Moonrock Shake and said it was amazing, a million times better than a Shamrock shake from McD's. The food came soooo quickly, the staff was very friendly and the vibe is totally on point (think 70s roller skating rink but modern & cool? haha). I can't wait to go back!!!!!
google avatar

Sydney M.

Yelp
This place is really good! There is plenty of seating and you order at the counter and wait for your food to be delivered table side. I got the their special smash burger and it was really yummy. Something I wish I knew beforehand would be that the order of fries is HUGE. 1 order would have been better for perfect for the two of us. It's a great place for some greasy smashed burgers, will be going back!
google avatar

Chuck W.

Yelp
The burger was a burger, nothing special but the shoestring fries are very crispy and tasty. Service was great, there was always someone around to clean up and get seats ready for others. Downside - it is very loud in the dining room.
google avatar

Renee J T.

Yelp
We first tried their burgers when it was a pop up on the south side. Now we tried their new spot for takeout These are delicious smashed burgers nice flattened burgers that just tasty so good. Nice fresh tasty bun. Their shoestring fries are excellent too

Dan L.

Yelp
Fantastic burger over shoe string fries app that eats like a meal in a cool place for the family with prompt service long after being served!

Yelp
Moonlit is a must visit! We stopped in for a quick lunch and we loved it. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Quick friendly service and a simple menu! The atmosphere in here is so cute. It's clean, bright, and welcoming. The smash burgers and moonlit sauce are SO GOOD. The shoestring fries were crunchy and perfectly salty. They also have a full bar and Millie's ice cream. Definitely recommend a visit here!

Yelp
I live 15 minutes from Dormont but embarrassingly have yet to go to that Moonlit Burgers location. Today I was stopping by Duquesne, my alma mater, and took advantage of the opportunity to stop in here. I didn't have much time after my visit to the Bluff to get back to work Downtown, so ordered my food to go. I ordered the veggie burger, which I knew would be similar to their famous smash patties, and some shoestring fries. Unfortunately the phone number for my order was put into the system incorrectly so I didn't get notified when it was finished, and was probably sitting there waiting a good 10 extra minutes before someone finally asked me what I was waiting on. My order had been ready behind the counter for quite some time, which didn't only make me later getting back to work but also made my fries cold. I have to detract a star for those things, and the fries weren't that notable cold, though perhaps I should've heated them up in the microwave when I got back to work to get a better idea of what they are like hot. I'm still giving this experience four stars because the veggie burger was that good. Two thin smash patties, and I have no idea what they are using to make them but it's delicious. I am not normally a fan of the impossible type of burgers, preferring vegetable-based patties -- but whatever they are using for these plant-based burgers, or maybe it's just the thinness, gets it just right. The Martin's potato roll is delicious, the griddled onions are delicious, the cheese, the kosher dills, the signature moon sauce. It is a top veggie burger in the city. They also have Millie's ice cream, cocktails and lots of space for groups. I wish this had been here when I was going to Duquesne. I will be back, and likely will make a point of visiting the Dormont location soon to try some hot fries!

Spencer S.

Yelp
Stopped in shortly after they opened this morning at 11:00am. We'd already be at it for several hours with our two under 2 years old and a good smash burger sounded like a nice lunch. We'd previously been to the location in Dormont on a Friday and it was jam packed. Coming early on a Saturday to the PGH location gave us the entire place to ourselves! This location feels much larger than Dormont and has all the fun colors and music that we enjoyed before. It was a breeze to order our sandwiches and chicken tenders and they happily accommodated putting the chicken sauce on the side in case my sons didn't like the flavor. The price for burgers and fries is reasonable but the 5pc chicken feels a little steep comparatively so I don't think we would order that for our sons in the future. All in all a great experience and hope to be back again soonish!
google avatar

Ara S.

Yelp
Everyone NEEDS to try a moonlit burger at least once in their lifetime. These burgers are absolutely some of the best burgers I've ever had. This was my first time at the downtown location, but I've been to the Dormont location a few times. I am always craving their burgers! The service is fast, the ambiance is cool to watch a game, and I can't say enough good things about their smash burgers. The fries aren't bad, but I always get them because what's a burger without fries?? If you live in the Pittsburgh area and haven't had moonlit yet, you're missing out. If you're visiting Pittsburgh, make sure you stop at a Moonlit location!

Yelp
Lived up to the rep and photos on social media. The original double smash burger is tremendous and the warm onions, crunchy pickles and savory sauce make it pop. A basket of fries for $4 is big enough to share. Good beers and generally thoughtful drink list. Quick service. Didn't get Millie's ice cream but a shake would have been perfect with this meal. This is where I will go to any pregame for UPMC or PPG games

Yelp
BEST BURGER IN THE BURGH!! Smash style burgers with shoe string fries. Absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and casual atmosphere.

Yelp
Not the best burger I've ever had, but pretty cdang good. The shoe string fries are where it's at and the food came out so fast! Having Millie's ice cream on site doesn't hurt either. I went with my 3 kids and husband and it was a super laid back atmosphere and kinda bustling, which is great when you have a bunch of little kids!

Yelp
We love Moonlit burgers! We often go before a Pens game and park in the Forbes garage right across the street. The line is usually long when you go in, but it goes quick! The employees usually come through the line and help you find a seat when it's busy. Great burgers!

Yelp
Finally made it to the Uptown location after years of hearing how great it is. Really lived up to the hype. Extremely helpful staff with a bar and lots of space. Excellent menu choices including smash burgers, chicken, salads, apps and shakes. The burger I had was incredible! Honestly the best burger I've had in many years. Don't miss this place!

Yelp
Very good, flavorful burgers and fries. The shakes were great. There is not much you can say about a burger place other that if they did it right. Moonlight did it right.

Yelp
This place is great. Immaculate vibes on the inside. Sat at the bar and the gal who served us was friendly and sociable. Tried the smash fries and the classic moonlit burger. Honestly the smash fries were the highlight of the entire meal.... So good. Burger was tasty also, could have used a little more of that moon sauce. Overall a great place - good food and good service.
