It's pretty unfortunate that I have to give MoonShadow a less than favorable review. Truthfully, the only thing that saved any amount of this experience is that the appetizers and drinks were decent (but expectations dwindled fast in the approx. 1hr 30min that my party of six spent dining here. We had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated, despite the resturant being nearly empty when we arrived (this may be due to short staffing). It took us about another 30 minutes before we had recieved our drinks (there was a line of people at the bar waiting essentially the whole time we were there). Eventually, we got our appetizers which were truffle fries, a pound of wings, and a poorly concieved crab dip. Everything tatsed great, like I said, but the crab dip was thoughtless. There was nothing to actually dip in the dip, so we just sort of ripped it apart. All of this was made worse by the fact that we did not get any plates to eat with. Our server brought some, all of which were dirty, came back maybe 15 minutes later with more dirty plates, and then seemingly gave up. Entrées also unfortunately left a lot to be desired as well. You would hope to get full and satisfying portions when spending up to $30+ for an entrée. I got the meatloaf which was doused in BBQ sauce, it was awful. To say the least, we didn't get dessert. All in all, a pretty abysmal time spent here that we'll never get back. Dirty plates, dirty silverware, small paper napkins paired with disappointing $30 entrées, unfortunately poor serivce (seemingly due to understaffing by management). Go somewhere else.
