Such a cool and fun experience! We were lucky enough to stay at a campsite on their property we loved being a walk away from great company and great wine. They had beautiful animals we were able to see and pet and enjoyed a nice getaway. Beautiful people and delicious wine. Highly recommend.

The wine was delicious! Unlike anything I’ve had before, fruity and very smooth. The owners were so nice and helpful. The property is beautiful, lots of space to sit outside. Plus the sweetest animals to pet! Thoroughly enjoyed both the wine and ambiance, we will be back!

Amazing place and loved the people. Just not a huge fan of the wines. You should go see for yourself

My daughter truly enjoyed her visit to the Moose and Goose Winery. She brought me several different flavors to try. Some people might not like fruitful wine, but I only like fruitful wine. The variety of flavor choices are great, not to dry, and the slight aeration enhances the flavors. Most importantly we love to support local businesses, especially when they have a great product.

It is the best Harvest Host experience I’ve had in the 3 years I’ve been a member. Their wines are exquisite as are the jams. The goatyard is clean and the goats are oh so sweet. The 4 dogs are very well behaved and very loveable. I would come back in a flash! The hosts are such lovely people and their son is very enterprising with the micro plant business he’s starting up. Their daughter is an excellent driver. The buildings and grounds are pristine. Just a piece of Heaven for 24 hours. Love this place!!’ PS The goat ate my receipt. LoL!

My 1st time there and it was good. I think 3 1/2 stars is where it is at for now. The wine is good but the place is way out there to get to. Also, the wine tasting area is small but for $10, you can take outside a 4 little glasses sampler. If it was more kid friendly, good seating, and better shade, then 4 stars. I would recommend going out for yourself to try. Again, the wine is good and have decent but delicious variety.

A fun outing & the owners are great. The wines are a surprise, really good, after I finished my flights I resampled & bought 2 bottles. I almost forgot, I got to keep my glass. If you like wine give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Can't speak of the wine, because i didn't get to try any. Showed up to the winery 1130a. According to website they are supposed to be open. Gate was open with the open signs up. Drove the long driveway to the property and was greeted by goats of all colors and sizes and a friendly yellow lab puppy, but not a single human in sight. Wandered around the property for about 30 minute, tried opening a few doors, including the building marked as "Moose and Goose Winery", all locked. Played with the goats and puppy, the birds started screaming loud enough to wake the dead. Still no human anywhere. Really wanted to try some local fruit wine, guess they don't really want any more business?!? Disappointed to say the least. Don't waste time and gas driving out there.

Yelp
Melissa and her staff are amazing, as is the " fruity" wine selection. We did 3 flights and al sampled a diff, wine. Def recommend the slushy wine

Yelp
Love this place. Super cute mom and pop winery. On first arrival, I was a bit hesitant on the grass parking and being in someone's backyard. After walking into the wine tasting room, we were welcomed with a happy smile. Wine tasting is $10 and includes 6 tastings (12 choices available) and you get to keep the glass. I went with a friend and decided to split them and try all 12. We liked them all. Fruit wines that have some depth in flavor. Tend to be on the sweeter side, but definitely not too sweet. Average cost of a bottle is $16-$20. Glasses are $7ish. So many animals around: goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. They are dog friendly (as long as your dog is okay with all the other animals and wont attack them). Only drawback is that they are only open one weekend a month. Live music on most Saturdays!

Yelp
This is a nice little winery, off the country roads of Temple. The couple who runs the place is very nice & personable, exactly what's needed with a winery. The wines aren't that sweet but not dry, if that makes since.

Yelp
Moose goose winery is located in Temple which is pretty awesome seeing as we travel far and wide to go to wineries one located close is always good. This is definitely off the beaten path the roads are not paved to get there and in a rainy day it would definitely be a challenge. They are only open once a month right now. They do plan to open more often in the future. However if there are more then a few of you and you call first she said she would consider opening for a tasting if they were not bottling. Tastings are 10.00 to taste all 6 comes with souvenir glass. Once you arrive you will be greeted by a few dogs I was scared at first but they are friendly. The winery itself is nice, the owners are friendly. They do have variety of their wines primarily sweets they also have a Port wine. The outside is nice as well there are chairs and on a pretty day sitting outside with a glass of wine would be nice! For me if I had to pick one I would say their White Zinfandel followed by the Triple berry would be good choices. They said that 2 more wines would be coming out in March so will have to go back and try those!

Yelp
Friendly couple with a passion for winemaking, bringing their talents for the public to try. These are fruit wines, not grape based, so more on the sweeter side. $10 for tasting of 5 and you get to keep the stemless wine glass. Family friendly environment, kids welcome. Small indoor and outdoor seating available to enjoy a bottle in the country, relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life. They are only open certain weekends of the month, so check their website before driving out, as they are a small production facility that uses the tasting room to make the wine. I really enjoyed the blueberry. The tripleberry is a fan favorite.
