Amazing food, service and atmosphere! It was our first time here and our server could not have been more accommodating! We were able to customize each quarter of the pizza. It was wood fired to perfection and carefully tended to. The day is beautiful and they had all the doors and windows open so we sat outside. Will definitely be back! 😋

My wife and I came down to stay in Omaha from Sioux City, IA, to celebrate her birthday weekend. This place was our final lunch stop before heading home. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxed. We split a pizza that was half Margherita and half Chicken Pesto. It was the perfect amount for us being just somewhat hungry, and it was delicious. If you want a similar experience, you should stop by and try it for yourself!

Google
Tried both the pesto pizza and the veggie pizza—and wow, they absolutely delivered! The flavor was incredible: fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Each bite of the pesto pizza was rich and aromatic without being overpowering, while the veggie pizza had a great mix of textures and a natural sweetness from the roasted vegetables. Both were perfectly cooked with a crisp-yet-chewy crust that held up beautifully. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into making them. Will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our pizza very much. All the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is spotless! The only regret is waiting so long to try MOOTZ. Keep it up guys!

I absolutely love the pizza here. Wood fired and made fresh right in front of you. I always get the pepperoni and it’s delightfully spicy. It’s the perfect sized personal pizza! Service is always spectacular and the owner has always been there cooking up pizza every time I’ve visited. Make sure to grab one of their fresh made cookies!

Google
My boys and I went there tonight after googling pizza places. We followed the advice of the great reviews before and were happy we did! The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The pizza (we went basic) margherita and pepperoni were outstanding! Fresh basil was delicious and plentiful. We also had the cheese sticks, and they too were awesome! We don’t live in Omaha, but will definitely come back when we are in the area! Perfect end to our Saturday!! Thank you and keep up the good work! Oh I almost forgot to mention the perfect crust in the pizza! We all agreed it was spot on!

The dinning area is small, so I got take out. Pizza was delicious. Perfect margherita

Pizza is delicious, it’s a small (sort of crammed) little restaurant. You order at the counter and sit down. We couldn't decide and order slices, which is awesome to try different pizzas or if you have multiple people wanting different things. I will say that this pizza is light and thin, i could probably eat a whole pizza or close to it, myself. I can definitely eat half, because I did. Half is two slices. Pictured is the garden salad with their house Italian and ranch. Both delicious. The Italian is zesty and thicker than your usual dressing, but the ranch was preferred and we dipped our pizza in it also… because who doesn’t? Pizza is one slice cheese, one slice hamburger (added cream cheese), one slice of their special which was meat lovers plus bacon (added cream cheese), and one slice Hawaiian (added cream cheese). All pizza was delicious. Not sure I could pick a favorite, all the pizza was delicious. My son who is 4 ate two slices to himself. We then ordered one of each cookie to go and all of those were good too, some harder than others. But at .99 cents, why not. The white choc macadamia was out favorite.

Yelp
Not to start with some hyperbole - but I can honestly say - hands down, the best pizza I've had in Omaha -- and honestly, some of the best I've had anywhere. Mootz is the real deal. We tried eight different slices (yes, eight!) -- cheese, pepperoni, supreme, margherita, Buffalo chicken, cheeseburger, chicken Alfredo, and jalapeño Oaxaca -- and every single one was delicious in its own unique way. Each bite was perfectly balanced, with crusts that walk the line between crispy and chewy just right. The prices? Super reasonable -- especially for how high quality everything was. We also got to chat with the chefs and the owner, and they could not have been a cooler, more down-to-earth group. You can feel the passion they put into their craft, and it shows on every plate. Don't skip dessert -- the chocolate chip cookie was fantastic, but the tiramisu in a cup? One of the best desserts I've ever had. Rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. Even the salad was memorable -- fresh, flavorful, and a great balance to all the pizza goodness. I'll absolutely be back. Mootz is officially my go-to spot for pizza in Omaha

Yelp
Mootz isn't just the best pizza place in Omaha, it's in the running for the best Omaha restaurant PERIOD! I was blown away by every aspect of Mootz. Get ready for a novel of a review! I warned you... The exterior of Mootz is basically the same as all of Countryside Village (which is probably a requirement), but the inside is a different story! The interior is all white and bright, and super clean. They really let the food and service do the talking without needing to dress the place up (which I appreciate!) The star of the show is their Acunto brick oven. It's gigantic, with white tile, and their Mootz name at the top. They had it made in Naples and it was definitely worth doing that for this amazing centerpiece of the space. And the oven is not just for looks, it puts out some of the best pizza I have ever had. I am not usually a fan of pizza crust, and only eat the main "body" of each slice, but at Mootz, even the dough and crust is flavorful and tasty! It has a salty and (super) semi-sweet flavor. It makes each slice all the better. That's just an example of how much they obviously care about the product they are producing. We got to chat with many of the staff, including Mootz himself, his dad, and others, who were all extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. My husband and I are doing the ABCs of Omaha restaurants we haven't been to yet, and Mootz was our M pick. We didn't plan to tell them that's what we were doing, but when two people are ordering two whole pizzas, there's a little bit of explanation needed - LOL! Once they knew that was what we were doing, they made sure to help us pick the slices to try that they loved best, and based on what we were craving. What's great about Mootz is that you can order just a single slice of a certain flavor, or get a full pie of different flavored slices. Because of this, we were able to try 8 different flavors of pizza! We ordered slices of the Buffalo Chicken, Cheeseburger, Chicken Alfredo, and Jalapeño Oaxaca for one pizza, and then the second pie we did a lot of the normal pizza flavors, so slices of the Cheese, Pepperoni, Supreme, and Margherita. They were ALL fantastic (and I am not exaggerating), but our favorites were the Cheeseburger, Buffalo Chicken, Margherita, and Jalapeño Oaxaca. I'm a cheeseburger girlie and I achingly missed the Cheeseburger Pizza that Pizza Shoppe (RIP) used to have. But no more missing that flavor - the Mootz version is so great, it has satiated that craving! The Buffalo Chicken was BOMB! Not too spicy of a buffalo at all, and the chicken is juicy and flavorful. They make their own Ranch too, and the Buffalo Chicken dipped in that was perfection. (And in mentioning the house made ranch, we also had a side salad that we shared, with that ranch, and it was awesome - very well dressed and with lots of veggies!) The Jalapeño Oaxaca was a fave because I appreciated the heat that the jalapeño gave, and the crema on top giving it a creaminess that counterbalanced the spiciness. The surprise of the day was the Margherita! I normally don't order Margherita pizza just because it's not too full of toppings or flavor usually - but that's not the case at Mootz. The dough being so flavorful works wonderfully with their delicious pizza sauce, basil, and SO much cheese (parm, Romano, mozzarella). It's a lighter slice if you aren't wanting anything too heavy, but that doesn't mean it's not big on flavor! And to round out the meal, they have some awesome desserts too. We tried the tiramisu and the chocolate chip cookies. Tiramisu is my favorite dessert, but my husband on the other hand does not super enjoy it (since he's not a coffee lover). But we BOTH loved the tiramisu at Mootz! It comes in a little cup and it's almost "crumbled" (vs layered, like a normal tiramisu slice), which gives each bite a little bit of each layered flavor. Yum! The chocolate chip cookies were on point too; chewy, sweet, soft, and definitely homemade. We made a great decision to try Mootz for our M restaurant, because it was so dang amazing. I definitely recommend you go here for your next night out, immediately, right now! Do it!

Yelp
Had Mootz for the first time. It's a solid 4 stars. Crust is really good. The pizza are a tad small for the pricing. Felt it could use a tad more sauce and cheese. They cook extremely quickly in the oven so your wait time is short which is nice. Located in Country side village towards the back.

Yelp
Enjoyed my little dinner date at Mootz! We got our pizza slices pretty quickly after we ordered in the shop - maybe a 10 min wait or so. I got the sausage pizza and it's exactly what you would expect, a chicken pesto that was super tasty, and shared some cheese slices - pro tip if you get cheese slices and like marinara sauce, pour it over the slices because mine didn't dip very well. Overall it's some solid pizza, but the price was a little higher than I might have expected.

Yelp
We ordered takeout from Mootz and got an array of different pizza options! FOOD : i got the pepperoni pizza, and in full transparency i wasn't over the moon. We all agreed that it being cold from delivery probably played a large part in us all being a little disenchanted with the experience, however, it was more than just the cold. I can tell when the ingredients aren't as high quality because it feels heavy, greasy, and i get filled up on just a slice. Overall the taste was 6/10, but the way it made me feel was 3/10. I couldn't eat very much of it because it just didn't have ingredients that felt like they were quality or supported my body much. As far as the others in the room, the reviews were a bit all over. Some liked, some thought it was meh, but we all agreed the taste was okay it just didn't dazzle us like Bia Farina had just weeks prior. Because we didn't dine in, i have very few things left to say. It was definitely just average to us, but better than getting some fast food conventional pizza.

Yelp
For the price of the food, you don't get as much as I was hoping. Each pizza was $20 with only having 4 slices. It is definitely on the pricier side. We didn't receive our sides of ranch that we paid extra for which would have made the buffalo chicken pizza a lot better. The thing that made the pizza and cheesesticks so enjoyable is definitely the crust. The crust is REALLY good. The buffalo pizza was definitely lacking to me. The breaded chicken was okay, but it felt like it needed someone else. I got to go on a Saturday around 1:30 and it was not busy inside. It seemed like a nice area to eat at. I honestly was disappointed in Mootz due to the high cost and buffalo chicken pizza being one of my least favorite ones I have had. I don't think I would be coming back to Mootz again.

Yelp
Mootz was a pleasant surprise! We don't make it to Countryside village often but felt like making a trip to casual pint and looked up some place close to eat and Mootz appeared. Honestly really solid pizza. The crust had that perfect chew! After trying a few different slices I decided I prefer a slice with their red sauce. It was just so good! A small casual place but great service and great menu of pizzas! Prices were reasonable. We will be back!

Yelp
I went to mootz about 230 on a Thursday, I was the only one in there which was really nice. The pizza took quite awhile to get. But it was also very fresh. The pepperoni slice was 4.25 and very crispy, the pepperoni was cupped and there was a good spread of cheese and sauce. The buffalo chicken was also great and crispy, perfect amount of buffalo sauce. The chicken was perfectly grilled, wish these was a bit more cheese, but that's just my preference. Will definitely go back

Yelp
The pizza was absolutely AMAZING!!! We order the 1/2 truffle mushroom with chicken, 1/2 cheese, and half Hawaiian plus two salads. It was so delicious! Crispy crust and great flavor! Happy Hour on wine and beer as well! Pizza came out quick and hot and the service was amazing. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The dining area was smaller, but people ate quickly and allowed others to flow in. Great music as well! This is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning!

Yelp
I really liked this place. This was our first visit and we tried a few things to test the waters. The food: 1/2 order cheese breadsticks - these were very rich with like 5 different cheese. The cream cheese definitely gave it a uniqueness. It is basically the size and price of two single topping pizza slices. Verdict: stick to the pizza Slice of pepperoni - single topping 1/4 pizza slices are $4 each. It was a nice size slice and had a great char. I did feel like it was a little too greasy for my liking. Probably pick something else next time. Slice of pesto chicken pizza - specialty 1/4 pizza slices are $4.50 each. This was phenomenal and all the topping worked well together. Highly recommend. Chocolate cookie - pretty standard. I'd skip it. Note: they serve Coke products, which is a huge plus in my books. Overall: I will definitely be back here again soon. They have a nice variety and with standardized slice prices you can get four different slices for the same price as a whole.

Yelp
Pretty darn good. Super-casual for the location, but the pizza was great. Value play with a solid variety of specialty pies/slices. Everyone was friendly and the staff was helpful when asked for recommendations. Solid vibe that you need to experience for yourself. Love the retro tv shows and great soundtrack. Happy to go back.

Yelp
Moots is an unassuming little gem in Countryside Village. Parking was easy and plentiful and, being the back of that complex, was low traffic and quiet. Staff was very genial. A gent I assume was the manager or owner came around to greet us and hear our perspective, which was great. They specialize in thin-crust pizza, and do it well. It's not a cracker with a topping, instead having a foldable crust with wide slices. I like this a great deal, and we enjoyed the pepperoni and the margherita. Sauce was tangy, savory, and thick enough to enjoy. While we bought two pies, one can order single quarter-pizza slices. The beverage selection was good, offering a variety of beer and wine plus sodas. Worth the visit. Will visit again.

Yelp
A pizza place enjoyed by both me and my son - that's actually kind of a rarity as we tend to like different styles. It's a place where somehow the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Tasty pizza by the slice on paper plates in a clean, industrial, monochromatic, and yet somehow despite it all cozy setting. It's oddly beguiling. We each had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of Hawaiian. He preferred the pepperoni and I preferred the Hawaiian, which was doubly interesting because typically it goes the opposite way for us. The bottom line being, this place might surprise you.

Yelp
So I may have found the perfect pizza place. Mootz Pizza Omaha in Countryside Mootz Local, family owned Pizza by the slice, or four different slices for one personal pizza?!? Wood-fired AND made to order Traditional toppings and also different specialties too... today was mushroom truffle. Side note: these small cup pepperonis are MY FAVORITE Did I mention the space embodies an OMAHA VIBE? The kind of place that is INCREDIBLY welcoming, extra-extra friendly, patient with kids (the high school had kids coming through and absolutely nothing changed with the vibe) and downright DELICIOUS. I want to stress that this is a family-owned and operated business and you can tell there is an extra layer of care into the food and space. For my friends, they were wowed with the Hot Honey and Cheese Sticks. For me, I fell in love with the Garlic Confit that was perfect for those last bites of crust. My pizza was Chicken Pesto, Meat Lovers, Pepperoni, and Mushroom Truffle. So so so good! There is something about a simple white clean decor with FRESH BASIL as the decor... Chef's Kiss! (Sorry, no pics of decor)

Yelp
Amazing food! Great service. Clean. Neat ambience. Fresh ingredients. New favorite pizza! By the slice or whole 12" pizza. Herb Garden!

Yelp
This has become one of my top 5 pizza places! The service was amazing and the location is so cute! My favorite part of the pizza is the crust of the crust is good it's worth it and this is definitely worth it! I love that the pizzas are more personal sized! Run and try it!

Yelp
I kept hearing about Mootz via a local foodie influencer so I knew I needed to put it on my list to try asap. An opportunity presented itself when a friend and I attended a craft fair at WHS across the street. Feeling hungry around lunchtime, we crossed the street to Countryside Village and each ordered a slice of the supreme and a beverage. Inexpensive lunch under $10. Honestly, I could have gone for a second slice if we'd had time! The inside was cute, bright and clean. It was a nice place for a casual lunch to catch up with a friend. The service was fast and friendly. I look forward to coming here again soon :)

Yelp
Need a miracle? Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right. Craving a good fresh pizza or maybe just a slice? We walked by this place located on the backside of Countryside Village so many times after hitting up countryside cones and are so glad we finally stopped in a few weeks ago. They make a great cheese pizza. That is truly the test. The margarita is pretty amazing too. I am a basil fanatic. Their margarita pizza must have basil plucked right off the plants on their counter. The meat eaters and the GF eaters I go with enjoyed their pies as much as I did. Crust is yummy and can't be beat. The sauce is delicious. We ordered the tiramisu for a kid who just had their wisdom teeth removed. She gave it an excited thumbs up! Now let's talk about the atmosphere. The white tiled dome pizza oven is the center of interest and you can watch your pie be made as you sit at one of their tables watching Mystery Science Theatre 3000, Pink Panther cartoons on one wall. Last night the other wall had Star Trek and something else. Or listen to the songs that fill the air, so far I have heard them play the Dead and Phish and the Stones. Let's just say I haven't heard a bad song yet. And this review wouldn't be complete if I didn't talk about the flats of fresh basil that are lined up on the front counter. They are beautiful and the leaves are huge. I want to know their secret. I put one of those plants on my Christmas list. If you are still reading, please give this little shop a try. I think it's built to last.

Yelp
We've been Mootz fans since they opened, and after 40 or 50 times eating their pizza, I'm still in love with the place. Things I love? Fresh ingredients, great thin-style crust that manages a perfect balance between crisp and chewy, and wonderfully savory flavor unlike any I've tried elsewhere. Some complain that they want more cheese, but for me, the cheese is perfect. Cheese is an ingredient, not a thick slab that smothers the other flavors, and besides, you could just order extra cheese if that suits you. We haven't tried all the varieties, but the four we have tried are excellent. The owners and help are all thoughtful, friendly, and easy-going folks, and it's always a clean and comfortable environment if you want to eat in, but since we live close, we usually do take-out. It's a medium pizza, 12 inches, around $17-20 which is reasonable and comparable to (or less than) other specialty pizza prices around town. Give Mootz a chance!!

Nathan F.

Yelp
Toppings are sparse and missing one of the ingredients. Pizza was more than a little greasier than would be expected. Good crust, pepperoni, and cheese. In order to justify $20 for a small pizza, product should be excellent. It was not. Packaging ineffective in maintaining product warmth. Pie could have used another 20-30 seconds in the oven; perhaps this is planned as the product needs to be reheated after less than a 5-minute trip. This pizza is much better hot than warm. Service and ambiance are good. Perhaps the 2nd string was working on the night I tried Mootz?
google avatar

Josh N.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Mootz for sometime now and was excited to hear they opened an actual physical location. Countryside village is a nice spot for them. The restaurant is pretty no frills for dine in. Order at the counter and wait for your pizza. Its quick since the wood fire oven is so fast. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the pizza was awesome! I really enjoyed the wood fire char, chewy crust and flavorful toppings. I'll be back for sure as its very reasonable at $18 for a 12 inch pie. I just need a nice side of wood oven roasted asparagus or broccoli to go with it.
google avatar

Jamie R.

Yelp
I have wanted to try Mootz but hate food trucks, so I was thrilled to hear they would have a brick and mortar location even though it's not my favorite shopping center. It is a small but sleek interior, though. Pizza is real real good. A bit expensive for what it is but they do so much right. You can just see rows of basil plants, for example, so you know it's fresh. My only kind of confusion was that Mootz was/is known for their big fluffy crust. I quite like the crust I received but it was it much thinner than I anticipated.

n

Yelp
The good news is that the pizza was ready on time. The bad news is that the pizza was made by an extremely young staff and was not very good. $20+ for a pie not as good as a Jacks frozen pizza results in a one and done.
google avatar

Andrea T.

Yelp
I've never been a huge fan of thin-crust pizza, but Mootz has changed my mind. We tried the pepperoni and margarita pizzas, and both were really good. The sauce has a nice balance of tangy and savory, really complementing the toppings. You can get a whole pie and just a quick slice. They also have a small, but well-curated selection of wine and beers.
google avatar

Kristy H.

Yelp
First time trying Mootz pizza tonight and was very impressed! First bites went like this: Good crust. Good ranch. Good flavor. Easily made it to the top levels of my favorite pizza spots in Omaha. I ordered the Margherita and it had a light and acidic sauce, fresh basil, and perfect crunch and chewiness from the pizza. Also ordered a glass of Prosecco that was on tap. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Nancy E.

Yelp
Great service, delicious pizza. Soft fluffy crust with a thin crunchy pizza. Pepperonis were amazing. Only thing I would do different is ask for extra cheese.
google avatar

Phil W.

Yelp
Awesomely neat clean place. Pizza size is 12" and it's a great size to split them up and try a few flavors of pies. Actually a simple cheese pie was my favorite, they have a perfect blend on the cheeses, so each bit with amazing flavor. Service is fast and helpful.

Yelp
According to my husband: "if you want great Detroit style pizza, go to Izzy's, if you want great brick oven pizza, get Mootz," after the first time he tried it. You know it's good! We walked in around 1:30-2ish for a late lunch so it was slow, which meant we got our pizza quicker, so that was great! We ordered half Oaxaca jalapeño and half the daily special which was an arugula, tomato, roasted garlic, drizzled with balsamic and thick slices of shaved parm. We were recommended to try bacon on the Oaxaca jalapeño because it tastes like a jalapeño popper, and that was the perfect addition! The crust stayed nice and crispy on the bottom and the crust was pillowy, crusty, and toasted just right. The vibe was a fun family style atmosphere where you felt like a part of the family when you walked in. They have sides including salad and desserts of cookies and cannoli. Drinks are widely varied, including both alc and non-alc options.

Shad K.

Yelp
Went for lunch. Staff was super attentive and order was taken quickly and with no issues. Food arrived shortly after. Noticed when watching the cooks that the ours were all premade. I understand but not a fan of this. Pie was pretty lacking in toppings with very little flavor. Wanted so bad to like this place but the pie left me feeling underwhelmed and wanting more. 30$ for 2 people for lunch.
google avatar

Paige M.

Yelp
Ok this place is NICE! The whole establishment was bright, clean, welcoming..all the positive adjectives! We ordered 3 slices but they went ahead and gave us an extra to make it an even whole pie. The menu and topping choices are pretty simple which I can sure appreciate. They have a nice beverage selection; wines, beers, sodas, etc. On to the pizza.. The crust was delicious. Crispy, flavorful and held up nice. I wish the sauce had a little more flavor to it. I got the supreme pizza and the sausage on it was good! My husband said the pepperoni was good and the margarita was okay
google avatar

Arjun V.

Yelp
Mootz is a pizza joint out of a van. This simple concept works, and the guy who runs it is very talented. I got the margarita pizza and it tasted great, I love these types of crust (I believe this is a neopolitan style pizza). It is a tad expensive for the amount you get but considering this chef pretty much runs the operation on his own, it's understandable and does not affect my rating. I will be returning to try the other pizzas
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Thin, chewy crust -- reminded me of Neapolitan style pizza from Georgetown in DC . Nice depth in the basil, loved the flavor on the chicken, and the fresh red onion and grape tomatoes made this pizza a pure delight! Also tried the Margarita -- one of the better tasting tomatoes sauces I've had, decent quality buffalo mozzarella, and basil too. Very good pizza! Simple and clean aesthetic with quick no hassle service. Come for the pizza ! May have to indulge in a house made cannoli next time!

Mary S.

Yelp
Fabulous lunch experience with friends at Mootz. Staff was very friendly, noticed we may have not been before and asked if it was our first time. When we answered yes, they immediately pulled out a visual for us to decide between ordering slices or whole pizzas. I went to the counter to thank the staff for the wonderful meal and ask for a box once we were finished. The staff was friendly and one of the chef's introduced himself and we chatted for a while about his experience and what lead him to Mootz. Pizza was fantastic, crust spectacular, sauce was simple yet flavorful, cheese pizza was great. I will be trying the Margherita pizza next time. Excited to go back.

Yelp
Great pizza! Very kind staff. Smaller restaurant but great for a quick bite! I plan on getting a to-go pizza in the future!

Yelp
Good, the pizzas are an odd, medium size. Sauce is also good. It's very convenient for midtown, and very family like.

Yelp
This place is delicious, it reminds me of pizza from back on the East coast, this is easily the best pizza I've had out of New England! Dave Portnoy, this is a must next time you're in Nebraska! The Father son duo as owners is really cool too, thank you guys for being so friendly!

Pete K.

Yelp
The pizza crust was soft and chewy terrible very few ingredients on the supreme. Very little cheese on top. Service ok Would not go back. 1 star o. Not a good place for take out

Carol D.

Yelp
This is not your average pizza place. Fantastic crust cooked to perfection in their imported oven with super fresh toppings. We appreciated that we could buy a whole pie or by the slice. Service was the best with a super friendly staff. The cleanliness is very apparent as I believe it would pass the white glove test. Easily one of the best pizzas i've ever had in Omaha! Bravo!
google avatar

Megha A.

Yelp
Best pizza in Omaha! The staff is so friendly, it has a little bit of a wait compared to some other pizza places but 1000% worth it. I we have had the pepperoni, Oaxaca jalepeno and the arugula special. All 10/10
google avatar

Lauren O.

Yelp
Follow them on social media to see where they'll be next! I have found Mootz mostly in Aksarben Village, which is dangerous considering I work in the area. The pizza is delicious with nice, soft crust and added bonus that you can purchase some delicious ranch for dipping! Super easy ordering process with a quick turnaround time and yummy food as the end result - everything you could ask for in a food truck!

Yelp
Simple, yet tasty pizza place in countryside village that is definitely worth checking out. My wife and I went last night for dinner, and each had a salad, a slice, and a cookie for dessert, everything was very good. The pizza is of the traditional Neapolitan style, thin, crisp crust, with a light sauce and the usual toppings you are used to seeing. We opted for pepperoni, and it was perfectly cooked in their oven, exactly what I was hoping for. The salad was good, but nothing special, and the white chocolate chip macadamia cookies were a nice treat for dessert. The menu is simple, pizza (by the slice or a whole pie), salads, wine, and a few extras like cookies or coca cola. The service was just walk up to the counter and order, which is what I prefer at a pizza place. You can tell they take pride in the quality and the ingredients here, which is refreshing compared to some of the other pizza spots in town.

Top-notch brick oven pizza. Perfect chew to the lightly charred thin crust. Delicious little cup-n-char pepperonis. Very friendly staff. Come getcha some!

Yelp
Beautiful oven, nice low key atmosphere, affordable and friendly. Clean. Quick service. Pizzas have a nice crisp crust. Toppings were not extensive but reasonable The only significant drawback was the cheese. The amount was great- not too much and not too little, but the flavor was distracting and off putting. It tasted like the cheese was mixed with Kraft Parmesan that you get in the grocery in those big jars. If they would use just mozzarella I would give this place 5 stars.

Yelp
I just had a slice of pepperoni and margarita. Both were delicious and came out quickly. Another great establishment in Countyside!
