Ice Creamery expansion to Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Two locations for a highly praised, “artisanal,” small batch creamery are on the way to Las Vegas, looking to win over local audiences with quality and flavor, not fancy presentations. Only fresh ingredients in this ice cream shop! I loved the the red velvet and honey lavender ice cream- fantastic! The front girl was also very nice. I would recommend this place to friends and family. We also came midday which wasn’t too busy

Google
The ice cream shop I keep coming back to! I love Mora, it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. From their selection of flavors to the quality of their ice cream, it just has a hold on me. I’ve tried a couple of flavors but I always go back to the stracciatella. It’s so light, therefore I don’t feel stuffed or sluggish but it is so creamy and flavorful. Everytime I’ve come, the place has been so clean and the staff are incredible. If you’re in the area looking for dessert, I would highly recommend Mora!

I recently visited this shop and it was an absolute treat! The variety of flavors is impressive, ranging from classic favorites like chocolate and strawberry to unique creations like lavender honey and s’mores. The ice cream itself is creamy and rich. I tried the smores, chocolate and it was heavenly. The staff is attentive and quick to offer recommendations. Overall, this is a good-visit for any ice cream lover.

This creamery is great !!! Located at Downtown Summerlin ( their second location) . I have ordered a Hazelnut chocolate and my wife had a Italian chocolate flavor. It was so delicious and creamy . Every flavor tasted great, you cannot go wrong whatever you order. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is extremely clean and fresh, bright colors and inviting atmosphere. They have outdoor seating area, which is very nice. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Employee was in the back. I waited at least several minutes for her to come out and serve me. She gave me a tiny scoop. Definitely not worth $6. A gentleman came in while I was eating. He waited 3-5 minutes. She never came out so he left. It was nearly 3:00 on Wednesday, September 4. You need to work on your service and portions. Otherwise the ice cream tasted good.

Google
I came in with my family after visiting other stores in the mall. We were looking for something sweet and this hit the spot perfectly. We were a bit taken aback by the price of a single scoop($5) but $10 for a banana split is perfect! The ice cream is worth the price for sure. Next time I will have to try a freshly made waffle cone!

I was just walking through Downtown Summerlin and all of a sudden felt like ice cream, and so I wanted to try this place out because it seemed like it was pretty good. I really liked the inside of this tiny place because of the modern and clean look, and I love the quartz looking counter and table tops. When we first walked in we were immediately greeted to over 35 flavors of ice cream and gelato, and that isn't including the food menu! Im my opinion over 35 flavors is a bit too much. I have never been to a place with that many flavors and so it was kind of hard to decide what to get. Plus, some of the flavors just seem like other flavors but just with an extra topping so I'm still not sure why they need that many flavors, but that's okay I guess. The staff were super nice though, and we got our stuff really quickly! I got lemon bar because I wanted something refreshing and kind of fruity. I didn't feel like getting something rich like chocolate like I usually get. My aunt got the Irish coffee. If I'm being honest again, there wasn't really anything special about the ice cream and the flavors. Yes, they were really good and refreshing, and really creamy and lucious. However, they tasted like any other ice cream. I wish they had their own unique flavor or touch. I don't know if that is just the flavors we got, but it was lacking something. Plus, I could barely taste the lemom in my ice cream. I was expecting a stronger punch in the lemon flavor, but I could barely taste the lemon in it. I would definitely like to come back to this place though to try one of their many flavors, and hopefully come back with a better review!

Yelp
If you're on the hunt for a charming little ice cream spot that feels like a warm hug (but, you know, cold), this is it! The staff was incredibly friendly. I landed on a peanut butter, chocolate... something. What was it exactly? Who knows. But was it delicious? Absolutely. Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of indulgence, I may or may not have contemplated ordering a second round. Cute vibes, great service, and ice cream that makes life a little sweeter. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here at Mora. Literally passed by Mora at Town Square dozens of times but never had the chance to try it but instead went to the Summerlin location. The whole vibe is clean and inviting. The simplistic interior makes it less overwhelming for picking flavors - the staff were really eager to help and offer samples. Some places the customer service is less inviting. I like the cone options shelf to help pick the cone or cup. The flavors are listed on the menu and clear to understand. I was intrigued by cookie monster and the coolest part was that it was blue using natural coloring! It tasted really good and the associate was spot on that it was like a cookie dough meets cookies n' cream. I got that in a cone as well as the salted caramel. The taste of the salted caramel was good but had a slight tangy aftertaste that I wasn't entirely in love with. She stated you can half a scoop so you don't have to decide between two flavors. The brownie sundae I got to taste was good too the cinnamon was alright but I LOVED my cookie monster flavor. The ice creams are less rich and creamy and more light and "ice" like. I enjoyed them and I am looking forward to returning

Yelp
Was walking past Mora creamery and decided to give it a try, it was very mid and had serious lack of flavor/texture. It was very bland and plain honestly not my usual taste for ice cream. I like creamy, thick and unique ice creams and this was definitely not it.. I paid over $8 for a single scoop of "s'mores" ice cream in a cone, definitely not worth that, the ice cream didn't even reach the bottom of the cone and the cone was extremely thick, hard and unpleasant. the banana split, the banana was very hard and also very mid. Honestly nothing to brag about and i wish i would've just saved my money and went else where.

Yelp
Located across H&M. Friendly staff. A lot of different flavors of ice cream to choose from. Good amount of seating. Clean.

Yelp
Mora Iced Creamery is an ice cream shop located in Downtown Summerlin. It's next to where a lot of the restaurants are like Maggianos and CPK. There is outside table seating and a few tables inside Mora Iced Creamery! The current hours are from: Sunday - Thursday: 11:00 A.M - 9:00 P.M Friday - Saturday: 11:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M My husband and I decided to walk around downtown Summerlin on a Thursday evening around 5:30. While we were visiting, we decided to look for a sweet treat and stumbled across Mora Iced Creamery. As soon as you walk inside the restaurant, you'll notice how beautiful it is inside! On the wall, there is a quote that states "Life Deserves Extraordinary" with Mora Ice Cream pictures below it! The team here is wonderful! We let them know it was our first time inside Mora, and they went over the menu with us! Mora Ice Cream uses fresh milk, cane sugar, fruit, and imported chocolate to make their ice cream. Their flavors are unique! When we went in around 6:30 P.M., the selections of ice cream included the following Banana Blackberry Mint with Shaved Chocolate Lavender Honey Cinnamon Smores Cookie Monster Peppermint Stick Peanut butter cups & pieces Thai Tea Mango Sorbet Lemon Sorbet Strawberry with Basis Sorbet My husband and I picked out a cone of the Thai tea. It was delicious! It wasn't too sweet and it was perfect for the warm evening! We ended up taking our ice cream cone and walking around to a few other shops in downtown Summerlin!

Yelp
It's cute and cozy offering inside and outdoor seating areas. I tasted a sample and found it to be too sugary sweet (a coffee flavor; don't recall if they call it espresso or cappuccino or some other coffee related name). I did not order anything, but the person I was with did order a cone with a different flavor than what I sampled. They ate it and said they liked it. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

Yelp
Decided to try this ice cream shop and to be honest I was disappointed. The sorbet was just weird how it melt and tasted bitter. The worker got our order wrong so we didn't even get to try this flavors we wanted. Only reason I am giving a high rating it is very clean inside.

Yelp
Mora Iced Creamery has a location in downtown Summerlin. We were walking around and decided to try something. It seemed nice and clean inside. They also have a few tables inside and outside. My husband tried the chocolate. I thought the chocolate tasted very average. I tried the cantaloupe sorbet. It had a better flavor and tasted very natural but was all icy like it was frozen and thawed a few times. 3 stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK.
google avatar

Camille S.

Yelp
We had the sorbet and it was thick and gooey like it was made with gelatin. Not my style, also as it melted some unknown white long hard object appeared in my cup. Bummer we won't be back.

Yelp
I recently explored Downtown Summerlin for the first time and was so surprised to see Mora Iced Creamery, a place I've loved from Bainbridge Island, all the way here in the Vegas desert! So of course I had to swing by and get a double scoop of my two favorite flavors from here: Banana Split and Cheesecake with Raspberry Jam. While it didn't quite hit the same, I'm not sure why. The waffle cones also weren't as fresh. It was still super tasty and perfect for the hot summer days here. As far as location goes, it's nice if you're looking for a shopping area to stroll around but a little inconvenient if all you want to do is drop in, grab ice cream, then go. There's limited street parking and multiple parking garages and lots, but they can get full during peak hours.

Yelp
Mood: mid shopping break Needed a quick ice cream break while shopping in downtown summerline and this place seem to have a wide variety of cold scoops. At least at first, they were out of quite a bit of ice cream selections but still provided more than enough. Service was smooth, we were in and out to sit outside and enjoy the ice cream. I like that you could make any scoop into a milkshake. For sure next time that's my go to. Ice Cream selects: Dolce de leche with chocolate chip shavings 8/10: wasn't as sweet and bold as I was expecting but still good and of course taste like dolce de leche ice cream. Raspberry cheesecake 8/10: it taste good wasn't anything too fancy at all but hit the spot for cooling off. Will be back to try more flavors.

Yelp
Looked up while shopping in Summerlin and saw Mora Iced Creamery and had to give it a try. Want a light air cold treat, then try this place out. It was smooth and great for a hot day! Loved the flavor options, I got Cookie Monster and s'mores with amazing sprinkles! And my partner got the mint chocolate flavor and he enjoyed. Decent pricing, great options, and super friendly service. Definitely would come back again.

Yelp
This review is strictly on service , the ice cream it's self had a good flavor but the girls that were serving us looked like they were just annoyed there was no worker that greeted any customers while I was In there and as soon as we ordered my daughter single scoop mango and our other flavors they were already melting instantly and falling , we walked literally right outside the door and my daughters single scoop ice cream fell right off her cone as soon as she tried to lick it. The ice cream it self was barely on the cone I went back inside to see if they can do a complementary scoop since it just happen right when we walked out and it was not on the cone properly pushed down. The worker GABBY asked me where it happened and I told her right out side the front door, her exact words were "once we hand you the ice cream it's your responsibility " and she will charge us for the extra scoop. I paid for the scoop for my daughter ... It's not about the $5 dollar scoop it's about the customer service we're talking about ice cream that this establishment rushed to serve us and the words she choose to use. I actually was looking forward to trying this place since it's next door to the benyah place we always go to. But after that experience I don't know if I can recommend this place or if I would ever go back. Customer service is everything and GABBY 'S attitude was poor, dismissive and showed no lack of concern terrible interpersonal skills. again were talking about a 5 dollar scoop we don't control the workers that put it on a cone and just rush us to check out .

Yelp
This location is situated in Downtown Summerlin. I first tried Mora ice cream at a food festival in Las Vegas a few years back, and was quite taken by their namesake flavor. Mora (meaning 'blackberry' in Spanish and Italian) makes ice cream in small batches using quality, whole ingredients such as fresh milk, fresh fruit, real eggs and cane sugar. The bold, purple hue of their signature Mora flavor is derived from fresh blackberries, and is my favourite flavor here so far; despite containing less butterfat than most premium ice creams, it still retains a creamy, velvety texture. Oh, and that color - purple reigns, purple reigns! I also enjoyed the Argentinian-inspired B.A. aka 'Buenos Aires' (Dulce de Leche flavored ice cream with swirled Dulce de Leche), and I sampled the refreshing Mojito sorbet, one of their seasonal flavors. There were some flavors I sampled that lacked intensity, and were more icy than creamy. The Mora Iced Creamery's flagship location was in Bainbridge Island (close to Seattle, WA), which I had hoped to visit, but I read the company has now been taken over by another ice cream company. Employees were friendly and helpful. This is probably not an ice cream shop I'd frequent, but parking is free, and if I'm in the area and craving a frozen treat, I'd consider stopping by.

Yelp
Stopped by mora to try it out. The ice cream was so so, it didn't have much flavor. The party I was with got different flavors of ice cream and they said the same. Lacking flavor. The brownie was not all that good either. Nothing to exciting about mora, if there's something else around I suggest you give that a try.

Yelp
After spending hours in Downtown Summerlin and the urban hiking trails contiguous to Summerlin Community Park at the east periphery, it was time for my brother and I to reward ourselves with ice cream. In the heart of Downtown Summerlin, Mora Iced Creamery was literally the sweet choice. This marked our third visit to a Mora Iced Creamery and our second one at the Downtown Summerlin outpost.    Their Downtown Summerlin outpost is hundreds of miles from where Mora Iced Creamery came to life in 2006. They started in Bambridge Island, a short ferry ride across the Puget Sound and very first Starbucks. In the not too far away countryside that is in the shadow of Bambridge Island grow blackberries. These blackberries are known as mora. Hence the name Mora Iced Creamery. Since 2006, they have grown to six outposts in three states. The ice cream that I treated myself to is evidence to their popularity.    When I walked in the Downtown Summerlin shop, the menu that lists approximately forty flavors was not overwhelming. My mind was set on a scoop of blueberry and strawberry ice cream. Unfortunately several other ice cream fans' minds were decided on blueberry ice cream causing it to be sold out. So, I ordered a scoop of mora (blackberry).    In the age of $11-plus Whopper value meals and $7 roisterie chicken, inflation has hit Mora Ice Creamery. The same two scoops of ice cream that costed me $6.95 plus tax last year costed me $8.07 on my latest visit.   Just like my previous two Mora Iced Creamery visits, the woman who took my order was friendly. I am confident that if I was undecided on a flavor, that she would let me sample it.   My two scoops of ice cream served in a paper bowl were worth the money. I could taste the quality of the mora (blackberry) and strawberry ice cream. I could believe their claim that they make ice cream in smaller batches utilizing fresh milk, cane sugar, and ripe fruit. I was able to enjoy my ice cream at a slower pace from an outdoor table that looked over the Downtown Summerlin streetscape, thanks to the small spoon they provide. Whether they do this intentionally or not, it extends the pleasing experience of savoring their premium ice cream.   The Mora Iced Creamery motto is, "Life deserves extraordinary." After a hard weeks work, I deserve extraordinary ice cream. I would like to think that sometime in the future, I will be checking in here a third time.

Yelp
We were in the area and decided to stop by. I saw that they had honey lavender flavor and had to get it. I also chose to get the pistachio flavor as well. Both flavors were good. Overall, good ice cream spot in the area. Service is friendly and quick.

Yelp
Great service and the kids loved the ice cream. Definitely will be coming back!!!!!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
The ice cream was good but for $5.95 this was the size of my cone .... I had not taken a lick yet. All 3 cones that we ordered all came with about that much ice cream. If you're gonna charge that much for a single scoop cone, at least give a full scoop. Prob won't come back here
google avatar

Sameera B.

Yelp
Tried their brownie cheesecake flavor which was pretty good but the price is little bit on the expensive side. Paid 7$ for 1 scoop on a waffle cone. Also sampled their mango sorbet and mojito sorbet and wasn't a big fan of those. Mango sorbet was not as sweet as I would want and mojito one was just bitter.

Yelp
Favorite ice creamery in Las Vegas! Hands down the best desserts!! Went in tonight and was greeted by a friendly staff, knowledgeable about flavors and ingredients. Will be back soon!!

Yelp
Possibly the worst ice cream I have ever had. For my sister and I to throw it out after a couple bites is saying something. If you're looking for creamy goodness, this is NOT it. It was grainy tasting and had little flavor, and not freshly made. I had salted caramel and my sister had cookie dough. In a blind taste test, you could truly not tell which was which. The Carmel had a strange chemical taste, so I threw it out. Very disappointing as we drove from far Northwest to go try this place and walk around outside because it was finally a nice evening out weather wise. Unfortunately, we would not eat this again, even if it was free. Service was mediocre and none of the employees smiled or were welcoming.
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
Nice variety of flavors here and decently priced! This place is located right across the Town Square turf across and very easy to grab dessert after any of the restaurants in the area. I'm definitely happy they give samples here! Tried two different cheesecake flavors and ultimately settled on the Cheesecake Brownie flavor. Their ice cream is very smooth and creamy with not too strong of a cheesecake flavor, they got it perfect! There's also sorbets here too so plenty of options. We'll be back for some more yummy!

Yelp
Tasty ice cream, awful customer service! Location: This location is in Downtown Summerlin. Parking: There is parking available on the streets as well as the parking garage of Downtown Summerlin. Ice Cream: The ice cream is great and full of flavor. There is a variety of flavors available if they haven't run out by the time you place your order. Service: TERRIBLE. The employees are consistently rude at every visit (I've been here twice). When you go to an ice cream place for a delicious sweet treat, you would expect friendly employees. These employees all have a very nonchalant attitude and don't seem to enjoy their jobs at all. After we had asked for samples and were ready to have our order taken, we were rushed to move down by an employee where he proceeded to take the order of the customers behind us! Words cannot describe how absurd the service is here. The cashier was also not friendly at all either. No smiles, feeling rushed and not valued as a customer really left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Overall: Overall, I have given Mora Iced Creamery a number of chances and the experiences have all been awful. No matter how delicious the ice cream is, if the service doesn't match the quality of the ice cream, it is not worth the trip there. I hope this review helps you decide on where to get a tasty treat in Downtown Summerlin! Overall Rating: SOLID 1 STAR

Yelp
The two workers were very polite and patient. We each tried 3 different flavors. My friend is dairy intolerant and enjoyed the cantaloupe sorbet. The lavender ice cream was perfectly light and airy.

Yelp
First time trying this spot and it didn't go well. They handed it to me it was melting all over my hands. The scoop wasn't inside the cone properly so once you lick the scoop its actually sliding off the cone. My 6 year old licked hers and it fell off before we could even leave the storefront. We went back inside to ask for another scoop and ( GABBY ) said after they hand it to us its our responsibility . We had to buy another scoop smh. I wasn't too amazed with the texture of the ice cream when I sampled them. I still got the vanilla with shaved chocolate or something. I was looking for a rich creamy tasting vanilla it was more like the knock off grocery store ice cream, you know the icy/ watery taste not a bold flavor. I would give it a 3star not nasty but just not RICH in flavor. Overall im giving them a 1 star from the way the employee Gabby treated us.
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
Mora is conveniently located in the midst of Downtown Summerlin and an array of restaurants. Employees were friendly and allowed multiple samples of flavors. Unfortunately, the texture of the ice cream was more on the icy, gritty side than most local ice cream shops I've tried. I got the pistachio flavor, which was generously filled with lots of pistachio which was a plus, but lacked a smooth texture. Many people got their milkshakes which may be a better option if texture makes or breaks it for you.
google avatar

Chung T.

Yelp
The ice cream here is better than most. The reason is because the ingredients are very prominent. Their namesake Mora, which is a blackberry flavored ice cream, has prominent flecks of fruit throughout. It's got a hint of tartness from the blackberries that temper the sweetness of the ice cream base. On the other hand, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Moreo is all sweet. It's got chunks of soft peanut butter and Oreo cookie crumbs in a rich chocolate ice cream base. It's pure decadence. The friendly service here was quick despite the bursts of crowds that stream in regularly. The white wood planked walls, brown wooden benches, and faux-marble topped tables give this place a farm chic feel. Although the prices are a tad high, you can tell some of the cost is going directly into the ice cream you're getting. It's definitely worth a visit!

Crizel P.

Yelp
Be careful ordering hot cocoa here it's hot like scorching hot. My 14 year old got hot cocoa last Monday and now it's Saturday and her tongue still has wounds and sores .. I don't want to upload a pic but it's gross 1 turned into a canker sore and she still has many red bumps

Yelp
I came across this while walking through Downtown Summerlin. They have unique flavors in their seasonal section as well as a ton of traditional options. A scoop will run you approximately $5-6 but it's creamy and rich. The texture is more like a gelato than hard ice cream you'd find at a regular ice cream shop. The gentleman who rang me out was super friendly and gave us samples of anything we wanted to try and alerted me to limited time offerings. I went with the speculoos which tasted like a vanilla ice cream with speculoos flavoring so it wasn't over powering. The shop is tiny with some tables and bar seating along the window. If you like unique flavors of ice cream, it is worth a try!
google avatar

Joey R.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped here for some ice cream and she got the Chocolate Mint and it was really creamy and smooth. This place has No sugar-Free options. It would be better if they could have just one flavor that was.

Yelp
Hello all you ice cream lovers, This place is so great !! Thank you all for making me feel special and great service. Got to meet the Mgr. Susan what a impressive team so happy . Keep up the amazing work.

Yelp
Very unique handmade flavors of ice cream were perfect for a hot day in Summerlin. Rich creamy and truly decadent.

Yelp
Great ice cream my fave is the Mora (blackberry) one, the lavender is also outstanding ! The employees are very friendly, only thing I saw an employee grab a cone right after handling money ! Other than that the flavors are truly a gem

Yelp
Their ice cream tasted very authentic but it was pretty pricey. The menu is diverse and offers shakes made with their ice cream. There is plenty of indoor seating to keep you cool on a summer day. The staff was also accommodating.

I came here a few days ago and I got just a scoop of cookies and cream and as soon as i finished it i felt my stomach doing back flips so i SPRINTED to the bathroom and let it all out. tbh i think the milk they use is expired because the ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. while the customer service was decent, i was not feeling decent blowing up my bathroom. i barely made it to the toilet. i would not recommend coming here if u want to stay away from explosive diarrhea.

Yelp
What in the world has happened to this place? Seems like it's become a depressed emo club, fronting as an ice cream store. The employees used to be friendly and at least say hello when customers walked in, but now it seems as if customers are the biggest nuisance imaginable. I took my wife and kids here today and have never felt more awkward ordering ice cream. To top it off, the scooper broke on the last scoop and the employee continued to dig out the scoop with her fingers, coincidentally touching the scoop with her dirty apron.... Yeah...never again. Extremely sad to say this as this used to be our go-to family ice cream spot.

Yelp
This has been on my "new treat place to try" and I was so happy I checked it out. Located in downtown summerlin, easy walk from the parking structure. Some of the seasonal flavors were so unique. I tried cardamom and it was amazing!! Not very sweet and the perfect flavor. Reminded me of India where this ice cream flavor is so popular. Service was ok, wish they were little more friendly.

Yelp
Stopped in here after dinner in DTS. I've never been the biggest fan of icecream, definitely prefer frozen custard. This shop is cute, very clean. Lots of customers for a Wednesday evening. I order a single scoop of Dulce de Leche with chocolate shavings in a cup. I'm sad that I had to order a full scoop, I didn't see a kids scoop or half scoop on the menu. The flavor was nice but the icecream was a bit too icey for my liking. Prices also weren't the best. I spent $6 on a single scoop of icecream in a cup. If you had, say two kids, you'd have to order 2 FULL SIZE scoops, you'd be spending $12. And that's not including tip. I also noticed the banana split it a whopping $11. Sure, times are changing, and I understand the struggles of a small business. But to me, no icecream is worth that much. Toppings, including SPRINKLES, are the same price extra as ordering an entire waffle cone or bowl. I don't honestly think sprinkles of whipped cream should be priced the same as an entire cone.

Yelp
Yesterday was too nice of a day to stay inside so my Mom and I strolled down to this creamery for an afternoon treat. This space has been occupied by a couple of previous ice cream tenants, but I think by far this is my fave. We were greeted by friendly staff who allowed us to sample a couple of flavors before making our selection. So many delightful flavors to choose from such as pistachio, blueberry, strawberry, dulce de leche with shaved chocolate, and green tea. I really wanted the green tea, but they were out so we chose the Italian Chocolate which was absolutely divine. There is more to try here than just ice cream. They also feature some tasty sorbets too which can cool anyone down on a hot day. They have sorbet flavors such as mango, pineapple, raspberry and even pink grapefruit. I must return to try out the sorbets. For the pumpkin lovers, they also have some seasonal flavors such as pumpkin pie, Jack O'Lantern, and eggnog too. We sat outside in the shade and we both really enjoyed our Italian chocolate. It was funny watching my Mom consume the last few bites, then she tilted the cup to drink any last remaining drops. She really enjoyed her ice cream! Ha! Ha! The business is extremely clean, and they are closely following all the current COVID restrictions, while still managing to provide a friendly behind the mask smile and and great service. Welcome to DTS Mora Iced Creamery! I will be back soon!

Yelp
With the closing of Gelato Messina, Downtown Summerlin was left with no choice for good ice cream. I was pleased when I saw that Mora was going to open in the former spot of the Cream store. There was some delay to the renovation and opening of the store. I waited until it was done and finally made a visit this week. I went around 8:30 PM when more people would be on their way home rather than hanging around the mall. I got a parking spot on the street across from Mora. I noticed that there were four tables outside with their placement far enough apart to be socially distant. I went inside and found only one couple who were at the register. Waiting a distance away, I then studied the flavors. I opted to try the cheesecake ice cream with raspberry jam. I ordered two scoops in a cup. The couple had gone, so I went to the register. They accept Apple Pay so it's contactless checkout. Nice and easy. I also noticed there was at least one table inside if the heat outside was too much for you. I got a napkin and took my treat to the car. The ice cream is very good. It was creamy and there was a marvelous cheesecake flavor. The raspberry jam enhanced the cheesecake ice cream. It took me a while to eat the scoops as the ice cream was very firm. Also, I wanted to savor the great flavor and not just scarf it down. Mora will be my go to place from now on. I'm glad they're in Downtown Summerlin. Being less than a mile from my house is great, even if a bit scary! I'll have to space my visits as I work my way through their flavors.

Yelp
The perfect addition to Downtown Summerlin. A refreshing ice cream is a great treat in a shopping center like this. We stopped in after lunch on a hot day. The friendly employees were ready with an offer to try anything that sounded good. All of the flavors sounded good. They offer the basics and some fun flavors. I only needed one sample to make my decision. The Maraschino Cherry Cream had a great flavor with a creamy texture. I enjoyed every last bite of this. My husband went with Chocolate Peanut Butter and that was also delicious. I can't wait to return to try the pistachio ice cream!

Yelp
First off this ice cream is OVERLY priced. $6.00 for a scoop? Maybe they're catering to wealthy in Summerlin. 2nd employees use plastic gloves as you'd expect but they reuse them. They wash them before the next guest. I saw this at least 3 times. 3rd I was looking for a manager and all I could find out was a lady in her mid 40's blond hair to be some sort of manager. The only thing consistent was the scowl on her face. I never saw her once acknowledge a customer. I paying $6 for that? Someone should put her in "check". The girls working were very nice, courteous but you could feel the tension. Needless to say I walked out.

Yelp
This is some of the best ice cream I've had. The flavors were so rich and creamy. I loved that they had gluten free comes too! Only reason for 4 stars was due to the price being a bit high. Definitely a great place to indulge if you have the extra funds!

Yelp
Excellent ice cream and super nice guys helping us. They were so very polite. The honey lavender is exceptional. Not your usual ice cream

Yelp
We love more Mora! The ice cream here is sooooo good. Delicious and unique flavors and oh so creamy. Pro tip- get a banana split and share instead of 3 separate scoops. It's less than $10 (one scoop is $5) but you also get almonds/walnuts, whipped cream, and cherries! Such a great place to have ice cream too, walking around Town Square and sitting at the outdoor tables and taking in the ambiance.
