Where to Eat While Black Friday Shopping | Eater Denver

"A sleek neighborhood café started by three friends that turns out fresh baked goods and snacks — including matcha twists, custard-filled cornets, spicy cod roe baguettes, and milk bread loaves — ideal for a quick, satisfying treat between shopping stops." - Gigi Sukin

A hidden gem in Tokyo!!!! Loved this bakery — everything looks and tastes amazing! Great variety of both sweet and savoury options, and a few nice vegan choices too. The bread is fresh, sandwiches are creative, and the staff are super friendly. Perfect spot for breakfast or a quick snack while exploring Shinjuku. Definitely coming back! 🥐☕️

the cutest and coziest little bakery!! so many vegan options plus jams/honey/tea etc! I got the chocolate vegan bagel and blueberry jam, SO GOOD. The chocolate tasted rich and a lot like dark chocolate! The bagel was perfectly fluffy and toasted. The jam was delicious as well!

The good: Oh my… this bakery was the unexpected highlight of o ur mornings in Tokyo. Tucked inside The Knot Hotel, More Than Bakery became our daily ritual. Each morning, my son and I would split the grilled cheese toastie (still dreaming about it), grab a banana (yes, they sell bananas!), and top it off with either a chocolate croissant or a sugar donut. Sweet, savoury, balanced … and absolutely delicious. The standout: That grilled cheese toastie deserves its own fan club. And the scent of fresh-baked goods wafting through the hotel each morning? Irresistible. Room for improvement: There’s no dedicated seating, so we made use of the hotel lobby to enjoy our breakfast. Be prepared for a little queue – it’s that popular. Would I return? Without question. This became our breakfast staple for the entire ten-day stay. Worth it every time. The verdict: 5 out of 5 stars – a small bakery that makes a big impression. A must-visit even if you’re not staying at The Knot.

After our first night in Shinjuku, we decided to grab some breakfast snacks from the hotel. It was really busy, with a long line of guests. We picked a few things to try. A muffin, a quiche and more… But we were pretty disappointed. It tasted old and not fresh like we expected in the morning. For the price, it really wasn’t worth it.

a lot of attractive breads and friendly staff make me really comfortable. all items in the highly modernized interior looks expensive, but they are not as we look. I hope if they will use better quality of butter even if its price are added additional cost. 2025/7/1 I had found they start to serve better quality of butter at the counter! The famous proverb "Butter makes everything better" can be applicable that "Good butter makes everything better"

Echoing a lot of the reviews already on here, it was really nice having a bakery like this on the ground floor of the Knot as the only other option for quick eats nearby in the mornings is a Family Mart. Staff here are very nice. The pastries they make with sausage are absolutely delicious. Definitely preferred the puff pastry over the sausage roll, but both were very good. And the croissant with pistachio and jam was delicious. Items are pretty reasonably priced too considering it's in a hotel. There's a lounge on the second floor of the hotel up the stairs where you can eat if the tables on the first floor are filled.
