I pride myself on being honest and transparent when leaving reviews. We visited Morimoto Doha at the Mondrian Hotel and ordered the yakisoba with chicken, chicken ramen, chicken gyoza, a side of sushi, shishito peppers, edamame, and vegetable tempura. Everything was good, but nothing truly stood out at the level we were expecting for the price.
It may be that the restaurant’s strengths lie more in their fish or beef options, which we did not try this time. Still, for us, nothing felt particularly memorable or worth returning for. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the dining room itself is stunning and creates a wonderful atmosphere.
