The meat here is fully halal. The owner is super friendly. We tried the beef, lamb and tofu. All three were really good and tasty! Loved the flavors in each.

Google
Wow! I had the Sultan bowl, it's very tasty and flavourful and the meat is super tender.

Best Moroccan food I have tasted! Come in for a relaxing time, look around the vendor of this Market place, a step away from Quincy Market. Less crowded, and better food.

Google
We got the Sultan bowl and the Build-Your-Own bowl (yellow rice, beef tagine, quinoa salad, and spicy harissa & white garlicky sauce). The food itself was well packaged (if you want to take it to-go) and delicious! The bowl was packed and I found myself quite full. Certainly a most flavorful meal to get on the go :)

Google
This place is AWESOME. I stopped by for lunch today and the cashier was super knowledgeable in advising me what are his favorites. He really seemed to care about his product (which is a rarity these days) and listened to my comments, answered my questions about what was not spicy, what had good flavors to go together, etc. The couscous was moist, the beef was outstanding- juicy and savory, the eggplant was the right amount of Smokey, and the sauces were seasoned well without being overpowering. I’ll def eat here again

Go for: The best food in the Boston Public Market, hands down. Avoid if: You didn't bring your appetite. Something surprising: One order was honestly enough for two meals/people - a great value. Reservation needed? No, counter service only. Overall Experience: 4/5. Absolutely delicious North African fusion cuisine. It's fast and hits the mark every time. If you've never had this type of food before, try it. North African and Middle Eastern food is truly the best in the world. The only recommended improvement is having a couple additional sides or entrees to choose from, but it's hard to keep inventory in such a small space. The chickpeas are good but they're just too filling - it'd be great to halve the portion of chickpeas and introduce another small side to complement them. Value for Price: 5 Sanitation: 5 Food Quality: 4 Menu Precision: 4 Service Quality: 4 Timing: 5 Decor: 3 Access: 4 — 5 among the best 4 strong 3 not too bad 2 mediocre 1 never again

I love my food to taste good and be served with love! This Moroccan family has provided all that I love in take out. We tried the Prince and the Sultan! Both dishes were amazing. We’ll be back soon!

Google
This is probably my FAVORITE place in the Boston public market. You get great portions for a good price with great customer service. I come here almost everyday on my lunch break at work. My break is only 30 mins and I still am able to get a quality meal ,fast and enjoy it with a short amount of time. I get sweet lamb, yellow rice with corn & a few mixes of sauces and its perfection!! The guy that works there is real inviting too, if you're not familiar with the cuisine, he does a great Job suggesting things to you. Love him. He's awesome. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that comes in here. 10 🌟

Yelp
If you're looking for wonderful cuisine at a reasonable price this is the place for you. I had the sweet lamb bowl and it was delicious. The lamb was fresh and tender and a wonderful pairing with the sauces. The corn was also a great side and I highly recommend that. The server was so kind and helpful. It's just a great atmosphere in the market.

Eugene W.

Yelp
The beef was decent, pretty flavorful and juicy. I got half and half yellow rice and couscous, and I thought those were just okay. The jalapeno chickpeas were delicious. The harissa BBQ/white garlicky sauce was also pretty good. The composition of the bowl was a bit off - it felt way too carb heavy and didn't have enough sides/veggies. I would have appreciated more jalapeno chickpeas or something else to balance out the bowl. It definitely was a LOT of food, which was great value. But the meal left me feeling carbed out, and craving some veggies. Tl;dr pretty good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. Definitely one of the best options if you're already at Boston Public Market, though.

Caroline S.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Sultan and these are my thoughts: lamb was super flavorful and went perfectly with the chickpea salad. The sauces on top tied the dish together by adding a wonderful kick of spice. Their food is hearty and filling, definitely something I would come back for. The owner was also super friendly and kind.

Christine T.

Yelp
Amazing spot tucked away in the lovely Boston Public Market. It looked very tidy and clean and the worker was beyond patient and kind while breaking down the menu to me. I chose to get the Sultan bowl and WOW! I love lamb and this lamb was cooked so perfectly - packed with flavor, not chewy, not dry. The jalapeño chickpea salad went perfectly with the lamb and the yellow rice was nice and fluffy. The sauces also really pulled everything together and gave the bowl and nice kick of spice. Will be back to try other bowls!

Ali K.

Yelp
Definitely worth a visit. We ordered three different kinds for meals, one lamb, one beef, one tofu. Each one was flavorful and unique in its taste. Good portion size and well priced. Murad was exceptional and friendly. He recommended different options. I would highly recommend. Also, everything is halal!

Helena Q.

Yelp
Definitely a fast casual place to check out! I had the Prince, which was really a lot of food. The chicken was very juicy and tender, really nice. The chickpeas were on the softer side, would probably pick something else next time, but that's a personal preference. The sauce was satisfyingly savory. The only miss was the rice had some hard bits -- wonder if it was because I came for dinner and it's more of a lunch spot so the rice had been sitting?

Naomi L.

Yelp
What a delightful eatery! It reminds me of chipotle/cava in the build-your-own department . I chose the couscous, lamb, beets bowl topped with the pineapple and garlicky sauces . Morad, the owner, even added a little spicy sauce to it for a small kick. The flavors are bold and well paired so that while it feels substantial, it isn't heavy. Definitely would come to this place again

Domingo C.

Yelp
This is easily my favorite lunch spot within the Boston Public Market (BPM)! You get your money's worth and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive to your meal. Everything on their menu is delicious. You can either choose one of their standard bowls or make your own. My typical order consists of half rice, half couscous, chicken, corn, and the pineapple BBQ and white garlic sauces. Everything goes so well together and they fill the bowl to the brim. The chicken is well seasoned and is complimented by the sauces. I am always satisfied by my bowl from Mo'Rockin Fusion. The price for a bowl is around $17, which might seem high, yet know you are maximizing on every dollar. Something to note: the BPM is wheelchair accessible, yet it might be difficult for someone to order at Mo'Rockin due to the high counters at this restaurant. However, given how kind the staff are, I am sure they are extremely accommodating for anyone with unique needs. It can also get quite noisy during lunch hour (not their fault, simply the nature of being in the market), so be prepared!

Madison S.

Yelp
Took a trip to Boston and came across this place in the market, absolutely has the nicest people I have ever met in this city. The food was AMAZING! We're vegan so we always try our best to find some options when we travel and this place had so many options that all tasted incredible! I would come here time and time again! Please go support them!!

Debbie S.

Yelp
Yum!! Absolutely delicious! Salad and couscous base with chicken, beets and corn were wonderful! So flavorful and fresh. A must try when in Boston!

Mimi C.

Yelp
There's a unique place inside the Boston Public Market! Love the play on name, Mo'rockin = Moroccan. If you're in a hurry, the service is super quick here and it's different from your normal lunch order. We got the King and Princess choices. The King has beef tagine, mixed beans, yellow rice with a generous amount of pineapple BBq and white garlicky sauce drizzled all over the plate. Yum! The Princess choice has Moroccan style chicken, beets, couscous and pineapple bbq and white garlicky sauces. I've been to Morocco and I didnt really enjoy the food there. But this Moroccan style married with Americanized tastes was perfect for me. The fusion worked! You'll love the flavors!

Melanie H.

Yelp
I can't believe I never left a review before, but I love this place!! It's like a Moroccan version of chipotle but nicer! I remember I would get food here whenever I had some time before boarding a bus or plane and it always hits! I've gotten the Sultan before which was delicious with the very tender sweet lamb but I finally decided to venture out and build my own so that I could try the beef tagine. Wow, that beef was beeftiful! Another very well seasoned meat that is super tender that you can't go wrong with! It was even Mo'rockin in my tummy! And the beet salad and corn and sauces combined together, man!! So good, will always be coming back here!

Natalia G.

Yelp
Food was very good. Lamb was tender and I would definitely get the prince plate again. Owner was very friendly as well. :)

Yelp
On a late Sunday morning, I decided to try out Mo'Rockin Fusion in the Boston Public Market for lunch. Arriving at 11:15, I saw no line, put in my order, and received it in minutes. My order, the Sultan ($17.07 post-race), consisted of lamb, yellow rice, jalapeno chickpeas, spicy harissa and white garlic sauce. The chickpeas, thanks to the japaleno, possessed a smoky pepper flavor, almost closer to chipotle. It also had a touch of heat, but not as much as the harissa. The spicy harissa and white garlic sauce helped meld the dish together, so I did not feel like I was eating lamb, rice, and chickpeas separately. The garlic sauce lived up to its name, but did not overpower the rice bowl. The lamb seemed well-seasoned, almost stewed. Luckily for me, I received a fresh batch of lamb that just came out of the oven. Overall, I felt quite satisfied with the dish. The price point, on par with white-collar office lunch places, seemed reasonable, especially considering how filling the rice & chickpeas proved.

Anja V.

Yelp
I absolutely love Mo'Rockin Fusion! I always order the Prince bowl and add the sweet corn and pineapple bbq sauce to it and it is incredible. The food has so much flavor and they always give generous portions. I've started to come here often so I will definitely start to explore more of their menu soon! All of the workers are so friendly and it is such a pleasure to chat with them. There is normally a line during lunch hour rush but they work quickly and make great recommendations if you are not sure what to get. I definitely recommend you try their food, you will not be disappointed!

Mayra M.

Yelp
Stopped by Boston Public Market because I was waiting for the bus. I walked by Mo'Rockin Fusion and everything on the menu sounded/looked good. I ended up getting the chilled quinoa salad, Mo'Rockin Chicken, and beet salad with spicy harissa/white garlicky sauce. I originally wanted to try the jalapeño chickpeas but it was near closing time and they were out. The dish was so yummy! All the flavors complimented each other and the chicken was flavorful. Will be stopping by again!

Sophia L.

Yelp
Might this be the best spot for a meal inside Boston Public Market?? If you love poké bowls, you'll love this too. I tried this on a whim (or maybe a hope, because I haven't found Moroccan food in a long time) and the bowl exceeded my expectations. The beef tagine was seasoned so well and tender, the beets and mixed greens were fresh, and the spicy tomato sauce with white garlic tied everything together perfectly. I NEED to go back for more!

Kenny K.

Yelp
This place is located in the Boston Public Market, which is almost like a fancier farmers market downtown. The food is great, and the dude who runs it is really nice and friendly. Great experience! I got the Sultan's Choice and it was fantastic. Something about those jalapeño chickpeas that really set it off. This is a must if you're in the area.

Mai L.

Yelp
This bowl is: Falafel, Yellow Rice, Half Beet salad half Sweet corn, and pineapple BBQ, White Garlic, and Harissa Sauces combination takeout (+goat cheese from my fridge) I'm only a few bites in but this bowl is already AMAZING (and extremely difficult to mix due to it being a huge portion ) Every ingredient is so delightful and flavorful, I cannot wait to go back. The service was also seriously outstanding, the man was super sweet and allowed me to get half and half sides in my bowl instead of one, and helped me with the sauces, which are perfect! Not pictured is the date bite I ate, but it was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend :)

Vince R.

Yelp
In the area that Mo'Rockin Fusion was in, there's a lot of choice food wise. Tasty bowl for sure. Not the best I've ever had, but still done right. Friendly service, I'd go back for sure.

David C.

Yelp
Great spot in the public market here. The base of Cheo Ken with cous cous corn and feeling and sweet bbq sauces are delicious. An explosion of flavors and textures with this bowl. NIce portions too Authentic morro Can foods (tandoori flavor without the tandoori) Come for the lunch and get ice cream , fresh donuts coffee or fruits/veggies while here in the same building.

Melissa O.

Yelp
The food here is DELICIOUS! Like literally sooooo good. The customer service is excellent! AND the falafel is gluten free!!! Highly recommend!

Ron N.

Yelp
Tasty, flavorful, healthy lunch. When you need a break from sandwiches and pub grub...Mo'Rockin Fusion hits the spot.

Alex W.

Yelp
This is fantastic! Chipotle style pick and choose no frill dining counter with lots of great options. Got the chicken bowl with red and white sauce (caution: it's a little spicy) and quinoa salad. First time trying and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Camryn W.

Yelp
I love coming here after a long and hard day at work. Food is amazing service is fantastic! Love the jalapeño chickpea.

Jadyn R.

Yelp
The food is really good! The service is fast and the owners are great! I would recommend this place to anyone that's near boston public market

Nancy M.

Yelp
Where do I start? Let me first thank Yelp for recommending this spot and all the wonderful reviews that helped me narrow down today's lunch search. Also, the lovely female who was patient and answered a lot of my questions, I was being extra because there were items I have never had. I asked her to give me recommendations. All I asked was to not give me quinoa (not a fan) nor sweet foods (I'm a savory type of gal). Per her recommendations I ended up ordering half and half couscous and yellow rice, with beef, beet salad, corn (gotta have corn!) and on top some spicy red sauce and white sauce. Not going to lie, my favorites were probably the beet salad and couscous! everything was great, but those two in particular had me go in for more even when I was already full. I hope I was as helpful as the other reviews were for me. Happy Eating :)

Jaime L.

Yelp
Delicious. My family frequents BPM but today was our first time trying Mo'Rockin Fusion and we will be coming back often. I got the Prince bowl (chicken, chickpeas, rice). It was so good that my husband went there AFTER a disappointing visit to another BPM food stall. He came back with the King (beef, bean mix, rice). Both bowls were so good - the meats were tender, rice flavorful and sauces crave-worthy. As other reviewers mentioned, the portions are large, which is appreciated too. Highly recommend if you're near BPM!

Marvin A.

Yelp
This shit is so good it's insane. Best food in the public market and it's not even close. I'd give this shit 10 stars if I could. Bussin

Polu W.

Yelp
Yum! We shared the "King", beef, yellow rice, mixed beans with a white garlic sauce and harissa. Sub'd harissa instead of pineapple bbq sauce. Portions beyond generous. Celiac friendly. I think only the baklava has flour. Nice lunch at Boston Public Market. Highly recommended!

Kellie W.

Yelp
We tried the sultan for lunch yesterday and it was so delicious I want to go back to try something else for dinner tonight! The portions were very large, we shared! Kudos to this market vendor for their top notch meal! It's much better than I'd anticipated!

Robin C.

Yelp
We'd heard great things about Mo' Rockin from Yelp, so decided to try it for lunch. The owner was great about helping us decide what to get. The flavors were wonderful, deep and so many different layers. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Definitely will plan to go back!!!

Berddis B.

Yelp
The best food in Boston public market, very filling bowl, there are vegetarian and non vegetarian options and the meat is 100% halal.

Sofia T.

Yelp
WOW! This place is delicious! I was in Boston for work and wanted a quick dinner after a long work day. I got the beef tagine over salad/quinoa with beets and spicy garbanzo beans. My spice tolerance isn't the highest so this was pretty spicy for me but the flavors were incredible. I'd be a regular if I lived in Boston!

Mead B.

Yelp
I've lived next to this place for a year and just noticed it in Boston Public Market!! The ingredients are so fresh and yummy. I got the falafel and it is the best in the whole area!!! They're also so nice here!!! Definitely going come here regularly. Vegetarian and vegan options.

Anarie S.

Yelp
Really good food in the Boston Public Market. We can here on a Saturday and it wasn't too packed. We were able to order and get our food quickly. The bowl was well plated! We got our rice with eggplant and beef. Note that the eggplant is served cold but still delicious.

Joe G.

Yelp
There are vegan options but no sauce. Very friendly staff and pretty solid food at a decent price.

Genevieve R.

Yelp
Stopped by the market before a Celtics game and decided to get a bowl here because the menu sounded interesting. We got the Prince bowl and it was incredible. Can't wait to go back and try more.

Chris G.

Yelp
What a great little treasure. Lots of flavor and a nice mix of options to pick and choose from. Prices are reasonable and serving size is filling. I'll have to visit a few more times to add more color. Then I can round out this review some more. But for now the vegan dish I had was great. And I look forward to eating here again. Note: the owner is friendly and helpful. Yes

Salim S.

Yelp
Very quick service and excellent food quality. I love getting the Sultan yellow rice plate with the jalapeño chickpeas and lamb!

Soleha P.

Yelp
Great foood!! Great service!!!! Amazing and delicious food, great quantity and very timely!!

S L.

Yelp
one word - PHENOMENAL!! Fresh and delicious! Wish I discovered them a long time ago!! Staff is also very professional and kind!! If you love Moroccan food then RUN there!! I've had the pleasure of indulging in the "Prince" bowl on the menu as well as their salad. I just love the food! Enjoy!

Matthew M.

Yelp
I don't know where to begin! I stumbled upon this spot and I'm so grateful I did. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and have advised me on what to try next in each occasion. I can't emphasize this enough. You've got to try this place! Some of the best food I've ever had in the United States (yes, with no exaggeration). Mo'Rockin has leveraged my culinary curiosities beyond measure

Kristine A.

Yelp
This is pure deliciousness. Like, you need to go now. I may not go to the Public Market often but it is definitely worth it. I had gone later in the day & most other places had or in the process of closing so I was glad to be able to get some really tasty veg*n food. I am sure what Moroccan food taste like so all I have to say is that it's pretty damn good. The service is great-friendly & accommodating. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for, so come hungry!

Tabz S.

Yelp
Huge portion. Flavor was ok. Seating was fairly limited and hard to get. Ambience in the area was great. Lots of options to choose from in the market.

Salman K.

Yelp
We tried Mo'Rockin Fusion and enjoyed the experience overall. They offer a full halal menu, several protein options, and a bunch of sauces. They offer a chipotle style experience where you add toppings as you go. We really enjoyed the lamb, although the chicken was still good. Prices are fair, and service was friendly and fast. They were in their opening month (transitioning from a food truck), so things didn't seem all there at the time. That being said, the food was solid, so we'd definitely try them again.

Misty C.

Yelp
Checked this place out for lunch today while spending the day in Boston. Everything on the menu sounded good, and I had a hard time deciding between the Sultan and the Prince. Both have a base of yellow rice with jalapeño chickpeas and are topped with spicy harissa and white garlic sauce. The only difference between the two is the Sultan has lamb and the Prince has chicken. The guy at the counter was pretty helpful and offered to do a half serving of each protein. Yes, please! It was delicious and had the perfect amount of spice - just enough to feel a little burn, but not enough to make me need to chug water. I'd absolutely order again!

Shaarif Z.

Yelp
The food is great and more than food, the owner is friendly and hospitable. He makes the experience of chipotle like picking the item great. I didn't even know it could happen. He makes sure he gives a great experience for the diners. I took the chicken, rice, chickpeas and carrots. It was good, I wish the chicken was a bit more seasoned. I will like to come back for the beef tagine.

Robby T.

Yelp
Dragged my kids across Boston to eat here. Everyone loved their food. Highly recommended.

Trevor S.

Yelp
First time trying Moroccan food. The staff were very patient and let me sample things before making my own bowl. I had a custom bowl with the following: yellow rice, Mo'Rockin style chicken, jalepeno chickpeas, topped with spicy tomato sauce and white garlicky sauce. The combination of all the flavors made a spicy fusion of greatness.
