My husband and I were both impressed by the cleanliness of the casino, restaurants and our room. The rooms are comfortable with nice decor. The bathroom is so roomy and we lived the shower head. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The reward cards sure come in handy for those discounts. Thank you for great experience.

Hotel was easy to access. Nice clean room with good sized bathroom and shower. Front desk employees were fast, efficient and friendly. We had a drink at the bar. They were out of their special cocktails however the bartender made me a good Old Fashion. We did not gamble but there were plenty of machines and the place looked very clean. I always stop at the travel center and gas station associated with this casino and they are excellent. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looks lovely.

Great place to stop for snax & low priced Fuel if you're traveling. Clean restrooms and plenty of gas pumps. Venue is also awesome to catch a concert or show! Acoustics are wonderful! Bowling alley is nice with plenty of choices to eat and drink and have a blast! Rooms are quiet and reasonably priced. Perfect if you travel out here to watch a Concert & don't want to drive back right away & want to try your luck at the casino throughout the night!

This was our first stay here and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we pulled up to the complimentary valet parking, to the fast and friendly check-in process, we had nothing but a great experience. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was outstanding. (loved the shower) The pool was not too crowded and very family friendly. The lazy river was a bit bland (needs a waterfall or misters and more palm trees) but none the less, very relaxing. The water slide was awesome too!|There was a DJ on Saturday which added to the vacation vibe. We had dinner at The Market Place buffet (pricey at $47 per person) and was not disappointed. Everything was good! We won a little money on the slots, went bowling, and shopped at the outlets. An over all great little get away only two hours from our home. Thank you Morongo and staff for making our weekend so enjoyable. We'll be back!!!!

Even though I gave them $500. Still had Fun. Love the Casino. . .! Just did a turn around LB to Morongo. And back. Spent a few hours giving them my hard earned Money. But oh Well!!! Still had a good time.....

We did not stay here We were here for the pow wow. It was okay everything was clean weirdly enough most of the areas smelled kind of smokey. They did have an area for people to play and smoke in but you can smell it across the whole entire building sadly. Perhaps because I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke but there was really nothing wrong aside from that bathrooms were clean slot machines pretty and employees very nice. Went to the dessert shop and had some pricey desserts but they were actually really good.

I was just passing by and I had $ 100 available to play. I won $ 1600. I walk out with only 700 tho. Besides my winning it is a beautiful place, service is good and the place is Clean. Highly recommended.

I have not stayed at this hotel. This visit, was just a r&r day poolside. Their pool did not disappoint! It's a very spacious area. A lazy river, 2 jacuzzi, pool area for kids too. A water slide. Wide range of cabana options. Over all A really great 1st time experience! Summer pool parties at its best!

I went to Morongo on this past sunday. for me the drive was a long one considering i live by the Mexican border. (literally 2miles) This resort is beautiful, it's huge with a so many food options. some of the pros are it is HUGE with many of the best games, food options everywhere. the casino staff was friendly and the one of the biggest thing it did not stink like an ash tray. i can give you pros all day but the cons where my pet peeve. 1 very few EV chargers on site and NOT free i have never EVER been to a casino with out free charging and 1 nacs charger and a couple of j1772 chargers that are not fast and to add insult they were off line and have been for over a year. so i had to go to the super charger which was over $20 (i know not much but when you are use to free come on. 2 yes many food option but the my account said i earned dining credits and went to use them the young lady said i had none when i questioned her about how it said i had she replied with i have to go to one of the restaurants. i m sorry but due to medical reasons i can not eat regular meal portions so i need to graze so wont go to a restaurant to take 80% of my meal home. so dining credit that i cant use at the coffee shop is worthless. 3 i needed a break from the casino and wanted to step outside for a bit. the young lady at the pool said it was free for hotel guest but i had to pay $30. i just wanted a chair for a bit! would i go back maybe but i wont go out of my way especially being a 2hr drive.

Like the man says, "good times!" We like going to Morongo since it is close to my beloved Cabazon Dinosaurs, but that is mainly the reason we even started going there in the first place. So it's cool occasionally, and we've enjoyed our times gambling however we are noticing that many of the machines are moving out. Where are the good old fashioned 3-line slots? Why does there have to be so many 9-liners now? And the only place to find video poker is at the bars. I would never consider this place a "resort" however, just sayin' It's okay, not our favorite but it's good for a couple hours. CHEERS!

I've never been here before... A friend of mine suggested it to a few of us. We did an over nighter a couple of weeks ago. It's not too far away from home but just far enough to feel like a getaway. :) It was fun! We loved the lazy river. Just floating around, catching up, relaxing, with not a care in the world... We got several cocktails from the bar. The bartenders were sweet and helpful. The room was pretty spacious and the bathroom was big! There was a mini fridge in the room which was handy to have. There are a few restaurants on site, which we had dinner at one of them.

We come to Morongo regularly. But lately have become very unhappy. Smoking area affects everywhere, unless you're completely on the other side. They use to change up the live band regularly. Amazing bands have played here. We had a great time listening. But unfortunately they've been using the same band every weekend lately. This band has become boring and have played same songs every weekend. They need to put some new talent up there. I've spoken to other people and we are not happy.

It's been a while since we last came to Morongo casino. We were feeling lucky and decided to do the drive and do some damage. Did the casino expand??...cause it seems to looks bigger inside and out from what we last remember, it also definitely felt like we were in Vegas and I love that feeling. My bf and I love Vegas so that was a nice little refresher. It also seems like there are a lot more signs for no smoking in certain areas, so it didn't reek like cigars which WE ARE TOTALLY FOR! Well there was no damage done did was not done as we were there for a half an hour & won! Got there feeling lucky and left lucky!

Hard to win. Fun pool and bars. Buffet is too expensive for what is offered. Staff are friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Morongo. The machines were very fair, with many 'hand pay jackpots' paid during our time there. There are many food choices available, but we ate at the Market Place and it was great. Casino execs from the Reno area should visit here to see how to best treat their visitors.

It's been a hot minute since I've been here and I have to say, the place looks great! The casino space is bigger than I remember with a ton of slot machines; is it just me? THE FOOD ELABORATION. Didn't go to any of the restaurants, but I did see that Mozen Asian Kitchen and The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani (buffet) both offer military day Thursdays where showing your military ID will get you a free meal (up to $50 and $46.99 value, respectively). You're welcome for the pro tip. THE VIBE EVOCATION. Clean, bright, and beautifully modernized. I feel like I didn't get the renovation memo, but I'm glad we stopped by to see it. We weren't expecting the casino to be so empty, but it was a Friday morning when we went, so maybe that's why? Either way, we enjoyed the lack of people; it made it easier to jump from slot machine to slot machine. No winning this time around, but the place is pretty so it's fine. THE PARKING AFFAIR. We parked in a parking structure next to the casino. No issues finding an open spot and it's free, so we were happy parkers. THE RETURN QUANDARY. Would definitely come back to hang out a little longer; maybe stay overnight if we can.

My first time at this Casino and it is very nice. They had various games for gambling and big space for all the amenities, and eateries. They have a nice Spa with great deals. They have a lot of nice restaurants and nice food court with Wahlburger and Fatburger. They have a nice Oyster Bar to try called Pescato, and nice upscale steakhouse called Ciello that is very nice with a nice view for date night or celebration. It's next to make reservations if you want to try it out or else it is a long wait. The Casino is very clean and it does get busy on the weekends. Also, they have complimentary valet parking here, which I do love! I will definitely be back :)

It not only smells bad, but it looks terrible as well,,, I don't know why people can't clean up after themselves! I don't know why they don't have anybody walking around cleaning up

This place has been a favorite destination for me and my wife for years...even thru the pandemic they never lost a step in being convenient,hospitable, and downright enjoyable place to stay,eat,and play...by far the best California casino in the state....Give them a try...you'll see what I mean....Great job Morongo...5 stars in my book!!!

Took mom's out for mothers day and a few family members. Staff always nice enough Got the feeling like winners might be predetermined when certain people win 2 times in the same day in a room full of hundreds of people; maybe the winners are determined based on how much that person spends at the place when buying in or maybe a plant by the casino? Maybe time for me to check into who regulates the gaming in the bingo part of the business? One of our group won some money in the casino slot so we all didn't loose completely. Seats and tables seem dated and an afterthought but led lights above table heights seem modern. Restrooms are clean and the water fridges in the room are well stocked. Water/Soda/coffee/tea to drink from the self dispense fountains potential winning from $100 to $2000 Price $190 per person (seems a bit high), you could have put that in Gamestop meme stock and doubled your income instead in 1 day. Game time 4pm to 8:30pm

Roselynn is amazing, she's such a kind hardworking person. We love seeing her when we first walk in into the pool to get out risk bands. She's always helpful and professional. She really goes above and beyond to help with everything making our pool time super!

My recent stay at Casino Morongo was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite not requesting an ADA room, I was assigned one, likely to secure the booking, thanks to misleading information from the booking agent. When I requested a different Casita, the front desk supervisor callously refused, citing false claims of being fully booked, though the rooms remained vacant throughout the weekend. Upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy, and the floors throughout the Casita were sticky--a far cry from the quality standards one would expect when paying for the Casita experience. To add insult to injury, my keys repeatedly malfunctioned, leaving me stranded in the rain and wind for 20 minutes. Attempts to seek assistance via the 2nd floor elevator phone were futile due to non-functional lines, leaving our belongings and even a graduation cake soaked. Despite calling from our cell phone, the front desk failed to provide adequate assistance, with the supervisor, Agriel, deflecting blame rather than taking accountability. As if these issues weren't enough, a dead bird was found in my Casita private pool. While they removed the bird, they had promised to drain and properly sanitize the pool. They did not follow through and failed to adequately clean the pool, rendering it unsanitary and unusable. Additionally, a 25% off coupon provided in the Military Passport was refused at the buffet without any valid explanation, contradicting the clear terms stated. Casino Morongo's lack of accountability, poor customer service, and disregard for basic hygiene standards have left me utterly dissatisfied. This experience falls far short of what one should expect from a reputable establishment.

Gas stop. They have a brand new spiffy section for gas and mini market that is above their original gas area. There are signs pointing to the new area should customers want to use it. You may still use the lower level area except the mini market is closed. At one point the washrooms were also closed on the lower level as well. The new mini market has slots for those who are feeling lucky. Plenty of outdoor parking.

My favorite quick getaway with my husband. Maribel at the pool is an absolute treasure. We always come home feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to get back to work. This place is very relaxed, excellent food and the lazy river is so clean and healing for any of my worries.

I rarely gamble and dislike giving money away. I just decided to pull over and drop a $20 in while I was passing through cabazon. I dropped a $20 in nickle slot and won $125 2nd spin. I cashed out and dropped another fresh $20 and spun again $136. Check the times on my vouchers 22:16 & 22:18 respectively. I cashed out and left. The 2 ladies on either side scrambled and argued over my machine. Lol. Was a good night.... Funniest part is that I actually made the mistake of originally posting this review under Saboba casino and it stayed up for 10 years before I finally realized. Wrong casino. I actually won at Morongo Casino.

Since we live only 20 mins away from morango casino , Most of the times my wife and I come to this casino to eat at Mozen restaurant, and then gamble a little bit, the sad part other than losing they are always late in serving us the food . But their food is delicious I gotta admit that, therefore I give them one star. What makes me give a review this time, my wife and I went there to order food as usual, and they told us 15 mins wait. We said ok. My wife got her soup within 15 mins as they said and for my self I didn't get my food that I ordered, I waited one whole hour. Employees barely show up on the floor to check on the customers. I ended up leaving without eating, so disappointed!! I talked to the manager and she refunded me my money back for the food, honestly, I don't care about the refund for not getting my food, as much as I care for the time I wasted waiting for my food and it didn't come.. the one hour I mean. I will attach pic to show what time I ordered my food and what time I left. But thanks to them, now I can save my money by not going to morango casino again.

Absolutely, terrible, experience. 6:18 The buffet ticket machine is only selling 7PM tickets and not 6:30 tickets. We ask if they can seat us right away because of a blood sugar issue. They check with the host Ruben who is seating people. He says it will be ok, so we buy our buffet tickets. 6:20 PM He says we can't be seated until 635/6:40. Incredibly inconsiderate. Worth mentioning the buffet seating was less than half full. NEVER going to this casino for anything. ever. And re: other options, the seafood restaurant next to the buffet had one person working the grills.

Morongo casino by far has the best customer service in their restaurants and hotel! We recently stayed here for our anniversary, Breanna and Christine in reservations were so helpful, accommodating and kind it started our stay off in the best way possible. Chef Steven Agosto was so involved in the restaurant we dined at, he even came out to make sure everything was good and to wish us a happy anniversary. And chef Jesse at Pescato made wonderful food and was also very professional and friendly. The jambalaya and seafood pesto were amazing! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing. Let's take another moment to appreciate Ying and Daniel. We have been going back to Morongo every week so far, and every time we see Ying, her smile brings us joy. She has such an infectious smile and her positive energy radiates from afar. I love her so so much. And let's not forget Daniel. He is funny and truly enhances the experience at the tables. He was making everyone laugh and truly made an unforgettable experience for me and my friends. Their hospitality is unmatched; they both have the remarkable ability to be able to connect with people on such a deeper level. GOOD KARMA + TIPS FOR YING AND DANIEL. PLEASE. Actually won some money at the slots. The employees here are welcoming and friendly. Food was very good at the Market Place buffet. Good food options at the food court. Service is a little slow at Wahlburgers, but the food is good. The only bad thing is that guests are charged $30 per day to use the pool. I have never been charged to use the pool at a hotel. If the charge is needed for pool-related costs, the hotel should include it in the room rate. One thing that the pool charge does is keep it from getting crowded. But it makes the hotel less attractive as a destination. Probably will stay somewhere else that doesn't charge for the pool.

I boycotted this place for so long back when they used to only have a few slots for the vent system they had back then. I had such a bad headache and allergies. Then I started coming back after Covid little by little and the slots started expanding and the smoking area as well but in their own designated area. The casino is a lot better. Lots of bars/clubs,dinning,pool,spa,hotel ..... everything the outlets not far from here. A lot more visit In the future

I have not been here since they first opened. While shopping at the outlets, I decided to go see Morongo's Casino's new upgrades. It's very nice inside. They have several new restaurants and a smoke-free section. All the staff is helpful and kind. Had a great time. I will come back and stay a night. Plenty of parking. Self-park or complimentary valet.

This is definitely not 90 minutes from wherever you are !! This was a challenging drive. My son wanted to come here to celebrate his 18th. He had fun & won $200. He knew when it was time to go. We broke about even to be honest. It was a fun time & that's all that matters. He also got a birthday shirt.

My first time yesterday at casino morongo and woowee let me review.Getting a beer at the bar was fast.The game that says " tiki rise" is super fun and bet max "2 dollars per bet".The restroom workers are really nice and the workers are super helpful. I really can't wait to go back again soon!!!

Morongo is the best place ever for a weekend getaway. Located in Cabazon, only 15-20 minutes away from Palm Springs, Morongo is true to its word: GOOD TIMES!!! Here's all the things going on: Three pools: wading pool, sandy breach pool, and lazy river. The lazy river has some serious current and inner tubes to go around and around while holding a drink. Friday nights in summer, at 9 PM, they have a Friday night pool party with pink flamingo inner tubes and music. You have to pay to get in, but it is worth it for so much fun! Two hot tubs - top one has a gorgeous view. Waterslide! Poolside bar and restaurant. You can also rent cabanas. Three different bars, and a bunch of different restaurants : Good Times Café, Wahlburgers, Mozen, Pink Coffee, a new seafood bar, The Marketplace -- the all new all you can eat restaurant -- and Cielo, the megafancy seafood and steakhouse on the top floor. Tip to military: Thursdays is military night at the Marketplace! Military eats free at the Marketplace from 4 to 9 PM on Thursdays. The rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. Great view of the desert, comfy beds, and giant flat screen TVs. So fun for a movie night with friends. The gift shop has popcorn and candy. Hadley's, the date shop next-door, has excellent treats, along with cheese and nuts and crackers, etc. etc. I love Morongo's room service. They do such a beautiful job. Top recommendations: salmon dinner, filet mignon dinner, and the chicken salad. Also, for breakfast: the veggie and cheese omelette. The gym is fantastic (I need it with all the food). Cardio, weights, kettleballs, abs balls, and mats, very clean, complimentary water, and with a beautiful view of the pool, The spa offers massages, mani-pedis, facials, hair, etc. They have a hot tub, cold dip, sauna, and steam room. They give you cushy robes and slippers and a locker. On the weekends, there's live music! At the old Casino Morongo next-door (free shuttle), there's a newly remodeled poker room, and on the weekends, five dollar blackjack tables. Love it love it love it! The resort has tons of slots. They also have Keno and roulette and table games. There's a bowling alley next door at the old Casino Morongo. The Cabazon Shopping Outlets are a shuttle away, and Hadley's, the date and dried fruit and nuts shop, is also just a couple minutes away. This is my go-to weekend getaway, that I like to do either alone or with my cousin. We always have good times!

Morongo does a lot of things right, but their management is still going cheap on the maid service. When the pandemic hit, a lot of hotels stopped cleaning rooms in the middle of a guest's stay. And, as we have emerged from the pandemic, some hotels have tried to resist going back to normal as a cost-cutting measure. All the nice hotels, the true four diamond resorts, including all the top hotels in Vegas, have gone back to daily maid service. But not Morongo. My family just stayed for a three-day weekend and we were surprised when the front desk told us they would not service the room each day, unless we "raised a fuss." Apparently, Morongo can't afford a proper maid staff to ensure that guests dont have trash and dirty towels building up in their rooms. Apparently, we're expected to "raise a fuss" to get this basic service from this so-called four-star resort. Like I said, they do a lot of things right, but it sucks staying in a room that gets progressively dirtier each day.

Rachel , where do I start . Best dealer in the World . If it wasn't for her I wouldn't even step foot in this washed up casino . I appreciate her work ethic and personality. She's so great personality 10/10 . I recommend everyone come and tip her and understand she's the best dealer in California

This review is for the Cafe. The wife and I have eaten breakfast their twice. Service has always been, topnotch you can't ask for better service . Ist time I had Biscuits an d Gravy, they have the best Gravy I have ever tasted. Second time it was Chicken fried stake covered in Gravy. You won't go home on empty stomach. The best Chicken fried stake I have ever eaten.

This casino is very nice. It is affordable. It is large, but what is really nice is the rooms have international TV channels and many different languages? It has a large variety of food to eat And the employees are helpful and the rooms are very clean

Reserved and paid room online using Apple Card. I was told at check-in they don't accept Apple Card. The front desk manager told me there was nothing they can do and I needed to get refund and use different card. I told her to show me the policy and she said it was a verbal policy. I don't understand how a billion dollar establishment is not setup to accept Apple card at check-in but will let me use Apple Card to book room online. Please update online policy to let customers know not to use Apple Card at check-in. I will never return back

I live in Las Vegas so I am used to going to High End Casinos. This is a nice casino with a HUGE assortment of slots, and free parking. I appreciated the $10 free play for signing up for their players card. They have many cheap options for food, and the staff was professional and couteous. Take advantage of their low priced gasoline at their gas station. Bonus, that's its only about a 20 minute ride to Gorgeous Palm Springs! Recommend!

Never stepping foot in this hotel again. It used to be our go to spot with our family few times a year. No more. Hotel staff/management is not helpful at all dealing with any issue. They sound like robots and just want to get rid of you. Show some care for your regular customers. Try to act a bit apologetic instead of rushing to hang up the phone idiots. Go take classes on how to be kind. It's free to be kind. Unless you want to charge me for it?

Not happy with customer service, especially Managers. There is a way to make customers still happy even if customers dont get their way. However, their managers (reservation/hotel) are just like reading from a book telling you "that's our policy, nothing i can do".

UPDATE: Despite my review, the only connection I have had from this casino was the comment made at the bottom of my review. I was never contacted otherwise, not even to apologize and ask if there's anything they can do to make up for the issue. It's a real shame as their property would be a nice one to add to our gambling hot spot lists, but I truly value quality over quantity.

I like this place it's smaller casino but they they have everything. It's super clean. The drinks were great and the atmosphere is good. I will definitely come back.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern. Really nice. You can't bring in outside alcohol so leave it in the car or maybe the front desk. They will check your ice chest to make sure. The pool is so nice. The music is great. The Flamingo Friday is a dj with swimming. You receive 2 tickets with your stay. You might be able to get more tickets if it's not sold out. Employees were all so friendly.

First time to this resort and me and my family had the worst experience ever, would never come to this resort again, staff that patrols the casino around the restaurant area was very rude and security in the pool area was even worst, we were expecting a different vibe and welcoming but instead they made want to just leave and not enjoying our stay, either this people hate their job and they don't get paid enough to treat families with a better attitude, so my advice to PEOPLE/FAMILIES, DONT COME TO THIS RESORT, IVE BEEN TO OTHER PLACES AND THE STAFF TREAST YOU WITH MORE RESPECT SPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS KIDS, I WOULD SUGGEST TO GO OTHER RESORTS OTHER THAN MORONGO, WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

This has to be an April fools joke. Not so funny when you're going to a casino. I took this to the counter to verify the dates. The representative called to the higher ups just to tell me their department splitted, therefore, I should take it to another area to let them know this was still printing. She wasn't sure if this would be a current active promotion and asked me to verify it. Morongo, really?

The Wayne Newton's " Up Close And Personal " Show Was Great My wife and I went to see Wayne Newton at Morongo Casino. Wayne does a " History Type Show " where he shares his massive singing career up to his now 81-year-old shows in mainly Las Vegas, where he lives, and other major cities. The band that Wayne brought was very good as Wayne went thru many of the historic songs he has always sung. Some of the older crowd even walked up to the stage during the show and gave Wayne Newton many bouquets of flowers. The show brought back the great songs from Wayne Newton's career and made the people at the show very happy. Thanks Wayne !
