Love this family owed shop & the folks that operate it. The meat is the best. We live in Atlanta & stopped on our way home to stock up. Been listening to Jonathan on Florida Man Radio, how I heard about it & so glad we could experience the shop & the quality of meat first hand! We will definitely be ordering our next batch for delivery to the ATL only from them!

Was this 9.8oz filet mignon tasty? Sure. Was it worth $26? ABSOLUTELY NOT! That is $42.99/lb, which is just insane. I have bought an innumerable number of equally good tasting filets from Wal-Mart for approximately HALF that price. I don’t think this place’s meat is graded by the USDA, but the marbling on my steak was definitely the equivalent of Choice grade, and for $43/lb I require Prime level marbling. Only shop for beef here if you are supremely wealthy and think supporting a local farm is worth paying double what you can easily get elsewhere.

This review is in regards to the customer service not the quality of the product. Unfortunately they are not ready for e-commerce. I placed an online order for a meat medley box and a chicken box on October 19, this should have shipped out on Tues Oct 28. I never received any shipping info so I called the shop to inquire. I was told the owners were out of town for their daughters wedding and did not print the shipping labels and that nothing would ship out until Nov 4. When the shipment did arrive I was missing 4 items that probably totaled around 5-7 lbs of meat. I took pictures of what all came in the shipment and sent an email out right away with a list of the missing items. I got no response ( they want you to reach out within 48 hrs for any issues) so the following day (Thursday) I called the store and talked to Amy she apologized and said she would send out the missing items along with a little something extra for the mix up on Monday and call me the next day after she checked on everything. That's all I could ask for. I never received the call the following day so I called the shop on Saturday and had to leave a message for Amy to call me, that never happened. Monday came and went and no shipping info or tracking. I called the shop on Tuesday, again left a message for Amy to call me and never heard anything. Called the shop on Wednesday and finally was told the items would be overnighted that day (Wed) and to let them know when they came in. Again I never received shipping or tracking info, I texted them and let them know and never I heard a word. Finally Thursday 11/13 I received shipping and tracking info for my missing items 8 days after the initial email. I never did hear anything from them through email or calls no one ever reached out, had I not been persistent I would have just been out the money for the missing items. I did finally receive the missing items ( nothing extra for the trouble like mentioned) but I wasn't looking for that just at least what I payed for. They need systems in place for e-commerce, if you're going to put an email on your website use it and respond or call people back when there is a problem. Communication is the key, mistakes happen.

My husband and I stopped into Morganic Meats today and we were absolutely blown away. The owner’s knowledge and passion really stood out, he took the time to educate us about where their products come from and shared so much about their process. The quality of their products is unmatched: no antibiotics, no steroids, no fillers—just meat the way it should be. We left with the best brisket I’ve ever had. Great people, great food, and an experience that makes you want to come back every week. Highly recommend!

Ok, so this is what a self-raised cow tastes like. Stopped in here today for the first time. Mrs Morris is a wonderful person with a great personality, I think I have a new friend. This off the bone beef sandwich was great. Thank you so much....

Yelp
The meats are the best you will find in Central Florida. The Produce is even better. This family owned business is a joy to buy from. I Love this place!

Yelp
I first came across MFF as the COVID pandemic began and I saw an ad for their spring CSA. The produce is great and the CSA is worth it, but I'm not here to appeal to the vegetarians. I'm here to talk MEAT. My praise goes to their beef, pork and chicken which taste like the actual animals they came from. No bland chicken or pork you could confuse with tofu. These meats have FLAVOR. You really only need salt and pepper on any of them to have a delicious protein on your plate. I love that they run out of things too. Why? Because you know they're not a mega farm with thousands of pounds of frozen, mass produced product on hand. If they sell out, it's because they only have so many animals ready at one time. But in all my trips there they've only been out of a few things and they'll take a rain check for when they have it again. The prepared foods are pretty good, I've never done the prepared dinners but their sausages are good, especially the bacon and cheddar ones. It's especially nice that Lighthouse Seafood is right next door so you can do a surf and turf meal with one stop!

Yelp
Got there at 10:50 today, Wednesday the 4th, because Google maps says it opens at 10am, so I thought it was a good time. Doors were locked. Door signs say 11 so I waited till 11:05. Still no activity and doors were locked. Are y'all open for business. Google says your open but doors were locked past 11:05 with no activity. Thanks

Yelp
Love coming to Morris Family Farms! This family owned and run business is the perfect stop for fresh meat, chicken and produce! I come at least twice a week to stock up on all the goodies. We belong to their CSA- which stands for community supported agriculture. You can choose either a whole share or half share and you pick up farmers choice of fresh produce weekly. All their produce comes from small farms and are super fresh and delicious. Follow them on Facebook for live updates about what's going down on the farm, specials, and more! This is highly recommended business!

Yelp
The story you are about to read is true. This is the town, Lake Mary, Florida. My name is Skacey. I carry a beer. 4:50 pm. Saturday. My partner and I are continuing our chili investigation at Morris Market. Today's event is all the chili you can eat for half a saw buck and beers for a buck and a half. We sit down to a few bowls and a couple of brews while we check out the local shops. Now the market itself is part of the new culture of grow it here, buy it here. You will find locally grown and produced vegetables, meats, honey and cheeses. Also a selection of environmentally friendly packaged food. The food looks good and is well presented. The community feel is very strong (reminds me of living in Seattle :-) The only limitation is that if this is a cause you wish to support, it only makes sense if you live in the neighborhood. Traveling 30 minutes to reduce your carbon footprint is ironic in the traditional sense. Also, we did not find much that was truly unique, which may be more a reflection of the time of year (January) and what is currently available. Perhaps the addition of locally canned products would help? Overall, very nice community market, if I lived here, I would probably shop here.

Yelp
The best people run this family farm to table shop! Truly focused on highest quality meats and produce, all served with a smile. Can't wait to stock up for Fathers Day!

Yelp
I was so excited to see that we were getting a produce market. I was even more excited once it opened. The owners are the people that sell produce at the Lake Mary Farmer's market. They also carry cheese and meat now. The produce is always fresh and reasonably priced.
