I originally took my van here for a gas leak and another problem. They "fixed" the gas leak I paid went on my way and returned with the other problem that they couldn't find because there was no check engine light or codes, so we thought maybe my whole problem was the gas leak. The next day the van died on me while driving down a busy street still no check engine light mind you. Took it back they finally found the problem "fixed" it then called me saying that it still had the check engine light. My reply was what check engine light. They swore I brought it in with a check engine light and it was a different problem they wanted xxx to fix. Fine I just wanted it fixed and fixed right no more dying while driving on the road. It took forever I had no complaints about that I was in no hurry and they knew this. I wanted it fixed right. When I picked it up it had a new light on for what he said is windshield wash fluid and I could add some fluid it would go away he said. Well, I added fluid and it did not go away. I am not sure what he did to cause that light, but I figured it wasn't affecting the way it drove so whatever. Well, I had it back for a couple of days the gas leak they fixed is still leaking from the SAME EXACT HOSE and again dying while driving down the road. Johnny says it will be another 200 to fix. I very nicely asked why I had to pay again for them to fix the same problem I already paid them to fix. He comes back with I'm not going to buy the new hose for you. Funnily enough, he should have fixed it right the first time. I told him that's fine I will pay for the part, but I should not have to pay for labor to fix something I have already paid you labor and part to fix. He gets mad comes back on the phone and says fine we will do the labor for free, but you have to pay for the part in cash because we don't trust you not to reverse the charges. WOW In the last month I have given them 600 to fix this same vehicle that IS NOT FIXED, and they don't trust me? Or their work is shotty? I told him I don't have cash unfortunately I would have to pay with my credit card times are tough and I need my vehicle fixed which technically I have already paid you to do. He said then come get it. I should have done that. Instead, I found the 100 and paid for the part in cash. They called the van is ready again we go pick it up and guess what. A whole new check engine light. He put the computer on it says it's "air intake" he then pops the hood says they didn't close something and erases the code. I have decided just to warn others of my experience and how I am out $700 now and my van isn't fixed and now has new problems, but I will just be taking it elsewhere.
